Since the wedding day, I have heard nothing but amazing feedback from our friends and family. They are raving about the staff, the beauty of the venue, and the ease of the wedding experience. Huge shoutout to Myles and Alyssa for taking care of anything and everything we needed during our visit. I would and will recommend this venue to anyone even considering a wedding in Western Mass. Our first interactions with this venue included a thorough and informative tour from Myles and a grounded, positive energy from Erin that caught our attention. Throughout the planning process, this team provided the support my (now) husband and I needed  to bring unique and non-traditional elements to our very special day after 13 years as partners and 4 years of engagement. The venue and building itself has such a cool history (I highly recommend reading about it on their website) and The Boylston Rooms has a mission in environmental consciousness that completely eased our minds when planning decor. Myles contributed an impressive amount of expertise in the planning and execution of our wedding. As our lead Event Manager he answered our many questions with care and provided great ideas and inspiration when I was out my depth with planning details. In both the planning process and on wedding day, Myles was able to insert humor in a tactful way and effortlessly manage staff and wedding guests during times of high stress and schedule realignment. I can honestly say that spending time with Myles was so much fun and I felt continually supported throughout everything. What an incredible human! When Myles handed the reins to our second Event Manager Alli for the latter portion of our evening, it was a seamless transition and we were continually supported throughout dinner and dancing, as well as a quick and efficient cleanup at the end of the night so we could enjoy our after-party. Alli provided the same level of care in schedule details and was so incredibly effective, focusing on what we wanted while remaining aware of time restrictions and a successful end to our unforgettable day. Despite having a team that could operate autonomously if needed, Erin (owner of The Boylston Rooms) was involved in key elements throughout the process. During our main planning meeting, Erin and Myles worked together to curate design and logistical elements for our wedding day. When I was feeling overwhelmed by choices, Erin provided thoughtful and beautiful suggestions for decor and theme. Erin also managed the shuttle coordination (they have an actual trolley!) and a detailed itinerary for guest transportation that ensured everyone made it to and from the venue safely. Finally, on wedding day, it was so reassuring to see Erin’s smiling face overseeing her team. She brought a calm, positive energy to the process and we are so grateful that we were able to work with Erin’s wonderful business. In summary, Erin, Myles, Alli, and all other Boylston Rooms staff were amazing and I cannot recommend this venue enough!

Everything ran so smoothly and according to plan that we were able to be fully present and actually enjoy the entire day, which is something you hear isn’t always possible. A huge part of that was thanks to Myles, our day-of coordinator, who was simply outstanding. He was always right there with exactly what we needed — sometimes before we even realized we needed it. Myles kept everything running effortlessly behind the scenes while making sure we were calm, comfortable, and enjoying ourselves. He managed every little detail with such care and confidence that we never once had to worry about a thing. There was a perfect amount of time to breathe and take it all in both before and after the ceremony, and the entire day flowed so naturally without ever feeling rushed. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about how beautiful and seamless everything felt, and we owe so much of that to Myles and the Boylston Rooms team. We also loved that The Boylston Rooms is a sustainable venue, which made a huge difference to us. Their approach means there’s less waste and less to buy — from decor to tableware — and yet everything still looks absolutely stunning. It felt good knowing our celebration aligned with our values and that the space itself has been so intentionally designed with both beauty and sustainability in mind. The venue itself is breathtaking — modern, warm, and full of character — but what really makes The Boylston Rooms special is the people. Every single member of the team clearly cares deeply about what they do and about creating the best possible experience for each couple. Our wedding day was everything we dreamed of and more. We can’t thank Myles and the entire Boylston Rooms team enough for giving us the most wonderful, memorable day. We would recommend this venue to anyone without hesitation
