I had the most wonderful experience at The Bridal Cottage! From the moment I walked in for with my friends and family, the staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming. They made the entire process so special and enjoyable, providing personalized attention and expert advice. I was thrilled to find my perfect wedding dress, and the best part was that it was affordable. I highly recommend The Bridal Cottage to any bride-to-be looking for a beautiful dress and a memorable experience.

The ladies at the Bridal Cottage were very attentive and made me and my guest fill welcomed. They were super accommodating and I love that they motivate and advocate for the Bride during the process they even made sure one of my bridesmaids had gluten free snacks! I also love the fact that they are body inclusive so you can feel confidant that you can try on dresses in a variety of silhouettes.

I felt so comfortable and supported throughout the appointment. She did a wonderful job picking out a variety of dresses for me to try, which helped me feel even more confident in my choice! My experience here was phenomenal. All the ladies were extremely sweet and professional! The ONLY reason I’m not doing 5 star is because I wish there was more in bigger sizes (WD size 14+) to try on. However, I did say YES TO THE DRESS and they made it the most magical moment! The yes moment was definitely a dream!

It was a wonderful experience! My first time dress shopping and I did not expect to find a dress that day but I put on the one and it just melted my heart. My bridesmaids were there as well as my mom and they all loved the experience too! It also was quite ironic because I'd apparently gone to a birthday party for my dresser, Megan, when I was about 5 years old! We didn't know the connection until my mother was talking about the experience later with a couple of friends and found out that we'd gone to the same Kindergarten. We also go to the same college so small world! She was super kind and found my style of dress very quickly (I almost went for the first one she gave me!). It was just a wonderful experience! Highly recommend!

Ella did great with choosing dresses that matched the vibe I was shooting for, and was able to read my personality well. I really enjoyed this place! The only reason why I give it 4/5 is because 1, they were not prepared when we got there. In their defense, we were about 15 min early! Secondly, some of the sample dresses were stained, yellowed, and older. Not the end of the world but it it’s hard to imagine what it would look like perfectly white when it’s yellow. Chloe was great! She did great at listening and getting dresses that fit my style. She paid attention to the things I said I liked and disliked about the dresses.

I did the $25 Signature Bridal Appointment and my bridal consultant was Ella . As soon as we walked in and told them who we were my mom and I were treated like queens. She hopped right in to telling us the process, gave us an idea of what to expect and talked about the ideas I had sent in before the appointment. She put me in different dresses to get a feel of my style and I fell in love with 2 dresses. She saw my emotions when I tried on my 4th dress and talked me through them. It wasn’t a style I thought I would like, but loved the dress anyway. We showed my mom and my mom could tell, too. However, I wanted to see some other options to be sure. They were looking for other options when I, along with my mom, decided I knew I had already found the one. Ella was just as shocked and excited as I was! We celebrated together, she gave me a goodie bag with a everything I needed for future wedding planning and alterations, and we took our picture and were on our way! The thing I liked the most was there was no rush, no pressure, no haggling. Just easy and effortless. Amazing experience. I will recommend them to anyone.

My bridesmaids & I went to the Stella York Preview Show on Saturday, and I was incredibly worried because I am not a sample size. Our consultant, Chloe, was the sweetest thing with such a positive and fun energy. You can tell that all of the girls that work there love each other and get along, and Chloe worked amazingly with the Stella York representative, Zoe. They both went above and beyond to make me and my girls feel comfortable and ensure that we had a fun experience. I love my Stella York 2025 Collection dress, and it was because of Chloe and Zoe hyping me up and making me feel so comfortable and confident that made the difference. Absolutely love them! Paulina and another store consultant were also helping and singing praises about the dresses I tried on. A night and day difference from dress shopping previously. You cannot go wrong with The Bridal Cottage - they will cater to you and your comfort zone.

