Oh my word I cannot say enough good things about The Bloom Room. They were absolutely incredible and so friendly! They worked with us and helped us pick every single flower used at our wedding, let us add a million things last minute and made our visions come to life. They are the best!

Personal care, responsive, outstanding ideas and works with you to keep your florist budget while providing a unique design. We absolutely loved our custom table settings, up lighting, floral decoration and wedding party florals!! Flowers are what make beautiful wedding photos and ours were AMAZING!!!

Stephen and Kathy are such amazing people! They worked around our budget and were even completely honest and transparent with ways we could save. As a bride, it was the most helpful vendor we worked with. Along with Jojo, their designer, they made my vision come to life and exceeded my expectations! Jojo even checked on me on the wedding day to see how I was feeling. (I mean who's floral designer does that?) I am so thankful that we found The Bloom Room! Thank you for making my dream wedding possible!

Stephen and the Bloom Room Team made all my wedding floral dreams come true! I had a very specific vision of tropical glam and they executed better than I could have ever imagined. They went to great lengths to get all the blooms I asked for. Not only did they execute my vision but they presented so many amazing ideas I hadnt thought of. I knew my head table florals were going to be amazing but they were bigger and better than I could have ever anticipated. Working with Stephen was truly a delight of my wedding and I cannot recommend or thank them enough!

Unlike some florists who wouldn't even talk to us unless we planned on spending $5,000, The Bloom Room was happy to sit down with us for only a few items. We only purchased the bouquet, alter pieces, and boutonnieres/corsages, but they made tons of great suggestions for us. They are perfect for people who know nothing about flowers. Their vast floral knowledge gave us ideas that we hadn't even considered but ended up loving. They are also willing to work with you if you want changes. Their prices were reasonable (relative to other wedding florists) and transparent. They are definitely the floral partners you want for your wedding.

Stephen and Kathy exceeded every expectation we had for our daughter's wedding. They worked SO patiently with us and their attention to detail was phenomenal. They worked within our budget and made great suggestions on how to optimize our arrangements (for example, using our flowers from the church at the venue) to get the most value. They also took care of a lot of our décor as well as our candy bar, and we received a lot of compliments. They made the entire process so stress-free, plus, they were just plain fun to work with. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM, WITHOUT RESERVATION.

Steven and Kathy exceeded every expectation we had for our wedding (and the expectations were already set pretty high from the meetings we'd had with them). Any picture I had given them from Pinterest as my "inspiration", they made it 10x more beautiful. They worked SO patiently with us, from the first day when I had to ask about 10 different types of roses, all the way to when there were nit-picky things I wanted to change the day before/day of. The Bloom Room bent over backwards in so many ways to make sure our florals were perfect, and oh wow did they deliver. They also did a lot of our décor as well as our candy bar, and we got an unbelievable amount of compliments - all thanks to Steven and Kathy. They made the entire process so stress-free; I seriously cannot recommend them highly enough.

I owe so much thanks to Steven and Kathy from The Bloom Room! They made my vision for our wedding on 3/9/19 come to life! I met Steven at the bridal extravaganza over a year ago. As soon as I told him what my vision was, he totally understood and painted a whole beautiful picture of what my wedding would look like! Not long after that we decided to book them and I am SO HAPPY we did. We had a Great Gatsby Themed wedding, and everything from the ostrich feather center pieces, to the gold and black glitter table cloths, the bouquets and bouteneers was beaiftul. Their amazing decorating made the whole party come to life. My guests all loved the theme and everyone felt like they were in an upscale speakeasy. They absolutely BLEW MY MIND!!! I highly recommended The Bloom Room, they will make your vision come true!

I would give them six stars if I could. Stephen and Kathy at Bloom Room were fantastic. I gave them my budget, and they worked to stay within it. I received a quote from another vendor that was significantly higher. I was blown away by the flowers, candles, and chuppah at my ceremony and reception. Stephen and Kathy listened to what I wanted, and created something more beautiful than I imagined.

