The Cape Club of Sharon

The Cape Club of Sharon was an amazing venue for our wedding. From the start, Kelly and Jessica were very accommodating and their attention to detail was incredible. During the planning process and up until the day we were in constant communication and they were prompt in answering any of our questions. We brought in some decorations of our own and their team had everything placed exactly how we envisioned. We held our first look, ceremony (which happened to be a new location they opened up 2 weeks before our wedding, it was amazing), and reception all there and the planning and coordination by the minute was perfect. Everything went so smoothly and the food was incredible. We highly recommend the Cape Club of Sharon for a wedding!

THE BEST VENUE EVER! Jessica and Kelly were the absolute BEST to work with in terms of planning and coordinating all aspects of wedding details. All the day of event staff were amazing as well (especially Sherley, Darlene and Jessie). I can’t say enough words to express our appreciation and gratitude to the Cape Club team for our special day. All of guests couldn’t stop ranting about the food and overall venue feel. I would one million percent recommend this venue for any future brides looking to have a guaranteed perfect day.

I am so glad I selected this place for my wedding venue. The pictures do not do this place any justice. It is a breath taking location with a beautiful sunset that many of my guests enjoyed taking photos during cocktail hour. There is also a new patio in the back that is gorgeous! The food was also all a 10/10! Jessica and Kelly were wonderful coordinators to work with. They were extremely flexible with all of our preferences and requests from the start. They gave 100% of their attention every time and made me feel as though I was the only bride you were ever working with. I highly recommend this venue!

W O W. I really don't have enough words to describe how absolutely phenomenally perfect the Cape Club was for our wedding. Both my husband and myself were blown away by everything. The team of people who helped us plan that included Kelly, Jessica, Darlene, and Shirley were unmatched. They were so responsive and happy to help us with anything at any time, via email, phone, or in person. The space itself is stunning beyond belief with access to a gorgeous, brand new grand patio, golf course and stunning trees for photos, and a huge, well lit, window-filled room that barely needed any additional decor to look incredible. The food was out of this world with tons of options and abilities to adjust things to our liking, the setup of decor was done completely by the Cape Club, and truly everything went magically. I could not have asked for a better experience and would recommend the Cape Club 100 times over.

I wish I could give a higher rating!! Oh my god we are speechless!! Our wedding day was absolute perfection thanks to this gorgeous venue and the staff!! Beautifully manicured grounds, an unbelievable bridal suite, stunning reception space, delicious dinner…everything about it! The coordinators helped us every step of the way from planning and decorating, to day of assistance. All of the waitstaff was so friendly and so accommodating. My husband and I felt like we got special treatment..we didn’t have to go to the bar once! Friends and family cannot stop raving about the venue and how much fun they had. We couldn’t have asked for a better space for our wedding day.

I am so incredibly happy that I had my reception at the Cape Club. It is a beautiful venue with so much space and well kept grounds. But most importantly (at least for me) is the food is amazing! Every single appetizer, entree, and dessert was absolutely delicious. We had the filet mignon and it was steakhouse quality. I was truly amazed at how the kitchen was able to make so many dishes so perfectly. It was one of the best meals of my life! And I can’t say enough good things about the coordinators. Kelly Dickson and Jessica Sherman were extremely helpful and friendly throughout the whole planning process. They were also really flexible when it came to menu items, decor, event times etc. I would highly recommend the Cape Club to all brides! You will not be disappointed! ( and I almost forgot the bridal suite is so pretty. My makeup and hair stylists were so happy that the suite had plenty of space and lighting for all 4 of them).

The Cape Club of Sharon is the perfect mix of elegance with a modern twist. Some areas of note: The food/drinks are spectacular. Our guests continue to rave about each course and sip. The venue is breathtaking, enhanced by the Cape Club's ability to coordinate with multiple vendors and accommodate requests. The staff is warm, welcoming, friendly and exceeded even our highest expectations. We are so happy we decided to book the Cape Club of Sharon. They helped an already memorable day be unforgettable.

The Cape Club of Sharon truly provided a dream day for my wedding!! Jessica and Kelly were able to nail every last detail of how I had wanted the room to look and the day to go! The bridal suite on site was perfect! There was enough room for my entire bridal party plus the moms to hang out in before the ceremony to get our hair and makeup done! We had three hair/makeup artists in the room along with all of their equipment and there was still so much space! There was also plenty of room for everyone to hang their dresses up! The venue itself is breathtaking with endless opportunities for photos and I have had so many of my guests compliment me on it! The food was also amazing and I have also had many guests tell me it is the best food they have ever had at a wedding!

We were so lucky to get married at the Cape Club of Sharon! We had to postpone our original date due to COVID, but we only kept getting happier with their amazing new staff, new upgrades and additions, and their professionalism! We have too many good things to say about this place. Our wedding was so flawlessly executed and smooth. There was absolutely 0 stress the day of because of their professionalism and organization. The food is outstanding, the venue itself is so beautiful, and the staff is beyond professional. Thank you all so much for making our day so awesome and perfect!!

