Unbelievable venue and staff. This venue was worth every penny!! They made the planning process so easy and they brought our vision to life. Everything about our day was perfect!! We had one small hiccup when the grooms bowtie, pocket square and socks were missing and the staff went above and beyond to get him new stuff. They saved the day!!!! Could not recommend getting married here enough!! It was perfection on all ends from the ceremony, to cocktail hour, to the reception.

The Buttes at Reflections is the BEST venue!! If I were to go back and change anything I wouldn't. The team at Reflections look like they truly enjoy their jobs. The staff is extremely professional and nice. I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about the Buttes to capture how perfect a venue it is. You will be soooo very lucky if you are able to have your wedding or any special occasion there.

Our wedding at the Buttes at Reflections was absolutely spectacular! The venue offered an affordable yet stunning backdrop with breathtaking views of Pusch Ridge and a charming garden filled with beautiful flowers, citrus trees, and birds (for my fellow bird watchers!) The package provided everything we needed for our special day, including a cake, delicious food (salad and entree), a bartender, servers, a talented wedding planner, and a ton of decor options. The DJ kept the party going, and the two photographers captured every precious moment flawlessly. Despite the unpredictable weather, the amazing staff, especially Samantha, ensured that our day went off without a hitch. Their quick thinking and flexibility when the rain started was truly incredible, and a rainbow showed right after the rain stopped and the ceremony was about to begin just made the day perfect. With our package, we had to arrange our own flowers, attire, appetizers, videography, officiant, musicians, and alcohol, it didn't detract from the overall experience, things. that's just how we did The only slight hiccup was a last-minute request for a large slideshow, which couldn't be accommodated due to the short notice, but it was a minor detail in an otherwise perfect day. A huge thank you to Debi, John, Georgina, Felicia, Tim, Jim, and everyone else who played a part in making our day so special. We wholeheartedly recommend the Buttes at Reflections to anyone looking for an unforgettable wedding experience. Five stars doesn't seem like enough to express our gratitude, we really feel like we got our money's worth, especially considering how expensive weddings are nowadays.

The entire staff for this venue went above and beyond to make sure that my husband and I’s wedding day went perfectly. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous but the people who work there are what make this venue such a great place to have your wedding. I highly recommend.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this venue. From start to finish the process was seamless. The professionalism, understanding and empathy shined through from the first phone call that I made to inquire about pricing. Each and every interaction was genuine and memorable with this team. Georgina and Debbie and the rest of the staff were courteous and always made you feel welcome, and to be quite honest, as if my wedding was the most important event of the year. Not that it was because they host hundreds of events and weddings, but that’s the way that this team makes you feel. When it comes to event planning I am sure that it can be hard to keep track of people and requests. But this team always made you feel like you were the only one. We recently attended a friends wedding at this venue and the entire staff, including the owners, remembered us by name and treated us so well. If youre looking for a fairy tale wedding where the staff will make you feel like a superstar from day one, look no further. This is your place!

We had our wedding on February 22nd, 2024. Overall it was a seamless, phenomenal experience!! One of the biggest pros of the venue is how much is included in the base pricing. 1) The Venue. Absolutely gorgeous venue, the mountain and desert views are stunning. The ceremony area is gorgeous, the reception area is cozy and warm, and there are many photo-op locations! The venue also has a staggering number of centerpieces, silk flowers, table clothes, decorations, you name it! We donated a few of the extra things we bought for our wedding, and it’s wonderful knowing that our donated wedding decorations may be used for other beautiful weddings. 2) The staff. Extremely knowledgeable and on top of it! They set up everything for the ceremony/reception and took it down after. Everything was set up exactly as we had envisioned it, it was absolutely perfect. Made our wedding so stress-free. They had everything bundled up and ready to go the next day, so we could pick everything up easily. 3) Wedding Planner. Having a wedding planner who comes with the venue was incredibly helpful. Debi walked us through the wedding day procedure and was very quick to answer any questions we had! She was wonderful to work with. 4) DJ. I didn’t realize how important a DJ would be for my wedding until about a week before! We worked with Tim, and he made sure our reception went smoothly. Very smart and fun music choices and checked in on us occasionally to see if we needed anything. He was in charge of mic’ing people up, and from what my guests tell me, everyone was perfectly hearable! 5) Food. The venue went through three different caterers during our planning. When we signed on in December 2022, they were moving to a new caterer. In January of 2023, they moved onto the third caterer, Edge Catering. While it was stressful having to pick new meals for everyone, the caterer and venue absolutely nailed it! We had a lot of vegetarians with specific diet restrictions, and everyone got exactly what they needed! It was a huge weight off my shoulders to see everyone enjoying the delicious food. The Edge Catering was a star, and I’m guessing the venue will stick with them! Our perfect wedding could not have happened without the Buttes at Reflections. I’m so grateful to them, and I absolutely recommend them.

