We had such a good experience with the Bell Event Centre!! We got a wedding day coordinator, (shout out Morgan), that helped us with all the wedding details before our big day. She was organized and answered all our questions in a timely manner. The space was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. We got tons of compliments from our guest and won't have done our wedding venue any other way!

Morgan and the crew were amazing! This venue is jaw-droppingly gorgeous and no detail was left unattended. From the rehearsal the evening before to the day of the event and every detail that was painstakingly attended to during the planning -year prior, Morgan and her team were consummate professionals. A wedding is a once in a lifetime event - there are no do overs. Vendors make or break it. The setting was beautiful the food was outstanding, and the personal service exceeded all expectations. Quite Simply WOW! A 10 out of 10 for sure- Highly recommend!

Our wedding reception at the Bell Event Centre was absolutely perfect!! The venue is gorgeous, and the food is excellent! Our coordinator AJ helped everything run smoothly! He was the best! He was so helpful in getting our decorations set up exactly how we wanted, and all of our guests who talked to him raves about how professional and nice he was! I would highly recommend the Bell Event Centre!

Overall, our experience with The Bell Event Centre was very positive. The food, atmosphere, and staff are all incredible and made our day that much more special. There were a few things, however, that were less than ideal about having our wedding at The Bell. To begin, when you contract with The Bell, you are contracting for the bridal suites 3 hours before the start of the event. Anything more than three hours and there is a $100 per hour charge. Personally, I thought this was unnecessary as the suites seem to stand empty all day. We paid $600 to have access to the suites at 8am so we could have enough time to get ready (I had 5 bridesmaids and 2 junior bridesmaids + 2 moms to get ready) and take pictures so we could enjoy our reception as much as possible. In my opinion, we're paying enough for the venue as it is, and the least they could do is give us all-day access to rooms that would otherwise stand empty. The suites bring me to a second point that made things less than ideal at The Bell. This is a very busy venue and unfortunately we had to do our ceremony rehearsal the day of the wedding. This is partly because The Bell had events scheduled the Thursday and Friday before our Saturday wedding and partly because we had out-of-town bridal party members who were not going to be around on Wednesday when the rehearsal could have been. In paying for extra time for the suites, we also had to account for time in the suites to be able to do the rehearsal before photos began. I just think this system of scheduling a rehearsal adds stress to the day of the wedding that doesn't necessarily need to be there. I am unsure of a solution as I understand the venue is running events almost every weekend evening, but it did cause me stress not knowing when the rehearsal was going to be more than 30 days before the wedding started. We were extremely satisfied otherwise with this venue. Our coordinator, AJ, went above and beyond in every aspect. He was always friendly, responsive, and accommodating and I never had any doubt our day was going to be under control and handled by him. Two other staff members at The Bell, Morgan and Paige, were also extremely friendly and accomodating during our reception! Even though there are things I would change about the way weddings are run through The Bell, if we had to do it all over again, we would choose The Bell every single time. There is no venue that is perfect, but The Bell is a stunning venue that comes pretty close!

My husband and I just had our wedding there - all we can say is WOW!!! We didn't have to worry about a single thing the day of except for having fun. This venue helps walk you through every detail regarding wedding planning. The process is so personalized. Our event coordinator, AJ, was the absolute best!!!! He was incredibly helpful. All of the staff was friendly and so effective with making it the best night. The food was amazing!!! So many of our guests complimented this venue and the service that the Bell provided. We truly had the best night of our lives, and our guests had an absolute blast!! Thank you, Bell Event Centre!

This was the perfect venue for our dream wedding! It is the most beautiful venue located downtown. Sarah helped us stay organized when we first booked the venue (over a year out) and she kindly and quickly answered our hundreds of questions. Morgan was our wedding day coordinator and she made for the smoothest day. As the bride, I didn't have to think about any small details, Morgan handled it all. The food was delicious, staffn were so friendly, and the day was absolutely beautiful.

