The Candlewood Inn is a unique waterfront wedding venue located in Brookfield, CT on the shores of Connecticut’s largest lake. This estate boasts panoramic views of the lake and surrounding hills from every angle of the property. Our event team has more than 20 years of experience on property and will design a beautiful celebration for you and your partner.
The inn is easily accessible from Litchfield, Fairfield, and Westchester Counties and offers many lodging options including surrounding lakefront vacation rental homes, and hotel options within close proximity.
THE PROPERTY:
This private, single-function property has western exposure, ensuring a spectacular sunset backdrop on your special occasion. Lush, beautiful landscaping with seasonal flowers lining the shore, and breathtaking views of the lake.
THE PACKAGE:
Led by our Event Managers, Executive Chef and in-house culinary team, the package offers a five-hour reception which includes a premium open bar, butler passed hors d’oeuvres, cocktail hour stations, plated dinner or dinner stations, tiered cake and coffee. Chivari chairs, table linens, seating cards, and hurricane or votive candle centerpieces are also included.
THE CEREMONY:
Vows can be exchanged out on the lawns, where the lush grass, tranquil water, and lake breezes will create an enchanting experience. A white gazebo is also available for your nuptials, or you can tie the knot on the dock, which extends out above the waves.
THE RECEPTION:
Enjoy lakeside cocktails on the terrace and lawn before retiring to the Ballroom for dinner and dancing. Here, eight-foot arched picture windows bathe the floor in natural light and provide stunning views of the shimmering lake. Crystal chandeliers also adorn this banquet hall and cast a warm glow over the festivities.

We can’t stop talking about how much we loved our wedding! From the moment we first toured the space, we knew it was the perfect place to celebrate our day. The setting was absolutely stunning — every detail inside and out felt magical, and our guests couldn’t stop raving about how beautiful everything was.
The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. They were attentive, organized, and so genuinely kind. Every detail — from the ceremony setup to the reception flow — was handled flawlessly, allowing us to relax and truly enjoy the day.

Couldn’t have asked for a more perfect wedding day! The staff is beyond amazing and is SO on top of things, things they think of before you even do as the bride. They make you feel like royalty with the help and service they provide. The venue was beautiful and well kept up with and so many guests commented how gorgeous it was. The food was great too and not like the typical gross venue food. They are so flexible and really work with you to incorporate your vision! 10/10 would recommend and the views for pictures are unbeatable!!!

I got married at the candlewood inn 6 months ago. And it was the best day of my life. The location is beautiful inside and out!! The view outside is gorgeous and it is also visible inside from the beautiful giant windows. It’s so elegant with the beautiful chandeliers too. The giant bar is also amazing. The way they take care of you not just as the bride and groom but the wedding party and guests also is out of this world. They had so much food for us when we arrived for our first look before our ceremony and delicious champagne. The bridal attendants Delilah and Brook took care of me and my husband all night! They made sure we had food and drinks and whatever else we needed the whole time. They helped me put my veil on and bustle/unbustle my dress throughout the night. They also helped my mother bustle her dress too. They were honestly so amazing I’m so grateful that they were there for me. They even packed up our cars and made sure everything was there at the end of the night so we didn’t have to worry about it. I can’t stay enough great things about them! Christian and Jessica made everything run so smoothly all day and took great care of our guests and even our guest who has celiacs disease. They made sure she had plenty of gluten free food and was well taken care of. Everyone still talks about how beautiful the place is, how amazing ALL the staff is including the wait staff, and how delicious the food was! Thank you chefs!! Even the cake was so good!! And you know how some wedding cakes aren’t the best. Christian helped us every step of the way and dealt with all my indecisiveness leading up to our big day. Our ceremony script didn’t go as planned due to a last minute officiant change and Christian right away tried to correct it and make us happy even though it wasn’t his fault. He is the best!!! So professional, helpful, and quick to respond to emails as well! I cannot recommend this venue enough. The venue is beautiful but the staff alone is what makes this place so amazing and worth it!! I would get married here again and again!

