Megan was seriously one of the best vendors we had. My husband wasn’t 100% on hiring a coordinator originally but he very quickly changed his mind before our wedding had even happened! Megan stayed in touch with all of our vendors and did her best to problem solve before things ever made it to me. She was always responsive and was literally a phone call away any time we needed her! As someone with anxiety, Megan helped keep my nerves down. I would hire her again in an instant. Thank you so much Megan!

I cannot say enough about Megan! I hired her for full wedding planning and it was the best investment. The value we got from her, both during the planning and day of, exceeds what we paid. Megan not only helped us find the most amazing vendors, she helped problem solve and talked me through all of my stresses and worries. She was attentive and always responded to texts in a timely manner. She shared best practices, but was also able to flex and take those best practices and adapt them to the vision we had. She also helped us work everything we wanted in to our budget! On the day of my wedding, I didn’t have to worry about a single thing. Her and her assistant, Jordan, were AMAZING. They handled everything, starting in the morning with unpacking the boxes of items we brought, all the way to packing up the cars at the end of the night (both our bridal car with our honeymoon items and leftover fajitas and cake for a midnight snack! 😊 and our parents’ cars with remaining items.). I’m sure some things didn’t go according to plan, because no event can go by without something going wrong, yet I never knew about it because they handled it quietly and perfectly! 😊 We never went without a drink in our hand and we never had to wonder what was happening. Megan and Jordan kept the event flowing all night long and there was never a lull. My mom, MIL, and bridesmaids all commented on how lovely, professional, and on top of things Megan and Jordan were. It was very important to us that our family and bridal party didn’t have to work at our wedding. Because of Megan and Jordan (and some event workers we hired), our family and friends didn’t have to lift a finger. Lastly, every vendor she recommended was perfect – both for our budget and vision. Megan is super sweet and great at what she does! If you’re on the fence – just hire her! Future you will be incredibly thankful!!

I cannot recommend working with Megan enough! If I could give more than 5-stars I would! I hired Megan as my Day-Of Wedding Coordinator and she truly went above & beyond what I expected. Megan was so helpful throughout my wedding planning process & was always timely to respond to me with her feedback to any of my questions as I navigated the stressful process of planning a wedding. She was able to help me find vendors last minute for final details, such as a photo booth by reaching out to various connections she has. This helped to alleviate a lot of my stress leading up to the wedding by not only taking care of coordinating with certain vendors but also making me feel confident in vendor choices because I fully trusted Megan's expertise and her recommendations (which all turned out to be amazing!). And on actual wedding day, Megan truly was a LIFESAVER. I am quite the planner-type & admittedly usually like to take care of things myself (not always a good thing lol); so the fact that Megan helped me to feel comfortable enough to trust her with taking care of everything speaks volumes to her as a professional & as a person. I felt so confident & stress-free going into wedding day. Megan is personable, efficient, flexible, knowledgeable, organized, & was calm in moments when things went wrong. No matter what, she had a plan & helped me to feel confident that everything would go okay. And it really did, I had the BEST wedding day ever & a lot of it was thanks to Megan & her wonderful day-of assistant Jordan's help. On top of that, I feel like I made a friend!
