The Caramel Room & Pure Catering were great to work with for our reception! The space is absolutely GORGEOUS! Tim was available to meet with us for the planning process and was great during the reception to ensure things were running smoothly and that we were happy.
The space held 300 nicely with enough space for dancing. The food and beverages were also delicious!
During the planning process and reception, we had a few hiccups, but their team was quick to help resolve.
Overall, the team did a wonderful job and were great at working with us to ensure our wants and needs were met!
The venue is absolutely stunning, we fell in love with it when we booked it for our 2020 wedding in 2019. We had to reschedule twice, and ended up celebrating in June 2022. By that time 23 City Blocks had sold The Caramel Room to The Butlers Pantry. I wish I could give a 5 star review to Butlers Pantry, they were good to work with leading up to the event and have a good reputation but unfortunately fell flat on the day of the wedding. They made several minor and a few significant mistakes on our wedding day. When we contacted them about those things they did not respond, and the experience left a bad taste in our mouths. While I would consider working with Butlers Pantry again, it would not be my first choice given how they handled the feedback we provided.
You won’t be disappointed with the caramel room and butler’s pantry! It was the perfect place for our wedding reception. Paton and Tyler were amazing to work with when planning our big day, and the entire wait/catering staff at the venue the day of were fabulous. They are worth every penny!!
The Caramel Room was SUCH an amazing venue. We had originally booked another venue but decided to switch to The Caramel Room and I am SOOO glad that we did. Leading up to the wedding I turned into Bridezilla and e-mailed Afton almost everyday. She was super responsive and helpful. A week before the event I had multiple cancel due to COVID and Afton was super helpful in finding way to make up for the money spent. All of our guests commented on how beautiful the venue was and how nice the staff was! Can't recommend this venue enough, I just wish it would have been warmer so we could have enjoyed the outdoor space more!
The Caramel Room is such an incredible venue! All of our guests could not stop talking about how beautiful it was. The hors d'oeuvres and dinner were delicious and I love that they tray passed drinks during cocktail hour so there wasn't a large rush at the bar to start the night! I did take off one star due to some lack of communication leading up to the wedding. Our original event manager was very responsive but she left and handed us off to another manager. After that, it sometimes took multiple emails/ calls to get a response, which started giving me some anxiety as we got closer to the wedding and were trying to finalize all of the small details. Eventually another event manager took over and she was very fast at responding to all of my questions. Overall, it was a fabulous venue and we had an amazing time!
Like many a couples, when first planning our big day, the first step for us was figuring out the when and where. After searching the Internets high and low for potential venues, we kept coming back to The Caramel Room.
Hesitant to put all our eggs in one basket, we set up a tour and remained pessimistic that there'd be no way the space would be as good in person as it was in the photos.
And then we stepped inside and promptly let out an audible "F%*k."
We were right. It wasn't as good in person. It was better.
From that moment, there was no other option for us than to book it, at which point, everything quickly fell into place for us.
The team at The Caramel Room and 23 City Blocks worked with us so diligently to ensure that our vision came to life and that our day was as special and memorable as we'd dreamt about.
From Meghan to Marianne to Afton to Erica and everyone else on their team, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We were never made to feel like just another couple or customer; they were invested in us, our relationship, our love, our everything. They cared so deeply about finding a way to make everything work and ensuring that all we had to worry about on the day of was having the best time ... and we did.
This venue is such a dream. I immediately fell in love with the big bar that greets you as you walk in and of course the large outdoor space. We ended up going with a hotel for convenience purposes for all our out of town guests, but truly loved the venue. My biggest concern was that people would hang out outside or at the bar and not in the dining room/dance floor. It’s a very large venue.
The Caramel Room venue and team are absolutely incredible. Sloane was amazing and made sure everything ran smoothly. We had to make so many changes due to COVID and they walked us through everything and were open, honest, and realistic. The Carmel Room is so beautiful and the space worked out perfectly. Even the bathrooms are gorgeous! We had the ceremony on the balcony and then the balcony was flipped to have fire pits, a satellite bar, and our photo booth. We (bride/groom) were treated like royalty. The staff made sure snacks, special drinks, and appetizers were set out for us at our table. They always made sure I had a drink, and were always around when I needed someone. Our guests absolutely loved the venue, food, and service. We could not have had a better place for our ceremony and reception!
