While the flowers I ordered did arrive on-time, they were already turning brown when they arrived. Instead of a refund, Bouqs responded by sending me another box of brown flowers as replacements. Would NOT recommend--my local Shoppers grocery store has better bouquets.

I ordered my bouquet and bridesmaids bouquets from Bouqs. The quality of the flowers not the best. Inspire of having my flowers in water up until the ceremony my flowers were welting. Then I ordered 3 bridesmaids bouquets and only received 2. I asked for a full refund which I got as my wedding was over Mother’s Day weekend. So I give them a good mark for that. However, I give them bad marks for quality and because after I contacted them with my issue of missing a bouquet I was giving a refund and told that they hope I will find flowers. My point here is if you’re asking for arrival day of 1-3 days at least make sure orders are 100% correct especially if it’s a holiday weekend, instead of expecting brides to stress trying to find a bouquet last minute.

You definitely get what you pay for. I ordered my bridal bouquet, 6 bridesmaid bouquets, 2 corsages and a bunch of boutonnieres from the Adore collection. The bouquets were absolutely stunning but were slightly damaged from transporting them to my venue. The corsages and boutonnieres were a complete waste of money - my husband could not even wear his during the wedding because it fell apart (as most of the others did as well). Additionally, I sent out my bouquet to be preserved after the wedding and was told the flowers were falling apart so much that they are not sure they will be able to preserve them. If you decide to book Bouqs, I recommend ordering extra so that you have extras for what gets ruined.

Just used The Bouqs for our wedding flowers. I was a little nervous using an online vendor but the flowers turned out so beautiful! I absolutely loved my bouquet and all the flowers arrived on time and bloomed. Nothing was missing or damaged. Aimee was really easy to work with and responsive. Would recommend the bouqs! Also beautiful flowers for a good price!

My arranged flowers arrived almost fully bloomed, 4 days before, with no instructions. needless the bouquets boutonnieres didn't make it. the boutonnieres were mostly dead and bouquets were falling apart. I followed instructions founds on their website but for steam flowers, instructions for boutonnieres were non existent. yes I saved money but absolutely not worth it. Go with someone local to you!

I used the bouqs for about 80% of my wedding florals and everything was nearly perfect. The only issue I had was with my Sahara roses. They got stuck in customs and didn't arrive with all my other flowers. They quickly sent a replacement but when they arrived they were pink instead of sand and were very tight and never fully opened. The ones that were stuck in customs also arrived but after being in a box for longer than expected they were very beat up. I did use these in my centerpiece since they were an accent flower next to my beautiful dark red explorer roses, which were perfect. For my bridesmaid bouquets I did have to go get some cream roses from Costco. Overall my experience was positive but my order wasn't totally correct.

I knew what I was getting into with The Bouqs. We were on a tight budget with florals, so this was the best option I found that would allow us to have fresh flowers for our wedding day. Customer service was great - they were very responsive and the rep who helped with my initial order was kind, answered every question, and gave a great layout to what I would be getting. I was not surprised when a lot of my stems arrived brown and dead. I know it's difficult when you get flowers in the middle of winter, especially white flowers, but when I asked for a refund, I made it clear I was not looking for any sort of fix other than refund. My wedding was in a rural location, and they sent replacement flowers anyway, which again showed up dead and brown. I got my refund in the end, but it was stressful. Overall: know what you're paying for and don't stress out. I ended up replacing a lot of stems with blooms I found at Trader Joe's and it worked out perfectly.

We ordered 300 roses from Bouqs for our wedding and they were PERFECT. So glad we saved money by using Bouqs! It was worth it, they arrived right on time, and the guidance provided made everything easier than we even thought it would be. Highly recommend!

We are so happy we went with Bouqs Co Custom DIY! All the flowers were gorgeous and stayed fresh for days. We had a lot of fun building our own bouquets - our bridesmaids each did their own and it was amazing to see their personal style be expressed! Aimee and Lauren from Bouqs were so awesome at answering all our questions, giving advice, and helping us decide how much to order. We had tons of flowers, MORE than enough. Everything was gorgeous, and we spent a fraction of what we would have spent at a local florist (literally 75% less).

