Donna, Karen, Marge, Rosemary… all of them are the sweetest! When trying on dresses, I had already been to Alexandra’s and tried on almost 15 dresses in 1 day. Donna brought me aside and helped me to calm down, take a deep breath, and take some of the pressure off. She could see that everyone trying to find me the right dress was stressful and overwhelming. After a few moments, she pulled out 1 last dress she had just gotten that morning and asked me to try it on. And it was the one! It fit like a glove and didn’t need any hemming/fixes! They truly made me feel special and beautiful. I can’t put into words how grateful I am for all of them.

other stores we visited just did not compare. Here, I was always listened to and never rushed. The shop is small and when they are busy you may be sitting waiting for a few minutes but that never bothered me. The ladies of the shop work so well together and they make an amazing team. I ended up with the first dress they put me in, but all of the ladies helped me tailor it and make adjustments until it was beyond the dress of my dreams. I truly cannot thank these women enough for all of their support and help. Their customer service is unmatched in my opinion. Eugenia’s tailoring work was excellent as well (of course)!

me with my appointment and actually ended up picking my dress! She helped me determine what I did and didn’t like and we never felt rushed, judged, or anything. Donna, the owner, came and helped style me when I found *the* one and both women felt like part of my bridal crew. They give you such a personal, special experience and make you feel so good. Instead of just ringing up the dress I bought and making a fitting appointment, they spent the time showing me the full look with a veil and hair piece, recommending a jewelry store, and started pinning the sleeves and bustle so we could see what it will look like. My sister got her wedding dress from The Bridal Shoppe as well and the tailoring and fitting is really where they shine too - they can make just about anything happen and I can’t wait for the dress to go from perfect to perfect for me.

get it on loan for a fee which would be used as store credit towards the purchase of the dress or anything else in the store. Not only was the fee Donna quoted me lower than anyone else's but she didn't even charge my credit card. She ordered the dress so it would come in time for my appointment, called me to let me know when it shipped and when I asked if she would charge my card yet she said she wanted to wait until it was in her hands. Even when it did arrive she still didn't charge me! I did end up falling in love with the dress, it was everything I hoped for and more, we paired it with a beautiful crystal lined veil. Donna then told me she would sell me the dress for even less than what we previously discussed, I immediately ordered though my wedding isn't until 2024. The Bridal Shoppe has a wonderful family atmosphere and the staff is really down to earth and friendly. I'm extremely pleased with my dress buying experience.

I was able to come back and have it tailored, and ultimately packed up in a neat box ready to travel with me to California. I highly recommend paying them a visit, there is a huge selection of gorgeous gowns in different styles and a great team to help you! They really make the experience fun! I found THE dress there and received SO many compliments on it the day of our wedding. Having moved our wedding date due to covid and having uncertainty as to when I would be able to wear my gown, I initially just wanted to take the dress home with me without making any alterations. However, when I showed up, the crew at the Bridal Shoppe encouraged me to put my gown on and began making alterations that very day, without an appointment! Thank goodness they did because we decided that we would be able to follow through with our wedding reception and my dress was ready in time. Every single time I went into the Bridal Shoppe, I felt taken care of and at ease. I highly recommend shopping here!

Donna helped me pick out a dress that was so flattering to my curves and made me feel so amazing!! She really has an eye for finding a dress that will compliment you! When I put it on, I felt so beautiful. I knew it was “the one”! All of the alterations were done in the store (and so beautifully!). Making appointments were never an issue & Donna is very punctual. You walk in and you are seen right away! Her assistant (not sure of her name) was also always lovely to work with. I could go on & on.