I was very pleased with my experience with the bloom room. I went in and met with Stephen, who is very knowledgeable and friendly, and he was able to design the perfect flowers and wedding décor for us. Walking into my venue and seeing all the linens, and gorgeous flower arrangements already set up made me so happy I couldn't believe I was getting married surrounded by such beauty! Thank you!!!!

Stephen and his wife were able to accommodate our specific style and needs in a little over a month's notice. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous and helped to complete our decorations for our big day! Also very reasonably priced and high quality :)

For us, we wanted our wedding to be beautiful but we didn't want to spend to much on flowers. Stephen and Kathy, made it happen. They are pleasant to work with, have so many rental options to choose from, and kind on the phone and in person. Its great because you can rent linens etc. all in one place. They respond in a timely manner and brainstorm with you to make things happen. Whether you have a small budget or a big one, they never make you feel less than. Our bouquets, boutonnieres etc. they were beautiful. They deliver on time and were in and out on the day of the wedding as if they were never even there. They get the job done with no fuss. I didn't even get to give them a hug that day cause it was crazy but trust me, theyre great. you won't regret it.

I HIGHLY recommend The Bloom Room!!! They are awesome. They are so easy to talk to and their work is beautiful. They designed my wedding flowers perfectly! I told them what I was imagining and gave them inspiration pictures and they were exactly what I wanted. They are also extremely reasonable when it comes to pricing. We got so much more with them for less than anybody else we looked at and their customer service can't be beat!

Steven and Kathy from the Bloom Room did our decor and flowers for the wedding. Our wedding decorations were phenomenal and breath taking. We received so many compliments from friends and family on how beautifully accented the decor and floral arrangements complimented the wedding! They were very professional and affordable and customized our wedding to our exact taste! Definitely love them and are so appreciative for everything they did!

The Bloom Room is amazing. They did a fantastic job at our wedding. They were very attentive at our meeting and took great notes on exactly what image we wanted for our wedding. They were right on time the day of the wedding, were familiar with our venue (the Bell Tower on 34th), executed everything exactly as we asked for and the flowers were the most stunning part of the wedding. The centerpieces were magnificent as well as the flowers at the head table. We had a sofreh aghd at our wedding since it was a traditional persian wedding and Stephen and his crew did a fantastic job to incorporate the flowers on and around the sofreh for the ceremony portion of the wedding. I would definitely recommend The Bloom Room for weddings.

Stephen and Kathy at The Bloom Room are wonderful! I felt very comfortable at our initial consultation and they not only had great ideas but they were very open and honest about price. On the wedding day they executed everything perfectly. Everything was on time and the flowers were beautiful. Truly, The Bloom Room's service was fantastic and they quoted me literally half the price of another florist I spoke with without eliminating a single thing!

The Bloom Room was an absolute joy to work with. They were willing to give me the exact roses I wanted, in the configuration I wanted, and even helped me make a few adjustments to ensure they were as beautiful as possible. Steven specifically communicated with my fiance and I to ensure we were always up to date on the status of our order, and even came in on a Saturday to meet with us before our wedding. They delivered breathtaking bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages, all of which coordinated wonderfully, and none of which had a petal out of place. They were kind, hospitable, and their craftsmanship is top-notch. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a florist that will deliver exactly what you want, while also being kind, affordable, and talented!

I absolutely loved working with Stephen and his team! On the first day I stepped into their office, Stephen greeted me with such enthusiasm. He met with me for over an hour and pulled up an image of every single flower that he spoke about so that I could create a perfect vision for my wedding. He was incredibly patient when I needed to change things around to meet my budget and never got upset with me. The flowers at our wedding were breathtaking. My bouquets and boutonnieres were absolutely stunning! When I walked in the morning of my wedding to pick them up I almost cried, they were so beautiful! Stephen worked hard to make sure the flowers I ordered fit my budget and they turned out absolutely GORGEOUS and at a price I could afford. What a great company! Stephen and Kathy helped us to create a most amazing event. They advised us on flower choices and arrangements that would create the look we wanted within our budget and even created "double duty" centerpieces that were used outside for the ceremony and then brought inside for the reception. Plus, they're a really fun couple!

