We booked both the day of coordination and in house bartending services and everything was amazing. Emilie was fantastic to work with to help us curate the perfect bar menu for our wedding day and is able to assist with recommendations. Aalea was our day of coordinator and I there are no words for how amazing she is. Whenever someone would ask me about how the wedding was the only thing I could say was “absolutely perfect” and that’s no exaggeration. Aalea and the entire Booking House team were able to fulfill my wedding vision dreams and the entire day went off without a single hiccup ( or at least none that I was ever aware of.) It was truly the most perfect day, with the best team at THE BEST venue.

as compared to The Booking House. So, two months later we ended up back at The Booking House to put our deposit down. The Booking house has charm, character, and is just restored so beautifully. My husband and his groomsman especially loved the feature of the Crow’s Nest on the third floor! The staff and owners are absolutely wonderful. The Director of Ops, Brittany answered all my questions in a timely manner and was always so pleasant and helpful. We also decided to use the Day of Coordinating service and Bartending service offered by The Booking House. Emilie was so helpful in guiding us when we needed to make decisions regarding our bar package. Our day of Coordinator, Autumn, was a rockstar. She nailed the vision I had for the wedding. She handled the whole day with such great poise and if anything went wrong that day, I had no idea, it felt perfect! Venue searching can be so overwhelming but the knowledge and expertise that The Booking House staff has, made our lives so much simpler. They were truly a joy to work with and the space is just so beautiful. Not to mention the addition of their Atrium last year which allowed so much natural light in for our indoor winter wedding!!

rittany (Director of sales and operation) was great throughout the entire process, extremely attentive and always answered any questions I had in a professional and timely manner! We had the opportunity to have Aalea as our day of coordinator. She was truly amazing and matched everyone’s energy so well. Throughout the entire process as well as the day of Aalea went above and beyond to make sure it was everything we had dreamed of. I had no worries because I knew Aalea had it all covered. I hope when others are looking for a venue for their wedding they really consider The Booking House as the overall experience was truly amazing! I also hope anyone getting married there in the future is lucky enough to get to work with Aalea as she really will make your day exactly how you want!!

Extra tip- MAKE SURE Aalea Ray is your day of coordinator. I didn't have to think about a single thing the morning or day-of, she thought of everything and was everywhere all at once. Our families loved her spirit and expertise- we were so thankful to have her. We love you Aalea!! Only regrets in retrospect, had we gotten married in the Spring/Summer, we would've loved to of taken advantage of their new room- the Atrium. It made for the perfect room for our family portraits though :) The Booking House bar staff is incredible, but we also regret not including their second bar station at cocktail hour-- our headcount was about 150 and only one bar! Their open houses really helped us further shape our vision and really made us feel seen/heard throughout the entire process. Also we LOVED Emilie the bar manager! She gave such incredible reco's to get bars moving faster via signature drinks- great tip, couldn't have agreed more.

e we were going to get married. We had toured one other venue, but we knew after touring The Booking House that nothing else was going to compare. The Booking House is easily one of the best wedding venues central Pennsylvania has to offer. Not only does the venue offer something that is much different than what the rest of the area (and really, industry) offers, but it is owned and run by genuinely some of the kindest and most knowledgeable people. Throughout touring + booking the venue, planning and on the day-of, we worked most closely with Brittany, Emilie and Michele (owner) - all of which were so responsive and organized, but so kind-hearted and genuinely excited to celebrate with us, which further affirmed our love and appreciation for the business. I also think it speaks highly that the venue's owners are so deeply involved with the personal side of their business. The venue has so much character and traditional, authentic beauty with so many great photo ops for bridal portraits, bride & groom portraits most specifically. There are various options for what best fits your vision and expected size, for both ceremony + reception spaces - especially with their newest addition of The Atrium, which is a whole different look, but very fresh and clean! The venue itself has so much built-in character that you don't even need to do much to it, BUT is also therefore a blank slate, allowing you to create the exact vision you're going for - working flawlessly with all visions that I've seen be carried out there. The way the venue is set-up, you can tell the owners/staff have thought of every detail, and thought to ensure it was set up in a way that would allow the day to flow best for all involved. There are several accommodations available for guests who have more accessibility needs, as well. I loved getting access to the layout of the space and getting be able to visualize what would be needed for our final headcount on their portal beforehand, allowing us to communicate this with our coordinator and florist for last minute decor adjustments in plenty of time! Generally, they prefer that you use the vendors that are on the preferred list, but also work so beautifully and efficiently with all vendors to make the day flow seamlessly. Our vendors couldn't speak more highly of their communication and kindness, and the way the space is built to accommodate their individual needs. Our guests also complimented the bartenders on their efficiency and kindness. We booked the basic package, so did not experience any of their signature bartending specials, but appreciate the fact that their service spoke for themselves :) I think the only thing I could think we wish would have been done differently is if we could have arrived even an hour earlier at 9am. It wasn't much of a problem for the groom (naturally), but I think it would have just allowed for a little more flexibility with that extra time. Otherwise, we had several guests from states away compliment the venue over and over again and rave over its beauty. We truly could not be more grateful to have celebrated our special day and made so many special memories in such a magical, memorable place, and for the dream they made it! We will confidently recommend this place to all who will hear, always. We love you guys!!

