The Bridal Event was the first place I went wedding dress shopping. I was 99.99% sure I had found my dream dress, but I had another appointment later that day at a different store. Everyone was completely understanding and encouraged be to go to the other appointment and come back if this truly was my dream dress. The consultant helping me was nice, but definitely a “go through the motions” kind of person. She didn’t bring any extra emotion or excitement, which I truly didn’t mind. I didn’t really know what to expect, but after visiting the other bridal shop and having a very charismatic consultant, the two shopping experiences were very different.
I did end up going back to the Bridal Event and they encouraged me to try on the dress again, even though their showroom was pretty full, which I thought was very nice!
I took my dress elsewhere for alterations, but they were always very kind and polite anytime I called to request a pickup/drop off and while I was in the store. They will definitely try to push accessories on you, but are quick to back off if you let them know you aren’t interested. After my alterations were all done I still went back one last time to try the dress on with all my accessories and once again they were very accommodating! They even went through afterwards and cut any loose strings that my seamstress had missed.
My daughter didn't find her wedding dress at the Bridal Event; although her bridesmaid were all able to find their dresses in the clearance area. Her colors were an eclectic mix of pinks with various textures. The dresses all came together and they were beautiful! I recently went back to the store for another formal dress and the staff was so helpful and friendly.
If I could give zero stars..I would. I will say when I found my dress Brandi (no longer works there) gave me the bridal experience I always dreamed about when I found the Dress. I had all 6 of my bridesmaids even find their dresses there because Brandi was amazing. And thats about where it stopped being good. Everything was fine/okay service until I found out I was pregnant with my miracle baby in January. I had asked the front desk girl (also she was super nice) if i could move up my hem and bustle alterations from August to sooner due to finding out i was pregnant. They let me know at the time, someone would call me the next day to talk about it. A week goes by and Andi the store manager finally called me. I let her know i was in last week asking about it and she snapped back well i have the seamstress here now and im calling you now about it. Then store manager Andi said she wanted to do all my alterations in August. Even with me explaining i was going to be 8 months pregnant then. She told me she wasn't going to have her seamtresses continue to do work if I was just going to get bigger and bigger, it was a waste of their time. (Even tho we started alterations already since I was getting my dress with custom pieces added) She has given me the bridal experience from hell to be frank. Then 45 minutes later called back sweet as pie when she realized all 6 of my bridesmaids.
Final straw came when she called 2 weeks ago letting me know her seamtress walked out and that I would need to find someone to do the alterations with only 4 months left until my wedding. And now 6 months pregnant and my dress no longer will fit. So stay away if you can! I had so many people tell me after the fact they have had terrible experiences as well. There are SO many mom and pop shops that will treat a customer so much better than this company ever will!
I don't really want to leave a bad review, but the customer service is what is making me do this. I had a great time shopping for my dress in the store. Brandy was so helpful with not only myself, but helping my mom and godmother find dresses too. But now that I am trying to make an appointment to get my dress altered, I don't get an answer back. I get that Covid-19 is going on, but I am a bride that is stressed because of it. The bridal shop shouldn't make it even more stressful for the bride. I asked if I could make an appointment for alterations. Their reply was "Sorry but everyone is closed, all stores." So then I asked if I could pick up my dress on a certain day which is my only day off and I live in Madison, so it is a 2 hour drive. Their response was, "Can you please leave me your contact phone number and I will call you tomorrow and we can go over all questions you have. Thank you for your patience and understanding. I left 4 ways of contact, as I am an essential employee, I can't answer my phone at work. I left my phone number to call or text, to facebook message me, and my email. I am pretty sure that they called once on that Friday at 5:30pm, I was still at work and missed the call. They never left a message. So, I messaged them again on facebook that following Tuesday if I could come pick up my dress via curb side pick up. I still have not heard anything from them. I also, did the email contact on their page on Thursday, still haven't heard anything from that as well. Overall, I am not happy with their customer service and answering their customers that have no other way to contact them other than facebook or email. My wedding is in 4 months, in August, and I haven't even started my alterations yet. Also, would be nice if they would give you a call once in awhile to make sure that you still need the dress and to possibly set up an appointment for alterations or anything else.
I am not happy with how they are not answering messages. I get that stores are closed due to Covid-19, but somebody should still be answering the messages that anybody has.