CAN'T IMAGINE OUR DAY WITHOUT OUR EVENT COORDINATOR AJ!!! He really made our experience at the Bell Event Center perfect. He made our dream wedding come true and we couldn't have had such a perfect wedding without him. AJ set up all our decorations to create our dream wedding, made sure to explain everything in detail and kept us on our timeline so we could just enjoy the night while he took care of the rest. The venue speaks for itself if you're looking for a beautiful classy wedding. THIS IS THE SPOT! This was the most beautiful venue we toured in all of Cincinnati, the food was amazing and the guests could not stop talking about it. If you want to have a wedding where you don't have to worry at all about set up/tear down or day of coordination than I highly recommend the Bell Event Center. This was a lot more affordable than I thought for how beautiful the venue is and how much the staff does.

We had our wedding at the Bell on 8/5/23 and WOW! Everything exceeded our expectations and our guest were blown away. AJ was our event coordinator and went above and beyond to make sure we stayed on schedule and had a drink in our hand. The entire staff was very accommodating and provided the best service. We couldn't recommend this place more!

The Bell was a DREAM location for our wedding! We wanted to get married downtown, and honestly we knew family from out of town wanted a parking lot. Little did we know this would be so much more than that. From the beginning, the Bell had everything. It was so nice to have so many choices included in our event. Food, tables, chairs, decor… even the DJ. It’s all there for you and it’s perfection. Our day wouldn’t have been as amazing as it was without AJ. His energy can’t be beat! He’s such an amazing person to have for your day. He was able to handle the endless questions so quickly, lots of family being involved, and was absolutely the best positive energy. I knew I had to worry about nothing with him there on the wedding day. Love the Bell and would recommend to everyone!!

I had high expectations of the Bell Event Center based on what I heard from personal acquaintances and had read online, but somehow, they exceeded expectations! On the day of the event, I was awestruck by the venue’s beauty, and combined with the warm ambiance, delicious food, and top-notch service, the atmosphere was simply unbeatable. We received many compliments from guests throughout the evening and days later. We used many of their recommended vendors, and were equally happy with all of them. The Bell coordinated with the vendors seamlessly, which made the process worry-free for us. We worked closely with AJ, whose positive energy is infectious. He repeatedly demonstrated his attention to detail and genuine concern about creating a special day for his clients. Heads-up...there was not a private menu tasting, but rather, a group tasting with multiple other couples. It was a very nice event that provided the opportunity to experience the Bell as it would be set up for a reception.

The bell event center is the best place in Cincinnati to host your wedding and reception. It was truly the perfect day. The venue was absolutely stunning and the food was delicious. AJ, our coordinator, was the best on our wedding day on 2.4.23!! Throughout the whole process of planning the wedding, AJ kept in contact with us and responded so quickly to all of our questions. The Bell Event Center staff and, specifically, AJ were amazing! AJ was extremely professional, supportive and unbelievable in his communication with my wife and I. While we were not always prepared, he more than helped us. He answered emails in an extremely timely manner with the utmost professionalism. He went the extra mile to support us in every way we could imagine. Our day was a dream come true and much of it was due to the hard work of AJ and the rest of the staff at the Bell Event Center. My wife and I couldn’t believe how lucky we got with AJ and are sitting around today wondering why of all people we got such an amazing person to support us on our day. Aside from the natural beauty this venue had, they had an amazing team from preplanning to execution. We had the pleasure of working with Kelsey for our wedding and she couldn’t have been better. She assisted with the preplanning, got our vision and ran with it the day of, the team and her executed our set up flawlessly. During our day, she was close by to answer any questions or to grab anything we needed. All went smoothly the day of our wedding with no complaints, food was amazing, staff was friendly and always available. Choosing this venue was the right choice, they helped alleviate most of the stress that comes with planning by recommending vendors, being supportive and reasonably priced.