I met with a few florist, but NONE of them treated me the way Stephen did at The Bloom Room. He worked with my budget and made sure my vision came to life. He did not hesitate to pull out different centerpieces and flowers to show me what I was getting. He is very honest and wants nothing but the best for you. I really enjoyed working with him! The Bloom Room did an amazing job for my daughters wedding. Stephen Jones is incredible and was able to take every idea my daughter and I had and make it a reality! He is truly a visionary and the entire team were wonderful to work with. The flowers were absolutely breathtaking and the way they suggested the use of our outdoor arrangements inside for the reception was so practical and appreciated. They have an excellent eye for color and the final product was amazing. You will not be disappointed!

I am so incredibly happy with our experience with Stephen and the Bloom Room!! Right from when I went in for the initial meeting, they really understood our vision (mostly my vision, lol as my husband didn't have an opinion overall for the florals!) for simple, beautiful spring florals. When putting together the Chuppah, Stephen suggested using a faux orchid as a real orchid wouldn't hold up under the lights on the stage. No one could tell the difference, and it looked gorgeous! The bridal party bouquets were exactly what I had in mind. We received tons of compliments on our centerpieces and how everything was set with the linens that they provided. Prior to seeing all the florals put together, I didn't realize how important they were and how much I would love them. The Bloom Room really exceeded my expectations!

Stephen with the Bloom Room is so great to work with! He truly knows how to make your vision come to life. We gave them over 200 assorted vases to fill and deliver the day of our wedding and it turned out absolutely perfect! My bouquet and bridesmaids bouquets were stunning and I could not be happier with how everything turned out!

Stephen and The Bloom Room were one of the best parts of our wedding day. I first found out about the Bloom Room during Bridal Extravaganza. I didn’t have an exact idea of what I wanted, with the exception of calla lilies, but when I saw a display bouquet at their booth, I was hooked. It had a great mix of neutral colors along with distinctive greenery and the most precious grey “flowers/bulbs”. My fiancé and I went to meet with Stephen at his showroom. Bloom Room is way more than just flowers! We picked out flowers, lanterns, 3 different centerpiece looks and the ceremony décor as well. It was great to be able to get every décor item with one person, especially since the price include set up and clean up. Stephen was beyond fast in getting us an extremely detailed, itemized quote. He also has such a great eye for what looks great and how to style everything to suit your desired look. When I emailed him to see if there was any way to reduce the price by cutting a few things, he was not only accommodating but he never once made it awkward (which can be in financial situations) He was so professional when talking about staying within a budget (we didn’t really have one when we first visited). We had some changes in wedding party and he was great at making sure everything was up to date by the day of. I can honestly say I had 100% confidence that the flowers would be stellar and they were!! I also had zero to worry about the day of in regards to flowers. I didn’t even notice when they picked up everything from the ceremony and transported the flowers to the hotel. There were two candle votive trees I fell in love with during our initial meeting but had no clue where to place them. Stephen has a keen eye for detail because he put them in such a perfect spot, we got compliments over those trees weeks after the wedding. I would highly recommend Stephen and The Bloom room if you want a unique, beautiful, elegant look for your wedding, without stress and at an exception value. I wish I had another event to use Bloom Room for. Without Stephen’s vision and Bloom Room’s products, our reception would not have had the dream look I wanted. They made my reception the stunning visual masterpiece it was.

Stephen did such a beautiful job in making sure my wedding day flowers and centerpieces were perfect. I love that he is honest and definitely tells you what looks great. He merged my ideas with his and....voila! The value is great for the quality and service you receive. Highly recommend.