Not enough stars provided to rate our experience with The Caramel Room at Bissingers. This was our second wedding hosted by this vendor, and I hope they are around for a third. The venue is so well thought out. The secured parking lot, the gorgeous bathrooms, the FUN bar space, the breathtaking rooftop area, and the prettiest most tasteful ballroom; every space is clean, "current" and absolutely gorgeous. The food is remarkable. Many of our guests went out of their way to let us know how delicious the meal was, and in particular the amazing dessert which we ordered in lieu of wedding cake. Finally, I hope my words will give justice to the management and staff. Every bartender, waiter, Captain, and Manager, was friendly, helpful, professional, and went out of his/her way to make sure the bride and groom were taken care of at every point, we as hosts had whatever we needed, and our guests were safe (Covid) and happy.
The Carmel Room is an incredible venue for so many reasons. They were so flexible with changes during Covid - we were on at least Plan F with all of the changes due to the pandemic, and they were understanding and worked with us continuously to make sure we had a great time and the vision we'd been hoping for. It is a beautiful venue - our guests commented on the chandeliers, how comfy the chairs were, and many other things!
The food was AMAZING - they worked with us to figure out how to have a memorable dining experience for our downsized number of wedding guests. Everything ran so smoothly from the moment we stepped inside the venue.
I had an awesome experience with The Caramel Room at Bissinger’s! Great top of the line service throughout the planning process and during the event. I highly recommend this event space as it is classy, elegant, and it gave me a lot of options as far as food courses, room layout, etc. Im so glad I chose them for my outside ceremony and indoor reception space. I wouldn’t have changed anything as it was all spectacular!
The Caramel Room is amazing. It is a perfect wedding venue. Everyone raved about the rooftop and the room.
Our only recommendation is to insist on more than 2 bartenders for your cocktail hour. Many of our guests were disgruntled about waiting for as much as 30 minutes for a drink during that hour. It’s the only place to go after the ceremony and before the dinner, so a lot of people hitting the bar. Two bartenders cannot keep up with that rush. Also many guests missed out on appetizers and late night snacks since they were not announced and tucked away in a corner. For some unknown reason the late night sliders were removed after 15 minutes and we had to request them to be brought back out.
We had to change venues due to Covid a month before our date and could not have had a better “plan B “ venue. They were wonderful to work with and helped try to save us money. We could not have had a better wedding day! The rooftop is unbelievable especially at sunset! If you can book this venue, do it!
Amazing! Everything was perfect. They seamlessly moved our wedding when the pandemic hit for no charge. When the pandemic was still going on, they followed proper precautions to ensure guest and staff safety while executing our DREAM reception! Every guest we heard from had a ball. The food was to die for. The even space was exceptionally clean. Meghan and Sloane were so easy to work with and made planning a wedding in a pandemic seem easy. They were so attentive to my husband and I, that they even made sure we got to eat our food during the reception (which doesn’t happen often). Everything was seamless, and I wish I could relive our reception again because it really was phenomenal. Ps: try the brick cut steak, it’s to die for!
"I will never get to attend another wedding like that because I don't think it's possible to experience another that was more perfectly personal." It is comments like this [and more that we could go on and on with] for why we will be forever grateful for The Caramel Room team, as it was them who executed our ideal day. Our event manager Sloane was on top of every detail, in constant communication, and ensured that not just us but our families didn't do a thing but enjoy the entire evening. She got to know us as a couple and offered thoughts and recommendations that we ourselves wouldn't have thought of, making the day even more reflective of us. Chef Aaron and his team crafted not just a meal, but a culinary experience for our guests. We didn't go with any of their pre-set menu options, instead opting for custom, seasonal plates that truly were better than anything we could have asked for. He took the expected for our meat and potato loving families and elevated it to the absolutely exceptional. You want to know how good their food is? My sisters talked for about 20 minutes longer then they should of, and the steaks were STILL a perfectly pink, medium rare. That's how incredible the culinary team at The Caramel Room is. Let's not forget the drinks. We had two signature cocktails crafted by the Nicks's, one their Executive Chef and the other their VPO, and to say they were a hit was an understatement, like my uncle said I'm not allowed at family Christmas if I don't somehow get the recipes to try to recreate. And finally, you've got to give a hand to the servers and bartenders who made it happen, lead by their Event Captain Erica, and team leaders Nico, Rick, and Larry. The night was seamless. From cocktail hour to dessert, their team made service for our 280 guests look easy, including synchronized service for tables of up to 30 at a time. They anticipated our guests needs before anyone had to ask, always seeming like someone was just a foot away. Not only were they attentive, but they were kind and truly excited at the fact they got to play a part in our day. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for making our day "ours" in the most perfect of ways.