The event space is amazing and everyone will love the details. Although, working with the owner is extremely difficult. They do not want to help anymore than what is outlined in the contract and only want to charge you for additional details as much as possible. During wedding day, the owner even made a rude comment to the groomsmen for chairs falling outside from wind (which she placed herself). She is not the only problematic person to work with. Sarah, who we were told that she is mainly the financial advisor, was always rude on the phone and our photographer’s even made comments to us on how rude and disrespectful she was to them. After we brought this to the owner’s attention days after the wedding, she never apologized once. Make sure you read the specifics of your contract and ask for additional stuff upfront or else you will be hit with additional fees. Even our bill was wrong multiple times after we showed them our original contract. Kelsey was our event coordinator and she was amazing! She helped us out so much leading up to the day and even went above and beyond. She made us feel important unlike her bosses.

The Bell was a fantastic venue!! Heather was super helpful making sure everything went smoothly the day of so that we didn’t have to worry about it. Our guests raved about not only the beautiful venue, but also the food. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome.

The Bell Event Centre exceeded all of our expectations for a venue! When we were looking for a venue, we were blown away by all that was included with the Bell. It takes away the stress of finding catering, chairs, tables, linens, decorations, lighting, even a DJ! Our event coordinator, Kelsey, was absolutely amazing in helping us leading up to the day. Making sure everything and everyone was accounted for and ready. We didn’t have a wedding planner, but we didn’t need one with the Bell and Kelsey’s help! The actual wedding day could not have run smoother. All of the staff were ensuring everything was perfect the entire day. The head chef, Hannah, prepared amazing appetizers and entrees for all of our guests catering to dietary restrictions seamlessly. Can’t thank everyone at the Bell enough for helping us have the wedding of our dreams!

We had our wedding at the Bell Event Center. It was an absolute amazing experience. Heather was our coordinator and she communicated with me leading up to our wedding day and "ran the show" on our wedding night. Our wedding night was amazing, everyone had a good time, and everything went smoothly.

We had our wedding here and it was the most stress-free wedding planning that we could have experienced. Alexis was our coordinator and she was so helpful and made sure every little thing was to our liking. She kept the whole night on schedule which was a huge relief and was so nice to everyone. The food was fantastic and the service was perfect. Everyone at our wedding couldn't stop talking about how beautiful the venue was and is the perfect place for beautiful wedding photos.

This venue is absolutely gorgeous. Alexis was my coordinator and she handled everything I could think of and then some. All of the staff at The Bell are very friendly and professional. I didn't have a single hiccup on my wedding day because Alexis was so prepared and made sure we stayed on schedule. I loved that The Bell included table linens, decor, candles, silverware, easels, lighting, etc. This venue is truly the whole package and made wedding planning so much easier.

We had our wedding at the Bell Event Center and November and couldn’t have been happier. We had multiple people (including older aunts and uncles and grandparents) tell us it was the best wedding they had ever been to, and multiple people ask where the food was from because it was so good! The entire Bell Event Center team made sure my husband and I, our parents, grand parents and bridal party were taken care of during the cocktail hour and dinner! I have never had such good service. I would highly recommend this reception venue to anyone!

From the day that we first toured the Bell Event Centre we fell in love with the venue and both me and my husband left feeling that this was the right place for us to get married. From planning to the event date, Lori was instrumental in making our lives easy as well as ensuring that we had the best night of our lives. She helped to make sure that everything ran smoothly the day of and we really felt that it took a lot of stress & worrying off of our hands. Lori always answered my numerous questions and requests quickly. Our guests raved about the food and the pure beauty of the venue. We highly recommend for anyone who's in the market for a wonderful venue where the staff truly cares about the Bride & Groom and ensuring a top notch experience. We really can't draw a negative as they were extremely flexible with us during COVID, have a great team, beautiful venue, give you bang for your buck, and great food! It's all at the Bell!

We had both our ceremony and reception at Bell Event Centre and I cannot say enough good things about the entire staff, especially our coordinator, Lori. Lori was extremely easy to work with, organized, and responsive. Every member of the staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. Besides mentioning the obvious beauty of the venue, our guests even commented to us about how awesome every team member that worked there was. I just got married at the Bell event Centre and my wedding was absolutely spectacular! Our coordinator was so helpful and worked with us to make our vision a reality. She also set up all of our decorations the day of the wedding and helped with clean up after the event. The event ran so smoothly and I did not have to worry about a single thing the day of. The food was also delicious and all of the guests kept going back for seconds. They also have an affiliated DJ who kept the party going all night. The production team also provides lighting which makes the venue look even more beautiful! I highly recommend this venue to anyone looking to have their dream wedding!

