Tim (unforgettable events) was there not only to help keep everybody on the dance floor but to help keep the wedding running smoothly. John and Georgina are amazing photographers (Something Blue Photography) who were not only super supportive and helpful but captured some amazing photos throughout the night! There are no words to express how thankful we are for all your help making our dream wedding come to life. We could not stop smiling throughout the night of our wedding. It was everything we had hoped for and more. We had so much fun and everything went so smoothly! We received so many comments about how smooth our wedding had gone. We had one small hiccup when the grooms bowtie, pocket square and socks were missing and the staff went above and beyond to get him new stuff. They saved the day!!!! Could not recommend getting married here enough!! It was perfection on all ends from the ceremony, to cocktail hour, to the reception.

The package provided everything we needed for our special day, including a cake, delicious food (salad and entree), a bartender, servers, a talented wedding planner, and a ton of decor options. The DJ kept the party going, and the two photographers captured every precious moment flawlessly. Despite the unpredictable weather, the amazing staff, especially Samantha, ensured that our day went off without a hitch. Their quick thinking and flexibility when the rain started was truly incredible, and a rainbow showed right after the rain stopped and the ceremony was about to begin just made the day perfect. With our package, we had to arrange our own flowers, attire, appetizers, videography, officiant, musicians, and alcohol, it didn't detract from the overall experience, things. that's just how we did The only slight hiccup was a last-minute request for a large slideshow, which couldn't be accommodated due to the short notice, but it was a minor detail in an otherwise perfect day. A huge thank you to Debi, John, Georgina, Felicia, Tim, Jim, and everyone else who played a part in making our day so special. We wholeheartedly recommend the Buttes at Reflections to anyone looking for an unforgettable wedding experience. Five stars doesn't seem like enough to express our gratitude, we really feel like we got our money's worth, especially considering how expensive weddings are nowadays.

Georgina and Debbie and the rest of the staff were courteous and always made you feel welcome, and to be quite honest, as if my wedding was the most important event of the year. Not that it was because they host hundreds of events and weddings, but that’s the way that this team makes you feel. When it comes to event planning I am sure that it can be hard to keep track of people and requests. But this team always made you feel like you were the only one. We recently attended a friends wedding at this venue and the entire staff, including the owners, remembered us by name and treated us so well. If youre looking for a fairy tale wedding where the staff will make you feel like a superstar from day one, look no further. This is your place!

) The Venue. Absolutely gorgeous venue, the mountain and desert views are stunning. The ceremony area is gorgeous, the reception area is cozy and warm, and there are many photo-op locations! The venue also has a staggering number of centerpieces, silk flowers, table clothes, decorations, you name it! We donated a few of the extra things we bought for our wedding, and it’s wonderful knowing that our donated wedding decorations may be used for other beautiful weddings. 2) The staff. Extremely knowledgeable and on top of it! They set up everything for the ceremony/reception and took it down after. Everything was set up exactly as we had envisioned it, it was absolutely perfect. Made our wedding so stress-free. They had everything bundled up and ready to go the next day, so we could pick everything up easily. 3) Wedding Planner. Having a wedding planner who comes with the venue was incredibly helpful. Debi walked us through the wedding day procedure and was very quick to answer any questions we had! She was wonderful to work with. 4) DJ. I didn’t realize how important a DJ would be for my wedding until about a week before! We worked with Tim, and he made sure our reception went smoothly. Very smart and fun music choices and checked in on us occasionally to see if we needed anything. He was in charge of mic’ing people up, and from what my guests tell me, everyone was perfectly hearable! 5) Food. The venue went through three different caterers during our planning. When we signed on in December 2022, they were moving to a new caterer. In January of 2023, they moved onto the third caterer, Edge Catering. While it was stressful having to pick new meals for everyone, the caterer and venue absolutely nailed it! We had a lot of vegetarians with specific diet restrictions, and everyone got exactly what they needed! It was a huge weight off my shoulders to see everyone enjoying the delicious food. The Edge Catering was a star, and I’m guessing the venue will stick with them! Our perfect wedding could not have happened without the Buttes at Reflections. I’m so grateful to them, and I absolutely recommend them.