The Candlewood Inn is an AMAZING, beautiful, elegant, and fantastic wedding venue. We worked primarily with Krista Lewis throughout our planning, and she was incredible. She accommodated our every need, made sure every single detail was perfect for us and our guests, and was so kind. When some of my military friends had to cancel last minute due to an extension on some time at sea, Krista added up lighting to our reception and sent us home with two weeks worth of food. I mean, come on, isn’t she incredible??? The entire process of working with Candlewood was so effortless, from the initial tour, to choosing a date, to tasting all of the food, to setting up for the big day, and executing the most perfect wedding of my life, this is the venue of any bride and groom’s dreams. Ladies, planning was also SO easy. The Candlewood Inn handles EVERYTHING!! The food was fantastic, the Bridal Attendants made sure my husband and I were cared for the entire night, and the views were spectacular. I can’t say enough great things about this venue. If I could do it all over again, I would choose the Candlewood Inn every single time.

We had our wedding at The Candlewood Inn this past June and had the best experience. We worked primarily with Conor Rubin and Krista Lewis leading up to the big day. They were both so helpful, always answering all of our questions, and making an effort to accommodate all of our special requests. From the service, to the food, views, and everything between, Candlewood is an amazing venue. We heard from many guests that they felt like they had been transported to a lake in Europe, especially during sunset! We cannot say enough positive things about this venue - they really go above and beyond to make sure your day goes perfectly and truly do care. We are so happy we decided to spend our special day at The Candlewood Inn - thank you to all of their staff for making it the best day!

They gave me the wedding of my dreams! The view is stunning. The food was amazing I wish I ate more! Christian was very helpful and the bridal attendants made the day amazing and seamless- especially Brooke, my MVP! My bustle didn't work and the bridal attendants made a make shift one with safety pins. Amazing staff. Stunning views. Delicious food. I hope I can come back as a wedding guest!

Our wedding at The Candlewood Inn was truly everything we dreamed of and more. From start to finish, the entire team went above and beyond to make the day seamless, stress free, and absolutely perfect.
Krista, our event manager, was incredible. She guided us through the planning process with professionalism, warmth, and so much attention to detail. On the wedding day itself, Krista, Jessica, Delilah, and Carmen were a dream team. Each of them played a role in making sure everything ran smoothly, and I felt so taken care of from the moment I arrived. I never once had to worry about my dress, my veil, food, drinks, or anything else, they anticipated every need before I even realized it. Their professionalism, kindness, and thoughtfulness made me feel completely at ease so I could fully enjoy the day.
The staff as a whole worked together like a well-oiled machine. Even when little things popped up (as they always do at weddings), solutions were already in place before I even knew there had been a problem. Our guests noticed too; they kept commenting on how smooth everything was, how delicious the food and drinks were, and how stunning the venue looked.
The venue itself? Absolutely breathtaking. The Candlewood Inn’s location on the lake provided the most romantic, unforgettable backdrop for our ceremony and reception, with the boats on the water that day making our “I do” moment even more special. Between the views, the incredible food, and the flawless service, it was the perfect setting for the best day of our lives.

Candlewood Inn is a dream wedding venue. The space alone is breathtaking—nestled right on the water with a stunning view, it needed minimal decor because it’s just that beautiful. But what truly sets Candlewood apart is the team.
From start to finish, they were on top of everything. We didn’t hire a day-of coordinator or wedding planner, and I didn’t have to worry about a single thing on our wedding day. Christian, in particular, was incredible—he seriously needs to write a book on how to run a wedding! He brought up things we never even thought to consider, and his calm, confident presence kept the day flowing perfectly. I can't imagine the day without him.
Jessica, our wedding assistant, was also amazing. She handled all the moving parts of the evening with such efficiency and grace. I’m sure there were a hundred things going on behind the scenes that I never even noticed—because she did them all so seamlessly. Knowing she was there gave me so much peace of mind.
Our bridal attendants were absolute superheroes. They made sure I ate, stayed hydrated, and had everything I needed throughout the day. I felt like a real-life princess thanks to their attentiveness and care.
And the food... wow. Our guests were raving about it all night and are still talking about it a month later. Multiple people told me the chef should open a restaurant because everything was so, so delicious. My biggest tip: upgrade to get both the mac & cheese bar and the spud bar. These were the most talked-about elements of the night, and thankfully I got to enjoy both—I’ve been dreaming about that mac & cheese ever since!
Dinner was phenomenal, the drinks were fantastic, and the Martini bar was a huge hit. Huge thanks again to Christian for special ordering blue cheese olives for us—my husband and I are obsessed with blue cheese martinis, and that extra effort made us feel so taken care of.
If you're considering Candlewood Inn—just book it. It’s everything you could want in a wedding venue and more. 💖

