This vendor should be taken off this website. They haven’t responded to me since 2019. I changed my date because of COVID and they have my dress, COVID happened and I can not get ahold of anyone! No return phone calls, no return emails, the store is never open, when you say you want to make an appointment no one contacts you. The owner is a complete scam artist. I have to find a new dress and spend money again that I’ve already spent. Please take them off this website

I can't lie I love my dress that I got here. Originally I left a five star review and told people to not pass this place up. However I've changed my mind since I have gotten my dress. BUYER BEWARE. The owner of this shop comes off really rude. I just don't think he knows how to speak to women.
Not only did my dress take THREE MONTHS longer than what I was told it would be max amount of time (this was before quarantine, 9 months total), when I went to pick up my dress I was given a plastic dress bag that RIPPED once I placed the dress in my car. My dress now has dirt on it that I have to pay to have cleaned because God forbid the shop gives you a decent bag to carry your dress home in after you've spent thousands of dollars with them.
Not even a month after I picked up my dress did I take it in for alterations and I was told I would need to order a yard of fabric for it. I called for TWO MONTHS AND NO ONE ANSWERED. I called the designer and asked them to place the order but they don't work directly with brides so even THEY SENT AN EMAIL ON MY BEHALF AND STILL NOTHING. Finally I sent an email. A male replied back to me, I asked him about the fabric and I never heard back. I emailed him again and asked him if he received my email he said no so I sent two more emails and have now called three times and left voicemails in the last two weeks without a call back.
I had to order my ONE yard of fabric through a different store that carried the same designer. (NewLeaf Bridal was quick to help me I ordered the fabric the same day I spoke to someone regarding my issue).
I was going to order my bridesmaids dresses here as well. The first time I inquired I was told the girls would get a discount if they all ordered through their shop. The second time we were told they wouldn't get the discount. Finally once the girls were ready to order they told them that they no longer carried bridesmaids dresses………
When I went in to pickup my dress MONTHS later the bridesmaids were still hanging and they STILL offer them on their website.
All that being said it seems like ONCE YOU GET YOUR DRESS THEY ARE UNWILLING TO HELP YOU WITH ANYTHING FURTHER. THEY ARE NOT CONSISTENT. I will never recommend this place again to anyone. Save yourself the headache. Seriously.
I bought my dress here and loved the environment and the service! Noelle made it a very pleasant experience and helped make me feel beautiful during a stage of wedding planning I was a little nervous about. My dress arrived a little earlier than expected and it fit so close to perfectly -- Noelle's measurements and sizing recommendations were excellent. I'm so excited I got my dream dress at this salon and would gladly do it over again at The Bridal Collection!
Shopping at this store was such a great experience for me. My friend had bought her dress here and recommended I try it out. Erika is amazing!! When I walked in for my appointment, she asked me if I had any pictures of styles I liked. I showed her a few pictures and she went to pull out a few dresses for me. There really wasn't a dress that I didn't like, she really understood my aesthetic and the look I was going for.
I came back a few times to show my parents and Erika was super patient through everything. I ended up buying my dress there this weekend! I would absolutely recommend this place to a friend. The shop was very clean and they had a fantastic selection. Great job!
If I could give The Bridal Collection zero stars, I would. We fell in love with a Bari Jay bridesmaids dress, and ended up ordering all the dresses but one from this shop. We were told we had to rush them and that would get them there in six weeks, the owner then told us the rush would get them there in four months...which is what the salesgirl told us was standard delivery times. So we paid for the rush, and they came three weeks before the wedding, several with rips and tears. My sister, who ordered hers from a different bridal shop up north, did not pay for a rush, ordered hers two weeks after the rest of the girls, and got hers two weeks before them. AKA the rush from The Bridal Collection was just a rip off, and nothing but. The service at The Bridal Collection is HORRIBLE. They were rude and acted like we were annoying them by ordering these dresses. They also insulted some of the girls weights. Really unbelievable. I really wish we had gone elsewhere and not supported this business.
I feel I have to add that during this time, a friend was also getting married and ordered her bridal gown from this shop. A few weeks before her wedding they called her to say that the dress came in, and they ordered the wrong dress. Basically every bride's worst nightmare. This shop is overpriced and has horrible service. Gorgeous dresses, but not worth the risk. Don't go here. Ever.
I just recently went to the Bridal Collection and had a WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!! The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Through my personal experience, I would definitely recommend any bride-to-be's to shop here. They have a huge selection and really listened to what my preferences were. The first dress I tried on, I ended up buying. I will be recommending this shop to anyone who is currently looking for a dress! Thanks Bridal Collection!
They only allow you to try on 5 dresses. Not 5 dresses as a time...5 dresses total. I had to grab my own dresses and hand them to the guy who knew nothing of the designers or style. There was no consultant available to help me choose dresses or get into them. It wasn't the experience I was looking for. Went down the street to Wisteria Bridal and they said they hear complaints all the time about this place. Sometimes, from brides that come in crying. All that I can say is that this wasn't the place for me.
This was the worst bridal shop that I went to! I had called a week prior to schedule an appointment because this was the only shop in my area that had a particular Maggie Sottero dress I was looking for (or so they said).
I walked in to find another bride and her family still using the one area that the shop had to view the dresses the bride was trying on. I thought, "Maybe her appointment is ending" I was told by the man who checked me in, who I later found out was the owner, that I was allowed to pick out 5 dresses and then he would set me up in a dressing room. I told him that I was there for this particular dress and he replied "Well you'll have to find it!"