Stephen Jones was great to work with and understood right away that I know flowers and wanted something really special and unusual. The wedding flowers for our fall wedding incorporated all the rich colors of the season, woodland birds, mercury glass and succulents. Our tables looked amazing and yet were not intrusive when it came to seeing the guests sitting around the table. They know what they are doing when it comes to weddings, everything was delivered on time and the rented items were picked up and taken away without us ever having to worry about it. The prices for their services lined up with my expectations. I would definitely recommend this vendor.

From start to finish they were professionals and did the most AMAZING job of transforming my daughters venue into the wedding of her dreams!! We looked forward to every visit with them ...I can only compare it to the wonderful anticipation you get to enjoy in planning a dream vacation! The planning process is half the fun because the vacation is over before you know it! Every visit with them led up to the spectacular Grand display of what they designed and we where able to appreciate it through the planning experience and their creative direction. Truly they are the BEST and we highly recommend them! They work with your budget to ensure you have the best they can offer you!! We never felt "nickeled and dimed" but felt like they went ABOVE AND BEYOND OUR EXPECTATIONS and never took advantage of us! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! SPECTACULAR DETAILS AND BEAUTIFUL TRANSFORMATION!

The Bloom Room did absolutely amazing work for our wedding! They changed management between the time we signed a contract and the time of the wedding. However, our vision completely came to life on our wedding day. The flowers were gorgeous and everything I asked for. I did bridal portraits about 3 weeks before the wedding and my bouquet wasn't exactly what i wanted. When I told them my thoughts, they made the changes I asked for and my bouquet on my wedding day was exactly what I asked for. The Bloom Room also provided linens (tablecloths, cloth napkins and chair sashes) that were beautiful and much more affordable going through their company rather than a separate vendor. I highly recommend getting your linens with them as well.

There is nothing bad we could say about all the people we worked with at the Bloom Room. Everyone gave great service! Kya and Steven both helped us come up with beautiful ideas within our price range and went over specifics with us anytime we needed to change details or just wanted to make sure everything was right. Weddings can get crazy and ours was no exception. We were originally only going to have them do the ceremony flowers but when our plans for the reception flowers fell through at the last minute, they quickly worked with us to make sure everything went perfectly and didn't blow our budget. They conveniently worked with us through phone and email and always made sure someone answered the phone at the office or promptly returned it the next day. A couple other companies dropped the ball when it came to following up with us or checking to see if anything was wrong but at the Bloom Room they made us feel secure about our decisions and made sure to address any questions or doubts we had.

Kya and The Bloom Room were great to work with. They are VERY reasonably priced compared to other florists and the arraignments that they produced were gorgeous! Kya has a great eye for wedding decorating and she was so great to consult with. I did not really have a vision for what I wanted my flowers to look like so I leaned on her to come up with something and it was exactly what I wanted!

First, Kya was terrific to work with. When you go in for your first consultation, she has a battery of questions (many of which we hadn't even thought of) to help you figure out what type and how many flowers you'll need. She was really helpful in helping me to put my vision into words when we were planning. Then, our flowers were VERY affordable, and we were pleasantly surprised when we got our bill. Everything was beautiful, my only complaint is that my flowers were not quite as pink as I had hoped, but everything was gorgeous none the less. Kya, also designed and set up our candy table. We provided all the candy to her and she provided all the jars and serveware and set it up! It looked fantastic! I would recommend both Kya's floral and candy buffet decorating services to anyone!

They have reasonable prices and Kya is so easy to work with. My flowers were exactly how I imagined and my bouquets turned out beautifully. I definitely recommend Kya and the Bloom Room to everyone!

Kya has a beautiful spirit and a wonderful eye for design. I went into her office not fully aware of what I wanted but she listened to me and saw my personality. When I walked into my reception site it felt like she took a step into my mind and grabbed everything that I wanted. You would be doing yourself a major injustice by not using her. I would use her again in a heartbeat!

