I immediately fell in love with The Bridal Shoppe. The atmosphere is exactly what I pictured for my wedding dress shopping experience; dresses lining the walls and a cozy area for family and friends to sit, complete with "yes," "no," and "maybe" signs. The staff really elevate the experience; they are so personable and make you feel like they've known you forever. Rosemary guides you to your perfect dress and Donna works with your budget to make your dream dress happen. Their teamwork, attention, and patience are outstanding!

All of the women in the shop are AMAZING! This was the first store I went to last year to look at dresses and I truly wish it had been the only one. After stopping here first, the other stores we visited just did not compare. Here, I was always listened to and never rushed. The shop is small and when they are busy you may be sitting waiting for a few minutes but that never bothered me. The ladies of the shop work so well together and they make an amazing team. I ended up with the first dress they put me in, but all of the ladies helped me tailor it and make adjustments until it was beyond the dress of my dreams. I truly cannot thank these women enough for all of their support and help. Their customer service is unmatched in my opinion. Eugenia’s tailoring work was excellent as well (of course)!

The Bridal Shoppe is absolutely amazing. They helped me find the perfect dress and made me feel so comfortable doing so. I was so worried that my dress shopping experience would not go well because for me that's how dress shopping has always been. They gave me so many great options, listened to how I felt about each one and we found the most perfect dress. Everyone at my wedding could not stop saying how great the dress was. I had an amazing experience here! They were all so sweet and attentive. They knew exactly what dresses to pull after seeing some of my choices. They actually chose the dress I ended up falling in love with. They have a variety of sample sizes, so I felt comfortable in dresses that actually fit me. What a change from the average store were everything is a size 10. I would 100% recommend them to any bride looking to feel special on their shopping day. I’m so glad a got to support a local business. You should too!

I had an amazing experience at The Bridal Shoppe. I went in on a Saturday and the whole team was very attentive to my needs. They allowed me to browse the available dresses with the friends and family I brought. One we found my style the team brought me dresses that fit that style. I decided I needed to mull over my decision for a few days and the team placed no pressure on me to make a quick decision! A few days later I went back and said yes to my dress. If you want a low stress dress shopping experience with beautiful gowns and a top tier team; go to The Bridal Shoppe!

The women at the bridal shoppe are amazing! The helped me pick out the perfect dress! I was reluctant to try it on but Rosemary really knows her stuff so trust her instincts and try everything they recommend! Their team made my whole bridal party, my mom and future mother in law feel right at home - we had a great experience! Laughed, cried and overall just had an awesome time! The same can be said for alterations - Eugenia is amazing! Make the bridal shoppe your first stop! I’d give 10 stars if I could, and I cannot recommend it enough!

I had the most amazing experience at the Bridal Shoppe! Donna was FANTASTIC - so personable, kind, and really wanted to understand what I was looking for in a dress. She immediately made me feel so comfortable and never pressured me at all. I was quite indecisive and ended up returning to the shop later in the day to try on a dress I loved for a second time. Donna stayed past closing time to allow me to do this and was so genuinely excited for me when I said "yes" to the dress. Also, they do all alterations in house, which is definitely a plus. I would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone looking for a wedding dress!

When I first entered the shop, I was instantly welcomed to come in and browse the vast selection of gowns. Donna, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable about wedding gowns and what looks good on a woman's body. Whenever I went to the shop for a fitting, I was never rushed through the process. The whole staff took their time to make sure my gown fit perfectly for the big day. I would recommend the Bridal Shoppe to anyone who is getting married.

Best bridal shop around. I bought my dress here over 25 years ago and this year went with my daughter to buy her dress. Same consultant as I had- Donna. She is wonderful. No pressure, makes you feel like a princess, respectful of your budget, sincere and oh so much more. Every customer is treated with the best care. Fabulous variety to choose from. Affordable prices. Donna and Rose are absolutely wonderful and will make you feel so special during your shopping experience and even after. They have a great selection of beautiful dresses at more reasonable prices than some of the bigger bridal shops. I purchased my dress from here and also had alterations done here. This is the best place to try on and buy your dress from! I came here by myself after an extremely overwhelming and over-booked visit to David's Bridal. The staff were SO helpful, patient, and happy to help me! They let me take my time in each dress, walk around the store, pinned each dress to see how it would fit, and made great veil and crown recommendations. I even was able to buy the dress I tried on because it fit perfectly, so I didn't have to wait for the ordered dress to come in. Cannot recommend this store enough!! Do yourself a favor and book an appointment here!

