Paula is organized, professional, experienced, sweet, and an absolute dream to work with. At first I only hired a day-of coordinator because it was required by my venue. But looking back, I don’t know what I would have done without Paula. Thank you Paula for truly making our wedding the best day ever!

. Paula is upbeat and kind, but knows exactly what she’s doing. After every call with her, we ended up feeling so much better because she answered all our questions, gave us good ideas and recommendations, helped us put together to-do lists, and sent us organized follow-ups. When it came to the weeks leading up to the wedding, there was so much Paula took off our plates - finalizing things with our vendors and putting together the day-of timeline, down to the 5 minute intervals, and keeping us organized during our rehearsal.  And then of course, the day-of. I genuinely cannot imagine what we would have done without Paula. We had to get ready early, and Paula showed up at my hotel room at 6:45 AM, cheerful and ready to go. She helped with every tedious task that day - from steaming the bridesmaids dresses to communicating with our catering, transportation, photographers and more. She kept everyone right on time for everything - literally nothing/no one was late - and we had a large wedding party and a lot of vendors. Our families and wedding party all couldn’t get over how great Paula was - everyone loved her! And the best part is I didn’t have to check my phone the entire day because Paula had it all under control. Thanks to Paula, our wedding day literally went perfectly - it truly was the best day ever!

At both the ceremony and reception, Paula coordinated seamlessly with our venue to make sure every detail we had planned came to life. She also attended our rehearsal and gave clear direction to our family and bridal party, which made everyone feel comfortable and confident. Having Paula with us gave me such peace of mind. She handled everything with such grace and warmth, allowing us to fully enjoy every moment of the day. I only wish I had taken a photo with her—but she left such a lasting impression, and I plan to stay in touch. Paula is truly the sweetest wedding coordinator ever. When we started working together, Paula impressed me with her warmth, organization, and incredible attention to detail. Even during a moment when she was changing me into my second dress she mentioned that a few things had fallen behind the schedule earlier but we’d made up time and were back on schedule - I never would’ve known had she not told me!! And ignorance is priceless on your wedding day where the last thing you want to think about is if things are on schedule or not. Paula takes the stress off 100% and ensures you just focus on having the best day ever. That is crucial the last few weeks to the wedding and especially on the wedding day. Due to health reasons and other obligations, I had to take a few weeks away from wedding planning the last month until our day, and Paula (both then and before) stepped right up and made sure things went smoothly. On the actual wedding day, she juggled both the bridal and bachelor parties and parents excellently, always being in multiple places at once and always with a quiet behind-the-scenes reassurance that even my makeup artist commented that “some coordinators try to prove their worth by keeping themselves busy, but Paula is perfect and quietly gets everything you need done in the background without disrupting the flow of all that’s going on.” I couldn’t ask for anyone better for making sure our wedding went as perfectly as possible (which I certainly think it did - some people say at least one thing always wrong on your wedding day - nope, not us thanks to Paula!) and all the while kept everyone in good mood and vibes and providing assurance where needed weeks before the wedding and also on the actual day. knew immediately I was going to hire her. She made me feel so much better after just one conversation! Paula started working on my wedding from the day she was hired. She reached out to all my vendors to confirm timing and details, asked for COI’s and then created the most detailed timeline of the entire wedding day I have ever seen. She stayed in constant communication with me checking in weekly, suggested things I would have never thought to think of, and made changes we needed to if necessary. Paula made sure my wedding day ran so smooth. Throughout the whole day someone would say they forgot or needed something or had to talk to someone about something and Paula would respond “I brought it!” Or “I have it!” Or “I already did!”. During the reception, she was running around checking on my husband and I, and speaking to all the vendors when they arrived and left. We were able to just sit back relax and enjoy the day with our loved ones stress free! Paula is also very trustworthy. We felt extremely comfortable having her distribute our tips to vendors, collect our cards and gifts at the end of the night, and handle our most precious items for the photographer to photograph. I seriously cannot recommend her enough! I keep thinking of other parties coming up in the future where I could hire her again!!!!!!! WE LOVE PAULA THE BEST DAY EVER EVENTS!!!!!

