This place must've been very recently updated and renovated! Really everything about it was so beautiful and nice! First the grounds are beautiful, a lot of space for my dog to run around (it is a pet friendly hotel), the pool is beautiful and ...
has nice loungers around. But the rooms are really where this place shines. Everything is so nice, very well remodeled! The bathroom was just gorgeous (had new toothbrushes and toothpaste just in case you forgot your own)The room has a large fridge, microwave, Keurig with all the fixings.
Honestly the place really blew me away at how nice it was! And the guest service was great, everyone at the hotel was super nice and helpful.

Great location! The room was spacious, clean and the best designed ever! Very modern! I highly recommend this place, and will definitely stay again.
The front desk was very nice and had a welcome gift bag for us.

The word id use to describe this place is “fine”. The hotel definitely gives off vibes that it used to be a really run down sketch motel that has had a lot of liptstick put on it. The rooms were clean and as i said fine. If you need a place to ...
sleep its totally serviceable. I did not use the pool but it looked pretty nice. I didnt have any bad service but there isnt much service to this place other than checking you in. Theres not much around the hotel and if you get hungry at night your pretty much SOL. its a fine place with clean rooms.

What should have a pleasant stay at this beautiful hotel unfortunately ended in a terrible experience. We checked into the Bentley for a quick 1 night stay in the Hamptons and were impressed with the tastefully decorated hotel room and friendly...
staff at check in. Everything went well for our stay and the next morning we stripped the beds, took out the trash, and even left a tip for the housekeeping team. After checking out and thanking the staff for a great visit, we headed to brunch in town when I got a call from my credit card company informing me the hotel called them and said they will be charging a $500 fee for damages to the room. I nearly choked on the food I was eating and asked what damages and they said they weren’t told and I would have to ask them. Thankfully, I was only a few minutes away from the hotel so we left our brunch and headed straight to the hotel. I tried to stay as calm as possible when I walked in and asked what damages I had caused to the room we just left. The staff member told me we had broke an “Imported Canadian leather seat” and scratched the floor with it. I told him I would love to see this damage so we walked over to the room and he flips over a small leather seat with a wheel that was bent that we used to put our feet up on as we watched TV and a SCUFF mark on the cheap vinyl floor. He said we broke the chair, caused the screws to fall off the wheel, and scratched the floor with it and now the whole floor had to be changed. I told him we never even sat on the chair nor did break a wheel. I asked him where the screws were and he said it probably got swept up when they were cleaning. When I looked closer at the chair, I quickly saw the wheel didn’t even have holes for the screws as it was improperly installed and it was also missing felt pads which caused the floor to get SCUFFED. He immediately got red when he realized what an idiot he looked like and started apologizing and told me the charges would be removed. I was fuming at this point and wanted to really flip out for ruining my day but I maintained my cool and walked out. Moral of the story, this “high end Hampton hotel” tried to rip me off and tell me I broke their “imported” furniture which was installed by an idiot and also ruined their Home Depot vinyl floor. Be careful if they try to pull a scam like this on you if you decide to stay here.

The worst hotel service I have ever experienced. The hotel was overbooked and we found out upon arrival at 10pm. I had called and the front desk earlier in the day to let them know we would have a late arrival (a curtesy I shouldn’t have to do...
). There was NO mention of an over booking.
Upon arrival the young front desk worker very timidly shared the news. He was told his manager gave no further direction and to let guests know. He let me know where else I could stay in the are but provided no additional help. It seems it wasn’t his fault but he let us know his manager did nothing to help.
The manager,Verna, I called her the next day (after paying more for a new hotel) to let her know. She said she would TRY to get our money back. It’s frightening, the lack of care and service in hospitality.