My bridesmaids and I picked out the 5 dresses that I wanted to try on and I was shown to a dressing room. I was left there by myself to put on the dresses. I had to call my mom so she could come help me tie/zip the dresses. When I was ready to show my girls the first dress, (which looked awful because the store does not offer undergarments) the other bride was still there! And another bride had walked in and was looking for her 5 picks. I waited my turn and stood up in front of all these people, I did not know, and showed off this dress that I felt ugly in. I was so embarrassed!
I went back to my dressing room to try on the next dress, which was too big and needed to be clipped. My mom asked one lady to bring us some and she said "I will have to find them". 10 minutes later when we tried to check on the status of the clips and the woman was standing outside of the dressing room of the 3rd bride, with clips in her hands! (Mind you this bride came in AFTER me)
The final dress I tried on was one that I actually really liked. The off-the-rack price was 900, but the store owner would not tell me who the designer was. They cut out all the tags from their dresses!! We asked several times for the designer's name and he just replied "I have to ask my buyer" I don't know about you but, I am NOT going to spend 900 on a dress just because someone says it's "designer".
I changed back into my clothes. My party and I were discussing the horrible service in the dressing room when the owner came in with more dresses saying "Time for more!" I replied "Oh, no thank you. I am done for today." That's when he told me "NOT FOR YOU! Someone else is coming in here."
As we left my mom did make a complaint to the owner. He told her "Well 2 of my girls called in sick today! What am I supposed to do?" Then he offered a 10% discount for when we came back. I would rather wear jeans to my wedding then buy a dress from this shop!
After we left I was so sad, the day was supposed to be exciting and my experience left me feeling not so hot. My girls convinced me to go to David's Bridal in Oxnard to try and lift my spirits. Everyone there was so nice and I ended up buying a dress that day! Thank God for people like them. They were able to turn my horrible day around into a great one!
I am giving The Bridal Collection 4 stars based solely on the selection of dresses they have. I looked at several shops in the area and felt like they all had a lot of the same, tired, styles. The Bridal Collection had some GORGEOUS dresses and the owner claims he is the only one in the area that is "allowed" to sell them. (I think this may be true since I didn't see a lot of his dresses else where.) As far as service goes, I must admit it wasn't the best. I felt like I wasn't really treated like a "Bride" and doted on the way many of the other salons did. I was basically told to pick out some dresses, try them on and call for the girl when I was ready... After I bought the dress, (which, I LOVED, by the way) the dress was delivered with some flaws. They did send it back and send me a fixed version of it. When I asked if we could send it back again (because it wasn't fully fixed) the owner told me no, and said "this isn't a custom dress". His attitude was a turn off and it was a bit of a buzz kill. The wedding dress shopping and experience is supposed to be one of the best parts of being a bride, and he did not make it feel that way for me.
The staff was friendly and helpful, and their prices are competitive!
I went to a few dress stores but nothing compared to this one. Our consultant was extremely helpful and nice, the owner was nice, and the dresses were beautiful. They were all quality pieces. Nothing was cheaply made. With that being said, the dresses were more expensive than what some are looking to pay but with the quality sewing, fabric, and bead work, it is expected and worth every penny. I never found my dress at any other store and I never found anything that came close either. I recommend this place to everyone!
I had tried on my dream wedding gown at Pebbles, which is walking distance from my home. I was determined, however, to find the same dress (Maggie Sottero, Priscilla) for a better price. I was able to find a floor sample at T.O. bridal collection which I was able to get at a much lower price. While the dress was two sizes too big and needed major alterations, I knew exactly what I was getting and was just thrilled to be able to get the most gorgeous gown in the world.
I was able to take it with me right then and there, and I had no problems with it at all. I felt like a princess in my dress-- as every bride should!
I had been to four other bridal dress salons in three states and still hadn't found my perfect dress. I found pretty dresses but nothing that would perfect. They have a large variety and helpful staff. Everything went off without a hitch except that the employee helping me said they would order extra lace to put on my blusher to match my veil. This didn't happen. Once I addressed it they said they could but normally don't because it would be so eclectic. I totally agreed, I was just thrown aback because of the miscommunication (I didn't see that woman in the shop again). They were very helpful though and even loan you a veil for hair appointments. I love everything about they dress, veil and blusher they helped me pick out.
Love, love, love the dress that i purchased at the Bridal Collection. Their service was great and timely. Thank you!!
The Bridal Collection is a very small store. They let you walk around and try dresses on with your family/friends without bothering you much...which for some might not be a good thing, but to me it allowed me to make my own decisions. Their prices were also the BEST I found out of all the places I went to!!
The service was horrible. Rude staff all around. They were very pushy and would not give my mom and I space when we just wanted to browse the dresses without having someone follow us around. I did end up buying my dress there, which was on clearance. However, they were very pushy to have me buy a more expensive one.
I would not recommend this place. They will say anything to make the sale and will not follow through on the altering. They sold me a dress that was 4 sizes too big and there was no way it could be altered to fit me. I also paid for alterations in advance, but their seamstress retired before the work was done, and they would not refund it. I have talked to several other brides and they also had terrible experiences.
The girls that work in this shop are amazing but the owner is a real piece of work. He is a very abrassive man with no sense of compassion. I was happy with my dress though but wish I had a better experience.
