I met Jennifer at a bridal show and even though it was busy, she took her time and listened to me to ensure that The Bridal Shoppe would have what I wanted. I booked a fitting immediately. At the appointment, she ensured I was picking the dresses I liked and continuously pulled dresses based on my preferences and overall made the experience outstanding. She thoroughly explained my alteration options with the dress I loved and made sure I could have the dress of my dreams! I would recommend The Bridal Shoppe of Wylie to any bride!

I have been waiting to write this review so that I could provide details on the entire experience so be prepared because it’s a little lengthy! :) Overall, I would give all of these ladies more than 10 stars if I could! My first appointment back in February when I was just browsing for dresses was more than phenomenal. My mom and aunt came in from out of town and we made a whole day of shopping for my dress with The Bridal Shoppe of Wylie being our last stop. I can’t even begin to explain the warmth and love that I immediately felt during our appointment. Janet made me feel more beautiful than I could have imagined and I tried on dresses that I was too shy to even look at elsewhere with her encouragement. I did not experience that feeling of warmth, encouragement, and pure love and joy that Janet provided when helping me find my dress in any other bridal shop I went to (and I went to quite a few!). I was so beyond thrilled that I found the most perfect dress for me here and it would not have been possible if not for the amazing environment that Janet provided! :) My dress came in almost right on time from the estimated delivery date and it was soo easy to set up my first fitting appointment so that I could really see myself in my dress. Let me just tell you that it didn’t disappointment! I love my dress more and more each time I put it on! Because Janet provided such an amazing experience I knew to trust their in-house seamstress over anyone else for the alterations and I am so happy I did! Wendy has been amazing through my alterations! My dress fits like a glove so I didn’t need much done but I did have a personal item I wanted sewn into the dress. She went above and beyond taking extra care with something that means so much to me! Not to mention she did an amazing job with the alterations but I never had a single concern to begin with! :) I can’t sing high enough praises for these ladies! They have truly made my experience magical and provided me with the most perfect wedding dress that I can’t wait to walk down the isle with to my love/soon to be hubby!!

Adorable shop! Janet understood my daughter's vision perfectly. She allowed her to select her dresses to try on and offered suggestions. Janet made my daughter feel like the princess she wants to be on her wedding day. She said yes to the dress without breaking the bank. A perfect experience.

I was so stressed about wedding dress shopping because of how insecure I am about myself but wow this place is amazing!!! I felt so comfortable the minute I walked in! They make sure that you feel beautiful! They are so helpful when finding a dress that makes you feel and look good but also at a reasonable price!! Coming from someone that struggles with general anxiety, going to The Bridal Shoppe really made wedding dress shopping fun and exciting. I’m so thankful that they were flexible with me and very supportive! I was able to find my dress and I can’t wait to wear it!!!

Truly a bride's dream experience in trying on wedding dresses. The shop is beautiful with dresses displayed super easy to search through and look at. Janet was so sweet and helpful in helping me find the PERFECT one! I loved everything about my session and could not be happier. They have gorgeous dresses of all shapes and styles, you have to try this shop!

I had the most incredible experience with Janet. She knew what I wanted and got me the most amazing dress. Being a small boutique made it even better as she got to spent more time with me helping me choose the right dress. I would highly recommend this place. They work with your budget and made me feel like I matter. Any bride would be lucky to have Janet as their consultant. Not only is she absolutely patient, but an amazing store owner as well!! I had such an amazing experience at The Bridal Shoppe! Janet and Alice were incredibly kind, helpful, and super fun! They truly do treat you as a human being and not just another sale. Also, they’re amazing at communicating with people. Other bridal shops that I have sent messages to never replied to me, but The Bridal Shoppe messaged me back in the same day! Overall, I could not say enough amazing things about this place. I highly recommend going there and meeting those sweet souls! I also found my dress here during their great sale that they have right now! 😊💕

