The Carriage House is a beautiful venue! Hunter, my wedding planner, has been wonderful to work with. He responds quickly and is knowledgeable of the process! I can’t wait to have my wedding here in October 2025.

I took advantage of the all inclusive options. My florist, wedding planner, dj, photographer , food, officiant, even my stationary were through them. My florist and wedding planner changed 4 times each during the planning process. It was frustrating. When it came to my wedding day my wedding planner was very judgmental and dismissive towards me, the bride, and my guests . At the end of the night everyone was packing up and my matron of honor asked for my bridal bouquet. MY WEDDING PLANNER THREW IT AWAY. florals aren’t cheap. I’ve notify them through emails multiple different please and no one has responded. The one keepsake a bride wants is her bridal bouquet. I’m so beyond upset at this situation!!

We are so excited about our wedding day! We are planning our wedding remote so having Hunter (coordinator) by our side has been amazing. We love the ease of customization and the wide variety of options available. The Chapel is gorgeous, even better in person.

I am so excited to have my wedding at The Carriage House!! The venue is gorgeous. They have so many different package options to pick from! I went with a more all inclusive option and it has been wonderful already! I don’t have to find all the vendors or coordinate any of that, but I still have so many choices for everything! Hunter is our wedding planner and he is so quick to respond and answer questions. I’m so grateful for the whole team!!

My husband Tyler and I just got married at the Carriage House on 9.26.24. Hunter, Melissa, Anna Kate, and the entire carriage house team are an absolute dream to have for your special day! The ease of planning, was really what we wanted. 0 stress associated with our special day, and that’s exactly what we got. The most magical day of our lives, and not a single detail was missed. I can’t express my gratitude for them enough. If you want a wedding that’s beautifully planned and executed, the Carriage House is the way to go.

Anna was an absolute ANGEL to work with leading up to the day of the wedding. I had hunter for the first part of my day and for my rehearsal he was an absolute sweetheart to work with. And so patient with my crazy family and myself whose anxiety took over a bit day off. Anna came later in the evening. Both Anna and hunter and two other sweet girls (I forgot to grab there name) absolutely put everything forward to make my day the best possible! And made sure we were on schedule! The food (we did the chicken meal) was so delicious (I can still taste it in my mouth I want more!!!!) I couldn’t rave more about how beautiful the venue was, how amazing the staff is, and how delicious the food was. 5 stars isn’t enough I’d give them 100 stars!!!!

Planning my entire wedding while being a full-time college student and working full-time was challenging, but The Carriage House made it incredibly organized and manageable. I asked them countless questions, and they were always patient and helpful. My day-of coordinator, Hunter, was amazing both leading up to the wedding and on the big day itself. Thanks to the team, everything went smoothly. The florals were absolutely stunning—exactly what I had envisioned. The centerpieces exceeded my expectations. I also ordered my invitations, welcome sign, and seating chart cards from Lyons Paperie, and they did a beautiful job. The food was delicious, and many of our guests complimented it. Everyone told me how beautiful the wedding day was, and I couldn't have done it without The Carriage House team. The only aspect I was disappointed with was the DJ. Despite creating an entire playlist and expressing that we wanted a club-like, high-energy vibe, only a few of the songs we selected were played. Unfortunately, the music didn’t meet our expectations, which was disappointing since that's our favorite part of weddings. Overall, we were very happy with our wedding day and grateful to The Carriage House for making it so special.

I have nothing but good things to say about The Carriage House and it's wedding planners! My experience with them has been so easy and they really make sure that all your needs for the big day are taken care of. The venue is so beautiful and I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a venue that has amazing wedding planners, no matter who you gets assigned to your event.

Working with the Carriage House has been SO great. Having all of our vendors in-house is a dream as a bride. Saved me a ton of stress! I feel like I haven’t done much wedding planning at all but because of the team at the Carriage House our day is going to be amazing. Phoebe, our point of contact, has been awesome too. She has made me feel supported and has answered all of my questions and has done everything to help me. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I am so excited for our special day on this beautiful property.

We live out of state so we were worried about managing all of the vendors and planning for our wedding. We love how The Carriage House offers a kind of "all-inclusive" wedding so we could let them handle all the work for us! They are highly communicative and very responsive. They answered all of our questions and made the process of wedding planning so much simpler for us. The venue, and the chapel especially, is very beautiful! We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an elegant setting to be married in!

The professionalism of the planners and day of coordinators was superb. Communication was extremely easy and I had quick responses which is paramount when planning such an important day. The vendors were just as professional and helpful. Every detail was to my liking and the organization left my guests raving about the wedding.

The venue is beautiful but the coordinators are horrible. We got switched twice to different people coordinating our wedding. I found out about the last switch 3 days before my wedding. The coordinator was an absolute mess. She started my wedding late and everyone was ready to go. She forgot to come get the bride (me) to walk for the ceremony and opened the doors late to show me. She continuously interrupted me during the reception to ask me what I wanted to do next when we had meetings to discuss all of it. She interrupted me while I was watching my new husband dance with his mom to ask me a thousand questions. They told us we would have food and drinks waiting for us as the reception started and we got our food almost last of everyone at the wedding. I basically coordinated and planned my entire wedding myself. She talked me out of doing some stuff I had wanted to do at the reception because we were behind and that was her fault due to her starting our wedding late. She gave no direction to anyone day of. It was the most stressful experience of my life. I wouldn’t recommend this place AT ALL.