We would 100% recommend this venue! The Buttes at Reflections was the perfect spot for our wedding ceremony and reception. We spent a day and a half touring all the top venues in the Tucson area. Our visit to The Buttes at Reflections was set for our second day of venue touring and can I say, what a waste that first day was! The moment we stepped out of our car we were blown away by the beauty of the property, mountain scene and garden pathway into the reception hall. Upon entering the newly remodeled reception hall I knew this was where I wanted to marry the love of my life and celebrate our day. Georgina provided us with a wonderful tour and we didn’t even stop to talk about it with each other, we were ready to book a date! Along with the property/location being so beautiful… the staff, service and package options were top notch! Everything was so wonderful, from the planning process to the free engagement photo shoot to the actual wedding day! The Buttes at Reflection team, bartenders and partner vendors for DJ and Catering services were really great to work with and all helped to make our day so very special. Again we would 100% recommend this venue to any other couples looking for a wedding venue. We had the wedding of our dreams thanks to the Buttes at Reflections team! The Buttes at Reflections was a stunning venue for our wedding!! We were so happy we chose to go with them and their services! The staff, wedding planner (Debi), views, accommodations, etc were all excellent!! If I were to do my wedding all over again, I would still chose this venue! I was very impressed with everything! The DJ, catering service, etc exceeded my expectations! Our wedding couldn’t have gone better and with the help of the staff the day of the wedding was very smooth! There were no hiccups whatsoever! Everything was so well planned out and went very well! My husband and I are very pleased that we chose to have our wedding with the Buttes at Reflections! The entirety of the day of our wedding and still almost two weeks post wedding we are having countless people come up to us and tell us how beautiful and smooth our wedding was! Thank you very much to all of the staff, catering services, and DJ service for doing such an excellent job!

I cannot recommend this venue enough! We had the best experience every step of the way. Georgina and Jon had great communication with us and answered all of questions. Debi was always willing to meet with us and helped plan all of the details for our big day. Our DJ Tim was amazing and our guests loved him. We got compliments all night on the venue and the friendliness of all the staff.

I wanted to praise this venue so highly. I would 100% recommend this over and over again. I came across the venue at the bridal show expo. I met Debi. I just kind of knew this venue was gonna be the one from there. When I met Debi she was super fantastic from the get-go. Not saying that the other people were not as great like John or Georgina. They were fantastic with my engagement photos at the venue. Because everybody at the Butte was super amazing. They helped me every step of the way. Any questions concerns it was addressed. The day of all the employees like Debi Georgina John all said hi and checked on me. They truly went out of their way. They wanted to make sure I was good along with the groom. They help me get ties and boutonnieres to people. They made sure that the ceremony ran perfectly along with the reception. They helped me out in anyway possible. They did everything that I ever even envisioned and more. But I just can’t tell you how much I love Debi. Any concerns, any worries that I had she listened. She didn’t judge she really helped me through it all especially when I had conservative parents who tried to put opinions in. She was absolutely an amazing person to work with planning my wedding. She made the planning process so easy I really had no stress at all. I do want to thank Tim from unforgettable events that the venue provided. He made the reception and the ceremony to remember with the music, the sparklers, the clouds. Tim listened to my little fun quirky things I wanted to add and was totally on board for it all. My family and his family loved the venue. They have never seen a venue like this, they were so obsessed. His family had been to four previous weddings before this. They said this was the best wedding they have seen. The details this wedding had was beautifully done and were wowed from the ceremony to the reception. I just want to thank you guys for making my day magical. If anyone wants an all inclusive venue, I would absolutely recommend this venue hands down.

We got married on September 2, 2023. The buttes at Reflections made our special day so magical 🎉 Every detail was perfection. The venue has the most breathtaking views along with beautiful modern upgraded bridal and groom suite. Working with them to create our special day has been amazing! They are extremely helpful and will make your wedding a dream come true! Highly recommend ❤️ They are even dog friendly venue❤️ Our fur baby got to be apart of our special day!!

We booked our wedding on shorter notice (4 months planning time) and were so glad we booked at Reflections. Food, DJ, much of the decor, bar services, and more were included in the price we paid. Also included was time with the most amazing wedding coordinator we could have asked for, Debi. She made planning everything so easy, made sure we had everything covered, and even showed up on the day itself to help make sure it all ran smoothly! I can not say enough about how amazing Debi was. The venue was gorgeous, all of our out of state guests were extremely impressed with the views for the ceremony and how smooth and professional everything was. I highly recommend Reflections for a venue that includes almost everything you need and helps you plan things to create your dream wedding!

My wedding day at Reflections was absolutely perfect. Debi is a dream to work with through the planning process and the day flowed seamlessly. Best word I can describe our day was “MAGICAL”. The View of the ceremony will blow you away even before your set up. The dj they also include is amazing. With the help with Hannah at first instant getting us locked in for our date and patient with all of questions was so ensuring and Debi our wedding planner was an absolute angel going over and beyond for our day! They make you feel like it’s a pleasure to assist ! She will think of everything and beyond to ensure it’s as stress free as possible. We are so happy we were able to celebrate our special day at Reflections where the employees are so helpful, the food is delicious, and the DJ kept everyone on the dance floor. Everything was so beautiful and the night was perfect. We had so much fun and had little to worry about thanks to Debi and all the staff. We had so many compliments on decorations, food, DJ and all other aspects of the Reflections. We highly recommend the reflections, we had the most amazing experience.