Basically, you get what you pay for. I was happy enough with my purchase from Bouqs -- my bridal bouquet was lovely, and everything I ordered arrived. However, it was difficult to reach their customer service at first -- it took several attempts through their website, but once I got connected with a rep, she was very helpful and responsive. Also, some of our corsages and boutonnieres showed up a little worse for wear. They also didn't have a lot of pictures of all of their items on their website, but I think they are working on improving that. I am glad I used them since we didn't have a great need for flowers, but if you have a very specific vision or care a lot about flowers, the low cost may not be worth it for you.

Bouqs delivered an entirely incorrect order of flowers for my wedding, leaving me with no decor, and no bride or bridesmaid bouquets, one day before my wedding. Working with customer service during the ordering process was also a difficult experience, with their staff having no attention to detail and not providing any information upfront without being asked. My wedding planner advised against using Bouqs because they could be unreliable, and I went ahead with it for the cost savings versus a local florist, and this was the biggest mistake of my wedding. Having the wrong quantity, wrong colors, and wrong types of flowers delivered for my wedding, combined with incompetent customer service, was an awful experience and I would not recommend using Bouqs for weddings.

We got the bouquets for my wedding in a timely manner and we were able to mix and match styles and changes the sizes to fit our wedding!

I haven't received the bouquets yet, but I had a great experience working with Aimee and emailing back and forth. I wanted a pop of burgundy in my Bridal bouquet and she helped me pick the perfect one. I sent many of our independent florists pics directly from The Bouqs catalog and they all literally quoted me 1.5 - 2x more than how much it would cost at The Bouqs. I also had a 20% off coupon for buying my dress from David's Bridal so it was a no brainer for me to go with The Bouqs.

When I started looking for a florist, I had no idea what I wanted. The Bouqs has a catalog which I ended up picking all of our flowers from. I loved that they had a prearranged option so I didn't have to worry about assembling during such a busy week. The flowers arrived 2 days before my wedding, in excellent condition, and stayed that way through the wedding. I reached out multiple times to make changes to my order and everyone at The Bouqs was so nice about it and quick to respond.

The ordering process was very easy and fast. The customer service was also very helpful and kept me updated on the status of my order. However I was quite disappointed by the quality and quantity of flowers. The flowers arrived a bit banged up even though the packaging was smart with "seatbelts" for the flowers. The bridal bouquet and flower arrangements for the tables were quite a bit smaller than advertised. I ended up having to supplement with flowers from the grocery store to fill out the vase size they recommended. Also the boutonnieres and corsages had weirdly long stems that did not look great or as advertised.

The DIY process was much more simple and fun than I expected. The flowers came right on time and stayed healthy and attractive, peaking on the wedding day but still looking great even a day or so afterward. We were missing a few flowers, but since there were more than we ordered of other types, the bouquets still looked great and Bouqs staff was quick to respond and refund us for the ones that were missing. I’d highly recommend the Bouqs DIY option for anyone who doesn’t want to spend a fortune on a florist.

We used The Bouqs for our wedding and I am so glad we did! They were flexible with our postponement and the flowers arrived fresh, on time, and no hassle. Putting our arrangements together for the wedding was easy and fun. If you have a day to do your own flowers, go for it! It is a great way to have quality blooms and a low cost.

I really enjoyed my experience working with Bouqs and am so glad we went with them for the flowers for our wedding. Originally I had planned on using a local florist for our wedding. I had met with the florist multiple times and was involved in picking out the flowers and designing the aesthetic. The original quote and plan met our financial expectations but then about a month before our wedding our “updated” quote ended up becoming more than double what we had budgeted. I was so unhappy and stressed since we were so close to the wedding. I then came across Bouqs and really liked the different packages offered. I thought there were lots of options for any size and style of wedding. What was even better was that the company was so great to work with to customize options even further. I worked with Aimee Harp who was super responsive over calls and emails. She helped me customize our package so that I could choose exactly the amount of flowers I wanted as well as the specific colors. She was so helpful. All the flowers came on time, were packaged well, and arrived in great condition. Additionally, Bouqs provides lots of helpful tips to help assist you in making your own arrangements and bouquets. With this guidance, my family was able to put all the bouquets and centerpieces together the day before our rehearsal dinner, and the flowers looked beautiful on the day of our wedding. I would highly recommend to anyone to use Bouqs for any flower needs for their wedding. The quality and customer service was exceptional and I spent probably half of what I would have spent working with a local florist.