elf on being an organized person. But planning a wedding is a huge undertaking. It was very overwhelming at times. Paula was always there if I had a question or needed to run something by her. I had an amazing time at my daughter, Valerie and Kyle‘s wedding. She made it so I didn’t have to worry about anything. I was able to be the hostess and just go around and visit with my guests and dance the night away. She did an amazing job. All of her work is done in the background behind the scenes. t I didn't want to deal with. I found Paula on the Knot and upon our first phone call I knew I wanted to work with her. She was extremely professional, calm, poised and SO organized - everything you could possibly need in a planner! Even before the wedding, Paula went above and beyond. She reached out to all my vendors to confirm details, and asked questions and checked off items I wouldn't even have thought about (like collecting vendor's insurance, timeline logistics, etc). We had 2 check in calls with her the month of the wedding and she gave us a detailed list of items we had to do and buy (along with the links to them) and checked in consistently to make sure we were on track. On the day of the wedding, Paula was like our fairy Godmother. She steamed my bridesmaids dresses, sewed one of them into their dress because it was more revealing than expected, consistently handed me food and water to make sure I was hydrated and fed, checked in on the groom and groomsmen, confirmed the transportation was on time & ready, and let everyone know she was the point person for the day; I didn't hear of any issues, complaints or questions from anyone all day because Paula got to them first! The wedding truly would not have been able to operate without Paula. We had a rainy morning the day of and as we were pulling up to the Church the driveway was was blocked with cones so the only option was for the bridesmaids to walk in the rain. Paula sprinted in the pouring rain to remove the cones and allow our trolley to pull up right next to the doors of the Church- truly the MVP! On top of that, I had also made a few requests the days leading up to the wedding- like having confetti during one of the dance sets and Paula said she'd take care of it. She coordinated with the DJ and we had a confetti dance at the most perfect time! If you're considering a day of coordinator, Paula is the absolute best choice! If you're not considering a day of coordinator, I would still recommend Paula to anyone planning anything. If you want your wedding to go off without a hitch and you want to be able to truly enjoy your day, I would recommend Paula in a heartbeat. She's an amazing planner and an even better human.

I can definitely say without a doubt that if she wasn’t there then things wouldn’t have gone as smoothly as they did. Examples below. -She kept everyone on track - she met the vendors as they came so she could tell them how I wanted things set up - Her and her sister, Lori, steamed my dress veil, the bridesmaid dresses, and the dressing gown - Shout out to Lori who took photos on my phone the whole day! - She did a bunch of last minute things at the reception hall too like light out candles and put our cake topper in - She even cleaned up the reception hall at the end of the night! (even stored our leftover food). Overall, working with Paula (and Lori later on) was just amazing. Me and my husband talked about it later on and we agreed that what Paula brought to the wedding was worth more than what she actually charged. If you’re looking for someone that is kind, knowledgeable, and cost effective it’s Paula. I HIGHLY recommend her. It’s not even an exaggeration to say that because of her our wedding was truly the best day ever!

Paula not only recommended vendors when I was having trouble searching, she also read through contracts with us and gave us advice when we asked. cided to throw a 150 person wedding in my cousin’s backyard in Westport, CT. Although the idea sounded so special and easy , we had to start from scratch, with things such as bringing bathroom trailers onto the property, building the archway, designing the layout, and bringing in a caterer. After I was able to tie together this vision, I met Paula. We hired Paula as a wedding “day of” coordinator, but she was always available with advice for the entire year leading up to the wedding. She was by my side the entire time , taking my calls, texts , and many many questions all while having a baby and helping other brides like me! The day of the wedding she came prepared, from start to the finish. Something weird came over me the day of the wedding, that I was having trouble to explain to most of my friends and family that seemed to be confused as I seemed so “calm” after watching my plan a wedding for a year and a half. Paula and many other trusted venders said , relax because we got this. Paula was able to pull together the entire day of our wedding, and orchestrated it perfectly . She was there whenever I needed anything, and even helped wipe off the sweat I had from an outdoor wedding on a 90 degree day. My husband and I are so thankful for Paula , and could not be happier with how perfect our wedding was. We thank her and will recommend her to anyone who asks!

