The Bradford Ranch

We had a beautiful wedding with 80 guests at the ranch. The owner was great to let us come to visit the ranch as long as we were able to contact her a couple days in advance. She is very responsive to her email and phone. We did have some problems with the owner being rude with my relatives once we were at the ranch prepping for the wedding. From the beginning there was a lot of confusion between the venue manager and the owner. At the beginning I was told I had to contact the manager for everything and by the end the owner was telling us that the manager has nothing to do with the wedding day. The manager was there the day of the wedding helping my coordinator. They were not clear about some of the rules and the things that they could provide. For example we bought a bar package with the vendor Ranch Events and then on the day of the wedding the owner tells us that we can not bring the alcohol for the licensed bartender to serve. Also, in order for things to get fixed at the venue we had to go there and do it ourselves. It was difficult to get in touch with the venue manager for not only myself but also for others helping out. Let’s just say this venue is beautiful and we were able to make it work but we had to do a lot of prep ourselves and also had to overcome the obstacles which the venue threw at us at the last minute.
