They are so sweet here! Well known designers and beautiful dresses. Smaller salon which helps with connecting with the bridal consultant and not feeling like they are not paying attention to you.

Such an awesome group of girls to work with! I definitely recommend getting your wedding dress or bridesmaid dresses from here! I found the most perfect dress and it needed little alterations! Easy to work with and they will make sure they find the most perfect dress for your special day!

I bought my dress and veil here. The process was really fun and exciting. This was the last store I went to that day and after I'd "said yes to the dress" I panicked the next morning. The store was super nice and understanding. They let me come back in immediately and re-try on the dress and a few others. I had made the right choice, but their understanding was a stress reliever. It was a great experience!

The ladies at this shop are so nice and helpful. I came in just to get an idea of what I might like in a wedding dress, and I ended up picking the very first dress I tried on (out of three that I tried on). The staff listened to my likes and dislikes and showed me all sorts of styles. They let me roam around on my own without hovering and pressuring me into something. The prices were great, too! And my mother found her dress for the wedding the same day I got my dress! Win-win! Highly recommend.

I had Brandi at The Bridal Loft and she was out-of-this-world amazing!!! She made me feel so special and she understood my personality super well so she could accommodate my bridal needs. I was one of those brides that was clueless when I came in and I found my dress the very first day!! She was extremely patient as I tried on so many dresses from their exspansive collection. All my alterations were perfect, and for the type of big, dramatic ballgown that I had it really was reasonably priced! I seriously could not be more pleased with their services and the quality of my beautiful dress. I felt everyone there cared deeply about making my perfect day even more perfect. I can't say enough wonderful things about Brenda, Brandy, and the Bridal Loft! Last October my grandmother was diagnosed with her 10th battle of stage 4 breast cancer. I had recently gotten engaged and our wedding was well over a year a way however, my grandmother asked if we could go ahead and go soon! My grandmother wasn't in good health and struggled to walk much less sit through the appointment! I called Bridal Loft and they got us in the same day! They accommodated and made sure she was comfortable the entire time! I tried on 3 gowns... the 3rd was it! A beautiful Stella York dress that I, my mom, and grandmother all fell in love with! I had looked through magazines with my grandmother but had never even heard of Stella York! She has some beautiful gowns! The moment was emotional and perfect! Just like every bride should have! We got pictures and really enjoyed the moment! Since we found my dress so early we did wait to order. (I also was in the process of loosing weight and making some lifestyle changes!) Over the months my grandmother grew more ill and eventually did pass. Because of the Bridal Loft being so accommodating and letting us enjoy such a special moment on such a short notice I got a picture of my grandmother and I in my wedding gown I otherwise wouldn't have gotten! That level of customer service is unmatched and absolutely priceless but it doesn't stop there! When it came time to order bridesmaid dresses we went with another store in hopes it would be a little more simple for our out of town bridesmaids! WRONG! After being completely let down, Brenda saved our butts and found us the perfect and surprisingly more affordable dresses that complimented our wedding and my dress perfectly & on a short notice! The girls loved the dresses also! The staff at Bridal Loft are so friendly it really is just a pleasure working with them! When we started my final fittings for my gown we found out my gown would need some more extensive alterations due to the 85 pounds I'd lost! The ladies have an in house seamstress who is amazing and had zero trouble making it happen! When you hear ladies in our area recommend Bridal Loft to their friends getting married this is the reason why! You don't get this stellar customer service at large retail stores! Brenda and Brandy literally know when everyone of their brides weddings and anniversaries are! They keep up with them and build a relationship over the time they work with them! They wanna know about your wedding! Not just to match your dress but because they genuinely care and are interested and excited for you! When you visit you don't have 15 other brides trying on gowns! The focus is on you! They want you to feel special and 100% comfortable! If your in the panhandle it's worth the drive! Give them a shot you will not regret it! ❤️

Brandi is such a fantastic consultant. She made me feel comfortable and beautiful and guided me toward finding the perfect wedding dress.