When I first got the dress I had a great experience after that it was an absolutely terrible experience. The dress was supposed to be in Monday they did not call me until Friday before my fitting on Saturday to tell me it had not come in when I had to drive 6 hours to get there so I already took the day off work. Then I asked them to ship it to me and they said they would call with a tracking number they never did. I finally called and asked if it had shipped and they said " Yeah we shipped it yesterday, I will have to call you back with the tracking number". Like this is a dress that costs $1,000 of course I want to know when it ships and when it arrives so I can leave work to go get it off my front step. I was so upset it was like after I bought the dress they did not care what so ever as long as I got the dress there. Would never recommend to anyone.
Great selection of dresses and amazing staff to help you find the perfect one! My dress was the dress of my dreams!
I still want to wear my wedding dress it was so perfect. Although my wedding consultant no longer works there, she convinced me to try on my dress that I never would have picked out for myself. It was originally blue and I purchased it in ivory. The entire process was so easy.
What really stood out to me was the tuxedo service. Every bride I talk to, if they have a complaint at all, is usually regarding the tux/suit process. We had absolutely no issues. Everyone's tuxes came in on time (actually earlier than expected - the Tuesday before our Saturday wedding) and fit like gloves. No problems with the colors or anything. Extremely satisfied in their service and ability to make things go without a hitch!
Bought my dress and bridesmaids dresses here! When I found the one, the staff was super amazing and informed me of the process. The seamstress was incredible! Very knowledgeable and experienced.
When I went to pick up my dress and get one of the bridesmaids dresses steamed, there was different staff there so I felt uneasy. However, their current manager Andi (I believe) is wonderful. She knows her wedding biz stuff and was awesome to work with the week of my wedding!
I loved the working with the ladies there to find my dress. The woman who did my alterations did so well and she was such a sweetheart! I loved my dress!
I bought my wedding dress here, and the men were fitted for their tuxes through The Formal Event (in the basement). In regards to the dress, the whole experience was awesome. Makayla was awesome at helping me slip into nearly two dozen dresses until I found the one, and she continued to be so sweet and helpful each time I returned through the fitting process. She even stayed late for me one night while I searched for headpieces to no avail. The guys report an equally favorable experience. We were super appreciative of their ability to order a tux for a junior attendant who lived out of state, and they fixed the few minor measurement issues the guys had at pick up on the spot. So glad we went here.
The Bridal Event has a great variety of different styles of dresses which was so helpful for me as a bride with very little idea what I was looking for. I ended up finding a gorgeous Maggie Sottero dress here and nothing else could measure up! Ordering was very easy and the shop did a great job communicating about when the dress would arrive--then it came almost a month early! I also appreciate that no appointment is needed; that was super helpful in dress shopping and coming in to try on my dress once it arrived. The shop will hold your dress for you as long as you need until your wedding as well.
The shop is more expensive than I had hoped. I also would have liked more specific help from my consultant--she didn't take my measurements at all or give much guidance of what gowns looked good on me.
Overall, I had a good experience here and would recommend the Bridal Event with one caveat--if you want to stay in budget, let your wedding party and bridal consultant know!
My experience with this store has been nothing short of abominable . Drove 2 hours to their store for my bridesmaid dress fitting...no measurements were taken... sales person had me try an alternate dress and guessed my size... and no shocker the dress is way too small....add to that the ever mounting surprise fees despite paying in full at time of order... Customer service is horrible, zero sense of store reaponsibility... please don't give them your money ...
Great experience here for all appointments! Everyone was helpful and I found my dream dress! I would highly recommend going here- their selection is amazing as well as their seamstresses!
I absolutely loved The Bridal Event! They listened to everything I wanted and helped me find the perfect dress. They were so helpful and kind. All the workers appear to love their job and make you feel so happy too.