If you want to have the best day at the most beautiful venue, Candlewood is for you! From the minute myself and my bridal party pulled into the driveway, they immediately got to work, helping us unload the car and showing us where to go. We didn’t have to lift a finger. Delilah and Brook were my bridal attendants, who always made sure I had food, a drink, or someone to hold my dress. I never had an empty glass and always had plates of food while we were getting ready as well as during the evening. Just before I walked out, I was alone in the bridal suite and the ladies made me feel at ease and helped me forget I was nervous. Krista, the event coordinator, was and has been amazing throughout the whole planning process. She makes you feel so welcome and comfortable as a busy bride. She answered all my emails and was very attentive to detail. The whole day ran so smoothly because of her and the event manager, Jessica. Jessica made sure we had a mini rehearsal prior to the ceremony so all my girls felt better about where to stand and how to walk to the aisle. The weather forecast was not looking great leading up to the wedding day and it was hit or miss if the rain was going to last until the ceremony. The Candlewood handled the weather great and I never once was bothered about the forecast while getting ready. Despite being a gray day, the rain held out and the ceremony was outside in front of the beautiful lake without a hitch! The food was delicious and many of my guests have told me that it was outstanding, some of the best they’ve had. I have a dietary restriction and the chef worked with me and everyone was very cognizant, making sure I had food I could eat. We had a few no shows and the entrees that weren’t eaten, were packed up for us, as well as appetizers and desserts for us to take home. My husband and I get to savor the food a little bit longer. All in all, it was the most perfect day and Candlewood made the process so easy and seamless. I wish I could do the day all over again just to go back!

We are OBSESSED with The Candlewood Inn!! We had our wedding there on April 13th, and everything was beyond perfect. From the first day we toured the venue to our final dance, the staff at CWI exceeded our expectations. We want to give a special thanks to Krista, Jessica, Delilah, and Brook- all of them made sure our entire wedding was the best day ever. Our family was so impressed with the beauty of the venue, but also the professionalism and ability of the staff to make it feel like they were family celebrating with us on our special day. If you’re thinking about booking your wedding at The Candlewood Inn—do it! The CWI team made the planning process seamless and organized from start to finish. Our coordinator, Krista, was incredible. She provided all the information we needed and patiently answered my hundreds of questions throughout the planning journey. She was so accommodating to our needs and truly helped bring our vision to life.
From the moment I arrived on our wedding day and saw Krista and Brooke waiting for me on the steps, to the moment I left at the end of the night with my car already packed by the team—I felt so supported. Krista and her team took care of everything behind the scenes without me even having to ask, and I can’t express how much that meant to me.
I kept telling the bridal assistants, Brooke and Delilah, how calm and at ease I felt whenever it was just the three of us moving between spaces for First Look, the ceremony, etc. I honestly don’t know what I would’ve done without them. They kept me grounded through the family chaos and felt like two angels looking after me all day, making sure I was safe, hydrated, and well-fed.
The food was another highlight—absolutely delicious and abundant. I especially appreciated that the team had trays of food from cocktail hour waiting for us in the bridal suite so we could have a private moment to enjoy all the food before mingling with our guests. Our drinks were also replenished the entire night. The staff doesn’t just take care of the guests—they go out of their way to take extra care of the couple, which felt incredibly special. We received so many compliments from our guests during and after the wedding about how impressed they were with both the food and the exceptional service.
Overall, we’re beyond happy with how our wedding day turned out and so grateful to The Candlewood Inn for making it such a beautiful, stress-free experience.

Christian and his staff at the Candlewood Inn were amazing to work with! The food was absolutely phenomenal, all our guests have been raving about the food. So much is included in their basic package that we really didn't feel the need to many upgrades (we actually only did one). The venue itself is just gorgeous, I'm going to be recommending Candlewood Inn to all of my friends and family for any upcoming weddings or other large events.

