r and she was great! I was a DIY bride and had A LOT of things that I brought to the venue for Emily to set up and she did FANTASTIC and set up everything perfectly. It was truly the best day of our lives. We had so many compliments from our guest as well on the venue, food, and staff at the Bell Event Centre. We could not recommend them enough to other couples wanting to get married there.

everyone a "wow" moment when walking in. Our on-site coordinator with Bell, Emily, was organized, helpful, and so easy to work with. We used CSC Events for our DJ, and Jimmy was awesome - the whole night was so much fun and everything went so smoothly. It really was the perfect reception venue! Unfortunately, we had a very negative experience with the general manager, Sarah, around the tasting. We were notified of our tasting date 5 weeks before, and my husband and I are both medical residents so were unable to move our schedules around in order to attend the tasting together. We had booked with Bell over a year and a half before our wedding, so it was disappointing that this was only tasting date offered to us. Sarah was very rude and unhelpful in this process, which was frustrating. That being said, all of the other service with Bell was exceptional.

Also, the recent renovations truly elevate the space and allow for a better room setup. The food was one of our biggest concerns for our reception but the Bell exceeded our expectations and we received many compliments on the food. Our day-of coordinators were Morgan and Emily and they provided seamless day-of coordination with impressive organization and attention to details and worked well alongside our wedding planner. All of the inclusions at the Bell such as place settings, card box, linens, stands for signs, candles, table numbers, seating chart, and more made the wedding planning process significantly easier. Although we did not use the bridal suite for getting ready it was helpful to have as a separate place for the bride/groom and wedding party to hang out during cocktail hour and it was nice to have a more private restroom. A small touch that made a big difference on our wedding day was having pre-mixed signature cocktails for the cocktail hour to reduce lines at the bar. Another thing I loved was that we were not rushed out the door at the end of the event as I have experienced at other venues. I cannot imagine having had my wedding reception anywhere other than the Bell Event Centre and would definitely recommend it!

ing! So many elements of the old church offer such a breathtaking space. I felt that I needed to add very little decor of my own to the space as it was so lovely already. The light streaming through the stained glass windows was so beautiful. The candles at the table and up on the altar gave the space a golden glow throughout the whole night. The food was delicious and the wedding coordinators helped work with my florist, the DJ, and the bakery. Our coordinator, Emily, was amazing to work with during the wedding planning process. She was so responsive and helped take care of every single detail. The wedding day ran so smoothly in her hands! We could not have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend the Bell Event Centre as a beautiful venue with very capable staff.

w things, however, that were less than ideal about having our wedding at The Bell. To begin, when you contract with The Bell, you are contracting for the bridal suites 3 hours before the start of the event. Anything more than three hours and there is a $100 per hour charge. Personally, I thought this was unnecessary as the suites seem to stand empty all day. We paid $600 to have access to the suites at 8am so we could have enough time to get ready (I had 5 bridesmaids and 2 junior bridesmaids + 2 moms to get ready) and take pictures so we could enjoy our reception as much as possible. In my opinion, we're paying enough for the venue as it is, and the least they could do is give us all-day access to rooms that would otherwise stand empty. The suites bring me to a second point that made things less than ideal at The Bell. This is a very busy venue and unfortunately we had to do our ceremony rehearsal the day of the wedding. This is partly because The Bell had events scheduled the Thursday and Friday before our Saturday wedding and partly because we had out-of-town bridal party members who were not going to be around on Wednesday when the rehearsal could have been. In paying for extra time for the suites, we also had to account for time in the suites to be able to do the rehearsal before photos began. I just think this system of scheduling a rehearsal adds stress to the day of the wedding that doesn't necessarily need to be there. I am unsure of a solution as I understand the venue is running events almost every weekend evening, but it did cause me stress not knowing when the rehearsal was going to be more than 30 days before the wedding started. We were extremely satisfied otherwise with this venue. Our coordinator, AJ, went above and beyond in every aspect. He was always friendly, responsive, and accommodating and I never had any doubt our day was going to be under control and handled by him. Two other staff members at The Bell, Morgan and Paige, were also extremely friendly and accomodating during our reception! Even though there are things I would change about the way weddings are run through The Bell, if we had to do it all over again, we would choose The Bell every single time. There is no venue that is perfect, but The Bell is a stunning venue that comes pretty close!

If you want to have a wedding where you don't have to worry at all about set up/tear down or day of coordination than I highly recommend the Bell Event Center. This was a lot more affordable than I thought for how beautiful the venue is and how much the staff does.

It was a very nice event that provided the opportunity to experience the Bell as it would be set up for a reception.

All went smoothly the day of our wedding with no complaints, food was amazing, staff was friendly and always available. Choosing this venue was the right choice, they helped alleviate most of the stress that comes with planning by recommending vendors, being supportive and reasonably priced.

During wedding day, the owner even made a rude comment to the groomsmen for chairs falling outside from wind (which she placed herself). She is not the only problematic person to work with. Sarah, who we were told that she is mainly the financial advisor, was always rude on the phone and our photographer’s even made comments to us on how rude and disrespectful she was to them. After we brought this to the owner’s attention days after the wedding, she never apologized once. Make sure you read the specifics of your contract and ask for additional stuff upfront or else you will be hit with additional fees. Even our bill was wrong multiple times after we showed them our original contract. Kelsey was our event coordinator and she was amazing! She helped us out so much leading up to the day and even went above and beyond. She made us feel important unlike her bosses.

She got us flowers and flower baskets for our last minute flower men(don't judge, it was amazing). The communication and helpfulness and ease of working with the Bell is UNMATCHED. I would recommend this venue to everyone. Also, we have received a ridiculous number of compliments on our wedding.