Can I give them a million stars?? They were so patient and responsive with my one million questions and we ultimately went with custom stems that we would have to organize myself into centerpieces and my bouquet (ambitious, I know). They were so so so affordable and the flowers I got were so beautiful and there were more than plenty! They sent care instructions and even emailed me back when I asked a few more — I was totally comfortable and BLOWN AWAY by what I got. I cannot emphasize enough how worth it they were. I love them!

We couldn’t be happier with our wedding flowers! We ordered the Passion DIY flowers and they were perfect. We were able to easily customize our rose color which gave us the perfect look. We arranged the flowers the day before the wedding (which I highly recommend). It gave us total control on the look that we wanted while saving a ton of money. So happy we went this route!

My husband and I got married last weekend on 11/14/20. We used the The Bouqs Co Wedding services after my matron of honor recommended them from a wedding she was in prior. I love flowers but know that they can get very expensive. I decided to take on flowers as the one DIY project for the wedding. I have some creativity in my blood, and wrangled my mom (creative) and bridesmaids (1 creative, 2 there for a good time), and matron of honor (green thumb) to meet on the Thursday before the wedding to help put the flower arrangements together. I loved that this turned into a casual rehearsal evening with the wedding party (the guys came over as well to hang out the groom) but if you do not have any creatives or green thumbs in your circle this can get overwhelming. I saved so much money doing it myself. You will need a ton of buckets to hold the flowers in until you arrange them (have your circle of friends bring them-I bought 12 buckets from home depot now I have all these buckets with no use for so many). Bouqs gives you images and step by step directions to put the flowers together but we did not use them really we just created. As a result I had 3-4 buckets left over of greenery. I tried to use them to add extra decorations to the ceremony but ended up pitching most leftovers. I am glad I had extra instead of not enough! Finally only 1/2 the flowers arrived on the Wednesday before the wedding. Before I could even get on the email to freak out, Bouqs already emailed me that they got lost (?) but that they were overnighting my needed roses. I did receive them on Thursday in time that everyone came over to get the arrangements done. I am grateful for Bouq's for troubleshooting that before I could even get on it! Flowers were beautiful and afterwards I gave arrangements to special people and 11 days later after they were delivered they are still alive! Thanks Bouqs!

I knew I wanted flowers but didn't need an insane amount. That's why I chose the 10-piece pre-arranged package through The Bouqs Co. and ordered some stems wholesale to do smaller arrangements myself. Aimee was really helpful with the ordering process, following up with me months after my initial contact to see if I had any more questions. While they promised the flowers would ship in time for deliver two days prior to the event, I only received my wholesale flowers on time. My pre-arranged package was tied up in customs, with no guarantee they'd arrive in time. Zaire answered my frantic emails right away, reaching out to local florists to find a plan B for me. When they couldn't track down a suitable option, they refunded me the cost of the flowers that didn't arrive on time as well as shipping. The pre-arranged flowers arrived the day before my wedding, a little worse for wear. They were suitable as extra decoration, but I used my refund to pay for a fresh, local bouquet. It wasn't the perfect open-and-shut order, but their customer service made up for it.