The Cape Club of Sharon was an absolute dream venue for my wedding June 5, 2021. My husband and I had the best day we could imagine and it was all due to Jessica and Emily from the Cape Club. We planned our wedding throughout the pandemic and Jessica was there for us every step of the way - always willing to help and talk through everything - I never once felt stress from the cape club. Emily did a fantastic job as our day of coordinator. My veil flew off while walking down the aisle and she ran to get it and put it back in my hair in a matter of seconds. She was just amazing the whole night. The bridal suite is to die for and was so great to get ready at the venue and not have to stress about driving there. All of the staff were amazing and the members at the club were so nice too. I never go to a wedding expecting good food but WOW this food was the best I have EVER had (and I'm not exaggerating). My guests still talk about it. My husband and I also loved the food tastings that the cape club held - such a fun night at the venue trying all of the amazing food. You really can't go wrong. So if you made it this far, go book with them - I promise you won't regret it. Beautiful venue, large dance floor, gorgeous floors and cathedral ceilings (this really mattered to me), AMAZING food, well maintained grounds with trees and water features (great for a variety of pictures), great staff, and we loved having the patio for our guests who didn't want to dance all night. My husband and I would get married here again in a heartbeat!

If it were possible to give The Cape Club more than five stars, I absolutely would. I want to start off by saying the coordinators Jessica and Emily are absolutely amazing. We worked mainly with Jessica during the beginning of planning and then as she went on maternity leave, Emily took over for the final stages. The transition was seamless and both women did an amazing job. I did not hire an external planner so initially I was worried about getting everything organized but Jessica and Emily had it in the bag! They were very responsive and knowledgeable about pretty much every question we had - and there were a lot! These two are top notch professionals. Everything (and I mean everything) went off without a hitch. Vendors were accounted for, the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception spaces looked exactly the way we wanted, meals came out on time and were delicious. The entire staff are the picture of professionalism and just overall friendly folks. I would reecommend anyone looking for a beautiful space with quality staff book the Cape Club. They made our day so, so special and we are so grateful to them for that!

Emily & Jessica are a dream team! From start to finish they made the entire wedding planning process a breeze, especially during such a trying/uncertain time. They always made sure we were getting just what we wanted and answered all of our questions promptly. We’ve worked with Emily and Jessica for over two years now on planning our wedding and we knew we were in good hands every step of the way. In fact, on the day of our wedding, a number of people in our wedding party commented on how smoothly everything ran and how great of a job Emily did. We have nothing but wonderful things to say about the entire staff at the Cape Club. We’d recommend them anyone!

The venue was truly the best. We worked with both Jessica and Emily and they are the kindest, most accommodating individuals you will find. As for the day of, everyone who supported our wedding allowed us to have the best day ever. Service was amazing and the food was absolutely delicious. We had so many comments from our guests saying they were so impressed by the food and service.

Words can’t express how amazing The Cape Club venue and staff are! Emily and Jessica made our COVID micro wedding an absolute dream! It was perfect from start to finish! When COVID hit, we were very unsure about how our day would look but we knew we didn’t want to wait out the pandemic. It was better than we could’ve imagined it. Jessica was very quick to respond to emails and phone calls, and there were a lot of them :) and Emily, day of, was SO GREAT especially for me! She made sure my dress and veil were perfect for pictures, she made sure we ate and enjoyed our time! Emily and Jessica, thank you both so much for everything you did! We are so grateful to you. We are so happy we chose The Cape Club for our wedding day!!

I don't even have the words to describe how amazing our wedding was at the Cape Club of Sharon! Due to COVID, we decided to change venues and bump up our date by 2 months giving us only 3 weeks to plan an entirely new wedding outdoors. Jess and Emily were absolutely incredible - they were organized, responsive, and proactive in making sure we didn't miss a single detail on our short timeline. From helping us source vendors to decorating our donut/cake tower on our wedding day, I'm blown away at their professionalism, creativity, and willingness to go above and beyond. We received so many compliments from our guests on the food, the pristine condition of the venue, and the friendliness of the staff. It's clear that this team knows what they're doing and truly care about their couples. If you're considering hosting your wedding here, look no further! You will not be disappointed.

Jessica and Emily were tremendously easy to work with, and accommodating to several alterations as the wedding planning progressed. They never made us feel like we were a burden despite the constant edits to basically everything! Day of, Emily was a huge help making sure we had everything we needed, and the staff were all warm and accommodating. Highly recommend!

The Cape Club of Sharon is flawless. The food is phenomenal, not to mention all the endless options, the Greens are picturesque, and the atmosphere is comforting. Jessica and Emily made everything stress free with no worries from the day we stepped foot in there to the very last minute of our wedding day. The staff and Event team at the Cape Club went above and beyond making our wedding day as memorable as possible during a pandemic. They provided everything (and more) that we had envisioned. To sum it up The Cape Club is awesome. We, including our dog Goldie (yes they are pet friendly) will be returning to the Cape Club very soon!