The Caramel Room is the perfect place to hold any event, especially a wedding. The food, atmosphere and hospitality there are unparalleled. 23 City Blocks and especially Shelby, our event manager, is there to take care of you and make sure your event goes off without a hitch. Shelby helped us at every step of the planning process. She was able to answer any questions in a timely manner and was always eager to take care of us. I would highly recommend working with The Caramel Room, 23 City Blocks and Shelby for any of your future events!
We had an excellent experience with The Caramel Room for our Daughter and son-in-law's reception. Our event coordinator was excellent and always responsive and supportive. All the bartenders and servers were highly professional and friendly as well. Our guests raved about the evening and the space itself. I highly recommend it as an event space.
Our wedding at The Caramel Room was magical. It goes without saying that the space is gorgeous. It's a warm, inviting, cozy, and glamorous space all wrapped into one! Look at any pictures... and you can see that. For me, though, the best part of working with The Caramel Room was the ease of it. They are top notch PROFESSIONALS. Our Wedding Coordinator, Sloane, was a boss. She was with me every step of the way from day one, and truly made it 1000x easier/more stress free than I could have ever imagined. I can honestly say that I did not feel stressed before the wedding, and I know the team at The Caramel Room had a huge part in that. Their team is unmatched, and you will not be disappointed!!
The Caramel Room is such a beautiful space, with beautiful picture spots, large balcony, and tons of open space. The space is lovely, and the food is delicious. Would have been five stars if the staff would have been a little more accommodating. There were a few surprises on the wedding day (technology issue, shutting music off abruptly, moving people’s purses & coats from tables, etc.) If you choose to go with the Caramel Room, just make sure to get everything in writing! For example they said that they would not rush us out like other venues, and after the bar closed we would not be hassled. However, once 11pm hit, the staff began moving coats and phones to stack chairs, the music was pulled without any warning, and everyone was hurried outside. Again, the food and space is wonderful, but our contacts on site caused a good deal of stress and left a bad taste in our mouth. Our guests had a wonderful time and loved the food! The signature chocolate drink was also a hit.
My husband and I had our ceremony and reception at the Caramel Room and it was absolutely perfect! We LOVED working with Stephanie throughout the planning process and the staff the night of was equally as incredible. I had my heart set on The Caramel Room since the day we were engaged and I could not be more thrilled with how everything turned out. 10/10 would do it all again!
Sloane was amazing and worked to accommodate my special requests- including having my protein cut up so I wouldn’t have to worry about getting my dress dirty at dinner. Great place with great service. You will not be disappointed.

Stephanie W was amazing planning and attended to every detail for our day. The place is beautiful, the staff top in customer service and knowledge; the food - delicious- guests said “best wedding food ever!” Beverages- top notch.

We received so many compliments from guests about our reception venue...everyone had such a nice time! We would book here again in a minute.
Our experience at the Caramel Room was first class. From the initial tour of the facility and introduction to our event manager Sloane Simmons it was clear we’d be in accommodating and capable hands. That sentiment held up all the way through the last moments of our wedding night. Many guests commented on the quality and entertainment value of the venue, and the rooftop terrace is a blast at night (and probably anytime). We are thrilled with the memories we’ve made there.
Last Saturday our daughter had her reception at the Caramel Room and it was absolutely PERFECT!! The set up is phenomenal, the food was fantastic, the service was point on, and we cannot come close to saying how unbelievable our event planner was, Sloane Simmons. She had every detail covered and her suggestions were so helpful!! Thank you to all of you for a wonderful memory!!