Donna and her team are unmatched - truly fairy godmothers. The shop is small and intimate with a good selection to try on and the ability to order just about anything. Marge helped me with my appointment and actually ended up picking my dress! She helped me determine what I did and didn’t like and we never felt rushed, judged, or anything. Donna, the owner, came and helped style me when I found *the* one and both women felt like part of my bridal crew. They give you such a personal, special experience and make you feel so good. Instead of just ringing up the dress I bought and making a fitting appointment, they spent the time showing me the full look with a veil and hair piece, recommending a jewelry store, and started pinning the sleeves and bustle so we could see what it will look like. My sister got her wedding dress from The Bridal Shoppe as well and the tailoring and fitting is really where they shine too - they can make just about anything happen and I can’t wait for the dress to go from perfect to perfect for me.

Donna and her staff were exceptional, we first went in In November of 2020 the personal attention to detail, suggestions that were made made this experience absolutely wonderful. My daughters wedding was at the end of October, alterations were perfect by Eugenia, Rosemary’s advice couldn’t have been better. Donna is literally my fairy god mother. I wanted a specific design that I happened see on Casablanca 's website. Not one store in the area had this dress but they all said could get it on loan for a fee which would be used as store credit towards the purchase of the dress or anything else in the store. Not only was the fee Donna quoted me lower than anyone else's but she didn't even charge my credit card. She ordered the dress so it would come in time for my appointment, called me to let me know when it shipped and when I asked if she would charge my card yet she said she wanted to wait until it was in her hands. Even when it did arrive she still didn't charge me! I did end up falling in love with the dress, it was everything I hoped for and more, we paired it with a beautiful crystal lined veil. Donna then told me she would sell me the dress for even less than what we previously discussed, I immediately ordered though my wedding isn't until 2024. The Bridal Shoppe has a wonderful family atmosphere and the staff is really down to earth and friendly. I'm extremely pleased with my dress buying experience.

If your looking for a real life fairy Godmother look no further. Donna the shop owner is the real deal and beyond amazing! Let me start by saying that I am an older bride(50) so finding a dress that makes me feel comfortable was an issue as well as the fact that I hate to dress up and don’t particularly like anything about most wedding dresses. However, Donna and her team made me feel welcome from the moment I stepped in the shop. The seamstress Eugenia is by far one of the most skilled I have met and also so kind and patient. If you are looking for a personal experience with amazing individuals along the journey, look no further. Don’t think about going to The Bridal Shoppe, GO!!!! I promise they will not disappoint!!!

This is the only shop I went to. When I was a teen I bought my first prom dress at The Bridal Shoppe. So now that I am getting married this was the only place to get my dress. The Donna, Rosie and Eugenia are special women who have a gift. They helped me pick my dress and have gone above and beyond.

You won't do better than The Bridal Shoppe - the care and attention you'll receive from the staff is top notch. I was worried about finding a dress for my wedding with little time - asa soon as I stepped into the Bridal Shoppe I was welcomed with genuine kindness by both Donna and Rose. Even though I was alone shopping for my dress they made my day, supporting me and encouraging me. The first dress I tried was it for me. I was able to come back and have it tailored, and ultimately packed up in a neat box ready to travel with me to California. I highly recommend paying them a visit, there is a huge selection of gorgeous gowns in different styles and a great team to help you! They really make the experience fun! The Bridal Shoppe is the place to find the gown of your dreams. Not only do they have an excellent selection but their customer service is unbelievable. From the first time I entered the shop, I felt like the only bride in there. Donna and her employees helped me to find dresses that fit not only my style but also my shape. I found THE dress there and received SO many compliments on it the day of our wedding. Having moved our wedding date due to covid and having uncertainty as to when I would be able to wear my gown, I initially just wanted to take the dress home with me without making any alterations. However, when I showed up, the crew at the Bridal Shoppe encouraged me to put my gown on and began making alterations that very day, without an appointment! Thank goodness they did because we decided that we would be able to follow through with our wedding reception and my dress was ready in time. Every single time I went into the Bridal Shoppe, I felt taken care of and at ease. I highly recommend shopping here!