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!WORST EXPIERENCE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'd like to start by saying that I gave The Bridal Event EVERY opportunity to make this right before writing this review. Our experience started back on 11/26/16 and our wedding wasn't until 9/2/17. We just wanted to get that out of the way. Everything went great. "WE THOUGHT" We got a call in march and they had messed up all of our info. About a month later we got the exact same phone call. I WAS WORRIED! But was reassured by Anna that it happens all the time and there was plenty of time and every thing would be fine. About a month or so later we stopped in on our own and while reviewing our info "WE" realized that they had all of the best man and groomsman info mixed up. The week of our wedding finally arrived and with all of our planning every thing was ready to go. I called on Tuesday and she told me that our tuxes would be in at 10am on Wednesday. I called Wednesday and was told 10am Thursday. I called Thursday and was told 8am Friday. Now I was confused. FINALLY at 1pm on Friday she called and they were in. Did I mention that 4 of the guys were from out of town and were supposed to work until 6pm on Friday? Anna assured me that there wouldn't be any issues but if there were it would be fine. Mine and 2 of the other 6 fit. My best mans fit but the pants and tie were broke, shirt was missing buttons and shoes didn't fit. Then we had other wrong shoes and shirts and ties. Anna told us it would be fine and we would have them at 8am Saturday my wedding day. I called at 10am and Anna said every thing was fine and the tuxes would be there shortly. Then she said "its the grooms job to be stressed out on his wedding day!" Wait WHAT? Finally at 12 we got our tuxes. My BM tux was huge. Whatever we had to get ready cuz we still had a 30min drive to MY WEDDING! WE got there and my wife realized that a groomsman was missing his pocket square and her dad had the wrong color vest and tie. When I returned them I told Anna about the missing pocket square and she told me they would GIVE US ONE because they don't give refunds. I LEFT!!! Went home called and left a message for the owner to call me. 15days later she called and pretended to apologize offered me a $60 gift card AND to refund all of the stuff that was wrong. A week later I got a check in the mail for $60. Where's the $ for the refunds? So I called to see what was going on and left her a message to call me back. It's now been 3wks without a response. So I'm writing this review.
!!!!!!!!!!!!!WORST EXPIERENCE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Oh yea I'd also suggest not taking your dresses there for alterations they made my wife feel like an idiot in the multiple visits required and still never got her dress the way she wanted it.
Wonderful selection of dresses and amazing customer service. I worked with Alyssa, she was so fun and helpful! Although I ended up finding my dress somewhere else, I would recommend shopping here. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is, because I didn't purchase my dress through them, I do not know what working with them beyond the initial shopping is like. But don't let that dissuade you from checking them out!
the staff helped me fund the perfect dress and were very helpful. Alterations were also done here and even though we had a few things that needed to be fixed they were very quick to get them done and perfect!
I just bought my bridal gown from here. Excellent service and excellent consultants! I worked with Lisa. She made the appointment so fun, and she was really helpful in finding just what I was looking for. When it came to ordering the dress, she walked through the order form with me so I knew exactly what I was ordering and exactly what to expect when the dress comes in. I know I am in good hands with this bridal salon!
Do NOT go here for alternations! They have no idea what they are doing!
I ordered my bridal gown from them and was measured hollow to hem. During the meadurement, I let them know I would be wearing flats and I wanted to bottom of the dress to the floor. 1st alteration visit -- they had to let out the hips some. I had concerns with the length of the dress cause it looked too short, but they told me once the hip area fit correctly, they dress would be longer. 2nd alteration visit -- the hip area was fixed, but the dress was still WAY too short. I'm talking a good 2 1/2 to 3 inches too short to where you could see my entire shoe and some ankle. They said there must have been an issue with the measurement but could lengthen the dress. 3rd alteration visit -- I went back to check on the length. They told me that they didn't have any fabric that matched my dress color completely. So now at the bottom of my dress, there is about 3 inches of a clearly whiter fabric and a visible seam. Luckily that is the under layer and I had a lace overlay. The alteration lady said she could add fabric and lower the lace to cover the seam. She did some measurements and had me come back in a week. 4th alteration visit and 5 days before the wedding -- The lace on one side of the dress was the perfect length and the other side was about 2 inches to short. I don't know how you can mess this up. Measure where the lace falls and make it the same on each side. The alteration lady's comment "Oh I guess I should have pinned it so I knew exactly what length it needed to be". You think?!?!? She pinned it and asked if I could come back the next day. Please note that I live around 35 minutes from this place so each trip here took over an hour of travel time. 5th alteration visit and 4 days before the wedding -- The lace finally covers the two-tine under layer which I should have never had if they had measured correctly. Through this whole process, I am assuming they are doing this work for free because it was their error. I sign for the dress to take it home and they ask for $90 to pay for the hollow to hem measurement THAT THEY MESSED UP! I tried to be nice through this whole thing, but I looked at her and told her that I did not believe I should have to pay for that because of tge measuring error. She went and checked in back. She said they didn't charge for tge hem work because of the hollow to hem fee. I asked what about all my time going back and forth for these appointments. And she said sorry I had to come back so many times. I paid and left. They clearly can't do things right the first time and my time is important which they clearly fail to recogize. Absolutely terrible service!