I don’t even know how to explain how amazing my wedding was, thanks to all of my awesome vendors, but most of all the amazing people at Reflections. We had a tour with Hannah, and booked the same day because of her amazing and bubbly self. Everytime I saw Hannah after that, whether at the venue, or at the bridal fair she would stop what she was doing to say hi and give me a huge hug. Being a Covid bride and having to postpone twice, could have been far worse, but Debbie was the best. She made me feel like everything was going to be alright. Debbie went to all lengths to make sure all my wedding detail dreams came to life! Johanna was there the days leading up to the day of and she was amazing and so helpful, I can’t thank her enough!!!! Samantha was my day of go to, and she seriously went above and beyond to make my vision come to life! I was so worried about how others would decorate my wedding, but she was awesome. THE FOOD! I am still getting told how delicious the food was! Asher made the best food ever! So yummy!!! And last but very not least, Obi! Obi rocked the day and night! Family members who had said they hated dancing said they were on the dance floor because he played such great music choices! We could not have asked for a more amazing day, and over all experience. It was so beautiful it felt like a fairy tale. They took care of everything food, DJ, decorations it was all perfect. I didn't have to stress about anything. I went to go get ready there they even had a shower that I could use and a large area where I could relax until my bridesmaids arrived. They even came and brought me champagne with frozen fruit and aome popcorn because I didn't eat anything. They kept my husband calm when my family was late so we couldn't start the wedding yet. I definitely recommend it. It's a beautiful view as well!

We got married on 04/24/2021. I don’t really have the words to say how wonderful this venue is it’s like a fairy tale. Everyone makes you feel like your day is the most important from the time you set the date even years after you get married. They take care of everything from centerpieces, DJ, Food, day of coordinating, and much more. The day before my wedding I was able to be with family and enjoy the people from out of town because the venue made sure everything was just done. When I showed up the day of everything was ready except me to get into my dress and get married! Not even 6months later I have 2 close friends getting married there in 2022.

I don’t think we could’ve picked a better venue for our wedding and I say this confidently that we got so lucky it rained on our day! We were able to get amazing lighting and a RAINBOW, the mountains just brought it all together into a beautiful harmony. Everyone was so supportive during the rain as well, step by step letting us know where things were moving and how our ceremony was going to change. They didn’t allow us to be nervous or stressed about anything the whole night. They were very accommodating and willing to help in any way possible.

Nine years ago I attended my brother's wedding at The Buttes at Reflections. The garden was breath taking as was the rest of the venue. On that day I decided that if I was ever lucky enough to get married, I wanted my special day to be there. Like many others I'm a COVID bride. My original date was on April 3, 2020. I was heartbroken when I had to postpone my wedding not once but twice due to the pandemic. Debi was so empathetic and knew just the right words to say to make me feel at ease. She promised me that everything would be okay, and in the end I would have a beautiful wedding. She was absolutely right. The decorations were perfect, the food was amazing, and Obi the DJ filled the night with great music. My wedding day was everything I hoped it would be and more. Our wedding was on 8/20/21. Three weeks later I'm still receiving compliments about our wedding and how great everything was. It truly was a day to remember. If you're looking for the perfect place for your wedding I highly recommend The Buttes at Reflections.

I cannot say enough good things about our experience here. The property is absolutely gorgeous, but we chose the venue originally because it had a generous groom’s area, which many of the other venues did not, or had to be shared with guests. Debi and Asher were incredible to work with and we received so many compliments on how beautiful everything was. Because so much was included, there was very, very little I had to provide. I showed Debi some pictures of what I had in mind and she did a beautiful job recreating it with their very wide selection of decor. She is just the sweetest woman and the entire night every time I turned around I could see her managing little details so that we didn’t need to even think about any of it. It was the magical, stress-free experience we could have hoped for.

Absolutely the best choice we made fir a venue. Fit our budget, provided everything we needed and worked with what we wanted to do. Food was so much better than what we have experienced at other weddings. Great views, grounds are immaculate, bridal party rooms clean and made getting ready easy for a large group of girls. Hannah, Debi and Joanne were the best! Highly recommend this venue. Thank you Reflections for a perfect day!

Our experience with Reflections, from start to finish, was easy-going, smooth sailing, and lots of fun! We had a lot of freedom that we couldn’t get anywhere else to really make our wedding exactly what we wanted. Everyone on staff is super friendly and helpful, and recommend other great vendors to use (which we did!) The plethora of food we tried at the tasting was all so delicious! We got to book Obi as our DJ, and he made everything so easy! There was only moment where we didn’t know what song to use, and he provided many extensive lists of common songs to choose from. Debi was our planner and helped us to make any decisions we were uncertain about. She has the creative eye to know what looks good, but doesn’t push her style on you if it doesn’t match yours, which was very nice. Communication with everyone was easy and within a timely manner. We never felt left in the dark or unsure about how the day would go, because everyone has a timeline and checklists and details written out, extensively! Decorations and signs were so easy and saved us a lot of time and money trying to buy or create our own. Some signs are customizable, like our hashtag sign and bar menu. It was an easy choice to go with Reflections for our venue; you cannot beat those views!! The sunset shots we got with the mountains glowing behind us are gorgeous!! We couldn’t imagine having our wedding anywhere else. The actual day of the wedding was so easy, calming, relaxing - no stress whatsoever. I cannot recommend Reflections enough! I hope to find another reason to book an event there. Thank you for everything, Reflections!!