They know exactly what they’re doing. I was extremely nervous but my consultant, Hannah, was so sweet and professional. She asked all the right questions and knew how to read my reaction to each dress I tried on. I couldn’t have done it without her. Every employee seemed happy to be there and they were all so helpful. My experience at The Bridal Cottage was perfect. I had no idea I would become engaged on 6/02/2023 and be wedding dress shopping on 6/10/2023. I had no idea what dress style I wanted. Ella was absolutely fantastic to work with and helped me select the PERFECT dress! I was still in shock from the proposal and Ella's bubbly personality really put me at ease. She asked me sweet comments about my fiance that really helped calm me and put me in the mood to be dress shopping. She taught me about dress styles and asked specific questions about each dress I put on to help me find my exact style and ultimately the dress I said Yes to! I also really appreciated that the store only had dresses up to $3,000 and that anytime someone selected a dress over my budget, Ella discreetly asked me whether it was okay for her to bring it back. The dresses in the store were absolutely breathtaking and goregous - I couldn't imagine spending more than 3k on a dress after looking at these. My dress was $1,800 and absolutely perfect. I felt like a disney princess on my wedding day on 11/11/2023. The entire process of ordering it, receiving it, and having the fit was seemless and very easy. I ultimately Said Yes to the Dress of my second choosing and The Bridal Cottage was the only store I shopped at. Their selection was the perfect size and they did not rush me. I absolutely loved my experience and will be recommending them to any bride in the future!

Shopping for a wedding dress was dreamy. I felt like a model, they really do roll out the red carpet for their brides. I was nervous about dress shopping, but my stylist picked out lovely dresses based on my Pinterest board (yes, she stalked my Pinterest board and I LOVED it!) and my preferences. I had a big group with me but she kept checking in with how I was feeling about each dress. When she could tell I was having "the moment," she walked me through it and helped me feel comfortable with being so happy and emotional in front of people - because when you find THE dress, it IS a big deal!

I booked an appointment online at the Bridal Cottage a few days ago and they contacted me very quickly thru text to confirm the day/time I had requested. I decided to go try on dresses by myself because months prior I had gone to 2 different places but had no luck. I honestly wasn't expecting to find my dream dress but I did! My experienced consultant was Megan and she was absolutely incredible to work with. I had provided the Bridal Cottage my Pinterest account prior to my appt, per their request. Not knowing but my consultant Megan had already viewed my Pinterest to gather an idea of what dresses I was most attracted too. I thought that was pretty incredible that she did homework prior to meeting me. She made me feel so comfortable and not rushed. She was very easy to talk to and made me feel at ease. In fact everyone I encountered at the Bridal Cottage was so nice and friendly! I even had the privilege of meeting the owner Lindy. She was super sweet. I'm so glad I decided to book an appointment here and I will definitely be recommending all my future bridal friends and party to come visit. Thank you all! Y'all are all amazing!

She was PERFECT! ❤️ Second, I’m thankful I chose to book an appointment with The Bridal Cottage for my first wedding dress experience. I had absolutely NO idea what I wanted but knew I needed someone to listen to all my ideas and take the lead. I tried on several dresses (one just for fun! It was one I saw at a bridal show and had to try on. Absolutely beautiful and SO SPARKLY!) Chloe listened to everything I had in mind about the wedding decorations and general feel. She brought SEVERAL options and made sure to never offer any dress out of my price range unless I specifically approved first. Once I tried on MY dress, she told me how beautiful I looked and I knew she truly meant it. She helped me keep my train straight so my group could take their pictures, put my MIL’s veil on, and made sure to help keep everything picture perfect. Even if you don’t know if you’ll buy a dress from The Bridal Cottage or don’t know what you’re even looking for, BOOK THAT APPOINTMENT! It’s 100% worth it. All of the girls there are so knowledgeable about their inventory and are SO good at helping you find YOUR dress. Overall, it was a 10000/10 experience with ZERO stress! Priceless. ❤️