From the moment we walked in for a tour, the coordinators were extremely professional and knowledgeable. They answered every one of our questions and took care of everything down to the small details throughout the entire planning process. Our wedding was pushed due to COVID, and the Bell made it a simple and flexible process to reschedule a new date, no additional fees added. On the day of, every single detail was handled, down to the cleanup at the end of the evening. I felt no stress on my wedding day knowing that the Bell team had the event handled!! The Bell Event Centre is an awesome place to host your wedding! I’m a DJ in the area and have preformed at the Bell Event Centre twice in the last month and have been blown away by the level of service they provide their couples and all of their guests. Usually at weddings I’m running around trying to make sure everything is in place for the next set of events, but Alexis at The Bell was always 2 steps ahead of me making sure all of the little things were in place to keep the night running smoothly. The rest of their team is super friendly, polite and professional & the food is top notch as well! When I’m scheduled to D.J at The Bell I know my couples & their guests are going to have an amazing time because of how much Alexis and her team care about what they do. I highly recommend The Bell Event Centre for anyone looking for a worry-free place to host their wedding reception!

Let me start out by saying... BOOK IT. The Bell does everything for you..helps with EVERYTHING. Let me say it again... BOOK... IT! They have a DJ service they work with, as well as a food vendor so you don't have to worry about those extra things. Lori, the provided/assigned planner, did SO amazing. She got us flowers and flower baskets for our last minute flower men(don't judge, it was amazing). She handled packing up extra meals for family who last minute didn't come because of COVID with ease and no complaint and offered the ends of the earth to us to help in whatever way she could. The communication and helpfulness and ease of working with the Bell is UNMATCHED. I would recommend this venue to everyone. Also, we have received a ridiculous number of compliments on our wedding. And it's all thanks to the beauty of the venue and the relaxed energy surrounding our wedding. We could not be more grateful for all involved!

The Bell Event Centre is one of the most beautiful wedding venues in Cincinnati! It is like getting married in a amazing jewel box! Covid made our wedding difficult with invitations that took a month to arrive, the possiblity of covid exposure in a group setting and the Bell was not flexible in rescheduling if the state of Ohio was allowing weddings. But all these things faded into the background on the wedding day because this is truely a perfect wedding setting. The Bell's covid plan is what they term "California seating" that is everyone sits at their tables for the wedding and reception. Of course people can move around during the reception and we had dancing. Everyone is encouraged to wear their face masks and all staff is required to wear their face masks. The food was delicious! We had appetizers: grilled beef satays, crab salad canapes, spinach & feta hummus on pita chips and cheese plates. All wonderful!! For dinner we had the Bell salad and a plated dinner with beef tenderloin, grilled chicken, mashed potatoes, broccolini and carrots. All delicious and I would highly recommend everything! One of the best features of the Bell is their wedding coordinators. On wedding day, they keep the wedding and reception on track! Amazing how they care for bride, groom, wedding party and parents! If you want a magical wedding in an beautiful setting the Bell Event Centre is the place for you!!

Where to even begin! My wedding was perfect and it was largely due to the hard work that every staff member put in to make it that way. The food was AMAZING and served hot! I loved that I was able to relax and enjoy my day and not worry about setting any decorations up. Communication was easy especially during the changes that occurred due to COVID. My guest had an amazing time! I highly recommend this venue!

We were an original March date, but had to postpone due to Covid. The Bell Event Centre went above & beyond to make this difficult time go as smoothly as possible! They honored every contract, worked with us through all the adjustments, & bent over backwards to make sure our big day looked as normal as possible. Our guests felt safe & everyone enjoyed a much needed night out! A big THANK YOU to the staff at The Bell for helping us pull it off!