The venue is beautiful, Debi and the staff are very helpful but on the day of the wedding I felt like we were a little rushed from one thing to the next. Unfortunately we didn’t get a lot of communication on where to be, we had to listen to the DJ’s song changes to get our queues. I wish Samantha had spent more time letting us know what was next so we weren’t running so much. We missed a lot of time with family and friends.

My son's wedding was here in Feb 2020. We are not from Tucson so having everything included was wonderful. Attention was given to every detail. The staff was accommodating on last minutes changes and orchestrated the event with ease. The venue is beautiful and everything went very smoothly. A wonderful experience!

We absolutely loved our venue. As soon as we met with Hannah G. and toured this venue we knew it was the one for us. The staff is amazing and so helpful (especially Hannah, we LOVE her)! This venue is mostly all-inclusive which makes everything a little easier. They have catering, DJ, wedding planner, and decorations. We supplied our own cocktail hour appetizers (they are about $2.25 per person through the venue) and our own dessert bar, other than that Reflections really came through with everything else. I was fairly nervous about leaving the decor up to someone else, but my god it was so beautiful. They truly know what they're doing. My only complaint would be the appetizer situation is a very gray area. They do not let any fruits, veggies, nuts, open containers, meats, dairy, etc - you can purchase it from them (starting price $2.25 per person) but they do not let you bring them in. If you want to bring in something for an appetizer to be served during the cocktail hour it has to be a salty bar - popcorn, chips (no dips), pretzels, crackers. They do not have any of the hidden fees such as ice or cake cutting fees. All the way around amazing people and a beautiful place! I cannot recommend this place enough. We love The Buttes at Reflections!

The wedding planner was so wonderful. She made sure to meet all my needs and made wedding planning so easy. They decorated the venue just as I could have imagined. My day went great.

We LOVED our venue. We first fell in love with the magical ambiance and then the staff really blew us away. Hannah gave us the tour and her energy and excitement was everything we needed to know this was the place for us. The entire staff takes every detail into consideration and it’s very clear that they want the wedding day to be every bride & grooms best day ever. I will say you need to stay on top of the dates and make sure you call/email to get everything scheduled right away. The food was obviously made with great ingredients but the flavors weren’t exactly there for us, (personal opinion). The day if we had Hannah coordinate our wedding and she was a real life saint. She made sure everything was smooth and was so happy and efficient the entire evening. She even sewed me into my dress when it broke (oops). Great experience overall! 10/10!

Awesome place for a wedding! My husband and I are so happy that this venue is all inclusive and didn't require any outside vendors, aside from the cake and any extras beyond catering and DJ. The all inclusive aspect made everything so much easier to plan. Debi is great and was so easy to work with! The day of the wedding, everything looked so great and was exactly what we planned and what we could have hoped for! Thanks for giving us an awesome experience and being so accommodating to our interests, wants, and needs!

We had our wedding at Reflections in July 2019. From when we first stepped foot into Reflections, we knew that this would be our wedding venue. The entire site is gorgeous - from the interior (foyer, bridal room, groom's area, reception space) to the exterior (grounds, ceremony site w/gazebo, back patio), and the views create the most exceptional backdrop for a wedding venue that is truly a dream come true! Having a beautiful building in a great location pulled us in immediately, but knowing that so many things would be included with the venue is what really sealed the deal for us. We were able to use any decor items they had - and they have a ton, in a wide variety of styles! They have lots of cute signs available for use that are handmade by one of their employees. We were also able to bring in our own decor items and the staff set them up exactly how we wanted, though somehow it turned out even better than we envisioned! Not only is the space gorgeous and inclusive of so many options, but we could not have asked for better customer service! Each and every employee that we worked with was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They worked so hard to ensure that every aspect of our ceremony and reception turned out just the way we wanted, and had many ideas to help guide us if we weren't sure about one thing or another. Every time I called, emailed, or came to the venue in person, I felt so valued not only as a customer, but as someone that the employees truly cared about. The food was absolutely delicious - with so many options, it was hard to choose but the chef gave some suggestions and everything went together so well! The DJ was on point - not only did he get our input ahead of time, but it felt like he was reading the crowd and playing songs catered to the mood on the dance floor. The bartender kept up with our guests and was very friendly! The staff working the day of our wedding did everything possible to ensure that the whole day ran smoothly, from start to finish. Some of our items got left behind inadvertently and Debi was quick to reach out as soon as they discovered the forgotten box as well as hold on to it until I was able to come by at a later date. I wish I could get married again if only just to work with this fabulous crew once more! I highly recommend this venue!