The venue is an incredible space, from the rooftop terrace where the ceremony took place, to the inside where we enjoyed the reception and dinner. The entire event went incredibly smoothly. It was clear that Stephanie’s team paid attention to every last detail to ensure everything was exactly right. Many of our guests came up to us during and after the wedding to tell us that it was the best wedding they have ever been to and how amazed they were by the Caramel Room. It is a spectacular venue that we highly recommend to anyone!

The Caramel Room at Bissinger‘s was an ABSOLUTE dream. It was like having three venues in one. Shelby went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we wanted and needed. We planned our wedding in six months from out of state which was stressful at times. Working with the Bissinger’s team made it possible and enjoyable! Our family is big and our guest list was filled with young and old. Every single person had a great time at our wedding. Shelby even ran outside and made everyone turn around so that no one would see me run in! So many of our guests told us it was the best wedding they had ever been too. From the food to the space and service it was a top notch experience! This was one of the best decisions we made. Thanks for making our day amazing and filled with love!
We had our Rehearsal Dinner and Welcome party this weekend at the Caramel Room. I cannot say enough great things about it! It was a gorgeous night and when I walked outside to see the setup on the roof, it took my breath away! Everything looked perfect! Shelby was SO easy to work with and did anything to make us happy! We were making changes up to the week before and Shelby was so delightful and helpful ...never getting rattled. She definitely made us feel like it was all under control. The staff the night of the event was amazing too. The were so happy and upbeat. They added to the happy feel of our night! So kind and warm and truly willing to go the extra mile! My husband Sean and I hosted our wedding reception at The Caramel Room on June 15th, 2019. If you're planning a reception/event, the first vendor you should hire is 23 City Blocks. Our event manager, Sloane, was thorough and enthusiastic from the start until the end. She dealt with my indecision by offering fresh ideas and suggestions. The evening of the reception, she was in every corner ensuring everything was going according to plan. Sloane is more than a logistical expert; she is a creative dynamite.
The banquet manager, Katerina, is a fine-dining professional. Her and the staff offered an unbeatable experience for our guests. The Stanley Cup parade was on the day of our wedding and our families are huge Blues fans. She customized the song for synchronized dinner service to 'Gloria' while serving the head table. Our guests could not get enough of it! I know it is a fond memory for many of them now. We also had a signature drink but knowing my love for spicy offerings, she batched a jalapeno margarita and had it waiting for us when we arrived. It was delicious but also such a thoughtful surprise.
The staff was not only detail oriented, but super fun too! They had incredible energy throughout the evening that simply made every experience a special one. We bought glow sticks to breakout on the dance floor, and the staff cracked them, wore them, and danced around as they pass them out to guests. FUN!
Chef de Cuisine, Aaron (and team), truly outdid themselves. Our guests could not stop commenting that it was the best meal they'd ever had at an event of that size. I'm not kidding, our best man could not get over the beef tenderloin. I LOVE salads with beets in them, and Aaron totally ran with my idea and came up with the freshest beet salad you'll ever have in the month of June. It was truly impressive, and we are still getting compliments about it now.
This team made the experience incredibly profound (some might find that word dramatic but there is no other word to describe it) from start to finish.
Our day was an absolute dream, but it was truly made more magical because of the staff at The Caramel Room.
A M A Z I N G! The Caramel Room made my husband and I's dream wedding come true! I had so many guests compliment the uniqueness and beauty of the venue, as well as the delicious food! My wedding planner, Jenny (Before I Do) worked with Casey, the coordinator at the Caramel Room, and they were rockstars! The decor, the food, the alcohol, you name it and it was perfect! I would get married here a million times over. There is definitely something to be said about an all inclusive venue. It really takes a load of stress off your shoulder! Our pictures came out gorgeous and I am so so thankful I chose this venue. In short, book this dang venue ladies!!!!
The second I saw The Caramel Room, I fell in love! Sloane was our event manager and she was INCREDIBLE to work with! She was so responsive and patient while we went through the booking process and both me (the bride) and my parents asked 1,000 questions. The food was EXTRAORDINARY, and it was such a stress reliever to not have to pick a caterer on my own. Everything was perfect the night of, and I wish I could relive the reception over and over again.

From our first walk-through of the venue, to our planning meeting and tasting with Sloane, to the big day, the staff and everyone we interacted with were true professionals who genuinely cared about us. We received so many compliments on the beauty of the location as well as the kindness and helpfulness of the staff; the food was terrific and the bartenders did a wonderful job of serving all of our guests. We knew we were going to have a gorgeous wedding when we booked The Caramel Room, but we had no idea just how special our experience would be. I would recommend this location to anyone who wants an elegant, beautiful, and magical experience.