he Tucson area. Our visit to The Buttes at Reflections was set for our second day of venue touring and can I say, what a waste that first day was! The moment we stepped out of our car we were blown away by the beauty of the property, mountain scene and garden pathway into the reception hall. Upon entering the newly remodeled reception hall I knew this was where I wanted to marry the love of my life and celebrate our day. Georgina provided us with a wonderful tour and we didn’t even stop to talk about it with each other, we were ready to book a date! Along with the property/location being so beautiful… the staff, service and package options were top notch! Everything was so wonderful, from the planning process to the free engagement photo shoot to the actual wedding day! The Buttes at Reflection team, bartenders and partner vendors for DJ and Catering services were really great to work with and all helped to make our day so very special. Again we would 100% recommend this venue to any other couples looking for a wedding venue. We had the wedding of our dreams thanks to the Buttes at Reflections team! Everytime I saw Hannah after that, whether at the venue, or at the bridal fair she would stop what she was doing to say hi and give me a huge hug. Being a Covid bride and having to postpone twice, could have been far worse, but Debbie was the best. She made me feel like everything was going to be alright. Debbie went to all lengths to make sure all my wedding detail dreams came to life! Johanna was there the days leading up to the day of and she was amazing and so helpful, I can’t thank her enough!!!! Samantha was my day of go to, and she seriously went above and beyond to make my vision come to life! I was so worried about how others would decorate my wedding, but she was awesome. THE FOOD! I am still getting told how delicious the food was! Asher made the best food ever! So yummy!!! And last but very not least, Obi! Obi rocked the day and night! Family members who had said they hated dancing said they were on the dance floor because he played such great music choices! We could not have asked for a more amazing day, and over all experience. there they even had a shower that I could use and a large area where I could relax until my bridesmaids arrived. They even came and brought me champagne with frozen fruit and aome popcorn because I didn't eat anything. They kept my husband calm when my family was late so we couldn't start the wedding yet. I definitely recommend it. It's a beautiful view as well!

The day before my wedding I was able to be with family and enjoy the people from out of town because the venue made sure everything was just done. When I showed up the day of everything was ready except me to get into my dress and get married! Not even 6months later I have 2 close friends getting married there in 2022.

Everyone was so supportive during the rain as well, step by step letting us know where things were moving and how our ceremony was going to change. They didn’t allow us to be nervous or stressed about anything the whole night. They were very accommodating and willing to help in any way possible.

I was heartbroken when I had to postpone my wedding not once but twice due to the pandemic. Debi was so empathetic and knew just the right words to say to make me feel at ease. She promised me that everything would be okay, and in the end I would have a beautiful wedding. She was absolutely right. The decorations were perfect, the food was amazing, and Obi the DJ filled the night with great music. My wedding day was everything I hoped it would be and more. Our wedding was on 8/20/21. Three weeks later I'm still receiving compliments about our wedding and how great everything was. It truly was a day to remember. If you're looking for the perfect place for your wedding I highly recommend The Buttes at Reflections.

Because so much was included, there was very, very little I had to provide. I showed Debi some pictures of what I had in mind and she did a beautiful job recreating it with their very wide selection of decor. She is just the sweetest woman and the entire night every time I turned around I could see her managing little details so that we didn’t need to even think about any of it. It was the magical, stress-free experience we could have hoped for.