My first experience with The Bridal Event was excellent. Natalia was wonderful. She made me feel so special while searching for the perfect wedding dress - an experience I did not have at any of the other places in the area. However, Natalia ended up leaving a few weeks before my first fitting & that is when we started running into problems. At my first fitting, we discovered a HUGE rip in my gown - it didn't take long at everyone there had heard about it. By the time I was leaving, workers I've never seen before were accusing me of ripping it - though the dress had never left their facility. It then took 1 month to "RUSH" order material to fix my gown - leaving 2 weeks for the rest of my fittings/alterations. Nobody went above & beyond to offer the same customer service I had experienced in the beginning - often making me dread going there next.
The Bridal Event staff is professional and so helpful! Prices were great and I am so pleased with the customer service! I unfortunately had a dress mishap on my wedding day, which I truly believe was an issue with the dress manufacturer, but the Bridal Event sent a seamstress to my venue to fix the problem within 15 minutes of us calling. Crisis averted. Despite the fact that I found my prefect dress at their store for a very reasonable price, I'd recommend them for their service above all. Priceless.
Awful customer service. I went bridesmaid dress shopping today. Picked out some dresses to try on. They hung the dresses in a room for me. They were Not busy at all. No one else there. Not once did anyone come ask how we were doing. No offer to help clip dresses to get a better idea of how they'd fit. Had to go ask 3-4 times for a little help and everyone acted annoyed like I was bothering them when they were all standing behind the counter doing nothing. When we actually received a little help it was in a rushed manner and the ladies came across very rude. They also did not have up to date color swatches for one brand of dresses. The lady pulled up colors on her cell phone to look at. That did not help at all. Also, I had alterations done here recently for a wedding I was in and they forgot to steam the dress so it was wrinkled when I went to pick it up. They also over charge for alterations. Overall, they seem very disorganized and the customer service is poor. I would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
This was the first bridal boutique that I felt comfortable in. Every other place we went dress shopping I did not feel comfortable to shop the shelves and find dresses I really liked. The consultant took me upstairs described the different racks of dresses and told me to pick out what I liked. The first dress I went to was the dress that I said yes to. They also have a fireproof vault that they store your dress in until you are ready to bring it home. I left my dress there through alterations and brought it home 2 days prior to the wedding.
They were good in the beginning. Then they lost the tracking for my bridesmaid dresses which took 4 weeks longer than expected. They were good with my bridal dress. They were very helpful.
First of all, my overall rating is so high because I absolutely LOVED my wedding dress. The only thing I did NOT like was the fact that I had to pay almost half my dress in alterations. I had lost 35lbs and need quite a bit taken in. However, I think she could have taken in more if she would have looked more closely. I believe they are independently working AT The Bridal Event but when I paid $750 for my wedding dress then had to pay $350 in alterations, I was not pleased. I would recommend going here for your bridal dress but take your dress somewhere else for alterations!!
The staff was very helpful but they only take appointments for fittings. It was slightly frustrating to have to share my consultant with other customers.
My bridesmaids purchased their dresses from The Bridal Event. Overall, we were pleased with the dresses. Two of my bridesmaids had their dresses altered at the shop, and the alterations were done well. The selection of bridesmaids dresses was plentiful as well. I had two concerns with the shop. First, appointments cannot be made for bridesmaids dresses which was concerning for us. Two of my three bridesmaids were from out of the area so we had to meet on a Saturday. Because we couldn't make an appointment, we were told to arrive early to ensure staff would be available to help us. My bridesmaid that lives in the area selected the final designer and style to help facilitate the visit with all of us together. She was able to go during the week so she did was able to get sufficient help from staff. Because each of my bridesmaids wore a different style dress, we had to all be together to make the final selection; having less dresses to select from was helpful as we did not know how much staff help we would have on a Saturday. Turned out, that we were provided sufficient help. My other concern was in getting a swatch of the color and fabric. The day we ordered the dresses, they did not have a swatch of the color on the correct fabric but gave me a swatch of the color on a different fabric which was close. I was told that I would be mailed the swatch on the matching fabric when it arrived. Weeks passed, and I finally called. I was told that they could not get the swatch on the fabric we ordered so I was sent another on a different fabric. All turned out well, but I wish I would have been told sooner as I had been waiting to order flowers and tuxes.