Getting my wedding dress at The Bridal Shoppe was an easy, fun, and enchanting experience. I couldn't recommend this place enough! I believe the woman who helped us was Janet, one of the co-owners of the store, and she was so sweet, helpful, professional, and accommodating. I initially went into the experience with some reservations - I've always been a very curvy woman and trying on clothes (especially for important events) has never been a fun experience for me. With such a BIG event and knowing I'd be the center of attention, I was very anxious going in. As soon as my parents and I arrived we felt so welcome. You get a cozy room with chairs for guests and a big comfy couch, and the actual fitting room is private and spacious. With COVID, they don't serve drinks but they allow you to bring your own, and Janet wore her mask the entire time so we felt very comfortable being there. There is a wide variety of different styles of dresses to choose from, and they had about 7 dresses that fit my desired style perfectly. Trying them on was comfortable and not at all invasive, and the experience went a lot quicker (in a good way) than I expected. Janet was so accommodating when I was indecisive, and made sure I knew the most important part was to make sure I felt comfortable and beautiful in whatever I chose. She let me try on the same dress multiple times so I was sure I made the best decision, and I was never rushed. And the prices!!! They have gorgeous dresses that are on sale, and their full-priced dresses are an amazing price for how high-quality they are. Overall I had an amazing experience and I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a wedding dress, even if you have to drive a little out of the way!

This place is great! The whole setting and environment is very inviting and comforting. There is a very positive and comforting atmosphere. They listen to what you like and give good feedback as well as having a great selection of dresses. Janet is the best! She is super friendly and helpful and gives great advice and suggestions on what you are looking for and trying on. This place is 10/10! Highly recommend.

I went in with a dress in mind and they total met and exceeded my expectations. The ladies were friendly and welcoming i felt like family. This space is open and bright and makes you feel comfortable!

I had tried on several dresses at other bridal shops in the DFW area. Honestly, no other experience can compare to what I found at The Bridal Shoppe in Wylie. The staff was well versed and knowledgeable of their products and did everything they could to make me feel like a valued customer. By the end of the day, I was left with a high quality gown and a lifetime of memories.

Everything about my Bridal Shoppe experience was the best. The location is great. It makes you feel special like that small, quaint boutique should, instead of a conveyor belt bride like David's Bridal. Melanie is the best owner/consultant I have met. She was so patient, informative and loving through the whole experience. And don't even get me started on her skills with that corset back. It just sucks that waist in. 😉 Their inventory is beautiful and eclectic so it can service all types of bridal styles. I can't say enough good things about the ladies and little shop they call home. I will be sending all my friends here when they are needing help finding the perfect dress!

I had a fantastic experience at The Bridal Shoppe! We had the store to ourselves and got 2 hours of personal attention (scheduled appointment, during COVID) They took our temps when we came in, offered hand sanitizer, and had everyone wear masks the whole time so we felt very safe in the store. My stylist, Melanie, was so helpful and really helped me find the perfect dress, and get a great discount for buying my dress off the rack. I have never felt so beautiful in my life and I would recommend them to anyone.

The Bridal Shoppe staff were so thoughtful and engaging, they gave feedback and suggestions for alterations to help me see the fullest potential of every gown. I had a great experience and was able to capture every moment because they helped photograph each dress to help my friends and family decide with me. I found my dream dress and would highly recommend The Bridal Shoppe in Wylie, Texas to any Bride seeking a memorable and personal dress shopping experience.

I found my dress here today and I couldn’t be happier! Melanie was super friendly and informative about the process and was sure to let me know time estimates on shipping etc. Not to mention the atmosphere of the store was wonderful! We were treated to mimosas and pastries as I changed in and out of dresses! Definitely give this place a shot! They carry a lot of Mon Cherie and branches of the Mon Cherie brand and I found my dream dress within a couple of tries.

I absolutely loved the experience here, both times I was there my friends, family and I had a really fun time! It wasn’t so rushed and you really get that one on one time to find your perfect dress! I a thousand times recommend coming here!

The ladies at the Bridal Shoppe were very kind and extremely helpful. I got my dream dress (a Kite&Butterfly piece). I ordered a mini version for my daughter as well. There was a delay with the manufacturers , however the Bridal Shoppe kept me informed of all delays and even offered a sympathy discount. The little details eliminated so much stress! Thank you for making my day super special!

I had the best experience here! I tend to get overwelmed pretty easily when it comes to shopping for clothes and the consultants never once rushed me or made me feel like I HAD to find my dress immediately. I tired on many desses and ended up choosing the 2nd dress I tried on. while my mom , sister, and 11 month old niece were waiting for me to come out with dresses on, they were treated to mimosas and pastries. Overall, I could have been happier with my experience and I'm thrilled I found my dress here!

All i can say is WOW! The Wylie bridal shoppe gave me the most incredible dress buying experience!! There is a plethora of gorgeous dresses there that fit so many styles! They took such good care of me as well by providing my party and i with champagne and water and having fans in the fitting room to keep you cool! The owner makes you feel beautiful and important and is excited with you and for you! They only take one appointment at a time too, so it’s super exclusive and makes you feel like royalty!