BEAUTIFUL property with great views, many hot tubs, pools and extremely friendly staff! The valet guy was so helpful and nice. Probably one of the nicest staff members I've ever encountered at any hotel before! I can't wait to go back and stay! The rooms could use updating but the staff and property really make it a 5 star!

So happy I landed upon this venue because they were amazing and helpful throughout our entire wedding planning process! Having a destination wedding here was so easy since they provide so much and they were always available to answer any questions I had. They went above and beyond to make sure my day was perfect!

We had an amazing time planning our wedding with the Buttes! They were extremely accommodating and honestly it was a one stop shop. They had everything we needed so we saved some money and they did an incredible job decorating, catering, providing a DJ, bar service, cake cutting, and the list goes on! There were a few minor things that makes this a 4 star rating but definitely nothing that would dissuade me from recommending their services. Our wedding turned out beautifully and I will cherish the memories made at The Buttes for years to come.

We fell in love with the Buttes at Reflections from our very first visit. Debi and all of the staff make you feel so welcome every time you come for a meeting or a visit. Every meeting I had with Debi she was so kind and warm and so so thorough in covering every little detail. From the decorations to the food, Debi makes sure everything is exactly how we pictured for our wedding day: she took extra care in making sure the catering staff was aware of my brothers specific dietary restrictions which was so considerate and helped decrease our stress and worry; she suggested the donut wall during cocktail hour to my now husband (who has a huge sweet tooth) which made him very happy and was a big hit with our friends and family; and she also looked after our wedding party helping them get a quick refreshment before they had to take wedding party pictures. The team goes above and beyond to make everything so special. All in all we cannot thank Debi and everyone at The Buttes at Reflections for helping to make our wedding day so perfect.

We had a church wedding so only our reception was held here and it was the perfect place for it. Debi was great to work with, very open to questions and changes that we had plenty of. During the day of the staff was top-notch, everything went off without any issues. When working with the contract and money stuff make sure you really pay attention as it can be confusing. No complaints at all, they made our day perfect.

We loved having our wedding at Reflections! Debi was wonderful to work with. She was very up-front about how much everything would cost and kept me calm throughout the planning process. We got so many compliments from our guests about the decorations, music, and food! Everything turned out beautifully!

Debi is so sweet. All of her staff is very helpful and professional. Everyone, especially Debi, made planning the wedding fun and easy. The day of the wedding was hectic, but the wedding was beautiful and everyone had a great time.

Where do I start.... Debi and her entire staff at reflections were simply amazing. Debi was so helpful throughout the entire planning process and met with us as many times as WE needed. She gave her expert opinion and helped us every step of the way. I was so surprised and amazed when I saw the venue all set up for our wedding day on the day before during rehearsal. I wanted to cry as it was even better than I had imagined. The day of went so smooth my groom and I had a fabulous wedding day. The food Asher made was delicious and everyone I've talked to since the wedding always says "the chicken parmesan and tortellini was so delightful". The DJ Obi was so easy to work with. Every update we gave him even to the last minute he was able to incorporate into the wedding. I can't recommend this place enough. I'm sorry if I'm leaving out details you're searching for in a venue but just know this place has it all.

It was a beautiful wedding! The venue is perfect, Debi and her staff were amazing to work with. They did a wonderful job decorating the venue and the food was delicious. I highly recommend the chipotle brisket. I wish more dancing would have happened but the outdoor area was beautiful and the weather was perfect so the majority of the guests stayed outside during the dancing portion.

Our daughter's wedding was simply stunning, thanks to the perfection offered by Reflections and the amazing staff on all fronts. From the planning sessions with the owner, to the tasting of the delicious meals by the incredible chef, to the endless music spun by the party-maker, Obie, and the kindness and exquisite service provided by all at Reflections. The location was private and the grounds were all dedicated to us, which made our guests feel most comfortable. Many of our guests said that the dinner was the BEST they have ever had at a wedding! Thank you, Debi, Asher, Joanna, Obie, Hannah and all others for giving us a most unforgettable wedding reception. Our wedding was in January of 2018 at The Buttes at Reflections. I have nothing but praise for the venue and staff. First of of all, the venue is beautiful with a gorgeous gazebo and breath- taking backdrop of Pusch Ridge in the Catalina Mountains. From the beginning, the staff was very responsive and helpful. Debi was our planner and she is amazing at what she does. If I had a question, I would shoot her an email and she would respond timely. We met with her several times to plan the details. They have a large selection of decorations, linens, etc. on site that you can choose from to use which makes it easy and is great money saver. When I arrived at the venue on the day of, the place was much more beautiful then I had expected. I don't know how she did it but she coordinated all the last minute details without a glitch. People were dancing the whole night. We served Chicken Picatta and it was delicious! All my guests were raving about the food and the wedding. I can't believe how many people told us our's was the most beautiful and fun wedding they had ever been to. The best thing about it was I was hardly stressed because Debi took care of everything. If I could give 10 stars I would. I highly recommend The Buttes at Reflections.