I can’t say enough amazing things about this venue and it’s top notch staff! Everything in the entire wedding planning process from start to finish was absolutely amazing. I never felt overly stressed or worried that something wouldn’t get done. We mainly worked with Casey as our event coordinator and she was wonderful! She would respond to my questions in a timely manner and never made me feel like I was bothering her. The food was superb and that is saying a lot because my husbands family are extremely picky eaters! They made sure my outdoor ceremony happened even when it was cold outside. I had my dream wedding and most of that credit goes to Casey and everyone at The Caramel Room. I’ve already recommended this venue to 3 friends getting married and for 1 cooperate event. All around amazing!
BEST...VENUE...EVER... From the moment I walked into the Caramel Room when we were looking for venues, I knew this is where we would host our wedding and reception. The building itself is so impressive- with the rich wood floors, large open windows, the HUGE bar, rooftop terrace... It honestly is the prettiest venue. Add candle light to that and it just feels like such a romantic and trendy space! We can't say enough about the staff. Casey O'Brien was our day of coordinator, but we worked with a lot of people throughout the planning process. Casey was professional, and so sweet. She answered all of my neurotic emails promptly and she assured me that my vision would come to life day of. She had control of everything the evening of our wedding and reception. If anything even looked like it was going awry, she fixed it.. with a smile on her face, and I never knew about it. She was just the best to work with, hands down. The wait staff and bartenders were AMAZING. Everyone just seemed so happy to make you happy on your big day. My husband and I felt incredibly special and well taken care of. We didn't even have to go to the bar for a drink. Someone was constantly waiting on us and knew what we were drinking that night. The Caramel Room hands down knows what they are doing. Neither us nor our guests can stop talking about what a magical night it was and how wonderful the venue and staff were here! Pull the trigger and book quickly!
I don't even think words will be able to give enough praise to this venue space. We worked mostly with Sloane throughout our experience, and she was absolutely beyond amazing. Everything on my wedding day was beyond any expectation that I had and it was all thanks to the people that work there. There are so many little and big details that Sloane helped me with, I defiantly couldn't have done it without her. The food was absolutely amazing, every inch of the venue is beyond gorgeous, I would 100% recommend this venue.

Wow! There are not enough words to express how in love with the Caramel Room we are. Every other venue we looked at afterwards just could not compare. Starting with how beautiful and open the space is: the bar, the finished wood, the beautiful rooftop, and ballroom. Our guests were ooohhing and ahhhing the entire night.
Then the catering: we wanted to do a twist on "kid food" and they took it and ran with it. We had tacos, tater tots, mac and cheese, breakfast tacos, and so much more. The food was incredible and so many guests mentioned it was the best food they'd ever had at a wedding.
Then the service: this is really what will get me gushing. I cannot explain how much time and energy Amanda and her staff put in to make our day special. We encountered some rain and had to move the schedule around and they didn't sacrifice a THING. They remained positive and kind and kept all of our guests happy. They even gave us free fresh chocolate while we waited for the rain to pass. I am so, so thankful to them.

As Mother of the Bride, it was my job to hunt down the venue that fit the Bride's vision, the budget and was a well reviewed and recommended reception location. The Caramel Room was IT! The unique combination of beautiful chandeliers, rustic brick walls & metal beams, multiple socializing options (outdoor rooftop patio with awesome views, huge cocktail bar, generous banquet room for seating, & yes, gorgeous bathrooms even!) but most importantly, outstanding food and service are all top notch! Amanda Bradham-Little and the team were patient, welcoming, informative and a joy to work with. The food is prepared on site and even though we were told about the excellent options, the tasting with Kat and her team was to die for! Our guests were thrilled! Options-a-plenty in all areas of food choices, beverages and packages re available. Great care was given to make gluten & nut-free guests comfortable and safe. Book Early as the popular dates for this venue will go fast. Yes! It's worth the wait if necessary, to have your event here! Your photographer will love you for choosing The Caramel Room. We held our wedding at the Caramel Room at Bissinger's in May 2018 and I cannot say enough amazing things about this venue and their incredible staff. From our initial planning meetings to the day of our wedding, Bissinger's was attentive, professional, up to date on current trends and made us feel extremely special. Leading up to the wedding, our staff contact, Amanda, was on top of every detail. She was responsive to emails, FUN, creative and went out of her way to make sure our dream wedding would become a reality. During our wedding, she seamlessly put into action every plan. Even after the wedding, Amanda continued to follow up to make sure everything was wrapped up properly. We could not be happier with our decision to have our wedding at Bissinger's, and your guests will be WOWed, too!