We had a micro wedding last weekend at the Cape Club and they were really just incredible. They were super flexible, including changing plans the DAY BEFORE and accommodating us last minute for an indoor ceremony when the rain forced us to change our plans. They were super easy to work with, the food was delicious, it looked beautiful, and Emily, our coordinator, anticipated literally every need on the day. She amazed me with knowing what I needed even before I did, and everyone there bent over backwards to help make the day great. We're so grateful to them for helping us make a covid wedding as seamless as possible!

If there are any brides&grooms planning a pandemic wedding, PLEASE read this review! Planning a wedding in a pandemic is not for the faint of heart, but The Cape Club of Sharon was a dream from the very beginning. We were able to have our wedding on their back patio with a tent to comply with state guidelines. It wasn't what we originally planned prior to COVID but it was the most BEAUTIFUL day I could have ever imagined. We fell in love with the beauty of the venue as well as the staff there, and that feeling only increased over time. When COVID19 hit, the events girls were keeping us in the loop with what our options were for our event as the state guidelines constantly changed. No matter the situation at hand, we were given multiple options and complete control over our event which is unheard of. Jessica & Emily were available for meetings whenever requested and were SO flexible with timing. Their honesty and ability to calm my nerves is very much appreciated, too hahah. Some of my favorite things: The bridal suite was incredible. I was able to host my entire bridal party plus moms and grandparents for the entire day (with beverages and meals too!). There was plenty of space to get ready and social distance, and my hair & makeup team were so pleased with the COVID precautions taken. The ability to utilize the grand patio for the entire event saved the wedding! We were able to have our small gathering and the beauty of the day was only increased by using the grand patio. The grass, trees, and flowers surrounding the property were breathtaking. The fire-pits were a HUGE hit! Such a nice option for people who want to get away from the noise and relax with some open air. The scotch&cigar bar, french fry bar, and cookie bar were excellent additions and our guests LOVED them. Highly recommend those special add-ons to your event! There are not enough positive things I can write about the Cape Club of Sharon. If you are planning a normal wedding or a pandemic wedding, this is the venue you need to go with. I would do it all over again every year if I could afford to! So so happy with my experience. I feel like I made friends with the events girls there, and they can expect me to return for visits and future gatherings for sure!!!!

In the middle of this pandemic my fiancé and postponed our wedding. Our wedding reception came out with new rules which made it impossible for us to host our wedding. I was going crazy trying to figure out which reception was best with only 69 left for the wedding. My sister recommended me Sharon Cape Club. We felt In love with how nice it looks inside. Jessica was very friendly and provide excellent services and was very helpful. I definitely recommend this venue.

Beautiful Venue and Great Country Club

I don't even know WHERE to begin with the Cape Club of Sharon... First off, from the beginning - the entire team was nothing but accommodating, responsive, professional and assuring. When we first met/signed with the Cape Club - we were working with Nicole. About 3 months before our wedding, Nicole had moved on to a new opportunity. I obviously panicked because she knew every nuance BUT - the transition was absolutely seamless. We worked with Emily and Brianna (temporarily) and they were SO on top of it - it was insane. I left our meeting feeling even better than before. Any question, concern, etc. I had - they not only reassured me but LISTENED. I trusted the whole team. Now, fast forward to our wedding. I was SUPER particular about the way I envisioned our wedding being set up and the team nailed it. They set everything up, perfectly. The day of the wedding - Dianne was a lifesaver. It was a bit chilly and had just rained the day before so my dress got super, super muddy. After photos - I was pretty much hysterical because I didn't want my dress to look muddy for the reception, post-photos, and Dianne was kneeling around me, washing my dress (it completely came off with soda water!!) and comforting me that it was going to be OK. And it was MORE than OK. Everything from that point forward went off without a hitch. For the good part - all of our guests have KEPT complimenting us on how incredible the food was (large portions, fresh appetizers) and how impeccable the service was. We had a "farm" style head table and our whole table was waited on - anything we wanted, we had it (drinks were brought to us so... is there anything better?!). The Cape Club of Sharon truly made our dream day come true. They even made sure we got WHITE CLAW (when there was a shortage) because they knew we wanted it. The BEST decision we ever made was investing in The Cape Club for our wedding. I cannot recommend enough.

We recently had our beautiful wedding at The Cape Club of Sharon this October. The venue swept us off our feet the first time we toured it. They were in the middle of renovations on the deck and club area and it more than exceeded our expectations when it was completed the following summer! The natural lighting and combination of rustic and modern feel was exactly what we wanted! Having our wedding in October was a perfect choice as the grounds had beautiful foliage and was just a dream for pictures! A few weeks before our wedding the coordinator took a new position and Brianna and Emily stepped in. They were absolutely wonderful leading up to our wedding and helped us feel very confident that our day would be perfect! The Club went out of their way to help us and I couldn’t be more grateful! I would absolutely recommend The Cape Club of Sharon. It was perfect!