Let's see... she wasn't at my wedding to make sure the things I discussed with her were done. .. keep in mind I paid her $7,0000 for decorations, flowers, and other extras. My bouquet was wrong and I was refunded for the parts of it that were missing. We had to get unedited premature pics from my photographer to nit pic details of what was done and what was not. I got cancer before my wedding and was worried I shouldn't pay all the money and her words were,"I'd give you back everything except your deposit, I'm not totally heartless." Wow, no other vendor said they would keep any of the money. The Bell tower said they'd rather not work with her anymore. Everything did look beautiful though. It didn't ruin my night. Just wish I'd known what I'm writing here.

Immediately upon meeting Kya I knew she was detail oriented and had fabulous ideas. During that consultation she listened to my ideas, suggested cheaper options or others if certain flowers weren't in season, and mentioned arrangements that I had not even thought about yet (toss bouquet, grandparents corsages) . As soon as my mom and I got in the car following the meeting we knew we had found our florist. When we received our very detailed quote the next week we were shocked! She had managed to beat both the other florists we had met with and she had more flowers in her quote! On my wedding day my mom and I could not wait to see her creations. When the moment came we were blown away! Her flowers were INCREDIBLE! So many of our guests have commented on what a fabulous job she did and one of my bridesmaids is even using her for her own wedding now! Kya heard my ideas and brought them to life, she completely understood what I was going for. She helped to make my wedding day perfect and I have been recommending her to everyone who has a florist need!

I love flowers, but had no idea what I wanted or how much it would cost. My ideas were very far out of my price range and not realistic (money or season). The Bloom Room politely reined me in. They showed me pictures of different types of flowers, what colors they come in and how the colors may range (you can't necessarily control nature). They looked at my sample pictures and asked if I wanted exactly that or if I just liked it. When I said I just liked it they used my pictures as templates to help figure out what I was actually looking for. In the end, they helped me into my budget, but still gave me the beautiful flowers I was looking for. And on my wedding day my arrangements and bouquets were perfect (as perfect as you can make it). Very pleased with the service. Also several days after my wedding The Bloom Room followed up with me to make sure I was pleased. So very good customer service as well.

When even the most macho man is telling you after your wedding how nice your flowers looked, I think you made a good decision on your florist. Kya has great talent and very reasonable prices. At times, I felt she rushed me through meetings and decisions, but in the end, she really delivered.

I was extremely impressed and pleased with all the floral details that were done for both of my daughter’s recent weddings, November and February. Kya listened so intently to each of daughter’s wedding day dreams. She expertly and patiently guided us thru the process all the while making much appreciated suggestions to beautiful seasonal alternatives. From the spectacular arrangements to the smallest of details it all culminated in making each evening magnificent and instrumental in completing the vision of each of their wedding day dreams. I am completely impressed how Kya successfully executed both of these very different wedding visions. From the November romantic explosion of white garden roses and hydrangeas to February's romantic explosion of baby’s breathe accented with natural elements of real cotton and delicate succulents. Kya did a great job on my wedding! Everyone commented about how perfectly the flowers fit the wedding and how beautiful they were. She is very high-energy and very striaghtforward, but she really does care about making her clients happy and works very hard on her creations. I like that she wasn't afraid to tell me the realities about certain flowers or combinations I thought I wanted. She always gave me her frank and honest opinion on anything I asked her, which was very helpful to an indecisive bride like myself. At first she can seem expensive, but I found that compared to other florists I met with, her prices for rentals and flowers were very fair and reasonable. I highly recommend her as a wedding florist!

Kya is just an artist!! My Bouquet as well as all the flowers at the wedding were so incredible! I really wanted raw cotton in my bouquet and she FOUND some and made sure I had them in my bouquet. She is also very honest about cost. For example if I really liked a flower she would suggest that there is also a less expensive option that looks just the same. She was so helpful and I am so glad that I used them!!!