I had such a wonderful experience shopping for my wedding dress at the Bridal Cottage!! I made an appointment at another dress shop just to make sure I had options, but I was crossing my fingers I would find my dress at BC because so many of my friends had such great experiences there. I actually found a dress I loved at another shop the day before, but I wanted to keep an open mind. I worked with Chloe, who was an absolute gem!! I really appreciated how she wanted to get to know me as a bride. She asked me questions like I had seen in the shows and movies. “Tell me about your fiancé, how did you meet?” “How did he propose?” “Tell me about your wedding!” “Your ring is beautiful, may I see?” I realized then that that had not happened at the other place at all — it was strictly about dress shopping. I appreciated Chloe so much for taking the time to get to know me as a bride. She also asked a lot of questions about what I liked and didn’t like and I know she listened because the first dress she selected ended up being THE dress! I fell in love with it the moment I tried it on and loved it even more when I tried it on again and putting on several others she selected (all so beautiful, but the first one was definitely the one!) I had the most amazing experience at TBC! Robyn immediately greeted my family and I, got us sat down, and went over what to expect and what we expected. She was so patient and kind and helped me find the perfect dress. I can’t go without mentioning how many times she complimented how happy and pretty I was. Wow. What an incredible experience! I was so anxious going in to this appointment. I’ve never done anything close to this before, and it feels like a really big decision. My consultant, Chloe, immediately put me at ease. I had so much fun with her! She was attentive and sensitive to my insecurities. I just let her do her thing and I was NOT disappointed! I was able to attend during the Stella York preview show, and I went home with a dress that was way under budget and absolutely perfect! I had an amazing experience at Bridal Cottage. I went for the first time in December 2021. I was fairly COVID worried but wasn't able to reschedule because I live out of town and was only in town for a short time and everyone at Bridal Cottage was so accommodating and respectful of my concerns. When I went, Lindy was my stylist and WOW. Cannot recommend her highly enough. She really listened to me as I tried on each dress until I got to two (radically different) ones that I could not decide between. The questions she asked really helped me figure out what I wanted in a dress and how I wanted to feel on my wedding day. When I was unable to decide at the end, she saved the two I liked, and kept in touch with me. I tried another bridal salon last week and it was....not a great experience. As I was leaving there, I called Bridal Cottage and they were able to let me come in that day to see if one of those two dresses was my dress. When I got there, Chloe had already pulled both of them. I put the first one on and immediately knew. The excitement I felt from everyone at Bridal Cottage made "saying yes" feel so special and monumental, even though it was just my mom and I there. Chloe and Paulina made the entire experience so special. I am so glad I was able to get my dress from Bridal Cottage. It was truly a joy to shop there and I cannot wait to go back and pick up my dress in a few months! Please treat yourself and go to Bridal Cottage!

I was on the fence about booking an appointment because of everyone offering opinions about where to go, and there felt like so many to choose from, I didn't want to choose the wrong one! And if that's where you are right now, or that's how you feel, make sure this is one on your list! It's very intimate. You have a personal experience with your stylist, there aren't a ton of other people running around, your stylist picks up on your vision or ideas and pulls the dresses for you. And if you're like me, I wasn't quite sure, so we started with one thing, and worked our way from there. The stylists know all the dresses in the store and the minute I started describing what I liked, I could see in her face she was already thinking of some. Dress shopping can be very overwhelming, but The Bridal Cottage made it fun, and exciting. I don't want to do it again, but if I did, I would go back to them!

The Bridal Cottage is amazing! They helped me find the dresses I loved by figuring out what I liked best about every dress I tried on. And let me tell you, I tried on a lot of dresses!!! They were supportive of how many dresses I wanted to try on and made sure my family was comfortable while we were there. They really will be your cheerleader and make sure you have the best possible experience trying on wedding dresses. I don't think I could have found my dress without them!!!

The process of buying a wedding dress from The Bridal Cottage was easy and fun. Scheduling was easy, including selecting the V.I.B. experience. If you can spend a little extra for this, I recommend it, especially if you have a small group of up to 4 people with you. The consultant I had at the time was friendly and helpful. I never had an uncomfortable moment with her when trying on dresses. I never felt bad about my weight either, which was a concern. The consultant actually helped me find a dress that complimented certain areas on the body. The boutique does have a variety of different styled dresses. I was able to narrow down the shape of the dress and then the style. After finding the dress, the ordering process was simple. The measurements they took were accurate. When the dress came in, it fit like a glove. I brought a friend with me, and they made us feel welcome for the fitting. The consultant I had for the fitting was also amazing and encouraging. For someone who is shy and has social anxiety, this was a big deal to me. You basically wanted them to join in on the experience. The only negative I have is the selection of belts. That's minor to me though. You can get a belt anywhere if you don't like the ones they have. Overall, I highly recommend The Bridal Cottage for wedding dresses. Everyone was professional, encouraging, friendly, and willing to go above and beyond to help you with what you want.