We got married on August 3rd at The Cape Club of Sharon and it was absolutely perfect! Nicole was the best wedding coordinator! She helped us through every step of the planning process and made it stress free. She always promptly answered any questions I had and was always very professional. The day of our wedding, the staff set all of our decorations up exactly how we wanted and the room looked stunning! When we arrived, we had an attendant in the bridal suite to make sure we had everything we needed. They even brought us our own plates of hors d’oeuvres and drinks. When taking photos, Nicole was helping me with my dress and telling me how to hold my bouquet. She also knew the perfect spots to get the best pictures. All of the food, from the hors d’oeuvres to the plated meals and to the desserts were amazing! Our guests are still raving about the food and they service they received. Our guests also loved the reception room, as well as the side patio for cocktail hour, and the back patio with the fire pits. That was a perfect place for people to sit and talk quietly while some stayed on the dance floor. We HIGHLY recommend The Cape Club of Sharon. They will make your wedding a night you will never forget!

I walked in and just knew it was the venue for us. So stunning! We got married here in March, and everything was AMAZING!!! Nicole made sure everything went according to plan, and our day would not have been the same without her walking us through it all! She is truly an MVP, I couldn't have imagined our wedding anywhere else. Absolutely worth it all!!!

My husband and I just had our wedding here on June 1, 2019 and it was the absolute perfect day and best day of our lives. We owe A LOT of that to the amazing Nicole (wedding coordinator)! She honestly went above and beyond, fixing my dress for pictures, telling me how to hold my bouquet so it would look the best in our pictures and bringing our drinks on the golf cart for our couple's pictures on the golf course! I told her that I didn't want guests going to the bar during the speeches and Nicole literally stood in front of the bar telling guests it was closed which I really appreciated. Everything went so smoothly the entire day/night and we even ended with a sparkler send off that Nicole organized for us! This Venue is amazing, the food was great, the servers were wonderful and the patio is absolutely amazing. So many guests were commenting on our venue and saying how it's such a hidden gem and I totally agree. We had the perfect weather, low 70s so our cocktail hour was on the patio which everyone LOVED. I had 230 guests and everyone fit perfectly. If you're thinking of having your wedding here- 100% DO IT! It was the perfect venue and Nicole was truly amazing and will make your day just as amazing for you!!!!

I held my bridal shower at the cape club of Sharon and it was the best experience! Nicole is amazing and very attentive! It was so easy to work with them and everything came out beautifully. Would definitely recommend :)

We had our wedding at the Cape Club this past New Years Eve. We cannot say enough great things about this venue and Nicole. Nicole made our dream wedding come to true! From the second I walked into the club on my wedding day Nicole had the answer to anything and everything I needed, my bridal party needed or the guests needed! The day from beginning to end went SO perfectly. Thank you SO much Nicole!

My husband and I got married at the Cape Club on October 12th. Prior to (luckily) stumbling upon the Cape Club I was about to throw in the towel! I contacted Nicole and she immediately responded and had us in to see the venue within only a few days. After having met many coordinators it was clear to us immediately that Nicole was the one we wanted to help us plan the perfect day! The venue was absolutely beautiful and exactly what we wanted but what truly sold me, my husband and my now mother in law was Nicole! Throughout the entire time she was approachable, knowledgeable, and extremely kind! I truly felt like a dear friend was helping to plan our wedding throughout everything. My husband and I still wonder how we got so lucky to find the Cape Club and Nicole and we will continue to recommend her and the venue to anybody and everybody we see who is looking for the perfect venue and wedding experience!

Our wedding at the Cape Club of Sharon is one that my husband and I will never forget! The venue was SPECTACULAR, the food PHENOMENAL. All staff did a tremendous job serving and ensuring guests felt taken care of. Everything went as planned and we cannot thank Nicole enough for that. From her constant communication and patient responses to our many, many questions. Nicole was always gracious in addressing issues and we fully trusted her professional advice along the way, which in hindsight we’re glad we did. It was a truly memorable wedding and we always felt that Nicole made ours a top priority. We cannot speak enough to her professionalism, kindness, and general care for all of her customers in ensuring a seamless celebration. The night truly went off without a hitch, and we know it’s all thanks to Nicole and her support staff. Words cannot express how truly grateful we are to her and we would never hesitate to refer her and the Cape Club to anyone for a wedding or any other social event. The Cape Club of Sharon is a beautiful venue! The food is fantastic and we had an amazing day. My reasoning for 3 stars is due to the event coordinator. Nicole is the only event coordinator for the entire property. She is stretched thin and most of the time communicating with her was very difficult. We were given incorrect payment information on more than one occasion. She was unresponsive to calls and emails for many days at a time, even when the wedding was days away. We felt as though our day was not her top priority. We do know that she had a lot going on so maybe the venue should hire an additional coordinator to better meet the needs of all brides!

We had our wedding at The Cape Club of Sharon on 11/2/18 and it was AMAZING. Nicole, the wedding coordinator, truly went above and beyond. She made the day so seamless, and planning with her was a breeze. Everyone commented on how great she was. The space there is BEAUTIFUL, and all night everyone commented on how beautiful our wedding was. The food is delicious, and all of our guests were so pleased. The best part was Nicole, she was there at every moment to take my bouquet, fluff my dress, and she even saved the day when my florist fell short of my bouquet by swapping around flowers. Truly an amazing experience, and I am so happy I have these amazing memories to look back on at this beautiful venue!