I would 10 out of 10 recommend the Caramel Room at Bissinger’s to anyone looking to have an awesome and elegant wedding. The venue is breath taking and Casey was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. The entire staff the day or was also amazing. Somehow they always managed to be exactly where I needed them without me even asking! The crew that helped set up also worked so well with my day of coordinator. It’s safe to say that the Caramel Room as a team and venue made my wedding dream scone true!
I don't think there is a better venue in St. Louis than The Caramel Room. The roof, the amazing bar, the beautiful decor and modern look sold it for us. On top of that, the staff is amazing and the food is incredible. They were so attentive and helpful in every aspect of planning. We created a custom appetizer based on my favorite fast food, made custom chocolate bars for the favor, and more details that The Caramel Room, and specifically Katie, were happy to help with.
We did not have one complaint with the staff, venue, or food - which I have heard is very rare for a wedding. My friends all have stories of different complaints with their venues and staff, but we had none.
Katie was so personal and attentive! She made sure every detail was perfect and was happy to make every wish we had come true. My parents loved that the little things she did as well, such as asking the family their drink of choice and then appearing with it when we got busy or after the toasts. We really appreciated that attentiveness!!
You cannot go wrong with The Caramel Room. I highly recommend them for your next event and specifically for weddings! The venue truly makes a huge different in the overall enjoyment your guests have and I know all of our guests absolutely loved The Caramel Room.
Words can't express how wonderful this team is. Robert and Katerina are truly the best. Robert really is with you every step of the way when planning the many details associated with the event. His suggestions and expertise really prove for a seamless execution of what his staff and team are capable of. Katerina, on the catering side, proves to be knowledgeable in her trade and is a pleasure to work with as well. I consider myself a very organized and meticulous person but they really covered all their bases! Their attention to detail, professional interaction with all the vendors and warm disposition really made the whole process fun. I would highly recommend throwing any event, especially a wedding, at this venue.
The wedding reception for my daughter at the Caramel
Room was perfect. All our family and friends are still talking about the reception. The beautiful venue,
the customer service, the excelletn food, made it the
most wonderful evening for my daughter and her new husband. The staff was on top of every little aspect of the event and made our event one to remember for everyone who attended.
If I could give The Caramel Room 1,000 stars, I would--they deserve it! My husband and I held our wedding reception there on 3/24/18 and it was more amazing than our wildest dreams. We live in Chicago, so were planning the wedding from out of town, and Casey, Katerina, and the whole Caramel Room team made it so easy. The space is absolutely GORGEOUS and the food was incredible! Casey was a godsend--she was wonderful to work with and so attentive to my husband and I during the wedding day. She even squatted behind me and held my dress off the wet ground during some pictures on the roof. I seriously cannot say enough about this place. Every single staff member, server, bartender, and coat check attendant was courteous, respectful, so so helpful. They did an amazing job and helped make the wedding day of our dreams!!!!!!! I wish we could do it all over again---and if we could, I wouldn't change a single thing! Casey and The Caramel Room nailed it all!
I highly recommend Bissinger's event space- The Caramel Room - for a wedding or any event! The food was amazing. The staff was on top of our every need and so friendly. It is a beautiful venue. My husband and I looked at a few locations online and settled on two that we thought had the perfect look/vibe for our wedding ceremony and reception. From the moment we arrived at The Caramel Room, we both instantly knew that it would be the place where we would get married. Courtney's warm welcome immediately set the tone. Courtney and Katie were always accessible, via email or by phone, attentive, actively listened to our wants and needs, and followed up as promised. They both provided great suggestions like having our guests greeted by servers with champagne upon arrival, having chocolates on the bar or having our wedding cake suspended on an acrylic hanging table. They also provided great referrals including a wedding planner who saved my sanity during the last 6 weeks before and on the day of the wedding and a furniture rental company to create the cocktail lounge we wanted. Most of all, Courtney, Katie and the entire Caramel Room staff made us feel appreciated and valued as customers. We were so impressed by their service that we hired them to cater our rehearsal dinner at our home. On the day of our wedding, Alan and his entire team, from the set up team to the servers and bartenders, were exceptional. Our guests raved about the food, the service and the venue. Our entire experience from planning to execution was sheer perfection. If you are contemplating an event venue, look no further than The Caramel Room.