Our wedding flowers turned out beautiful. My husband and I were going to have a large wedding in Chicago and hired a professional florist, but due to COVID, we had to change our plans and ended up having a 50 person wedding in our back yard. In all seriousness, it was a blessing in disguise. I worked with Samantha at The Bouq’s Company and she helped me figure out exactly how many stems of each flower I would need to create everything we needed. I completely customized our order (this is something I couldn’t do very easily with other vendors!!!) Our wedding was on a Saturday and the flowers arrived Wednesday so we kept them in our basement in a dark room. Pro tip, keep them somewhat bunched together as the roses will open up a bit. We used buckets for most of them and tall glass cylinders for the weaker stems. Worked out great and the flowers were still fresh the day of the wedding. Arranging the flowers was intimidating, but with some basic research it was a piece of cake. I recommend using Jamali Floral & Garden. Their products online vary day to day, but every now and then there are some great finds. We got copper compotes for $8 each and a ton of bud vases which worked beautifully. We then got floral foam, floral tape, ribbon, and pins. Literally saved thousands of dollars on flowers and they were not that hard to arrange. There were a few flowers that were damaged in transit, but Bouq’s reimbursed anything that wasn’t up to standards. I’d recommend you er on the side of caution and over estimate how many flowers you’ll need. You won’t regret it. All together, our flowers were beautiful and working with Samantha was a pleasure. Cannot say enough good things. Use this company.

I ordered a pre-arranged 10 piece wedding package from Bouqs for my wedding on 6/21/20. The flowers arrived two days before the event in excellent condition. Everything was packaged very carefully and arrived completely intact. I was amazed at how great the flowers still looked by the day of the wedding, and in fact they didn’t even start to wilt until almost a week after they arrived. The Bouqs representatives were also very responsive and easy to work with, and the package was very affordable. I’d absolutely recommend them to other brides based on my experience.

So happy we decided to use Bouqs! Their flowers are absolutely amazing! So fresh, so beautiful, such big roses! The pre-made packages made decision making easy and the ability to tweak quantities was simple. The people were friendly, efficient, and great to work with. Not only did using Bouqs make it possible for us to afford such beautiful flowers, but my bridesmaids and I had a super fun night of putting together our bouquets, boutonnieres for the guys, and table centerpieces. Amazing memories and unforgettable flowers!

My experience with the Bouqs co was great!The thought of buying flowers in bulk shipped to your door is nerve raking. It was simple to work with Samantha to help determine which flower colors/package would work for my vision. My flowers showed up right on time, in beautiful condition. All of my roses were absolutely wonderful, and I felt like I had so many for such a reasonable price. Taking on DIY flowers is a big task, but if you are willing and ready to put in the work, it is definitely worth it.

Bouqs is not equipped to handle a large event. I order $2k in white roses. Many came damaged. I trusted the process and sent photos and asked for them to be replaced on Thursday evening. I couldn’t get in touch with anyone until around lunchtime on Friday. (Customer service doesn’t work with the “wedding packages” so they refused to help). I was told that they would send me new flowers, but they didn’t have the same package, and they couldn’t cut them, and they didn’t have ribbons, but I would receive new flowers. I said okay, when will this happen? She said they could be sent on Saturday but couldn’t promise a time. My wedding was Saturday during the day. The flowers arrived after the wedding. I got very upset and kept insisting they had to have SOMETHING to send me. They sent additional flowers which arrived Friday night, and while they were pretty, they were not what I had agonized over- I had visions of white roses with mirrored square vases. My centerpieces were white, pink rose, and lots of greenery in circular clear vases. Not the end of the world, but not what I wanted to spend the night before my wedding stressing over. If I could change anything about my wedding, the one thing I would have done is hire a florist for a slightly higher price point or just pick up roses at the corner store. Also, they did refund me for part of my package, but that does not solve the problem of not having the package I ordered. I just don’t think they can handle large orders- I was suggesting alternatives to them on Friday and the fact that they told me they didn’t even have ribbon so I could redo the bouquets says it all.

I wasn't sure what I had gotten myself into when I ordered my wedding flowers from The Bouqs Co., but they were PERFECT! Aimee in was so incredibly helpful in picking beautiful flowers that went together perfectly all while staying within my budget. My flowers arrived straight to my hotel room at the wedding venue, and I was able to (with the help of my hubby) prep them all and get them into buckets in about 2 hours. The tutorials Bouqs has were so helpful. We ended up with beautiful flowers that were exactly what I wanted for a fraction of the price they quoted at local florists. If I did it all over again, I would still pick Bouqs Co!

If you are a DIYer and or a perfectionist, this is for you! The flowers were beautiful and you cannot beat the price. If you are creative and have some time, I highly recommend working with Bouqs. Aimee was amazing in helping me select the right package and colors for our big day. We received so many compliments!