I loved my wedding dress and bridesmaids dresses however all of them fell apart at the reception. My wedding coordinator had to sew the back of my dress and it also ripped in front. One of my bridesmaids was pregnant and ordered extra fabric which did not come in on time and we had to follow up on it several times. Bridal Event was extremely nice though and comped her alternations to make up for it. I think the store is very nice inside and enjoyed my experience greatly while shopping but was disappointed in the dresses falling apart.
The ladies at The Bridal Event are easy to work with and professional. They had a great selection and it was very easy to get in to try on dresses with my family. I found my perfect dress and the seamstress made it fit me perfectly. I was very happy with my experience.
I had so many compliments on my gown. The price was affordable. The cost for alterations were what increased my price. They did not charge me in the end (although it was on the bill) for my belt to be mended, even though that is how it came. She ladies were very helpful when I went in to try on dresses until I left with my dress. I absolutely loved my dress!!
I brought my mother, mother-in-law, and grandmother to my fitting. We were brought into a huge dressing room with plenty of room for all of us. Very low pressure. I ended up buying the first dress I tried on, but I asked to be put back into it at least three times, and our consultant was more than willing. Decent price, great service.
My wedding dress was actually a bridesmaids dress which was perfect for my second wedding It was beautiful and the alterations were perfect.
Never go there. I ordered a couture dress and they ruined it and wouldn't give me any money back on it. The owner/manager has no idea what customer service is.
The girls at Bridal event ae very accomodating and friendly, I had a wonderful experience there.
I came here with 45 minutes. We tried on a few dresses and found "the one" instantly. The 2 girls that helped me were so kind. I would definitely recommend this to anyone to get a personalized experience
Great experience finding my wedding dress.
I was not expecting to purchase a dress the day I visited... I had brought a couple of my bridesmaids along just to try some on and have some fun...wasn't even paying attention to price tags. Then I put one on and fell in LOVE. It then occurred to me that I hadn't looked at the price tag. Oh no! I thought... probably going to be out of my price range. Turns out it was only $600 and they were having a holiday sale which made it only $500! SOLD! I can't tell you how many compliments I got on my dress, and the staff at the Bridal Event was always friendly and helpful.
Service was as expected. Only minor comment would be about the alteration expenses. We felt that it was overpriced for a simple alteration, as a result we had to take the dress elsewhere for 1/3 the price.
I loved my dress, I felt so beautiful in it. Rose and the Bridal Event were great, I felt comfortable the whole time I shopped and tried on dresses. She was so helpful answering my questions and giving me options.
The Bridal Event was a joy to work with in finding my bridal gown. There were so many different styles to choose from, and all were in an affordable price range. The staff was very friendly and helpful in finding and altering the dress of my dreams!
They made me feel very comfortable from the start! I never felt pressured or rushed. They allow pictures unlike most other salons in the area.
I worked with a great group of ladies there. I was able to get across my idea of what I was looking for and we ended of finding the perfect dress. It was a major step gown and it was just beautiful!
We had a small wedding and compromised on a few things to save costs; however, my wedding dress was one of my non-negotiables. The Bridal Event 100% met my high expectations! I assumed I would travel to a thousand stores and try on a thousand dresses. In reality, I went to two stores (Bridal Event being the second), and tried on less than 10 dress. From trying on dresses the first time with just my mom, to bringing back my husband's mom and MOH to get a second opinion, to fittings, to alterations, etc., the Bridal Event provided patient, friendly service. They took into account my style and were full of useful advice. I'm usually a little difficult to fit and was most worried about the neckline, but the seamstress who worked on my dress got it to fit perfectly. I would highly recommend the Bridal Event for both shopping and alterations! They also had a great range of prices.
Loved that they stored my dress until the wedding.
I loved my experience at the Bridal Event. The staff was always helpful and friendly and they had a lot of variety to choose from.
I went to a ton of dress shops before coming to The Bridal Event, The other shops I went to were so pushy, and I felt gave bad advice about when to order a dress and what sizes to order. The bridal event was so laid back, they allowed me to look for dresses myself at my leisure. Their facilities to try on dresses were very nice and spacious allowing multiple people to be present to watch you try on which was nice. They werent pushy and I felt they really listened to what I wanted. Also they quality of their dresses and price ranges were amazing. My budget was $2000 and it opened me up to pretty much every dress they had which was amazing. Even when they knew this they didnt push me towards more expensive dresses they brought out similar dresses that were less expensive which I really appreciated! Amazing experience. Since then I have recommended this store to other brides to be all of whom found their dream dress there!!