Bell Event Centre was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. First, it is one of the most breathtaking, beautiful and serene venues. We walked in for the tour with Alexis, and we looked up into its beautiful cathedral ceilings and the original stained glass.... and we were sold. The event center is great for a moderate sized wedding (we had about 90 guests, but originally had been planning for 120), and is spacious/comfortable. The staff is absolutely wonderful. Our day-of-coordinator was Tiffani. She is absolutely wonderful, and super patient since i had so many questions. They're always willing to help out and figure things out. On the day of the wedding, although i had my own planner, Tiffani was ready to help out with decor and the venue setup. She made sure we had snacks/appetizers/drinks/dinner all night and I never went hungry! She also helped with making sure everyone was in the right place at the right time, which made being the bride super easy. I never had to worry about what came next, and I was able to enjoy the day. Our event fell on a day right before state government bans went into place in Ohio, and everyone at Bell was understanding and helpful. We had to change many details last minute since there were some guest cancellations, but everyone pitched in to make the changes. Bell also helped with implementing new policies/changes to the way the event went ahead with the new CDC guidelines (wearing gloves, having servers at the buffet line, cleaning the venue, hand sanitizer). All my guests felt safe and partied the night away. Everyone was in awe of how well the event went despite a lot of last minute changes. Everyone loved the beautiful venue and raved about the food/service (we had the buffet, it was SO good.... like everyone going for seconds good) and the staff. No one had complaints and the bar was open all night (keeping my guests VERY happy). The photo booth was super fun and we got a beautiful momento from the night (get the photo book, it's worth it!). The transportation at the end of the night was really useful for our ride home. We originally had an afterparty at a nearby brewery, and Bell offered transportation to move people there if needed. Thank you to Tiffani, Alexis and Sarah, who helped make this event happen in the craziness of the week leading up to the reception. The Bell Event Centre was absolutely perfect for our February wedding. Everyone we worked with - Sarah, Alexis, and our day-of coordinator, Lori, were extremely responsive, professional, and exceeded all of our expectations for our wedding day. Everyone was organized and extremely communicative, and really made everything about our wedding run smoothly. They worked with us from day 1 to help coordinate the day-of timeline and finalize every detail for our big day. The Bell was adaptable and reasonable; in an industry where I often felt like people were trying to take advantage of me, I found the Bell to be nothing but supportive and genuine. While the Bell is not necessarily a value-venue, you absolutely get the quality that you pay for. The food was superb, and the staff was willing to adapt the menu for various guests we had with severe food allergies. There were many decoration options available to us directly without additional charge, and the quality and variety of options exceeded my expectations (linens, charges, and lighting all included). Lastly, the venue itself is unbelievable, and has such historic roots in Cincinnati. I cannot thank Lori for all that she did to support my husband and I through the wedding planning process and I would recommend the Bell Event Centre 1000 times over.

We cannot say enough about the Bell Event Centre. This is an absolutely beautiful venue and perfect for our daughters wedding. Our coordinator, Tiffani, was amazing. She was on top of every detail, taking care of things we didn't think of and accommodating us with our requests. The night was magical, the bride and groom were able to enjoy themselves and their guests the entire evening without worry. Many of our guests said it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever attended.

Our experience for our daughter's December 28th wedding was simply outstanding! One year prior - almost to the eventual wedding day - we visited the center (very impromptu and were warmly welcomed) and saw the Bell Centre then in its Christmas decor and dress. It was obvious from the moment we saw the facility that this was to be the location for our daughter's Christmas wedding. Through a year of planning, the staff responded always in a timely and well-informed fashion. Tiffani (our event coordinator) was very detail-oriented and remembered and recorded everything. She has an incredible talent for the trickle-down effect of decisions and how one step affects another. The staff worked very well with all of our vendors, coordinating details up until the very last minute. By the day of the wedding, I knew we were in very capable hands. We received multiple compliments on the beauty of the facility and its unique presentation. I would highly recommend this facility for a wedding reception or another large-scale event. Our family was beyond pleased!