Wow! I can’t even express how happy I was with my wedding flowers! I was extremely anxious with ordering online, but after working with Aimee I felt confident in the decision. She responded promptly to each email and was thorough from the beginning. I received a tracking number to keep up with the flower delivery. The packaging was top notch! Everything was secure, and there was no way the flowers would move around in the box. I had family there and ready to help organize the flowers, but they came with labels and were already set up. Truly amazing! HIGHLY recommend!!

My flowers did not arrive for my wedding. I can’t express in a review how extremely stressful this made my wedding day. Thankfully they refunded me, and sent replacement flowers...however they were not what I ordered, my family had to drive two hours to go get them, and my guests and I were arranging flowers the morning of my wedding. The staff could have done better to problem-solve and fix the error.

The flowers were lovely- just like the catalog. The lady I worked with was great, very responsive. I have a few roses that were brownish on the edges- but to a certain extent you get what you pay for. The ribbon with the drop pearl pins on bridal bouquet was fabulous looking. No one would have known I only paid 350$ for all the flowers. On one note- I wish there were other medium items beside flower petals. I would totally use them again for any event.

The customer service is AMAZING! I was a little nervous about trusting an online florist with my wedding flowers. Even my family wanted me to consider more traditional florist options, but I loved the value Bouqs offered. When my flowers arrived they were slightly damaged. However, the customer service at Bouqs is incredible and they fixed it immediately! I worked with Samantha and she made sure that everything worked out. This is some of the highest praise I can give to a company: although things did not go perfectly, their response to the issue was BEYOND what I could have expected. It only took 12 minutes for them to respond to my email. 12 minutes! For a worried Bride, that saved so much stress. They are responsive, considerate, and their flowers are lovely. I would highly recommend Bouqs. Their service and care is unmatched.

I wanted simple but beautiful flowers for my wedding, but local vendors weren't able to fit my limited budget or weren't transparent or competent enough to give me pricing information without requiring an in-person meeting. As someone who loves nature and flowers, I was sad as I began to consider a wedding without any flowers. I started researching pre-made bouquets and came across The Bouqs. Their arrangements were so gorgeous compared to Sam’s Club and Costco. I initially emailed The Bouqs inquiring about their pre-made bouquets, having no intention to do my own flowers. When I priced everything out, the DIY packages were a much better value and I was able to get exactly what I wanted. I went for the Heartfelt package but swapped the Nena rose based on a photo I saw in their ad. I watched a TON of YouTube tutorials in the months leading up the wedding, purchased all the supplies, and made a pricing spreadsheet and a week-of-wedding plan. Having never assembled a bouquet before or put together an arrangement, I prepped and assembled all the bouquets, centerpieces, and boutonnieres for my entire wedding, and I couldn't be happier. I had a great sense of accomplishment and people continually asked me if I was a florist. I got so many compliments and I am thrilled with how it all turned out! The flowers arrived on time (Weds morning for Sat wedding) and looked just like the photos once I gave them some love and water. The roses were so fluffy! I had so many flowers left over, too. I asked Aimee many questions along the way and she patiently answered them all - even giving me tips for transporting the flowers so they didn't tip over. I am so happy I went with The Bouqs and had the accomplishment of doing my own flowers for a very reasonable price. For the DIY bride who wants beautiful flowers and is super organized, crafty, and willing to research, I would highly recommend The Bouqs!

Bouqs was fantastic to work with and we saved thousands of dollars by doing flowers on our own! Samantha was very helpful with regards to types of flowers to use and colors that were available. The videos she sent us were informative and useful. Our bridal party had so much fun arranging centerpieces and bouquets the day before our wedding! It was definitely a lot of work but, for any bride who is willing to put in the effort and do her research on flower arrangements, I would totally recommend Bouqs!

I chose one of the DYI wedding packages for my wedding and it was gorgeous! The Bouqs gave instructions on how to assemble and the flowers were beautiful! Even if you don’t want to DIY they also offer pre-arranged packages. I also order from the Bouqs for all other occasions and I am always satisfied. I highly recommend the Bouqs for all occasions!