From the moment we stepped onto the property, we knew this venue was the one. Every corner of the space radiated charm, elegance, and that special something you hope for on the most important day of your life. But what truly made our wedding unforgettable wasn’t just the stunning setting — it was the incredible team behind it all.
The staff went above and beyond in every possible way. From our first tour to our wedding day they were professional, attentive, and genuinely passionate about making our day flawless. They listened carefully to our vision, offered thoughtful suggestions, and executed every detail with care and precision. We never once felt stressed, because we knew we were in the hands of experts who truly cared.
The event coordinator was absolutely amazing. The setup crew worked to ensure everything was perfect, and the catering and bar staff were warm, and attentive. So many of our guests commented not only on the beauty of the venue but also on how kind and welcoming the staff were throughout the day.
To the bridal attendants who helped me throughout the day you both were amazing. I never felt stressed once and you both were so kind. My family , husband , mother in law and bridal party were all so impressed and thankful.

I can’t recommend The Candlewood Inn enough! We live 2 hours away but had no second thoughts about booking this venue. Not only is the location absolutely gorgeous, but the staff is incredible to work with. Christian and team were so helpful, responsive, accommodating, and kind. There is only 1 event per day, so you get the full focus of the Candlewood team. We also booked the on location bridal suite for the girls to get ready in the morning of the wedding. The space was perfect, and they provided us with so much food. And speaking of the food, it was incredible! Our guests are still telling us how much they enjoyed the food, service, and overall beauty at Candlewood. We had several of them tell us that the 2+ hour drive to our wedding was 100% worth it, which is the highest praise I could give!

The Candlewood Inn was truly my picture perfect wedding venue, and the staff was remarkable throughout the whole wedding process, from the early stages of planning to executing the most amazing ceremony and reception! I have received nothing but compliments from my guests about how smooth the entire afternoon and evening went; anything they needed was provided to them promptly by the venue staff. Krista, the bridal attendants, and everyone else were so impressive! My husband and I felt so taken care of throughout the whole day, and could not have asked for a better wedding day! The cocktail hour and dinner food were excellent, our cake was delicious, and our signature drinks were made perfectly all night long! The Candlewood Inn is the real deal - professional staff who truly are experts at what they do, a beautiful scenic location, delicious food and drinks. The Candlewood Inn knows how to throw a wedding! We had our wedding last weekend at The Candlewood Inn and could not have had a better experience. They made the planning process so seamless. Krista was incredibly responsive and helped answer any and every question we had. Our wedding felt customized to us in the best way possible. They were so flexible and accommodated some special requests to make sure our wedding was exactly as we wanted it! On the day of Brook and Delilah were with us every step of the way and made us feel so special and taken care of. Some times you hear you won't eat or drink at your own wedding ... well not on their watch!! The food was out of this world, I recommend the sushi station and exit cookie, our guests are still talking to us about how great the food was! You truly cannot beat the views at this iconic venue. Both the inside and the outside were picture perfect. Saying our wedding day was perfect is an understatement. If you're considering your wedding at The Candlewood Inn, book it ASAP, you will not be disappointed.

My husband and I got married at Candlewood Inn over the weekend and we still cannot get over how amazing this venue is. The planning leading up to the big day was flawless - Krista was amazing and SO kind and helpful. Once we walked into Candlewood on our big day we were greeted by the most amazing and friendly staff - my husband and I couldn't get over how not only us, but our families and friends, were treated like royalty throughout the day. I still can't get over how amazing the service was at this venue and would recommend it 10/10 to anyone getting married who wants top tier views, service and overall experience. THE BEST!

Candlewood Inn fully exceeded our expectations for our wedding day. Because of them and the staff our day ran so smoothly and we were able to just enjoy ourselves. From the beginning of the planning process they were clear with all information needed, dates for planning/deadlines and easy to communicate with. We really enjoyed the way they did the group tasting as it allowed us to see the spaced with an event happening along with tasting the food, which is delicious. We loved the food on our day from the passed apps, to the stations and entrees and our guests agreed - we got SO many compliments on the food. We were happy with working with Candlewood Inn but once our wedding day actually came around we were blown away. From the second we walked into the venue the Krista and our bridal attendants were two steps ahead of us doing everything we needed to be comfortable and fully enjoy ourselves. We were never without a drink in our hands and they made sure we had all the food we needed. They kept track of my bouquet and helped me with my dress - even fixing/pinning my bustle when it broke! They wrangled our large bridal party and had the ceremony run so smoothly. I could go on and on about how amazing the staff was. I could not recommend Candlewood Inn enough!

