The space is stunning and perfectly designed for an intimate, elegant celebration. Every detail felt timeless, and the atmosphere was both romantic and inviting. Paulina and Elizabeth are amazing. They were so supportive, organized, and truly went above and beyond to make sure our day ran smoothly. Their calm professionalism and genuine kindness made all the difference. I never once had to worry about a thing because they had everything handled with care and precision. Not sure where to start. Wedding day I was NEVER once greeted. Imagine, arriving for your wedding at 8am as planned and no one was there. Doors were locked. I got a text w/ the cod...

e to get it in finally. Found my own way to the bridal suite. When the groom arrived, he was also not greeted. He did not know where the groom's room was as we never toured the place. We choose based on pictures. I was in the bridal suite from 8 am until noon, and NO ONE EVER came up to my suite to say hi, nice to meet you, congratulations, do you need anything, etc.. LITERALLY I never saw anyone. The "wedding coordinator" Katherine was rude to my mom when she asked if there was coffee and also rude to the Groom when he asked for an additional chair to put my DECEASED FATHER'S picture on! I am not sure if this is a one-off deal and she was having a bad day, but I just cannot believe that a wedding venue would act so impolitely and inconsiderate. It really hurt my feelings. Also, the floors in the ceremony room were not properly cleaned from the event the night before and my wedding dress ended up with a ton of dirt on the bottom. Katherine didn't even come tell us bye. It was such an unusual experience. I picked this place to host my special day and I left feeling like an afterthought. Maybe because we picked the smallest ceremony option and therefor we didn't spend a ton of money that she felt we weren't worth it? I'm not sure. Hopefully not but we didn't feel welcomed or in the slightest bit taken care of. Please be careful if choosing this venue.

ved the location, the uniqueness of the outside, the cute Victorian like front rooms, the elegant reception room, the roomy ceremony room we doubled as a dance floor, but my absolute favorite things is the bedrooms onsite! We did the package that included 12! bedrooms onsite and breakfast the next day. We went straight from our wedding to our all night after party and all our family and bridal party got to stay overnight and enjoy the fun. I'm going to recommend The Belamour to everyone I know!

They were SO accommodating in tailoring the event to meet our wants and needs. Alex went above and beyond as the venue coordinator! The gorgeous decor of the historic heights home with the updated decor for the back rooms where the party was held were just absolutely stunning. I will absolutely be holding future events here!!!