The only thing that I wish was different would be allowing wedding parties to arrive earlier on the day of the wedding because we were rushed getting ready with a 10am arrival .

really speaks for itself and doesn’t need much with its natural charm. Their layout makes for a smooth and seamless flow of events throughout the day. We opt to use their new room, The Atrium, for our ceremony and we were blown away. The room was being built the majority of our planning and only officially opened the weekend before our wedding. We were a little nervous, but the staff was well prepared for the new addition! This room gives an outdoor feel at an indoor venue. There are also plenty of beautiful places within a short walking distance for some great outdoor shots. Their elevator is great too if you have any guests with trouble navigating steps! Our day of coordinator, Aalea, was great! She was quick to respond and very helpful with all of our questions throughout the stressful planning process! The day of the wedding was smooth with all of the vendors getting in/set up and the decorations we brought being laid out where we wanted. She really helped make sure our vision came to life. Michele helped us with our layout, she was also great! They use a website that couples have access to. You can add/remove tables and chairs, move them around in the rooms and add in guests and place them at tables. This was really nice to have access to when doing our seating chart. They also have farmhouse tables you can rent! We opted in for their bar services. Our bar coordinator, Emilie, was really helpful with creating our signature drinks and determining the amount of alcohol to provide. Brittany was also always there to answer any questions we had in the beginning of the booking process and throughout the rest of it! We just can’t say enough good things about this place and their team! We have gotten so many compliments and thank The Booking House so much for helping make that possible!

Our coordinator Autumn was on point with everything that we requested and was so helpful through the entire process and day/night. I don’t know how we could have had our wedding without her! She handled all of the decor, making sure we had everything we needed and always seemed to be around right when we did end up needing something. Emilie and the other bartending staff did a great job with serving our guests. From the time of booking the venue to the wedding day, the entire staff that we worked with was so personable and professional. We seriously couldn’t have asked for a better venue and staff. We’re so happy with how the day went and the Booking House played a big part in it.

re we would get married and celebrate with our friends and family. The Booking House is absolutely gorgeous. The brick, wood, industrial vibe, and overall feel of the venue is amazing. The staff Brittany, Aalea, Emilie (who gave us our tour and was so sweet), Michele, and JP are outstanding. I LOVE that the owners are so involved with the venue. We saw them several times throughout the process and I think that really means something- they really care about their couples. We somehow felt like we were the only couple when we know they were constantly having weddings. They really provide individual care and attention to each wedding. Brittany is amazing at her job and was very helpful and great at communicating. The coordinator Aalea is a goddess! We do not know what we would have done without her. Her personality and vibe really made us feel so great as well. She is so fun! We simply could not have gotten through the day without her- myself, Colton, and our families are so appreciative of her and everything she did. I could go on and on about how beautiful and perfect the venue is, but truly the staff really make this venue the best and top tier. They are amazing. Highly recommend The Booking House!

. From the very start they were incredibly helpful. We were given a packet of information and a list of their recommended vendors. This list led us to choosing every single vendor that made our wedding day the best day of our lives. The wedding day itself went on without a hitch. We are so incredibly grateful that we decided to use their day-of-coordinator, Aalea. She is an absolute BOSS who made sure every single detail was perfect. And more than that, she gave us peace of mind because we knew that she had everything handled and we could just spend the day enjoying everything we had worked so hard for. The Booking House staff were incredibly kind, helpful and efficient. Our room was flipped like a well-oiled machine after the ceremony to accommodate dinner and our reception and their bartending staff are top tier. We could not be more thankful for everything they all did to make it a night we will never forget.

It has such a magical energy and the ‘cool’ right vibe that we wanted. All of the staff at The Booking House was absolutely incredible. They walked us through everything that we needed to know and do months prior to the wedding. Then when it came to wedding day, we had full trust in them. They made sure our day was absolutely PERFECT. Every detail was portrayed and they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and that our special day was everything and more! We booked their on site coordinator, Aalea, for our wedding day, and she was absolutely amazing! She is so good at what she does. She makes you feel at ease on your wedding day and also throughout the plannng process! She was so responsive and understanding. When the wedding day came, she did wonderfully on the decorations and made our vision come to life! Everyone is also very organized at the booking house and made the wedding planning and process so easy! The areas for getting ready were plenty of room for the bridal parties and the grooms quarters was awesome! Equipped with a comfy couch and also a big tv! The bridal suite was also very nice and equipped with all we needed for the day. We also booked the bartenders from the booking house, and they were awesome bartenders! They made the most perfect cocktails and brought our signature drinks to life! Everyone loved them! From start to finish, the booking house was the perfect venue and team to work with and our wedding turned out to be all we hoped and dreamed for. Thanks so much again Booking House team!!

ing in November, it only made sense to choose a venue with such a beautiful inside. Each room in The Booking House allowed enough room for our guests to spread out and feel comfortable. And the cigar lounge?! At one point, almost all of our guests were enjoying the upstairs and smoking cigars. It was definitely a unique experience for our guests, and they could not stop talking about it. The staff was great to work with and made it super easy for us to store items in their warehouse days before the wedding. Highly recommend checking out The Booking House for your wedding!

to change our “big” wedding reception date to a later time due to the safety of our loved ones. Thankfully, JP and Michele allowed us to have a very small and intimate ceremony on our original date to have a “normal” wedding day feel. It was so special, intimate and not in our living room (LOL). When it came time for our big reception in May of 2021, the day could not have been more perfect. We chose the bartending service and used Emilie as our coordinator and they made everything so smooth! Not only did we have one wedding day so special at The Booking House, we had two! Wouldn’t have had it any other way. Highly, highly recommend!