The Candlewood Inn was an absolute dream! The staff (Krista + Marlene) helped the planning process go so smoothly. I can not thank them enough. My bridal attendants + day of coordinator just exceeded my expectations. I’m so thankful they helped our day flow so perfectly. The Candlewood Inn was an absolute dream of a venue! Not only is it absolutely stunning, but the staff are amazing and executed everything perfectly; the food and drinks were delicious; and the views are breathtaking! Candlewood Inn was a beautiful venue for our summer wedding! Such a great location with amazing views right on the lake. All of the staff was amazing, very helpful and friendly. Christian and Conor were both very quick and responsive during the whole planning process. They were very attentive on the wedding day, along with the bridal attendants. From the moment we booked with Conor, I was so excited to get married there. Then, when we met with Christian, he made us feel calm, excited, and ready for our big day. Two days before, we dropped off all of our decor and I told him I was a little stressed. He took extra care to walk us through the day and I left calm and excited.
On our wedding day, we had two bridal attendants, they were AMAZING. I truly felt like a queen all night long. They greeted us off the bus, offered champagne and snacks in the bridal suite, would not let me walk without picking up my dress to keep it clean, held my bouquet, fixed my hair. All night, they made sure we had food and drinks. They went above and beyond. We felt that each and every one of the staff were just so genuinely excited for us and it made us very happy. I could not imagine a better day. I had many guests come up to me and tell me that it was the best wedding they have ever been to! And the food and the cake were top notch!
I will be telling everyone about the beautiful venue and the wonderful staff for the rest of our lives.
If you have the chance to get married here, DO IT. You will not be disappointed.

Everyone at the Candlewood Inn was phenomenal. From the moment we walked through the doors on the day of our wedding until the morning after when we came to pick up the last of our stuff they made us feel like royalty. The venue was tastefully decorated for the holidays, and the coordination of everyone was flawless. They honestly thought of everything to make sure that we had a fantastic night, and I cannot stress enough how much that helped alleviate our stress. Thank you again for an amazing wedding!

Wow- such an incredible place! My husband and I are SO pleased with our wedding. Gorgeous location, amazing service, and an incredible team to work with. We had a truly flawless day. Christian, Brooke, and Karen were amazing to work with. They really made sure everything was taken care of and ensured we had the perfect day. They seriously thought of everything! The food was delicious and the bridal suite was perfect for my bridal party and I to get ready that morning. We would recommend The Candlewood Inn 1000%.

The absolute BEST venue!!! From the delicious food to the kindness and professionalism of the staff, we couldn’t have asked for a better day. Our guests couldn’t stop mentioning what an amazing place this is! Can you beat that view? While living in Florida, we were planning our wedding to be near family in the Northeast. We could not resist the beauty of this venue, and when we saw it in person, it blew us away. We got married at the Candlewood Inn in September 2023 and it was PERFECT. The staff was incredible, the food was incredible, we could not be any happier. They made things easy for us from start to finish. We truly got to enjoy our day because of the quality of the venue. We highly recommend!

Candlewood made sure I didn’t have to stress a thing, they handled everything- even down to having deodorant in the bridal suite! They worked with me with everything. Also Brooke was the absolute best - right by my side with everything I needed!

This venue is an absolute dream. It was the second venue we saw and immediately fell in love. We couldn't have asked for a better spot to host our wedding.
We had a Sunday fall wedding and myself and the bridal party stayed at the venue all day getting ready. The bridal attendants were phenomenal, tending to our every need. Brook was my day of attendant and was absolutely amazing, she was able to anticipate my every need, was always checking in on me to make sure I was okay and wasn't overwhelmed. I felt so safe and at ease with her. Plus, she is a RIOT. We were cracking jokes all day and she even through on a wig and fake mustache during our ceremony (which made for an epic photo opp).
Krista the event manager is such a sweetheart. She was so easy to talk to and plan with and was a gem the day of, making sure everything was running smoothly. The day would have not been possible without her. She also came up to me thoughout the night with photo opp ideas that I would have never thought of, and made sure my husband and I were taken care of.
All in all, I could rave about this venue and the staff forever. We definitly made the right choice booking here and highly recommend to everyone. The views are phenomenal, the building is gorgeous and the staff is 10/10.