Absolutely love The Bridal Cottage! Robyn went above and beyond both times I went in to try on dresses. I went in August and found a dress but wasn't sold and they reassured me that they were getting the new line in a few months and that they had a feeling my dress would be in the new line coming in and they were right! 2 dresses in and I was balling my eyes out that I had found the ONE! All of the woman are lovely and we celebrated with mimosas!

I could not have had a better experience at The Bridal Cottage shopping for my wedding dress! Staff at TBC were interactive with me from the time I set up my appointment. I got frequent texts and plenty of advice for prepping for the appointment. On the day off, our consultant Jamie was super flexible and provided a stress free shopping experience! I felt listened to, valued, and I found my dream wedding dress. The staff were kind, gracious, and made me feel like they were as excited as I was about finding this beautiful gown. This shopping experience was better than I ever expected it could be!

This was my first ever bridal dress appointment and I left feeling discouraged. My consultant was very sweet and intentional but the store had very little selection in the style i wanted. Which was apparent as more of the dresses she picked for me were more of what i didn't want in a dress than what i did. At one point i even asked if my budget was what was keeping me from finding the dress and she assured me she thinks of everything in their inventory when picking dress, not just what was within my budget. Not only that but i'm very petite and they did not have a single dress smaller than an 8 (i'm a 0) for me to try on to get any kind of feel/vision of what a wedding dress should/would look like on me. The girls i brought with me told a couple unsettling stories of things that happened that i wasn't able to pick up on as i was in the dressing room, like another consultant telling them she would not pull a dress for me that they thought i would love because i had "already tried it on". After the appt. my friends showed me a picture of the dress and we confirmed that i never got to try it one. I will say my consultant was very personable and never pressured me into any type of decision. But at the end of the appointment my friends also voiced that they felt like the end of my appt. was rushed. Overall i wish it had gone differently and now i'm hesitant to go into another store. I think it's a great establishment but not for me. I would like to thank the women who helped me and i do understand that they can't control things like inventory. I do wish they had more accommodating sizes to include smaller girls as though.

I chose to do the V.I.B experience and it was truly special. I was greeted with personalized signage, Champagne, and treats. The girls really listened to what I wanted and were able to find me my dream dress!

I was in last week looking for a wedding dress. Being plus size, I was nervous as I’ve had terrible experiences in the past. My consultant, Olivia, was amazing! She made me feel comfortable and beautiful. I fell in love with a dress or two and I have a second appointment this Saturday with my mom and friends to get their feedback! I can’t wait!

I went to several different bridal store while looking for my wedding dress and the employees at The Bridal Cottage are the only ones who understood what I was looking for and pulled several dresses that were exactly what I was looking for and was very patient with me being not being able to decide what I want. After several dresses they found the one and paired accessories with it beautifully.

During these crazy times of coronavirus, they were one of the few places that actually let you have 4 people, which is more than most places right now. So, that drew me to them right away. They made it such a memorable experience for me. My friends and family surprised me with the VIB experience and I would definitely recommend to anyone to splurge a little for it. It's so worth it. They provide you with snacks, sweets, champagne, and your own private area to enjoy with your group of people. Everyone was so much help and I found the dress of my dreams for a great price!

As if planning a wedding in general wasn't hard enough, try planning one during a pandemic. After rescheduling our wedding from March to July, I had trouble getting our tuxes with 2 other places before I finally found The Bridal Cottage, and I might add that maybe that was for the best. They were so helpful in getting us exactly what we wanted and in a timely manner for our big day. I would recommend using them for any of your tuxedo or dress needs!

(Very Important Bride) appointment, which I felt was well worth the additional fee. My girls were treated to tasty pastries and snacks while I tried on dresses, and after I found my dress, we celebrated with a glass of sparkling cider! I had a wonderful experience dress shopping at The Bridal Cottage. For someone who hates shopping and had a bad experience at a separate boutique before visiting them, they made me feel so good! I was lucky enough to have the whole boutique to myself along with my sister and mother. Just an overall wonderful experience with the end result being I found my perfect dress.