YES!!!! We booked this venue a year and a half out from our wedding date, we lucked out and got a Saturday in October in Tucson (the coveted wedding month here). This was the first and only venue we actually went to after researching online venues to get married at in Tucson. It was a mixture of what we both wanted in a venue. Some green and some desert (not to mention the gorgeous Pusch Ridge in the background). Working with the coordinator and owner Debi, seemed to make wedding planning a breeze. Their price is very fair for everything that is included. All of the little details you don't have to worry about bringing or having brought to your venue linens, food, bartender, mixers, dinnerware etc.). Debi was a joy to work with, she definitely knows what she's doing in the wedding world and is SO helpful for those of us who have literally no idea what we're doing. Tiffany was the night manager we were lucky enough to work with. She was amazing! Being able to wrangle a wedding party and guests has got to be a tough job, but she definitely handled it. IF something went wrong, I had (and still have) no idea about it. The day went smoothly and perfectly. Now, as for the chef who prepared our menu.... 5 STARS!! He was amazing!! We went with a Mediterranean meal because that's the kind of food my husband and I like to splurge on, and it was DELICIOUS! We were unaware of how our guests would react to it, and they LOVED it. We heard nothing but great things the entire night and the days following. DJ Obi did an outstanding job with the music and listened to all the input and opinions we had. We went non-traditional and he was on board and it was perfect! A beautiful venue. A great price. Wonderful staff. I've got nothing but great things to say about this place! I would recommend getting in and checking out the venue and dates available FAR in advance, as it does book quickly in the prime months. Thanks guys!

We cannot express enough gratitude to the staff of Reflections for our beautiful sunset wedding on the 4th of July. From start to finish, everyone was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to make our day as perfect as we could imagine. The planning process was efficient and well organized over the course of our eleven months of planning. They answered all of our questions about the fine details and the incorporations of our personal touches, as well as helpful suggestions to ensure that the vision of our wedding was fulfilled. The layout of the reception hall and extension of the back patio were a perfect size for our event size, our food selections were delicious, and the ceremony setup backdropped against the Pusch Ridge mountains was picture perfect. I was more than pleased with Reflections. I planned my Tucson wedding from South Carolina, so i relied on pictures and reviews to choose my wedding venue. The venue was even more beautiful in person. Debi was extremely accommodating and helpful. The entire team at Reflections were extremely nice and responded to my emails/calls promptly. The DJ, bartender, food, and officiant provided by Reflections were wonderful also. The day turned out EXACTLY how I had pictured it! THANK YOU to all who participated in making our big day absolutely perfect!

We had our wedding here on January 14th and I was surprised by the exceptional customer service. The wedding was beautiful with the mountains as a backdrop and I am so grateful that we were able to have our ceremony outside despite the rain.

The staff is amazing, helpful in the planning without being phushy, patient with my many questions and executed a prefect day. Everyone loved the food and they handled my special need  guest with ease. The location is beautiful!!!! I can not say enough great things about this venue. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

We have been working with Debi, John and the rest of Reflections team to plan our wedding for a few months now. We had a few venues in mind, but when we met the Fazios in person we knew that Reflections was the place for us. They really take care to add a personal touch to everything that they do and are upfront about the services rendered and cost. We chose to do an off season wedding and saved $2k on their standard wedding package and know that we will get what we’ve paid for an perhaps even more. They have planned thousands of weddings and it shows in how organized they are. They break down the wedding into manageable parts and allow you to think about and customize the details to your liking (so you can get as detailed as you would like or not). Debi also sends a us copy of everything we discuss in each planning meeting, which is really helpful when for coordinating with other vendors and the rest of the wedding party. They do almost everything in house and include the following in their wedding packages: catering (buffet with 2 entrees, salad, &sides), DJ, decorations, bartending services, John is a licensed to officiate and Debi is the in house wedding planner. They do not do: Cakes, flowers, photography; you must stock your own bar (which I prefer anyway) You are also not allowed to bring your own food. You are bound to their caterer. We have had issues trying to schedule a tasting, but hopefully we will be able to get that done before our January 7th wedding date. The price for the views and the services promised cannot be beat. We look forward to having our dream wedding at Refelctions!

They were lovely, everything was great. I have no real complaints other than small nit picks. The food was delicious and their bartender was wonderful with the guests. My husband felt as though one of the main people who work there were more concerned with new clients on our wedding day than us, but other than that the staff was really great.

My experience with my wedding coordinator Johanna was absolutely wonderful! 5/5! I couldn't have asked for a better person to work with. She truly made my dream wedding come true! She worked very hard to make every idea I had happen, she also gave wonderful advice and was very involved the entire time. My head table was unlike many, she knew it was important to me, and wasn't going to give up to make it happen! It was absolutely gorgeous! I had tears of joy my wedding night! She became my coordinator just less that six months before the wedding, quickly caught up with everything, and was extremely organized. I wasn't stressed during the wedding process and really enjoyed planning my wedding because of Johanna, I always knew I was in very good hands! I would recommend Johanna at Reflections to any bride! Wonderful personality and a pleasure to plan a wedding with! I can't forget the gentleman that helped Johanna with set up! He also worked very hard and went above and beyond! Also, Obi and his DJ services! DJ Karmuh was awesome! Pleasure to work with and really worked hard to show us a great night. Kept the dance floor full all night! I've never seen my now husband dance so much! Many of our guests commented on the great music! One of our favorite moments of the night was the first song after dinner, the dance floor was packed with all our friends and family, great song selections!