I had a Tuesday wedding which made the delivery schedule a bit tricky but they were willing to work with me to ensure my flowers maintained the highest quality. They have so many different package options for small weddings like mine to large weddings. I have recommended them to my friends and coworkers who are engaged or planning a large event.

We decided to order a DIY set from The Bouqs for our flowers to save some money. Our entire wedding was outdoors, so there was already going to be a lot of beautiful scenery and we didn't feel like we needed a bunch of super fancy flowers. Samantha was really helpful, walked me through the whole process, and answered all my crazy, stressed out questions. Because our wedding was right after the 4th of July, the delivery schedule was a little wonky, but they worked with me to make sure the flowers still looked in good shape the day of the wedding. The flowers arrived the Tuesday before our Saturday wedding (without the holiday, they would normally arrive on Wednesday). The Bouqs and Samantha gave us a bunch of tips and How-To guides to keep them alive and prep the flowers. They arrived in a bunch of big boxes, and looked great once they got a little water. On Thursday, I started putting together the bouquets and it was super easy with the guides. Unfortunately, it was really hot the day we got married, so everything looked a little wilted, but before we took them all outside they looked pretty good! We had a bunch of extras and were able to make some extra small centerpieces and table decorations to scatter around. We also ordered a few regular bouquets for thank you gifts for the women who threw us showers and other events and they've always turned out great as well!

After a minor SNAFU with our proposed florist, BOUQs stepped in and was OK. We were able to get the flowers we needed at a fraction of the price quoted by our other options, which is obviously the big selling point of BOUQS. There are definitely no frills. We received the box and we had to set up most of it ourselves, but it wasn’t too hard to do. However, there was a moment of panic when we received the flowers, and we were missing the bridal bouquet (?!), and it was very stressful to get them on the phone and near impossible to get them on the phone and resolve the issue. In the end, after some persistence and work, we were able to get another bouquet shipped our ASAP, and we were good to go. Since our wedding was in a beautiful garden with a lot of flowers already there, we didn’t need a lot of flowers, so I can’t speak to what BOUQs can provide for larger orders. But for what we needed, it was fine. Obviously, the biggest selling point is how economical the prices were. But on fulfillment and customer service, it was maybe not worth the headache.

Honestly, I was a little nervous about ordering since there are some not so good reviews, but I was over the moon ecstatic with my purchase! I ordered wholesale and they’re selection was decent, came fresh, and on time! Aimee was amazing and worked with me every step of the way, I am so grateful that I took the chance. My bridesmaids and I assembled the flowers and they looked lovely. The only pain in the ass is finding where to refrigerate them. Our caterer was kind enough to let us use his big fridge. If you want to cut your flower costs in half and don’t mind doing like 2 hours work, then this is for you!

I have to admit I was a little nervous to order from bouqs but ultimately decided to take a leap in order to save some money and to fit our timeline. We did the regular package with 3 different colors of roses and some greenery. The flowers arrived and looked as the website said they would, not quite bloomed yet but still beautiful. Overall, we had more than enough flowers and they all bloomed up wonderfully. Total, I think we threw away 5-10 flowers that broke or were brown. The other 700-something pieces were wonderful. We got so many compliments on the arrangements and bouquets and people were shocked to learn that we had done them ourselves with absolutely no flower arranging experience. I will also say that the process is not super personal, you get a consultant (I'm not even sure if this was a real person or an automated service honestly). However, we were able to save about $3,000 and have gorgeous roses at our wedding so bottom-line, I think it was worth it.

The Bouqs Co crew was easy to work with. My bouquets turned out beautifully and arrived on time. Several of the boutonnieres were broken upon arrival--fortunately, I had an extra corsage and was able to make things work given the fact that I had them arrive 2 days prior to my event. Definitely recommend giving yourself some breathing room with delivery time. I love the idea of Bouqs--direct farm to consumer is huge for me and the price was phenomenal.