I bought my wedding dress at the Bridal Event and had such a great experience we went back to order the bridesmaid dresses. About a month before my wedding two of my bridesmaids got together and realized their dresses were slightly different colors. The Bridal Event bent over backwards, rush ordering a dress that came in 3 days later, ensured it matched the rest of the dresses at the store, and then offered to pay for shipping and alterations at a different bridal store since my bridesmaid lives out of town. We signed for the dresses when we picked them up so they really did not have to do anything about the different colors, but they could not have done more. This is service you simply won't get anywhere else.
I bought my dress from The Bridal Event and it was beautiful. My only complaint for the store is they bought the dress far too large and I had to pay for more alterations that I should have. But they added a sleeve to the dress and it turned out perfectly!
I tried on 9 gowns and the last one was 'the one'. This was the only place I went dress shopping, and found my dream gown. The ladies were nice and not pushy at all.
When I went dress shopping for a friend I found my dress at a different bridal store with over a $100 mark-up from what I paid at The Bridal Event, so that was really great to see!
Everyone at the bridal event was so helpful and nice. They were very knowledgeable and were able to answer any questions I had. They make you feel like family and I would highly recommend them.
I bought my dress 11 months in advance. The lady who helped me find my dress was great. She took her time and really question what I liked and disliked with the dresses. She did not push me to buy and truly made it an experience. My dress was in exactly at 6 months. My alterations were reasonably priced. When buying my dress I had a special measurement done for the length. When the dress came in, it had not been done. Linda was extremely apologetic and ensure me the dress would be fixed free of charge. It was and I was very happy.
Perfect experience here! I never had any issues with service and whenever I called with questions, they were more than willing to answer them and help me with anything I needed. The alterations specialists do a great job with the alterations and they have so many different dresses to choose from. The service was great and I would highly recommend them!
They did a wonderful job with my wedding dress and my bridesmaids dresses. My only negative point was that I was looking for color suspenders for my groomsmen and asked if they could get them for me. They never called me back to tell me if they could or not.
My dress turned out absolutely gorgeous! They did a fantastic job taking care of me in the ordering and alterations process.
However, my matron of honor's dress is another story. My sister and I went to pick up our dresses two days before the wedding - the date we had told them we wanted them done. My dress was ready but her dress was not. They spent about 30 minutes looking around the store for it before finding it crumbled up on the floor upstairs and it hadn't even been altered yet. They promised to have it done by the following morning and remeasured her to make sure it would be the right size. The next morning we got there and it had been altered but it was still a little big and we had to tie the corset so that the sides were touching which didn't look very nice. On top of everything they didn't even give her a discount or any kind of apology to make up for the hassle.
I ended up buying my dress while home for the holidays. I wasn't even looking for a wedding dress - we went in to find my sister a bridesmaid dress however we took a look upstairs and had a great experience. The staff was very accommodating and made me feel special. I like how they let you go through and pick out dresses to try out - I ran into multiple places that wouldn't let you do that. Unfortunately I later found out that I could have gotten the same dress in my new home in Oregon for a lower price plus no sales tax. They shipped the dress to my house and it took longer than expected.
Everything went great! Selection of my gown, the fittings, alterations. Very pleased!
After having been to several other bridal shops and boutiques, this was finally the breath of fresh air that I needed! Relaxed environment where the staff really listens to you. This is the only place I would buy my wedding dress!
I shopped at many bridal stores before picking my dress at the bridal event. I actually went there twice before picking my dress. They were always very nice and professional. When I finally did pick my dress they were wonderful to work with. I was trying to pick a purse and they didn't have the color I wanted in stock, but I wasn't sure I would like the color and they ordered it "on approval" so I wouldn't have to pay for it if I didn't like it! They were just fabulous and I am really glad I went there!
My dress it was the 5th one I tried on! all the girls were so nice and helpful. after having 2 bad experiences at other bridal salons this was a breath of fresh air. They stored and pressed the dress and I picked it up the day before the wedding all at no extra charge!
The bridal event is a great place to look for the perfect wedding gown. I went there two years ago to find my wedding dress and I was thrilled with the service and selection. When was was there, Linda waited on me, and did a great job making me feel like I was the only bride there. Additionally, the gowns are in a multitude of sizes, most between the sizes of 6-12. It was wonderful being able to try on a dress and actually have it fit well. I bought my dress there after one appointment.