Looking back on it all, no matter how organized or well planned you think you have things, on the day of, you just need the extra set of hands (Paula). She was truly an asset to our wedding! Paula was on top of everything from day one when we first shared all our wedding information. She would always check-in to see where we were, what we needed help with, and always provided us with feedback and triggered our minds on things we had not thought of yet. Paula has a calm demeanor and such a pleasant, positive attitude and energy that is so contagious – you just want to hug her like she is your best friend, and she will be your best friend at the end of your journey together - I miss her everyday! Paula took care of so much for us - some things I did not even know about until after. During our final planning meeting with our venue, the venue coordinator had most of our checklist done as Paula had already done the leg work for us – she had reached out to our vendors to take care of insurance certificates for the venue, ensured arrival and set up times, and created our master timeline! During the week of our wedding, we had a family emergency affecting my mom, who was slotted to walk me down the aisle. Aside from my soon-to-be husband, Paula was the very first person I informed. Without hesitation, Paula took the reigns on everything, allowing me to focus on my mom and getting her to our wedding. I entrusted her with everything the week of and there was not one detail left unnoticed! Paula helped with transportation logistics, venue accessibility for my mom who would be in a wheelchair for the wedding, venue set up with our place cards, you name it – Paula was on it! Day of, Paula was the first to show up for the day and the last vendor I saw before I left for the night and she didn’t stop once! While we were getting ready, Paula facilitated food delivery for both the bride and groom side, steamed all of the bridesmaids dresses, helped with last minute dress adjustments, had everything we needed on hand – scissors, double sided tape, safety pins, kept us all in line with timing, and truly had our backs for every part of the day and night! Paula even took my dress and detail items with her to the venue so my photographer could take the detail shots before my arrival – she is a godsend!!! Aside from managing our wedding and coordinating all its logistics, Paula also choreographed our entrance and first dance - WHAT A SUCCESS and had our guests in awe!!! She was so patient with us in learning our dance and created such a beautiful first dance routine for us, we are forever grateful! Our wedding day could not have gone as smoothly as it did without Paula! Her incredible attention to detail, patience, calmness, organization, and professionalism are the key factors in what makes Paula good and successful at what she does! Without a doubt, Paula will be everything you want, need, and more for your wedding and I cannot recommend her and her services enough for any event!

As we got closer to the wedding day Paula was cc’d on every email between myself and my venue and she helped immensely in figuring out logistics and communication between vendors. She collected all of my vendors’ COIs and sent them to our venue. She confirmed setup, start, and end times with each of our vendors and built a master timeline of our wedding day that kept everyone on track beautifully. Paula was always quick to answer emails and texts and was happy to carve out time for a quick phone call if we needed it. It was such a relief to have Paula take over as our official contact to all of our vendors the week of the wedding. On the day of the wedding, Paula and her wonderful assistant Lynn were truly the MVPs of our day. I say this with complete sincerity—our wedding day would not and could not have been the smashing success that it was without Paula and Lynn. They took care of and handled EVERYTHING—vendor contact, keeping us on schedule, holding onto the rings and handing them off to the Best Man before the ceremony, collecting my detail items and handing them off to the photographer for detail shots, handing out our tip envelopes, setting up our DIY decor BEAUTIFULLY and exactly how we requested (including our cake/cupcake table!), running our quick day-of rehearsal, lining everyone up for the ceremony processional and reception intros, packing up all of our personal items and decor after the reception and making it so neat and easy to pick up the next day, plus much much more that I’m sure I’m forgetting/didn’t even witness. Because of them, my husband and I (as well as our families and bridal party) were able to enjoy the party, have fun, and let loose. I am also incredibly grateful to Lynn for taking my phone throughout the day and taking countless photos and videos. I can’t express how wonderful it is to have those beautiful moments captured on my phone so we can revisit the day before getting our professional photos/video. Throughout the whole day, which inevitably included some unexpected stressful moments, never once did Paula or Lynn lose their cool. My family and bridal party adored them and were also very grateful for their organization, leadership, professionalism, and warm positivity. I could go on and on about how amazing Paula is and how responsible she is for giving us the wedding of our dreams. It was truly The Best Day Ever. Needless to say, I cannot recommend Paula enough to any couple seeking a DOC.