The venue was beautiful. Even with our very simple decorations, the room looked gorgeous. Nicole and her staff were great and the food was delicious. Even the rain didn't dampen the night. I would definitely recommend this place to any couple!

We had our wedding at the Cape Club of Sharon in June 2018. It was perfect in every way. The new upgrades were the perfect mix of modern and rustic. Our ceremony was on site and was held outside on the golf course by the pond. We had a first look and there are so many beautiful places for photos. Nicole, was truly amazing! From start to finish she made the who process easy. She is there with you every step of the way, even holds your dress walking from one place to another! The software they build for the seating charts and meal selections make things so stress free. All the guests gushed about the cocktail hour on the deck and the food! What a wonderful experience.

Just had our wedding this past Saturday. We had not ONE mistake occur. It was flawless. Everyone kept warning me (knowing I’m a control freak) that something WILL go wrong and not to let it ruin my night. Well, they did not get married here! They most certainly did not work with a Nicole. Nicole goes above and beyond what’s expected. She really wants to help you and guide you to your dream day. Forever grateful to her! Don’t second guess her, she knows what she’s doing! Lastly— the food was AMAZING, people were raving about it. Everyone loved having a deck for cocktail hour to hang out on as well as the massive deck with fire pits and couches to hang out on during reception. Everything was perfect. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

The Cape Club was everything I was looking for in a venue! The second I walked into the building I knew this was definitely where I was getting married. Nicole was amazing to work with, she always answered any questions I had and was always easy to get in touch with! There isn’t enough words to express how great of a venue and of a person Nicole is!

If you are looking for a venue, you should just stop here and pick The Cape Club of Sharon! We actually chose this venue after seeing it during the renovation phase and we just knew it was the right place for us. Everything from the inside to the landscaping is absolutely gorgeous. All night everyone kept telling us how beautiful it was and how great the food was. People are still talking about it! The whole staff is great but Nicole is absolutely incredible. From the planning process to the day of, she was so helpful with everything. She truly did make our day perfect. I would honestly recommend CC just to work with Nicole!! If you want someone who is going to make your day incredible I would choose Nicole and The Cape Club of Sharon!! You won’t regret it!

If you are looking for a wedding venue I would 1000% recommend The Cape Club of Sharon. We had a large wedding (217) and all of our guests were able to fit in one room comfortably. My husband and I received an unreal amount of compliments on our food. Nicole was so helpful, kind, and just amazing during the wedding planning process and honestly made our day perfect. I really hope I get invited to another wedding here so I can experience it as a guest as well! Cannot say enough good things, I just love The Cape Club of Sharon!

I don't even know where to start because I have nothing but amazing things to say about Nicole, Paul and everyone at The Cape Club! It was an great experience from start to finish. When we first met Nicole and started to explain our wedding vision; she was open, honest and listened to all our needs. My husband and I did not want a sit down dinner, nor did we want a buffet... however food was very important to us. Nicole and Paul helped us create a progressive wedding reception with lots of passed appetizers and stations of food. Our guests still can't stop talking about how amazing the food was, how fun the wedding was and how perfect The Cape Club was as our venue. I am so happy we had our reception at The Cape Club because it was stress free and working with Nicole made the whole wedding planning experience enjoyable! We highly recommend The Cape Club of Sharon to anyone who is looking for a venue who is willing to work with your vision and is open for an out of the box reception!!!

Our wedding was pure perfection at the Cape Club!! Nicole and the rest of the staff made everything easy and wonderful. The venue itself is beautiful in every way, but because Nicole and everyone there is so amazing, the day was made even more perfect. I cant say enough great things about this place!!

When choosing venues my husband and I immediately fell in love with The Cape Club's high vaulted ceilings, floor to roof windows, and large dance floor. From the first meeting Nicole was much more than a venue event coordinator. Throughout the year+ planning process she helped to keep timeline in order, offered advice (as she has done this many more times than us!), and kept the entire process stress free. Day of they took care of all set up (which we were able to previous at the rehearsal) The food was delicious from the cocktail apps, to the main course, all the way down to the late night soft pretzels. Nicole kept the timeline of the evening flowing well. The entire process was stress free and I attest much of that to Nicole and her staff's preparedness, organization, and overall love for what they do! I would HIGHLY recommend The Cape Club to anyone looking for a beautiful, stress free, and memorable experience with your loved ones!

We had our wedding here on 5/7/17 and we couldn't be happier with our decision. Nicole and her team were extremely helpful from the planning to the day of coordination. She responded to all emails the day of and made the planning process very easy. This is a gorgeous venue with amazing food, professional staff, and is very reasonably priced. Nicole and her team made our wedding day very special and we cannot thank them enough for that.

We got married in December and it was a beautiful venue! Nicole was amazing throughout the process, the space was gorgeous, and the staff was professional and on top of everything! We highly recommend an event there!