We had our wedding at Reflections at the Buttes and everything went great! Debi is just a sweetheart and she responded to all of my super lengthy emails as well as meeting with me in person and made sure everything went smoothly. The day of the wedding everything was set up perfectly. The food on the wedding day was notably better than at the tasting which was a pleasant surprise. In my opinion, the price we paid was great for everything that came with the package. I would definitely recommend The Buttes to my friends!

I had my ceremony and reception at this venue and my day was an absolute dream! The decorations were wonderful, we were complimented again and again on the food, the DJ got the party going and everyone wanted to take pictures outside with the great view of the mountains. The only reason I did not rate this venue as 5 stars is that at times I felt like I was one of many many events they had happening. During the pictures after the ceremony we even ran into other people on site who were not part of our party and there were multiple times when my calls or emails went unanswered for days. However, for the price and for the day of experience, I would still recommend this venue to friends and family.

I changed my venue two months before the big day- Debi & her team at Reflections did an AMAZING job working with us to make it the best day ever in such a short time frame. Not only did everything go off flawlessly, but I didn't have to worry about a thing a week leading up to the wedding. The venue was beautiful, bride & grooms quarters to get ready are a perfect addition to the stunning ceremony & reception site. John who is the officiate did the best ceremony- filled with humor but also touching statements. The price included the DJ (who was perfect. He matched the mood of the event and played the perfect selection of songs when I gave him very vague and general music types) and the cater (I'm still hearing great things about the food) which was a HUGE plus. The big day could not have been more perfect and that is due to the venue and their planning team.

We got married a month ago at Reflections at the Buttes and they were so AMAZING!. Debi and John are such amazing people. They are funny, honest and just so sweet! Johanna (our wedding coordinator) was the BOMB! She made sure every little detail I imagined came to light! She spent countless hours with me going over every detail even the ones I kept changing. This location has amazing views and the grounds are kept so well. The decor for the ceremony and reception were breath taking! I couldn't have asked for more. With their help I not only looked like a princess but I felt like one too. After a year of planning with the staff at reflections they now feel like family. Thank you to everyone at reflections for making us feel so comfortable, happy, excited and proud to have chosen you. You made our dream wedding come true! All the bling looked fabulous! Our guest are still talking about how detailed and beautiful everything looked.

From the moment we arrived at Reflections, John put our minds at ease saying "We'll take care of it" and they did, they were not only words, but truths. The DJ, Obi-WanKenobi, was awesome!!! The bar attendant was wonderful!!! The set up/take down staff was incredible!!! Food was delicious!!! Everyone there radiated peace, the peace you need at those moments when you panic because you want everything to be perfect, and THAT was soo helpful. Thank you for the words of encouragement Debbie, with the not so little rain we got that day before and during the wedding (yes, the day that rained A LOT!) we decided it was a gift from God, and we went on to have fun, and we did. We had a lot of fun, more than the rain! We felt you cared about our wedding as if it was your own. Incredible memories were made at Reflections at The Buttes, and you ask if we recommend it? I got married here a couple weeks ago... and honestly, I loved it! I was so worried with how everything would turn out, the decor, the food, etc etc... and it was all better than I expected! Debi is an amazing person, she really did everything she could for me and then some! I can be a handful and she did a great job of handling me and all my requests with such respect and due diligence! And the food... every one of my wedding guests could not stop raving about how delicious the food was! We all enjoyed a Middle Eastern cuisine... and I had quite a few food snobs attend my wedding... and they were just floored with how amazing the food was! I'm always told that the food is the most important part and here I am a couple weeks later and I still have wedding guests complimenting the food at my wedding. Needless to say, I am absolutely happy I decided to go with Reflections. They made my wedding better than I could have dreamed!

Reflections was a huge help throughout the wedding-planning process. They are experienced and professional, and thought to ask about things I may have otherwise forgot about. Their venue is absolutely gorgeous, and with everything they include, there is just no comparison.

We loved the mountain views at the buttes! The staffed was flexible with our schedules for appointments and they we able to accommodate our large guest list. We heard nothing but great things about our wedding venue days after our event.

We chose this Venue for several reasons. First, inside and out it was spectacularly beautiful. Second, it was very affordable and you get so much included!!! Third, the staff is great, especially Debi! From planning the wedding to the actual big day, they were so helpful and everything turned out as planned and better. The only thing I would say was a bit of a disappointment was how short it was. We saved $2000 by booking a morning wedding so by 2:00pm you and everyone else needs to be out of there so that the wedding after you can get ready. I felt rushed the entire time, we didn't have enough time to get all the photos we wanted either. They stopped the music at 1:30pm instead of 2:00pm and basically rushed everyone out, I was a little upset about this. I was told it would go until 2:00pm so they should have stopped everything at 2:00pm and then started to clean up. I'm sure if you book a night wedding you won't have this problem. Overall, Reflections was wonderful and I would recommend them but I would highly recommend booking a night wedding if you don't want to feel rushed.

