You had requested originally to deduct it from your package, only to add it last minute back on. We use Royal Valet as our preferred vendor for this service. They will park as many cars as the guest allow them to. We have been using them in our packages for well over 4 years and this is the first time we have ever had a complaint. They would have never told any guest or family member no to assist with any car related matter. You paid for 175 guests in your package, not 205. Our chef always over cooks for buffet style meals and plans for 10% over the guest count paid for at each event. Every single guest at your wedding was able to eat along with your photographers. We are required by the Oklahoma Health Department to dispose of any extra food after the 2 hour max time allowed on the buffet. We disposed of pans of food that night after reception ended. The one time I stepped away for the entire evening was to step back to the kitchen to grab a quick bite to eat, which I was pulled away from for someone in the family looking for the toss bouquet. Unfortunately, you chose not to have a Disc Jokey for your wedding, you also hired a band that was unwilling to make announcements for the events that took place during reception. They make the show happen by informing guests of the next thing to happen. Without an MC to handle announcements, we can not make sure that guests know what is coming next. I have been doing this for 14 years and in my experience, once the bride and groom leave, no one wants to stick around. We did the grand exit per your request prior to the end time because guests were leaving. You and Christian both thanked me prior to departure and told me what a wonderful job I did and made everything perfect for your day. We started cleaning up, like we always do after the grand exit and it was brought to our attention from the mother of the groom that they wanted to stay and have the band continue to play up until the 11:00 pm original time. The mother of the bride continued to pickup decorations so we were helping get those items together at the tables that no one was sitting at. The only item that was ever mentioned after the event was the cologne that went missing. You never told me anything was broken and I am the one that packed it all back up. It was not broken when I packed it back up or I would have brought it to the attention of a family member. I am sorry that you felt the need to leave a 2 star review after 2 months went by instead of talking to us about the issues you say you were unhappy with.