r wedding exactly what we wanted. Everyone on staff is super friendly and helpful, and recommend other great vendors to use (which we did!) The plethora of food we tried at the tasting was all so delicious! We got to book Obi as our DJ, and he made everything so easy! There was only moment where we didn’t know what song to use, and he provided many extensive lists of common songs to choose from. Debi was our planner and helped us to make any decisions we were uncertain about. She has the creative eye to know what looks good, but doesn’t push her style on you if it doesn’t match yours, which was very nice. Communication with everyone was easy and within a timely manner. We never felt left in the dark or unsure about how the day would go, because everyone has a timeline and checklists and details written out, extensively! Decorations and signs were so easy and saved us a lot of time and money trying to buy or create our own. Some signs are customizable, like our hashtag sign and bar menu. It was an easy choice to go with Reflections for our venue; you cannot beat those views!! The sunset shots we got with the mountains glowing behind us are gorgeous!! We couldn’t imagine having our wedding anywhere else. The actual day of the wedding was so easy, calming, relaxing - no stress whatsoever. I cannot recommend Reflections enough! I hope to find another reason to book an event there. Thank you for everything, Reflections!!

We supplied our own cocktail hour appetizers (they are about $2.25 per person through the venue) and our own dessert bar, other than that Reflections really came through with everything else. I was fairly nervous about leaving the decor up to someone else, but my god it was so beautiful. They truly know what they're doing. My only complaint would be the appetizer situation is a very gray area. They do not let any fruits, veggies, nuts, open containers, meats, dairy, etc - you can purchase it from them (starting price $2.25 per person) but they do not let you bring them in. If you want to bring in something for an appetizer to be served during the cocktail hour it has to be a salty bar - popcorn, chips (no dips), pretzels, crackers. They do not have any of the hidden fees such as ice or cake cutting fees. All the way around amazing people and a beautiful place! I cannot recommend this place enough. We love The Buttes at Reflections!

needed to know this was the place for us. The entire staff takes every detail into consideration and it’s very clear that they want the wedding day to be every bride & grooms best day ever. I will say you need to stay on top of the dates and make sure you call/email to get everything scheduled right away. The food was obviously made with great ingredients but the flavors weren’t exactly there for us, (personal opinion). The day if we had Hannah coordinate our wedding and she was a real life saint. She made sure everything was smooth and was so happy and efficient the entire evening. She even sewed me into my dress when it broke (oops). Great experience overall! 10/10!

he interior (foyer, bridal room, groom's area, reception space) to the exterior (grounds, ceremony site w/gazebo, back patio), and the views create the most exceptional backdrop for a wedding venue that is truly a dream come true! Having a beautiful building in a great location pulled us in immediately, but knowing that so many things would be included with the venue is what really sealed the deal for us. We were able to use any decor items they had - and they have a ton, in a wide variety of styles! They have lots of cute signs available for use that are handmade by one of their employees. We were also able to bring in our own decor items and the staff set them up exactly how we wanted, though somehow it turned out even better than we envisioned! Not only is the space gorgeous and inclusive of so many options, but we could not have asked for better customer service! Each and every employee that we worked with was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They worked so hard to ensure that every aspect of our ceremony and reception turned out just the way we wanted, and had many ideas to help guide us if we weren't sure about one thing or another. Every time I called, emailed, or came to the venue in person, I felt so valued not only as a customer, but as someone that the employees truly cared about. The food was absolutely delicious - with so many options, it was hard to choose but the chef gave some suggestions and everything went together so well! The DJ was on point - not only did he get our input ahead of time, but it felt like he was reading the crowd and playing songs catered to the mood on the dance floor. The bartender kept up with our guests and was very friendly! The staff working the day of our wedding did everything possible to ensure that the whole day ran smoothly, from start to finish. Some of our items got left behind inadvertently and Debi was quick to reach out as soon as they discovered the forgotten box as well as hold on to it until I was able to come by at a later date. I wish I could get married again if only just to work with this fabulous crew once more! I highly recommend this venue!

From the decorations to the food, Debi makes sure everything is exactly how we pictured for our wedding day: she took extra care in making sure the catering staff was aware of my brothers specific dietary restrictions which was so considerate and helped decrease our stress and worry; she suggested the donut wall during cocktail hour to my now husband (who has a huge sweet tooth) which made him very happy and was a big hit with our friends and family; and she also looked after our wedding party helping them get a quick refreshment before they had to take wedding party pictures.