Let me first start out by saying that Nicole is amazing!! Hands down, she is just simply amazing at what she does. She was so personable, sweet, genuine, and we could tell she wanted to do everything in her power to make our special day the best day of our lives (and she did so much more that). Honestly, I felt there wasn't much you couldn't do, as far as restrictions go at The Cape Club. They light their outdoor fire pits at night and they were a huge hit with our guests! The outdoor ceremony was absolutely picture perfect, and the reception ballroom is gorgeous on its own without a need for any decorations. The food was amazing and everything ran so smoothly. The serving staff was attentive and accommodating to everyone. Our guests are still talking about how our wedding was the best they've ever been to, and its been over two months! If anything went wrong the day of our wedding, I had no idea because The Cape Club made everything beyond perfect. The day, from start to finish, unfolded so seamlessly and effortlessly - I felt NO STRESS because of Nicole and the Cape Club staff. We have nothing but great things to say about Nicole and The Cape Club of Sharon and we thank them so much for everything everyone contributed to making our day so memorable! If I could do it all over again, I would not change a single thing!!

We had our wedding at the Cape Club on May 12, 2017 and it could not have been any more perfect! We booked here shortly before ownership changes and all of the renovations went above and beyond any expextations. Nicole was easily the best person to work with us during the planning process. From a date change half way through planning up to the day of and after, she made everything so easy and relaxing. We still get so many compliments on how beautiful it is there and how delicious the food is! I would relive my wedding day over and over again and not change a thing thanks to the Cape Club and Nicole!!

I had my wedding this past weekend and everything went down without a hitch! First I would like to say that our coordinator, Nicole Nyzio was absolutely amazing! She helped me with any question I had and de-stressed me through the year of planning. When our big day arrived, Nicole and the entire staff were wonderful! This place is a gorgeous setting for the best day of your lives! I was married there October 20, 2017 - ceremony and reception both held at the Cape Club. Newly renovated and panoramic views made for a stunning backdrop to my fall wedding. Nicole helped every step of the way and answered all my crazy questions. She made my day run so smoothly and I didn't have to worry about a thing! All of my guests said it was a beautiful wedding and all of the food was delicious! No complaints here - just that the day went by too quickly!

We could not have been happier with choosing The Cape Club of Sharon for our wedding! I had seen a number of venues and wasn't fully happy with any of them. I made an appointment to see The Cape Club and the ballroom was in the middle of renovations. As soon as I walked in I knew it was exactly what I wanted! When the renovations were completed, we were invited back for an event and were blown away. It was absolutely gorgeous! Working with Nicole was great! She was amazing at answering all of my questions and making sure everything went exactly how my husband and I wanted it. We were the first outdoor ceremony that they were able to have on-site and it was perfect! After the ceremony, Nicole made sure that the entire bridal party had a drink waiting for them before pictures started. She then took us on a golf cart all around the golf course to make sure we got the best pictures and ALL of the pictures that we wanted. She kept everything on-time. Even our vendors raved about her. We could not have been happier with how our night turned out and would highly suggest booking with The Cape Club of Sharon for a beautiful and perfect day!

Cape Club was the first venue my husband and I looked at and we were afraid we were just wow'd by everything because it was the first. However, after touring a few more places in the area we came back to Cape Club. We wanted a venue where we would be the only event of the day/night - check. We wanted a venue that brought the outside in - check. We wanted a venue that would wow our guests with amazing food and drinks - check. Nicole and her team were fantastic partners to work with; she was always available to answer questions or give advice when I couldn't make up my mind. She shared our vision and our priorities and helped us bring everything to fruition. Our guests loved the cigar bar and outdoor fire pits, we have received nothing but rave reviews.

I cannot say a SINGLE bad thing about our experience with the Cape Club of Sharon. When we walked in for our initial tour, i was simply blown away. The club went on to do some wonderful renovations over the winter, and managed to make the space even more spectacular than it already was. Most importantly, working with Nicole was the absolute best. She answered each and every one of my MANY emails, and always was so friendly and knowledgeable. I would not change a thing about my wedding day. Nicole even helped me to surprise my now husband with a little treat at the wedding; he had no idea and the look on his face was absolutely priceless. The food is out of control good, and i'm not saying that because it was my own wedding. Everyone RAVED about our food, the venue, the experience, EVERYTHING. I cannot tell you how many guests told us that our wedding was the best they'd ever been to, and that largely due to the phenomenal service and overall vibe of the Cape Club. I could go on forever. 9/23/17 was the best day of my life and I don't think I'd be able to say that without the help of Nicole and all the staff at the Cape Club! From the moment we pulled on the grounds, my fiancé and I knew it was the place we would celebrate. Throughout the renovations, Nicole kept us updated on the timeline, posting pictures as pieces were completed. The end result was absolutely stunning! When I walked in to cocktail hour in a mud covered dress, Nicole got down and made it beautiful again! Never once was my drink empty and never once did I worry about my guests. The service was impeccable, the venue gorgeous, and food and drinks delicious! Nicole worked with me endlessly to make all my dreams come true and I can't thank her enough! I would HIGHLY recommend this venue.