I had such a wonderful experience at The Bridal Shoppe. I stopped in with no intentions on finding my dress - just wanted to take a peak at some styles. This was the second store I had been too. The dress I had envisioned myself wearing ended up being not the best fit for my shape - I was feeling discouraged. Donna helped me pick out a dress that was so flattering to my curves and made me feel so amazing!! She really has an eye for finding a dress that will compliment you! When I put it on, I felt so beautiful. I knew it was “the one”! All of the alterations were done in the store (and so beautifully!). Making appointments were never an issue & Donna is very punctual. You walk in and you are seen right away! Her assistant (not sure of her name) was also always lovely to work with. I could go on & on. Rose found my dress for me. Made the process so simple. Rose and Donna are both fantastic and I highly recommend the Bridal Shoppe to any bride. This was the second store I went to and the experience was a million times better. They made my mom and I laugh, too! Donna and Marge are the dynamic due dream team! I had heard through word of mouth about the Warwick Bridal Shoppe from SEVERAL people in RI and they all had great experiences. The first time I ever went to try on wedding dresses was at the Bridal Shoppe. I tried on 3 dresses that I liked on the hanger but when I tried them on they did not flatter my body type well at all . I explained what I wanted out of a dress and Donna said...can I make a suggestion? **BOOM- she picked out a dress that fit me perfectly and that I absolutely loved from the first minute I put it on** and that is when I said YES TO THE DRESS. Donna is a bride whisperer! I only had 2 dress fittings over a year's time since I was coming into RI from out of town and they worked with me every step of the way to make sure I was happy and all the alterations were just what I was looking for. Marge was meticulous and patient with a very complicated bustle! I wouldn't imagine going anywhere else.

Most of my family had gone to the bridal shoppe to get their dresses, so i decided to shop for my dress here as well. From the moment I stepped in the door, Donna made me feel so welcome, so beautiful, and so comfortable! Such an amazing experience! Donna remembered me from 10 years ago and remembered my mom from nearly 15 years ago for my prom dresses and my moms wedding gown! When you walk in they make you feel so welcomed and comfortable! They have such an amazing dress selection! Donna is so knowledgeable about what looks good on a particular body shape and she is so honest and helpful which I love! She truly makes you feel special! Donna helped me find my dream dress and even kept the store open past closing time to help me find my gown! I didn’t feel rushed in anyway. Not to mention the pricing is unreal. You get dresses and accessories for way less than you would at a big store. They store your dress and do alterations there much cheaper than most places as well. You can tell they love what they do and truly care about their customers. They go above and beyond. You can’t find that type of service at some of the other over priced bridal shoppes. I highly recommend going here for the gown of your dreams and meeting the amazing ladies that run the show!

Donna and her team are absolutely extraordinary. They took me under their wing like I was one of their own daughters and made sure that I was confident and absolutely in love with my dress every step of the way. They are pure magic. After looking at dresses at other different bridal stores and beginning to become overwhelmed, going to The Bridal Shoppe was the best decision I could have made. When my mom and I first were greeted by Donna, we immediately felt that we were in good hands. I showed her photos of dresses I was interested in and explained that when I was trying dresses on elsewhere, I felt that they were too overwhelming for my petite body type. She explained the types of material and beading that I would need to look for that would be perfect for my size and also that it is most likely going to look different on the hanger than it would trying it on. She picked out a few dresses that she felt would match what I was looking for and also gave me the opportunity to pick out any dresses in the store that I wanted to try on (which was an experience that not all dress shops offer to guests.) As I tried on each one I immediately felt the “wow” factor that I hadn’t felt yet anywhere else. Each dress I tried on, I liked more and more and ended up purchasing the final dress I tried on. With Donna’s expertise, she really helped me find the perfect dress for me. She accommodated in anyway to customize the dress in ways that I wanted including the neckline, color, crystal buttons, and adding detachable beaded straps that match the beading of the dress. She helped pick out a veil for me that matched the dress perfectly! All within our budget!!! The service is amazing and is really accommodating. They really takes care of their brides. I would highly recommend The Bridal Shoppe to any bride.
