ss easy, organized, and stress-free. Their communication, care, and attention to detail made us feel completely at ease and genuinely excited throughout the entire journey. The hotel itself is stunning! Every staff member we encountered treated us like family, which made such a difference. We stayed at the hotel when we came for our tasting and were blown away by the experience as it confirmed we had made the right choice. We hosted our rehearsal dinner in the Shackleford Room, which was the perfect intimate space for our closest family and friends to gather before the big day. I reserved the Waterfront Suite for my bridesmaids and me the night before the wedding, and my husband and I stayed there after the reception. It’s hands down the most gorgeous suite we’ve ever stayed in! To make it even more perfect, it’s located right next to the Ballroom where we had our reception, which made everything incredibly convenient. We held our ceremony in front of the pavilion, with the option to move it underneath in case of rain. It poured all morning on our wedding day, but right before our ceremony, the clouds parted and the sun came out, giving us the magical outdoor ceremony we had hoped for. It was surreal. The food and service were phenomenal! Our guests are still raving about it! We also rented golf carts from the hotel which made for such a fun way to cruise into downtown and enjoy the area before and after the big day. We’re endlessly grateful for the memories we made here and for the incredible team that helped bring it all to life. Highly, highly recommend this venue to any couple looking for a truly special and seamless wedding experience!

The bar was lively and welcoming, with expert bartenders and a great selection that kept the good vibes going all weekend. Our guests also loved the comfortable, beautifully appointed rooms — spacious, quiet, and perfect for relaxing after all the festivities. The ponies even showed up! The food was nothing short of outstanding, and we’re still getting compliments from our guests! The staff were truly superb, professional, warm, and attentive. A heartfelt thank you to Bridget, Amanda, and the entire team for going above and beyond. Not a single detail was overlooked, and their care and coordination made our day seamless and unforgettable. We highly recommend for any couple looking for an unforgettable wedding experience in beautiful Beaufort, NC!

We knew from our first tour of the property with Kimberly that it was definitely our dream venue/destination. We knew we would be in good hands, have the best service, the best food and enjoy the best location/ hospitality that the property has to offer. We cannot thank Bridget and Amanda enough for the year of planning that led up to our special weekend and all of their hard work that went into making everything flow so perfectly from the many virtual meetings, a couple of site visits and tasting, to many calls and emails. They were there every step of the way to help us make our dream wedding come true on August 26, 2023. As wedding week approached, they executed the whole week perfectly as we had many guests traveling in for the whole week. We had over 200 guests travel in to stay on property, and we cannot praise this fabulous team at the Beaufort Hotel enough for treating us and our guests with 5 star service and hospitality that was out of this world. Many of our guests are still raving over our hotel. As far as our ceremony and reception, this team of rockstar event professionals fully went above and beyond our expectations. From the ceremony in front of the pavilion, to our cocktail hour upstairs on the veranda and our tented reception on the beautiful front lawn, we could not have asked for anything better. Our three course meal for our reception was amazing, and our guests definitely have not forgotten how delicious it was. As I mentioned before, a lot of our guests stayed onsite all weekend enjoying the pool & pool bar, 34 North Restaurant and Bar and the late night service at the 34 North bar - the service was incredible all weekend long. The Beaufort Hotel will always hold a very special part in mine and Blake’s lives, and we cannot thank this team for its amazing service all weekend long and for being able to help us fulfill our dream wedding! We are looking forward to staying on-site again for many anniversaries! Much love to the dream team!

All of our family commented about how kind and helpful Jordan was when checking into the hotel and attending the reception. Every little detail was taken care of!! The food was excellent!

nd more fun than we ever dared to imagine. Every single guest - from the small children to the silver-haired elders - had a really great time. We had a small/medium guest list for our wedding (around 50) so we chose to have the wedding at The Boathouse at Front Street Village, which is right next to the hotel, rather than the big lawn at the hotel (which also looks like a beautiful place to hold the ceremony). The venue was amazing for pictures and dancing and everyone had a blast; the food was delicious (or so I am told by everyone in attendance, my wife and I had to scarf our food down so quickly I hardly remember it); and the staff was on their A-game all night. In fact, the Beaufort Hotel staff did such a great job we feel compelled to shout some of them out by name: Amanda Lewis: the best Event Manager in the business! Well, she's the only one I've had occasion to work with, but she made us feel well taken care of throughout the entire wedding planning process. She kept us on track with decisions we had to make, was always happy to jump on a quick call to answer our (incessant) questions, and made sure the day of the wedding went very smoothly. She also went above and beyond to work with us to swap out parts of the menu and help us pick a delicious meal that fit our budget. The Beaufort Hotel Staff who served at the wedding (James, Ben, Ayanna, and Hailey): this crew did an impeccable job. The food was seamlessly brought out and whisked away at the end of dinner. They did the same for the cake (and did a great job cutting it in the back). The bartender, James, was very charming and kept the drinks coming all night. Ben, Ayanna, and Hailey were super efficient, polite, accommodating, and thoughtful (Ayanna even thought to make sure we got our cake toppers before leaving). I could not be happier with the phenomenal service they provided. I'm so sorry if I left anyone's name off this list (I got James the bartender to write their names down) because this crew provided such great service and they deserve to be recognized. If you have your wedding here, make sure to ask for the elite service squad of James, Ben, Ayanna, and Hailey. Jenny (front desk employee): amazing hotel employee that made us feel so, so welcome. Some of my new in-laws who stayed at the hotel for the wedding speak only Spanish. When they arrived at the hotel, one of the older ladies was car sick from the long drive. Jenny came out from the front desk and immediately offered assistance, speaking with my in-laws in Spanish and welcoming them to the hotel. It meant a lot to my in-laws to have a Spanish-speaking employee be so friendly and welcoming even while one of them was feeling so sick. Note for the Beaufort Hotel - bilingual employees are a HUGE asset! Hotel bartender (I think his name was Chris - the New Yorker): the most stereotypically amazing bartender. Picture for a moment the character of "charming bartender in light comedy movie" - that's Chris. Quick with the quips and the pours, he was supremely charismatic and fun when we stopped in at the bar the night after our wedding. He (and the lovely hotel guest who bought our drinks) made that night very memorable. And others too - the valets, the shuttle bus driver, and all of the staff we interacted with at the hotel were delightful people who made us feel very welcome. The hotel itself earns high marks too - the rooms are very nice with extremely comfortable beds, great showers, and refined interior design; the landscape and setting are beautiful; the hotel pool has a bar that serves great cocktails; and the hotel runs a shuttle that will drop you off in downtown Beaufort and pick you back up. Overall, a 10/10 experience at the Beaufort Hotel. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel as the venue for your wedding or as the place to stay while visiting the beautiful NC east coast.

So many guests commented on how beautiful it all was- with much credit to the hardwork of the Boathouse staff. And the food - sadly we were busy all night speaking to guests - but the little bit we got to eat was amazing! Kenny does not disappoint! We are very happy and the Boathouse did a terrific job!

I would do everything exactly the same if I had to do it over again! I highly recommend this venue to any bride that is thinking of getting married in the Beaufort area. And a huge plus we were able to depart on my husband's boat!