We recently celebrated our daughter's Bat Mitzvah at The Cape Club of Sharon and everything about the ceremony and reception exceeded my expectations! Nicole Nyzio, the event coordinator, is unbelievable! She is enthusiastic, knowledgeable and always willing to answer questions and offer suggestions! She truly became personally invested in every detail of our event. We knew that we could put our trust in her and we had complete faith that everything would be taken care of the night of our event which took the stress away from us! The venue is absolutely spectacular with a beautiful view of the golf course and gardens. It has been newly renovated with gorgeous hardwood floors and an expanded outdoor patio with fire pits. The food was absolutely delicious and we received so many compliments about how wonderful all of the selections were including the appetizers, entrees, salads and desserts! We highly recommend The Cape Club of Sharon and Nicole Nyzio!

Where do I even begin...You cannot go wrong with having your wedding or any function for that matter here! We immediately fell in the love with the venue when we booked with them 18 months before our wedding, since putting our deposit down they under went staff changes and renovations (which made us fall in the love with the venue even more than we thought was possible when we booked with them originally). Nicole was our new coordinator and she made the entire process very easy and seamless for my husband and I, she was very responsive to all of my emails and questions and became a good friend during the entire process. Nicole and the rest of the staff is simply amazing, they're communication and attention to detail is impeccable!!! They set up our centerpieces and decor we provided exactly how we had envisioned it. The wait staff and bartenders were fantastic, with just under 200 guests and 2 bars open at all times, no one was ever waiting for a drink, or looking around for waitstaff . We have gotten so many compliments about the entire venue: the space, the food and the entire staff. The chilean seabass was by far our favorite dish and the chicken taquitos were out of this world and our family and friends have not stopped raving about the venue and the food!!! We had a few hiccups with other vendors at our wedding (unrelated to the venue) and the staff at the venue (especially Nicole, Darlene and Ken) kept everything from my husband and I until the end of the night, by handling it completely on their own with grace and discretion. We are also very fortunate that they require a security detail at the wedding, as things would have definitely escalated if it wasn't for the amazing staff at SVCC and the security detail that defused the situation with the vendor. We will be forever grateful to the entire staff that made our day nothing shy of amazing!! We cannot wait to see what other functions we can have at SVCC in the future!!!

The Cape Club of Sharon far exceeded my expectations. From the start Nicole Nyzio approached her role of wedding coordinator with enthusiasm and professionalism. She offered expert advice and even some money saving tips! Nicole remained dedicated throughout the wedding planning process, she was available and accommodating. On the Big Day Nicole and her talented staff made my vision a reality. Everything was organized, on time and stress free! When Amy and Dan became engaged they wanted their wedding to be held in the early summer of 2017. Amy informed us that she and Dan wanted the possibility of being able to have the ceremony or some part of their wedding outdoors. So where did that leave us? The Cape Club of Sharon formerly Spring Valley Country Club had always held a very special place in my heart. My parents belonged to the Club, and I remembered all the wonderful and special memories we had as a family. So to us this was it!! The Club had just gone through a complete makeover. It is contemporary and yet very sophisticated. Everything about the Club provided what Amy and Dan were looking for. The grounds were beautiful and perfectly manicured. The ceremony was held in front of the club's large floor-to- ceiling windows and gave the look of an outdoor wedding. Cocktails were held in another part of the club that had a very large and fully furnished deck. One of our requests was to have as few lines as possible at the bars. So the club allowed us to have an additional bar set up on the deck. The dining room was set up to all of our specifications, and the transition from the ceremony to our reception was seamless and very well planned. The Club's wonderful and creative wedding coordinator Nicole came up with a brilliant idea of rearranging the entire floor plan so that we had an extremely large dance floor that could accommodate our band with plenty of room for all of our guest to dance. This was very important to us! Another request granted! Well before the wedding we had a food tasting. The food was delicious, well prepared and beautifully presented. The wait staff couldn't have been more professional, accommodating, courteous and delightful. Most of all, Nicole spent many many hours with us, both at the club and on the phone. She always put us at ease. Nicole always made us feel that her goal was to make sure her venue and her staff were there to make Amy and Dan's wedding weekend everything we all had hoped for and more! She worked extremely well with all of our vendors, from our wedding planner to the florist to the band, the photographer and videographer. Nicole also ran the wedding rehearsal on Friday evening. She was exact and on point with every detail. Nicole worked all day Saturday and was there for us until the very very end of the evening. She is an incredibly knowledgeable woman. I highly recommend the Cape Club of Sharon for any type of function. The venue, professionalism, food and staff was fantastic! It was a pleasure working with Nicole and the Cape Club.

We just had our wedding at the Cape Club less than a month ago and because reviews on The Knot were so helpful during my planning, I wanted to make sure I returned the favor to new brides. My husband and I had a beautiful wedding at the Cape Club with Nicole ensuring every detail was as I planned. The venue was recently renovated and the layout is perfect for large or small weddings. We ended up moving our ceremony indoors 3 days before the wedding due to questionable weather (it ended being an amazingly sunny day) and Nicole set us up without batting an eye. Not only was everything set up exactly how I envisioned it, the food was amazing! Everyone has been telling us how great all the food was from the appetizers to dinner all the way through to the late night tater tots (a must!). I really was very impressed with how smoothly the entire night went thanks to Nicole and the entire staff at the Cape Club. I was crazy nervous about every detail and worried for no reason - the team at this venue is really great and will do everything to ensure you have a great day.