Reflections is so beautiful.The property has tons of locations for great pictures. The staff was amazing and took such good care of us. They took all of the stress off and made our wedding day the best day ever. I would highly recommend Reflections at The Buttes. They have so many options to customize your day, from the food to the center pieces.

My husband and I had an exceptional experience through The Gallery. We could not have imagined a better wedding with the help of Debi Fazio and Christine, who made planning effortless and actually fun! I live in Pennsylvania, but my husband and I are both from Arizona and wanted to come back for our marriage. From the very beginning everyone had been extremely attentive and quick to respond to any question I had whether it be through email or phone call. Because I live in Pennsylvania I had my mother and grandmother do a lot of things like the initial walk through as well as the tasting, but they treated all of my family members as if they were the ones getting married. The run through of the ceremony the day before was easy and straight-forward, and went exactly as planned the day of. Christine even through in some "extras" as they had just received new (and might I add nicer) chairs and included them for our wedding. The overall look of the ceremony right in front of their fountain was beyond words. Staff at The Gallery are phenomenal! One in particular that I did not get the name of specifically served my husband and I. She never let us have an empty glass as I drank wine and champagne all night while my husband had an assortment of mixed drinks. Everyone was always smiling and congratulatory throughout the entire night. The food was amazing! They say the bride and groom don't have time to eat… You make time to eat here. You'd be sorry if you didn't. We had the chicken kiev which was unbelievable. The DJ was spot on with all of his music selections and did a great job transitioning from one song to the next. He kept us informed of song selections and timing for each event the entire night. It was never a hassle. The only negative I have is that there was a wedding going on at the Sports Club that we were not aware of until the day before the wedding. We originally were scheduled to do first look pictures there the day of our wedding, but could not due to the other wedding taking up most of the spots. It wasn't a bother as there were plenty of beautiful places to get photos done at our actual wedding location across the street which is where the Golf Club and restaurant was. There was a previous review that mentioned there was no place to wait before the ceremony started for the bride and her bridal party. I'm not sure if this wasn't offered or not, but we waited in the golf shop, which was air conditioned and had a long L shaped couch that everyone sat on until it was time. My recommendation would be to stay in the cottages the night before and for the day of. All of my bridesmaids stayed with me in cottage rojo while my husband and the groomsmen stayed in dorado next door. They are absolutely stunning. Pictures do not do it justice. Plus it makes it a great place to get ready before the wedding and take pictures putting the dress on. Also to note: Our total cost listed on this review only includes their all inclusive package for 125 people (which includes the venue, meal, DJ, set up and break down, service, corking fees and cake cutting fees, etc) as well as a bar tab. You get a lot for your money here. All in all I would not have done our wedding differently. I felt it was absolutely perfect and I am so happy with the way Reflections handled everything. Hats off to Debi and Christine for providing such a wonderful experience.

The venue was absolutely beautiful - up against the Catalina Mountains. But the staff really set themselves apart - they took care of every request, with happy enthusiasm. Everything was perfect and the food was delicious.

I got married through the Reflections at the Buttes at The Gallery location. The venue was beautiful and the wedding was fun, but they do Cookie cutter weddings. Things went their way not mine. We had several simple requests that were initially promised, but the month of the wedding they did not follow through. Overall, communication between the wedding coordinator, the sales guy, the DJ coordinator, and person who handled the tasting. Several things really disappointed me: 1. There was no place to get ready. Initially we were told by the sales guy that we would have either a room at the Ritz or a guesthouse for several hours. I found out 2 weeks prior to the wedding that this was not the case. This also translated into me having no place to be prior to walking down the aisle. I was told most brides sit in the car. Do you know how hard it is to fit yourself and a wedding dress into a tiny car and then look presentable? They put me into their storage closet instead. 2. Initially we were told we could be on the campus early to take family pictures before the ceremony. Last minute they provided us with a different location to do these pictures, which was not as nice. 3. The tasting was forgotten about by the Gallery staff and we did not get to taste the dishes we requested. 4. We were not able to have the alcohol options we wanted. Again, we told them exactly what we wanted and up front they agreed, but several weeks before the wedding they sent us an email saying that they could not do it. My advice to brides is to get EVERYTHING in writing before signing a contract. Again, the communication between the individuals in the company was very bad so just because one person promised it does not mean another will honor it. The positives: 1. The DJ was fantastic. 2. They did a great job on the decorations. 3. It was affordable for the location and low on the do it yourself tasks

We absolutely loved our wedding at Reflections! We moved to Charleston, SC in the process of planning the wedding, but Debi and the staff at Reflections were so easy to work with long distance! They were accommodating with appointments when I was able to be in town and kept in good contact about the details in the year I was away. The site is absolutely beautiful, though I may be biased because I grew up looking at those Pusch Ridge mountains! The inside and out we're so beautifully decorated and they made it so easy to plan from so far away. Very flexible too- allowing whatever crazy details you have in mind to be totally accepted and incorporated into your awesome day!