A fairytale dream wedding venue!
I cannot put into words how spectacular The Candlewood Inn is! From the moment you walk in and meet Conor to planning with Christian to the incredibly attentive and hardworking bridal attendants, Karen and Carmen, on the day of, you are taken care of throughout every step of the planning process. The Candlewood Inn staff goes above and beyond to make your wedding day perfect! In addition, my guests continue to rave about the food! Everything was delicious! I had multiple guests tell me it was not only the best food, but the most food they’ve ever had at a wedding. You can rest assure no one will go home hungry. Including the bride and groom! (We missed our cocktail hour and they brought us trays of food we wanted to try!). The venue itself is absolutely beautiful to top it off. We lucked out with picture perfect weather which emphasized the beauty of this venue on the lake. I’m so excited to get our photos back! I couldn’t recommend The Candlewood Inn enough for your wedding!

The Candlewood Inn was the absolute best wedding venue I could have asked for. First - the price. The amount that is included for the price makes the venue an option for ALL budget sizes. Second - the food; we can’t rave enough about how fantastic the food was, how much food there was, and how we were able to get exactly what we wanted, and what our guests wanted. Third, the spot is gorgeous by a beautiful lake while still being close enough to hotels and transportation and finally - the staff. Krista, our wedding planner held our hand and made sure that all of our details were taken care of. Gina made sure our food was delicious and food crew were operating wonderfully. And Delilah and Brook made the day - as the bridal assistants, they really set the tone for the day-of experience for the couple, and their thoughtfulness, patience, support, humor, and dedication ensured I had the most perfect day. My mom was so moved by their amazing work she wrote them personal thank you cards as well! Overall - go for it. Book this spot for your wedding and you won’t regret it for a minute.

We just got married at Candlewood Inn in May and I seriously can’t recommend them enough. Great location, beautiful cocktail hour area, beautiful outdoor area, plenty of parking, and a stunning view for photo opportunities. It was my dream venue for my perfect day. Outside of the amazing location, the wedding packages are phenomenal and what sold me on this venue. Christian and Krista were amazing and so helpful and attentive throughout this entire experience. I feel like every other day I was asking them questions and they had the answers back so quickly. Gina and the bridal attendants on the day of were equally as amazing. I didn’t have to get centerpieces, table cards, sweetheart table decorations, or table numbers as this was all included. They set up everything that I brought beautifully and broke it down and packed it into my car at the end of the night. I swear I didn’t have to lift a finger the entire day. The bridal attendants were always by me or my husband making sure that we had everything we needed – drinks, food, privacy, fixing my hair or veil for photos, holding things for me, you name it, they helped me do it. Additionally, the entire team at Candlewood worked seamlessly with all of our vendors before and on the day of the wedding. If something went wrong, I never found out about it! I swear, the day could not have gone any more perfect. If you are type A like me and want to make sure that you will have absolutely nothing to worry about on the day of your wedding… choose Candlewood Inn. You get so much more than you can ask for. I promise you will not regret it. I am telling everyone that will listen.

We had our wedding at the Candlewood Inn in April, it was absolutely beautiful. The staff made us feel completely taken care of from the moment we stepped on-site for our big day. As an anxious bride, all of my nerves were relieved when Gina, Becca and Brooke introduced themselves and immediately began to answer my families questions, get them drinks and organize the day so that I didn’t have a thing to worry about. They were kind and professional and completely detail oriented, making sure that I was happy and comfortable. The guests loved the food and complimented it for days after the wedding. Everyone felt well attended and again, the lawn and outdoor area is just stunning. My husband and I are SO glad we chose the Candlewood Inn for our wedding, and would 100% recommend this venue to any couple looking for a venue in CT.