Brandy at the bridal loft was amazing and so helpful! I sent them a phot of a dress I wanted and they had the sample shipped to the store just so I could try it on. Now, I get to wear that dress when I walk down the aisle to marry the man of my dreams!

I cannot say enough how much I enjoyed my bridal appointment here! The experience was wonderful and Brandi is so positive and nice! I'm not a skinny person, so I was a little worried before my appointment. But from the second I walked through the doors, I was welcomed. I can't say enough positive things about my visit to the Bridal Loft. I fell in love with a dress online that no bridal salon seemed to carry in store. Two salons responded to my inquiries with information that I could pay to loan the Stella York dress that I wanted to try on and if I decided to buy it that price would go toward the dress. The Bridal Loft quoted me the lower price for the loan, so I drove an hour to go there and try it. Sadly, I didn't love the dress as much on me as I did while viewing it online. However, Brenda was extremely patient with me and my mom and my mom even ended up finding a lovely Mother of the Bride dress for herself. Brenda didn't rush me out even though we were there past closing time. Her dresses are affordable and actually listed at retail price. I really enjoyed my visit here and would have definitely loved to purchase the dress from Brenda if it had been right for me! Don't hesitate to visit this salon.

I walked into this shop with low expectations after dress shopping for several weeks and really only went into this one because a friend of mine knew the owner and wanted me to at least look around. So I tried on a couple and then the owner pulled out a dress that she recommended that I try on and I honestly didn't like it at all. It was too poofy and had flowers on it and I thought it looked kind of silly BUT as soon as I put it on, I didn't want to take it off! I was amazed at her eye for bridal wear and was so glad that I had decided to walk into her shop. The dress fit perfectly and I walked out with it the same day! VERY pleased and have recommended this shop to my friends in the area who are getting married!

Bought the dress from here 7 years ago for a wedding that never happened, but finally found the man to go with the perfect dress, and still love it even now for my wedding. Couldn't image a better dress.

Mrs. Brenda at the Bridal Loft was amazing! She encouraged me to try on one dress that I thought might have too much 'bling.' She obviously knew me better than I knew myself because I knew it was the dress the moment I stepped on to that little platform. We added a beautiful belt to set the details. They were so helpful and my dress came out perfect. Considering I ordered it, moved to Rhode Island and had only ONE fitting before my wedding day. I want to wear the dress over and over again. Brenda and her team do an excellent job at making you feel completely at ease during the entire process! She helped me select not only my wedding dress, but also with my bridesmaid's dresses. I can't sing their praises enough! I would recommend this store to everyone.

Brenda at the Bridal Loft was wonderful. She listened to my daughter describe what she wanted and then brought dresses that met her desires. Everything was perfect, the dress perfectly complimented my daughter's coloring and figure. And everything arrived in plenty of time. Then she had a veil made for her. She was wonderful. I had the most amazing experience working with the team at the Bridal Loft! They are incredibly professional and were so much fun and so easy to work with! The store has a large selection of dresses and the staff really helped me pick out ones that fit my style. I have never experienced customer service like this before! At my final fitting we were sad that we weren't going to be able to come back! They have a great selection at great prices. I went with an Allure Couture gown that no one else had purchased and I have never loved anything more. I really didn't need any alterations but those that I did need, they did in an hour while we went to lunch. The atmosphere is fantastic and I would recommend it to anyone. Especially being an hour from where I live, I think it speaks volumes that we were happy to drive when there were plenty of shops closer.

Small shop with a very friendly owner who is hands on and always there. Very experienced, but generally bounces between customers and doesn't focus solely on one lady and her dress. She is proud to service the military and does offer discounts. She is very easy to work with and will go out of her way to help you!