The Cape Club of Sharon is exceptionally beautiful. The high ceilings, the chandeliers, the uplighting, all come together perfectly for fairy tale ambience. My guests continuously pointed out how stunning the venue is, and many said the food was the best they've ever had at any wedding. But for me, the best part of this venue was Nicole Nyzio and her fabulous team. Nicole kept us on schedule and made sure our timeline left plenty of time for dancing. She is impeccably organized and was so easy and enjoyable to work with throughout the planning process. Her team was there to help when my husband and I BOTH had stain emergencies, and they were able to get them out. I could not recommend this venue more highly.

We got married on June 16th, 2017 and have had nothing but fantastic compliments on how amazing our venue was! Nicole was the absolute best and made the entire planning process so easy and organized. She was so helpful leading up to our big day, and even though it was pouring rain she promised to make our ceremony beautiful and she certainly kept her word! It was stunning! Everything ran so smoothly and Nicole was there the entire night to make sure my husband and I had everything we needed! Even with the rain, we were able to get incredible photos both inside the venue and outside on the patios. The grand windows and stunning decor makes it easy to transform for any themed wedding. We received so many compliments on the food, from cocktail hour to the main dish. Everything was hot, presented flawlessly and absolutely delicious! We can't say enough about the whole process and the staff at The Cape Club of Sharon (especially Nicole!). Highly recommend!!

My husband and I had a quick, 5-month engagement and we were lucky enough that the Cape Club of Sharon had a date available for us. The venue is stunning and the window-lined wooden ballroom looking out over the golf course provided an elegant, rustic, and romantic atmosphere. We are grateful to the staff for helping us to pull off our wedding planning in a short amount of time. Our reception could not have gone more smoothly. We held our wedding at the Cape Club on June 10th 2017. Nicole made our planning process so easy, and answered all of my questions very quickly (even on weekends, holidays, and on her own vacation from her iPhone!). The planning process could not have been easier, she was great about letting us know when decisions needed to be made, and giving her opinion whenever I asked! They accommodated our extra people at the tasting and helped make everyone involved happy with the choices we made by talking through all of the options with us. The day of couldn't have gone anymore smoothly. When we arrived at the venue we had a bridal attendant to make sure we had anything we needed while getting ready. The staff did a fantastic job of setting up our centerpieces exactly how I wanted them. There were a few minor hitches that I found out about after the night was over, but Nicole took care with of them without even bringing it to my attention the night of! Our guests have been raving about all of the food (and there was a lot). We also had end of the night dessert options that were amazing! This venue really is beautiful. It's the perfect mix of glam ballroom and rustic, it has wide dark plank wooden floors and floor to ceiling windows overlooking the golf course so you really feel like you're outside! They also have a deck right off the side of the ballroom where they lit lights, tiki torches, and fire pits with seating for our guests to enjoy! I would absolutely reccomend Cape Club of Sharon to anyone looking for an event space!

We could not be happier we chose The Cape Club of Sharon as our wedding venue! Shortly after booking the venue they went through an ownership change and a huge renovation. Our wedding was their first event once renovations completed, which could have been stressful. Nicole is an amazing coordinator and was good at reassuring me everything would be perfect for our day and it absolutely was! Nicole was so easy to work with and always responded to my emails very quickly. She’s so personable and friendly, I felt as if we were friends by the time the wedding came! The renovations are amazing, our guests continue to rave about what an amazing venue is was! Everything ran so smoothly day of, we couldn’t be happier. All the food was amazing! We had an antipasto stationary display as well as passed hors d'oeuvres for cocktail hour. They had a huge spread for us set up in the bridal suite. This was so great to have as we were able to hang out in there with our bridal party before the reception began. Nicole was great working with our other vendors and coordinating everything for the day. Darleen was amazing and always made sure my husband and I were taken care of. Due to the weather we weren’t able to take pictures out on the golf course, but they had a plan B and I love our pictures. Everything turned out better than we could have imagined, our day was truly magical. We HIGHLY recommend The Cape Club for a wedding venue, you will not be disappointed!!

We hosted a Bar Mitzvah for roughly 200 people during the fall of 2016 at Spring Valley Country Club and we were thrilled with our event. Spring Valley exceeded our expectations and we wholeheartedly recommend the venue for anyone planning a special event. The catering/event director was a pleasure to work with and provided many terrific suggestions. We were confident that the night would be successful because of her attention to detail. The food was fantastic and both the chef and catering director went out of their way to design a menu that would accommodate every guest, including those with food allergies and dietary restrictions. The venue is beautiful, both inside and outside, and all of the staff members were most attentive to our guests. Following the Bar Mitzvah, so many of our guests reached out to us to comment on how wonderful everything was. In sum, we wouldn't change a thing and we are very grateful to everyone at Spring Valley for making this night so memorable.