I definitely had a wonderful experience with The Bouqs. This part of the wedding was very much a no-brainer for me. I chose from the pre-packaged arrangements and the flowers arrived in perfect shape with no blemishes/rips/damage two business days before the wedding. I think the price was very much worth it as well.

I was so hopeful that this would be a positive experience--but it was not. In brief: nearly half of my flowers did not arrive on time, and--knowing that this was happening--Bouqs did nothing to help me track down replacements. My wedding was shortly after one of the hurricanes which disrupted shipping from South America. I understand that that can throw things into flux--and, had there been no flowers coming into the country or anything like that, Bouqs would not have been at fault. But that's not what happened. Instead, some of my flowers arrived a day early (and I was not informed that they would be arriving early until *after* they were already sitting and wilting at my apartment). Then, Bouqs told me that everything else should arrive on-time--and that the early shipment had actually been due to the hurricanes. Shortly after that came conflicting news: Bouqs let me know that some of the shipment hadn't made the flight out, and would likely (but not for sure) arrive late. I asked Bouqs if they could help me find flowers in the area (I'm in the DC/MD/VA area), and they gave me nothing. I, then--not Bouqs--was on the phone with FexEx multiple times in hopes that they could get the flowers into the country on time--but they unfortunately were unable to. Turns out, there were plenty of flowers in the DMV area. With the help of family, I visited five Trader Joe's and was (barely) able to replace the missing flowers (over 200 stems, including over 60 hydrangeas). That wasn't exactly the way I was planning to spend several of the last 48 hours before my wedding; it was stressful not knowing if or when flowers were going to show up at my apartment, being in contact with FedEx, and then running around town to buy replacement flowers. Thankfully, it all worked out--but no thanks to Bouqs. They did very little to help me, and I even had to request a refund for the missing flowers. (They should have, in my view, refunded the entire order, but did not.) Anyway, I can't recommend Bouqs to anyone. The flowers that did arrive looked nice, but good customer service and willingness to go the extra mile is essential in this sort of business. What I got was anything but that.

I have a crafty and art school background, so my maid of honor convinced me that doing my own flowers was totally logical. Eh...not my brightest idea, but we only needed personal floral because my venue was taking care of all the decor. Ordering was a breeze and going this was saved me 25% at least. My flowers were delivered three days prior to the wedding (which happened to be Halloween), we planned a morning flower party two days before the wedding, and all of that went REALLY well. We followed all of the instructions and "recipes" but ended up with about 50 extra blooms. Probably because I chose not to use some of the flowers for the flower girls petals and I skipped the toss bouquet. In the three days leading up to the wedding, some of the eucalyptus died due to user error, but everything was salvaged, but the flowers opened up beautifully! I was concerned about the constellation roses being so tiny, but they just exploded and looked SO beautiful in our bouquets. The stress actually came from trying to keep the flowers alive. We had to find places to store them between 45-60 degrees and that is NOT an easy task. We were told there was floral storage at our hotel, but upon checking in, we found that wasn't the case. But we made it work! It was a bit of a hassle and I definitely wouldn't do it again, but it was a great experience with my wedding party leading up to the wedding. And all the boutonnieres and bouquets looked GORGEOUS.

For some flowers for our wedding and was in here last min. Girl was so helpful given the circumstances. . Flowers were great and went perfect in her bridal suite!!! You saved part of our day. It was stressful for my bride

If you are looking for gorgeous flowers at an affordable price, look no further! Our flowers from Bouqs were absolutely gorgeous. The team (especially Meghann) were fantastic and easy to work with. We had the flowers delivered to our day of coordinators who expertly cared for them and put them together into gorgeous bouquets and decor for the reception. Don't be afraid to think outside the box when it comes to wedding flowers - and definitely try Bouqs!!

I cannot say that I recommend using this company for your wedding flowers. I ordered some pale pink garden roses but when my flowers showed up 2 days before the wedding they were a different flower. These ones were hot pink and not at all what I wanted. To be fair, they do include a disclaimer saying they will switch out your flowers if they can't find them but I wish that I had been consulted or at least informed. I wish that I had read the fine print more carefully because I was very disappointed.

My flowers didn't arrive until the day after my wedding. I did receive a full refund but was very disappointed.