Mrs. Brenda (owner) was wonderful to work with! She made the entire process easy and so smooth. I found my dress pretty quickly since I had looked online at the designers she carried. The entire process of ordering, fitting and alterations was honestly a breeze. Her seamstress even created my birdcage veil to match my dress perfectly. Mrs. Brenda is truly excited for every bride that walks through her door and knows all the details of their big day. It was so refreshing to walk in for an appointment and have her help us like we were family. The price for my dress was very reasonable, as was the cost for alterations. Her shop is on the smaller side, so there may not be a huge variety for the bride that isn't sure what she wants, but it's definitely worth shopping here throughout the process!

I fell in love with my dream dress at the Bridal Loft! Brenda, the owner, and her wonderful girls at the shop made me feel like a princess! Brandee helped me from start to finish and helped me make the final decision on my birdcage veil. From the time I walked in, until the time I walked out w/ dress in hand after my fittings, these women were top notch. I will probably stop by from time to time just to chat with them! They are a genuine boutique and you can tell they love what they do. I highly recommend Brenda and her staff.

I was excited to visit the Bridal Loft because it was my first time trying on dresses and they didn't require an appointment or have a time limit. When I went into the shop the owner greeted me and was very nice. She allowed me to browse the dresses and try anything on. But I was never helped into any of the dresses and had to figure everything out on my own. To try on other dresses I had to get dressed again and go pull the gowns. I tried to take back three at once since I wasn't getting help and she didn't allow that because there is "no room". Mind you during this time she was just sitting there chatting with her friend. I was beyond disappointed with the service I received.

Prices reasonable; Staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. Good selection of gowns. Highly recommend. On-site seamstress for alterations.

I absolutely adored my experience at the Bridal Loft. Brenda and the other ladies there were so sweet and so helpful. It felt like walking into a group of friends every time I was there. They gave me their honest opinions on everything. My dress came in quickly and they made the alterations even quicker! It turned out absolutely beautiful.

Bridal Loft has the best staff, the best location, the best dresses, the best looking shop, the best prices, the best customer service - you name it - they are the best. My most favorite thing about my wedding (other than the true meaning of marrying my best friend and my photographer) was my dress. And it was because of the staff at Bridal Loft, Brenda & Brandi inparticular, I ended up with a one of a kind wedding gown. The seamstress is beyond talented and very creative and the alterations are very reasonable. Brandi was so personal and patient, she made you feel like you were her only bride and no one else was in the shop except you because she focused all on you. Brenda is very knowledgeable and very helpful. I would send anyone to Bridal Loft in a heartbeat! They are a great bunch and such a wonderful memory for me (and my mom, mother in law and sister who were all there with me at different points of finding my perfect dress). My family and I absolutely adore Brenda and her staff. We used her for both my sister's wedding and my own. She had great customer service, not only remembering my name every time I came in, but the names of my family members and bridesmaids as well. She stayed after hours to help us with fittings, and was really an expert on what would look best on me. I thought I wanted something totally different, but she helped me find the most amazing dress that I may never have picked out otherwise. We used her for bridesmaid's dresses and alterations as well, and I couldn't be happier with the way everything turned out. We were also really pleased with the selection and the range of prices and options.

I was pretty tight on my wedding dress budget ($500-$1000) and Brenda, the owner, helped me pick out THE dress! It was the first one I tried on, and I instantly fell in love. Quality at a great price, what more would you want?

I had a few undesirable experiences with other dress shops around town, and was SO pleased when I walked into the Bridal Loft. I didn't have an appointment and was treated as though I did. I found my dress, which was a sample, and was able to take it home that day. I brought it back for alterations and was blown away at how experienced their seamstress is. I don't think she even took measurements, yet the dress was perfect when she finished it!

The Bridal Loft is THE place to go for your wedding dress and veil. The owner and staff are very attentive to your needs and the seamstress is very skilled for any needed alterations.

I got my wedding gown from The Bridal Loft, and it was a great experience. I found the dress in another state, gave Bridal Loft the information, and they were willing to order the dress for me and hold it for me to try on. I even changed several things on my dress, and they were great about helping my vision happen. Their seamstress was excellent. I couldn't be happier with my dress, and my experience at The Bridal Loft.