We were very very pleased and thank the entire team, particularly Tiffani our event coordinator, for their personal attention and dedication to making our reception on December 7th a beautiful event! It was flawless! We appreciate all their time throughout the planning process to give us helpful recommendations and answer all our questions, inquiries, emails and calls within such a prompt manner. Our families, our guests, and my husband and I were so pleased with the entire evening. The room and decor was exactly how we envisioned it! We had a wonderful experience with the Bell. Every question and email was answered promptly and made the planning process so easy leading up to our big day. The day of, they set up the hall just as we imagined and were very attentive to our needs until the last minute. The food was AMAZING. I had so many guests tell me how delicious it was, best wedding food they’ve had! We used CSC for lighting and DJ and they did not disappoint either. Overall, great venue, great people, great service!

Deciding on the Bell Event Center was easily the best decision made for our wedding. They took so much stress out of the process and really let us focus on the day. Our coordinator Alexis took care of all the details ensuring everyone got there when they needed to be. I recommend using their contracted DJ, they really brought the party! Everything was taken care of from the decorations, to cake cutting, etc. Aside from being a gorgeous venue, the food is amazing! The crew at the Bell really went the extra mile; we had a fall at our wedding and they had to depart very suddenly. Without saying a word, they ensured they were okay, got ice and event sent home meals with them. I can not praise the Bell Event Center and their crew enough for the work they do.

I want to first begin with the Bell Event Centre was amazing! Tiffani- is extremely helpful and her entire teams aims to help and support in any way which helps alleviate any stress. Location- is prime there was plenty of parking, the party bus was able to fit in perfectly and beautiful for pictures! Food- was amazing and received so many compliments on it. Overall, there is no place I would have rather had my reception at. My wedding reception was all I could have hoped for and more and the Bell's beauty only made it that much more special!

Having our wedding at Bell was the best decision we made! The venue is beyond beautiful, our event coordinator (Alexis) made everything run smoothly and we didn't have to worry about a thing (not even set up and tear down...they did it for us!) All of our guests complimented on how much they LOVED the venue and the environment that it created. Thank you so much!!

The Bell Event Centre was the absolute perfect place to host our wedding in May! Alexis and the team made the day of run smoothly and beforehand they answered all of our questions, thoughts, and concerns with so much professionalism. Our guests were blown away by their food and the beauty of the venue. If you are looking for a downtown wedding at the most beautiful venue in the city of Cincinnati, look no further!

I don’t even know where to start. Bell and its entire staff are absolutely amazing. Not only is the venue one of the prettiest I’ve ever seen, but you can tell the staff genuinely loves what they do: helping to make couples’ wedding dreams come true. We got married there last Friday, and our coordinator, Tiffani, went above and beyond to make sure we had the best day ever. She was patient, kind and did whatever was needed to help the day go smoothly. Any hint of a hiccup and she was on it to make sure I didn’t stress. I am a bit of a perfectionist (and slightly a control freak), so I was worried that anything out of order would put a damper on the day. And thanks to Tiffani, I completely put my trust in her and let go of my control freak tendencies for the day 😉. I am so happy I did. She was fantastic. Thank you so much, Tiffani, for working so hard to make our day as perfect as it was. I cannot recommend Bell and Tiffani enough. I’d leave a million stars if I could. 💗

I cannot recommend The Bell enough. It was absolutely PERFECT. My entire process was so easy and as stress-free as can be thanks to our day of coordinator, Tiffani. I live in Singapore now, and from day one everything went incredibly smoothly even from across the world. The entire staff responded to any emails and questions within 24 hours. They were extremely thorough with all of the details from the rehearsal to the clean-up. The catering, DJ, linens, and lighting can all be included, making the planning easy. Tiffani made the actual wedding day beyond perfect. She understood exactly what I wanted and was able to juggle anything that came up. Every single detail was so perfect. I can't tell you how many guests said it was the best wedding they have ever been to. I can't thank Tiffani and the staff at the Bell enough for the best day of my life.