We can’t speak highly enough about our experience working with Candlewood both in preparation for our wedding and during the event!! Not only is this a beautiful venue set right on the water, but the team really knows what they are doing and went above and beyond to make sure we had the best day. In particular, the bridal attendants Brooke and Delilah made everything so easy throughout the day for both of us - making sure we were caffeinated, fed, and always had a drink in our hand! They even followed us with a platter of passed hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour to make sure we didn't miss anything yummy! Food was a high priority for us and Candlewood exceeded our expectations - everything was delicious! We didn’t have a wedding planner but between Candlewood’s experience and their day of coordinator, the team made sure the entire event ran smoothly and we didn’t have to worry about anything! We would wholeheartedly recommend anyone looking for a beautiful waterfront venue to book Candlewood! We hope to go back as wedding guests some day!!

I cannot say enough about this venue and the staff in particular. The Candlewood Inn is run like a well-oiled machine, and I mean that in the absolute best way possible. Everything from the tour, to getting ready in the morning, to the ceremony, and eventually the reception was executed absolutely seamlessly. Everything about the wedding day was so incredibly organized. Even getting the quote for the cost was done with Conor and made so there wouldn't be any surprises whatsoever. Myself and my husband were particularly blown away by the attentiveness and helpfulness of the Bridal Attendants Delilah and Brooke throughout the entire day of the wedding. We we're so grateful for them and attribute so much of how smoothly our day went to them. The scenery and setting of the venue in and of itself is a wonderful reason to book with them, but the food was excellent, and the staff is what made our experience so incredibly and overwhelmingly positive. Everyone at the Candlewood Inn made our wedding dreams come to life, and we could not be more grateful.

My experience with CWI was above and beyond fantastic. Everyone was professional, and flexible; all my questions and concerns were answered by someone. The entire staff was extremely kind and generous and every detail is thought of. They will make sure that the day of goes as smoothly as possible!! My bridal attendants, Brooke and Delilah, were endlessly helpful and were there for us even when we were not looking.
Such an elegant, beautiful, stunning venue! The food is fantastic, the accommodations are endless, and the compliments received about the venue were heartwarming!

If you are looking for an Elegant Waterfront Venue, Do not look any further. This is it!!! From the Lake Front Venue to the employees to include the managers, servers, coordinators, chef, and bridal attendants...your wedding will be a dream come true. I promise you. I am so thankful and grateful for every single person working during the day of my wedding on April 21. I had a special dish that I wanted on my wedding day and they made it happen and not only that, the meal was exactly how my family makes it. The bridal attendants were incredible, they legit do everything you do not think of. Managers are constantly making sure that the wedding if flowing how it's suppose too and do an amazing job at that. At Candlewood Inn you will find everything you need, Everyone at Candlewood Inn makes your wedding day A DREAM.... I am SPEECHLESS. THANK YOU FOR AN PHENOMENAL WEDDING DAY

I had a great experience planning our wedding with the team at The Candlewood Inn during the year and a half leading up to our big day, but I was truly blown away by the staff on the day of the event. Our bridal attendants Gina and Delilah were thoughtful, attentive, and paid attention to every single detail. Christian was the ultimate GM and master of ceremonies - our event could not have run more smoothly. Our guests are still raving about the food, the great service, and the beauty of the venue 6 months after our wedding. The folks at Candlewood are consummate professionals - this venue is a must-book!!

The Candlewood Inn is a gorgeous venue with a super professional team. The staff made wedding planning easy and the food and service was absolutely amazing. Conor and Christian were wonderful to coordinate with on the overall planning leading up to our wedding day and the team that worked our wedding made sure that everything was on time and all our needs were well taken care of. Delilah and Brooke were the most amazing bridal attendants. They made me feel like a princess and made us all feel so comfortable. I could not have asked for a more perfect day or a more perfect sunset on the lake!

Every single one of our vendors was FANTASTIC, but the best decision we made was booking our wedding at the Candlewood Inn. The team of people they have working there go above and beyond to make this the best day of your lives. I can't say enough about how gorgeous the venue is, the incredible team and the delicious food. From the first moment we saw the view to speaking with Conor, my husband and I knew this would be an amazing wedding, but the day truly exceeded our expectations.