The Bridal Loft was great from the beginning! I know Ms. Carraway from when I participated in her Teen Board when I was in high school. I went to a bridal show and saw a dress in the trunk fashion show. I went and tried on that and other dresses and selected the one from the show. I had no problems with the staff they were very attentive. I went in October for my first fitting. The only thing is when I went to a final bridal show in June two months before my wedding I asked about my final fitting and was told I was on the board for right after the 4th of July. I took that as they would contact me after not hearing from them a week before my wedding I contacted them and made my appointment. I was actually supposed to contact them to schedule my final fitting. Glad I did because I needed alterations. I went the day before the wedding to pick up my dress and it fit perfect they did an excellent job. My dressed was steamed and ready to go. I love love love Ms. Carraway and recommend her and the ladies at The Bridal Loft to anyone! They have beautiful designer wedding gowns and they range anywhere from 700-2000! Mine actually came to 939 with taxes and I am still getting compliments on my Allure 8750 gown.

Everything was awesome until....my dress came in (early-yay!!!) and I was told after the 1st fitting to come back for a 2nd fitting on a particular day with an appointment time. When I showed up, I was told the gown was not ready. I asked why I wasnt called. No explanation. I would've been ok with at least a phone call so I didnt waste my time and gas to get there! Then it happened yet again. This time I had bridesmaids coming to meet me that were driving as far as an hour away! Then I was told that my gown was being worked on upstairs as we spoke and just as soon as the bridesmaids were done with their dresses that my gown should be ready for the 2nd fitting! As I am waiting with one of my bridesmaids on the 2nd bridesmaid, the alteration lady walked through the back door! Really? Then who the heck is upstairs working on my dress when there is only 1 seamstress employed by The Bridal Loft! I was livid, but didn't say anything about the bold face lie! I tried on my gown a little while later. It needed further hemming, so the seamstress pinned the gown! The bridesmaids had jackets with their dresses. They were supposed to be 3/4 length, but that is not how they were manufactured, so the seamstress was to hem them. When we ALL picked up our dresses/and my gown the day before the wedding after pedicures on the way to the rehearsal, we DID NOT try anything on! Oh boy, we should have! One of the bridesmaids with a jacket, her sleeves were very noticeably uneven. She did not wear her jacket for the wedding or reception ($40+ down the drain)! The other one with the jacket her sleeves were correct, however she was supposed to have snaps added to the chest area to keep the jacket laying flat onto the dress, the snaps were not added! Last time I spoke to both girls, they were going back and asking for their money back for the jackets.

I found my dress at Bridal Loft. It was so simple and easy. Brandi and Brenda talked to me for a minute about what I was looking for then they pulled a couple, I picked a couple and they hung them in my fitting room. The first dress I put on was THE dress! The price on it was fantastic. We ordered it that day and it was in less than 3 months. We went back to order bridesmaid dresses and they helped me to pick out some gorgeous dresses! All of us looked perfect for our May 2011 beach wedding! They were so nice and helpful every time we went in. I went back to put my dress on about 4 times before the wedding and they were sweet and helpful every single time!

They were always very helpful and there's a great range of dresses for everyone. I had been to many dress shops in another state and couple of local ones and was ready to give up the search for the "perfect dress". When I visited the Bridal Loft, they had so many dresses (in my price range!) it was hard to narrow down my choices! Even though I hadn't made an appointment and it was a Saturday, they were so nice and helpful. The seamstress they have is skilled, fast, and inexpensive. I'm so excited I was able to get a dress I love without paying an arm and a leg for it!

I love the bridal loft. I looked all over the place, even in other cities and no one could compare to Brenda. She is so awesome and the dresses she carries (which is A LOT) are all beautiful. She does whatever she can to make your experience amazing. We loved her dresses so much my sister is now using her a few years later.