I will say, wedding dress shopping at The Bridal Shoppe was the best experience I've had so far while planning my wedding. The experience was phenomenal and I felt very comfortable. I may have shot myself in the foot by going to The Bridal Shoppe first because the other dress shops I went to could not compare to the amazing experience I had there and did not give me that level of comfort I was hoping for. I cannot wait to come back and get measured for the PERFECT dress they helped me find :] Five stars just isn't enough!!

After shopping at a few other shops it was a relief to find The Bridal Shoppe! It's definitely a hidden gem. Mandi & her team are so patient and persistent. They never gave up and were so sweet! This shop has a hometown feel & is so cozy inside. Her selection of dresses caters to any bride! They encouraged me to step out of my comfort zone & it worked! Mandi, thank you for never giving up on me & for helping me find my dream dress! ❤

I must say that Bridal Shoppe gets every bit of 5 stars and some, Mandi was absolutely phenomenal! She has definitely gone above and beyond for me in every way possible and I could not appreciate her or her efforts more. Mandi was absolutely amazing! I had shopped at several bridal shops from the assembly line impersonal big name shops to a couple of boutiques and The Bridal Shoppe was by far the best store we visited. It also happens to be where I found THE DRESS! It took a couple of visits but Mandi was patient and treated my Mom and bridesmaids like family. If you are planning are your big day this is the only place you should be shopping, period! Thank you Mandi, you made my dress dream come true!!!

Ever since I was a little girl I always dreamed of meeting the perfect man and having the perfect wedding, like most girls do. As I got older, I found my perfect man and with that comes the perfect wedding. After getting engaged in April 2016 I of course started my hunt for my dress, after all it has to be perfect to go with everything else. On my search of vendors I found right here in our little town, a very beautiful bridal shop. After window shopping for months I finally booked my appointment for October 1st and knew the dress I wanted to get immediately. To me, I think when you find the one you just know it. You can feel it deep inside you as your conscious tells you "of course girl, you know that will knock his socks off!" So on October 1st, me and some of my family went into The Bridal Shoppe of Wylie and my dreams continued to come true. When we entered the location I feel in love immediately. The inside of the shop is absolutely stunning. There is a very vintage and romantic feeling in the air. The decor of the shop is like something out of a movie, or possibly a dream coming true. You are surrounded by many different beautiful gowns, accessories, veils, vintage furniture, and a very stunning mirror that almost reaches the ceiling. My breath was taken away. Mandi was there to help and assist as I tried on my perfect dress and she made me feel so comfortable because lets face it, its never easy getting down to your undergarments in front of someone you don't even know. But Mandi made it so personal, so comfortable, and all about me. It was everything that I could have asked for. The dress was stunning and of course I bought it straight off the rack, right then and there. We were given cupcakes and mimosas, with a toast at the end. I could not have asked for anything better. The rest of the day I felt as if I were on cloud nine. Thank you so much for helping me make my day so much more special!

Shopping with Mandi at The Bridal Shoppe put me at ease, and isn't that what every bride-to-be wants?! This cute little store had a wide variety of dresses and an atmosphere was just delightful. One of the best parts of my visit was that the whole session was all about my family and I, and together we were able to discover the dress of my dreams! I just received an email this week that my dress is in route to the store (earlier than expected I might add). I can't wait to try on the dress where I get to say "I DO" to my man and my future! The Bridal Shoppe in Wylie is the perfect place to buy your wedding dress. Mandi invites brides-to-be into this cozy but elegant and friendly atmosphere. Her attention to detail and vast knowledge of wedding dresses and accessories is simply impeccable. Mandi helped me with not only finding the perfect wedding dress but with picking the perfect veil. Plus she cares enough to go out of her way to help brides find anything else they need on their special day. Wylie is further out, but trust me when I say the experience of buying your wedding dress from The Bridal Shoppe is well worth it!

I had the BEST experience at this boutique! They book 2 hours fittings, so my group had the entire place to ourselves and we were served cupcakes and champagne! The owners were so friendly and kind--they were genuinely the nicest ladies! Their shop is unbelievably gorgeous! The photos that my mom and bridesmaids took in the store that day came out so pretty with all their antique tin ceilings and settees and old hardwood floors. I had been to A LOT of other bridal shops before I came to The Bridal Shoppe, and the service we received here was unparallel. This is the best place to find your dream dress! All of their dresses are beautiful with all different price ranges. They make it so personable, fun, and more unique than any other bridal shoppe. I felt amazing walking out of there after finding THE dress!