From the months leading up to our wedding with our check in phone calls and e-mails, to the rehearsal and entire day of our wedding, everything went completely smooth because Paula was in the picture. Her calming demeanor was exactly I wanted for my wedding day and she made me feel completely at ease. She knows exactly what she is doing and handles every situation thrown at her with ease and grace. Leading up to the wedding and on the actual wedding day, she had a lot of advice and expertise to share that I very much appreciated. I also had a handful of family and friends comment on her performance and also gave her contact info to a few girls who are getting married within the next year. My fiancé and I can’t thank her and Lynne enough!

The timeline was absolutely key and I'd have had no idea to where to start if I tried to do it on my own. In the couple of weeks before the wedding, Paula really took over and worked with vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page. Unfortunately, Paula came down with Covid a couple of days before the wedding so she was not able to attend but that didn't stop her from making sure we had the wedding we envisioned (after offering an overly generous refund). Despite feeling under the weather, she got right on the phone with me and my sisters 2 days before the wedding to run through absolutely ever detail and all of her cheat sheets she'd prepared to set us up for success. Even though she was cooped up at home, she was absolutely working. The night before she was still thinking of details that I wouldn't like phoning the hotel's front desk to ask them to drop off tall stools for hair and make up in the morning. Day of, she was right there with us (virtually), in constant contact with all of the vendors and my sisters making sure everything was going smoothly. We could not have done it without Paula! So, do yourself a favor and book Paula for The Best Day Ever!

On the day of, she was then the first one on site and made sure we stayed on timeline and everything went smoothly. There truly was not one hitch throughout the entire day! My husband and I could just relax and enjoy the day. On top of the timeline management, she was quick with any last minute emergency needs. She fixed a bridesmaid's dress, lengthened a groomsman's pants, and helped me pin up my after party dress. All things that without her would have just had to be less than perfect. She also made sure all of our personal belongings got to where they needed to be at the end of the night so we truly had nothing to worry about. If you are on the fence of whether to hire her, please do not hesitate any longer. Cannot recommend Paula enough!!

Paula has gone above and beyond to ensure all the details on the day-of is exactly what we wanted. There are so many things, including coordinating with multiple vendors and parties, seating/decoration arrangements, planning ahead that go into making sure the day-of goes smoothly, and frankly, we wouldn't have pulled it off without Paula. If there is one advice we will give to any couples in the planning process, it will be to find someone as amazing as Paula to help make your dream day come true!

One of the groomsmen pants ripped right before the ceremony, and Paula was able to fix them! Any Brides reading this, if you are on the fence about hiring a Day of Coordinator, do not second guess it! Even if your venue provides you a Maître D and coordinator, you need someone that is solely focused on you and your husband! Paula coordinators with all the vendors and builds the day of timeline, which is detailed down to every singe minute! She handles paying all the vendors at the end of the night and all the packing up. I had the best wedding ever, and I credit that to Paula!!!

r. She works above and beyond as a day of coordinator. For instance, she even FaceTimed the bus mechanic to get the AC running on our party bus after our driver said he couldn’t figure it out. Paula is incredibly attentive and responsive. Words don’t do justice. I cannot recommend her enough. Easily the best money we spent!!!