I can’t say enough! Our wedding was PERFECT! The Caramel Room made our special day something we will never forget. Not only is the venue breathtaking inside and out but the food and service is outstanding. Everyone who works together to make your day unforgettable is incredibly friendly and detailed oriented. I knew as soon as I walked into The Caramel Room for the first time that it was the perfect place for the most important day of our lives. The space is absolutely true to the breathtaking photos you see online, and honestly the spaces are even grander and more elegant in person. Beyond that, our coordinator Amanda worked tirelessly to exceed our expectations and execute our vision in every way. I came to her bursting with ideas, and she met us with creativity and excitement. When I told her our top priority was the food and drink experience of our guests, she rose to the occasion—we spent hours bouncing ideas off each other and working with the chef to create a custom menu that blew us and our guests completely away, including a vegetarian dish based around what would be fresh and in season at the time of our wedding, a special salad trio with individual lemon oil spritzers, and a chicken entree inspired by my husband’s signature side dish. Amanda even brought in special vodka flavors for us, had sangria made to be passed during our cocktail hour, let my brother-in-law bottle his own wedding day microbrew to be served from the bar, and arranged for a fantastic late-night spread for those midnight munchies. She even brought my husband and I drinks and hors d’oeuvres after the ceremony while we bustled my dress! Amanda made sure that the wedding was not only beautiful and perfectly-executed, but that it felt like us, with all of our foodie tendencies. The Caramel Room was hands-down the perfect venue for our ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, and after-party; but it was Amanda that made our wedding! I wish there were more stars to give!
We chose to have our ceremony and reception at the caramel room. Everything was absolutely beautiful and all of the staff worked seamlessly to provide smooth transitions every step. Our event manager, Katie, went above and beyond our expectations. She made sure everything and everyone was good to go prior to the ceremony, she was there to get drinks for me and the groom as well as store my veil right after our pictures that followed the ceremony, and she made sure we had everything we needed until dinner service. She was concerned with the event as a whole rather than just the venue, which can happen when your coordinator is provided by the venue. Katie’s leadership of the night flowed into Alan’s, the catering manager/captain. He had the most amazing presentation planned for the main course. Everyone loved it and the food! I don’t think we had a single guest not like their meal. From then on out the night was smooth sailing. And after the event, the staff was more than helpful and accommodating while we tore down stuff we brought. I would 100% recommend this venue. It was a gorgeous night, even with minimal decorations.

It's impossible to put into words how amazing our ceremony and reception at The Caramel Room was!! Working with Casey and Katie was SO great! Our guests couldn't stop raving about the gorgeous venue, the food, including the desserts and the Smores on the terrace and the service! Alan and his team were incredible!!! THANK YOU!!

This venue was exactly what we were looking for.. Aside from the beautiful deck, gorgeous cocktail/bar area, fabulous dining room, delicious food, and impeccable service, Amanda Bradham-Little, was extradinary! Her vision, understanding, hand holding, thoughtfulness, organization, experience, ideas, and just as an overall wonderful person, totally made our son's and daughter-in-law dream wedding come true! We would HIGHLY recommend The Caramel Room to anyone looking for a remarkable event! If you are lucky enough to work with Amanda, as we were, you too will be writing an amazing review for this talented/amazing woman afterward...you will LOVE her!!!

The Carmel Room is completely flexible and makes your wedding picture perfect. Wonderful service, top notch food, and beautiful venue! Thank you Courtney, you made the wedding better than I could have every dreamed!
AMAZING! Everything was great. The venue is beautiful, and we used the entire space (foyer, ballroom, terrace, everything!) All of the staff was friendly, and the food was very tasty!