Our wedding day was absolutely magical thanks to Alexis and Anna! Anna helped coordinate everything leading up to the wedding and Alexis executed the day beautifully! We couldn’t have had a better team <3

Let me just say, Brittany S. was a blessing in disguise! She was involved every step, she went beyond her hours of operation to meet my complicated schedule! She was so sweet and such a savvy woman to work with! I wouldn’t have found my dream place without her. Hands down. 🙌🏼😃 Thank you Brittany, for everything.

I can NOT speak highly enough of Walters wedding Estates, Jillian, Valerie, Tara, and the team members we met/worked with leading up to and on the day of our wedding! My husband and I are both in the military, and were geographically separated through most of the wedding planning. Not only were we busy, working different hours, in different timezones, but we ALSO moved to Alaska 4 months before the wedding. My husband and I had a hard time keeping up with some of the planning, and the Walters team was there every. step. of the way to pick up any ball we dropped. Every meeting we had put us at ease. Lyons Paperie ran last-minute prints for us, and everything planned through Walters was executed perfectly. They had everything set up to cut our cake, which we didn't even think about, and had so many little customizable things for us to use for the ceremony and reception! And the day of, our flower order was MIA, and came a solid 30ish minutes before the ceremony... they helped us make what little we did have look BEAUTIFUL, and while the ceremony was happening, they set up the rest of the flowers and surprised us with an absolutely gorgeous display on the main table, and spruced up the rest of the tables! I was nearly in tears from how kind and supportive Jillian and the team December 28th was! Thank you so much to everyone at the Carriage House, Walters, Valerie and Jillian!!! ❤️

We had my daughter's wedding at the Carriage House last weekend. It is a beautiful venue with outside and inside ceremony options. The reception building is beautiful. Our day was seamless! Our day of coordinators Hunter and Alexis were top notch and kept everything running smoothly! Hunter even helped out of a pickle with our photo booth. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a wedding venue.

We worked with Hunter and Anna and they were amazing! They were very responsive and detailed oriented. We also upgraded to the package that includes DJ, Desserts, flowers, photography, etc. and all vendors were amazing to work with. My only con would be the day of the wedding, they moved our ceremony flowers so quick that we did not have the flowers in the family photos. In addition, my bouquet was more droopy than I would have liked. We have not received our pictures back but our photographer was Cameryn and she was great! The food was amazing, we did the tacos for cocktail hour and pasta for dinner. The DJ, Omar was also great and read the vibes perfectly!

We are currently booked with this venue for our wedding in July 11,2024. The booking process has been easy to navigate and the portal is user friendly, not complicated at all. So far we have loved every step of the way. The venue it self is beautiful, the red door simply attracts the view, and the chapel has big windows which we loved as well. Anna, our wedding planner has been super nice and helpful. You will not regret if you book with them!

I recently had the opportunity to host my wedding at The Carriage House, a truly gorgeous venue. However, my experience with the management company, Walters Wedding Estates, was nothing short of a nightmare. While the venue itself was stunning, I cannot overlook the numerous issues I faced with their team. From the start, my assigned planning representative, Phoebe, was incredibly unresponsive. It felt like pulling teeth just to get a simple response from her, and it wasn't until her manager was cc'd on emails that she started to pay attention. This lack of communication made the entire planning process unnecessarily difficult and frustrating. To add insult to injury, on the day of my wedding, Phoebe was nowhere to be found. I had expected her to be present at the venue to ensure everything went smoothly, but she was nowhere to be seen. Instead, another colleague attend the venue walkthrough with me, which felt impersonal and detached. Things only got worse when we realized we had left an important item at The Carriage House after the wedding. Phoebe agreed to meet us at the venue to retrieve it, but she called just 15 minutes before our scheduled meeting time to inform us that she was no longer available. This was not only incredibly inconvenient but also completely unacceptable. Considering we lived 45 minutes away from the venue, it caused a significant amount of stress and frustration. Overall, while The Carriage House itself is undeniably beautiful, the management company, Walters Wedding Estates, left much to be desired. The unresponsiveness, lack of presence, and overall poor customer service from Phoebe and her team made my wedding planning and day-of experience far from enjoyable. I sincerely hope that they take these issues seriously and make significant improvements to their services for future clients.

Had the best time touring 2 of Walters Wedding Estates’ venues with Kristy D.! Kristy was so helpful and clearly explained a process that can feel so overwhelming and confusing. The venues were absolutely stunning and the packages were so awesome! I can’t wait to continue planning with Kristy and the rest of the team at Walters Wedding Estates! I especially cannot wait to get married at The Carriage House!

The carriage house is the most beautiful, romantic, rustic venue and we are so happy we chose this beautiful location for our special day! And the team of lovely people who helped make our wedding dreams come to life were amazing to work with! I had the best wedding planning experience and the wedding of my dreams!

Anna has been very friendly and helpful! It has been so convenient to prepare for the wedding using all of the vendors available through the package. My daughter's wedding is May 3.

They could’ve done a better job. Valerie took about a week to respond to every email. I ended up asking our DJ(Family friend) questions about the wedding since he has done tons of them. She never replied to my florist or DJ’s emails or phone calls. I thought we had our final meeting about a month before, but Valerie had told me that I missed a meeting..which I did every meeting there was. Our final meeting was a 10 minute phone call the week before. It took awhile to get our day of coordinator up to speed about the order of people walking down the aisle. During the reception, our toasts glasses were sitting by our cakes, so we didn’t even get to drink out of them. He asked my grandma if she wanted to throw the rest of the candy away from the candy bar(there was a lot left). Horrible customer service, but beautiful venue. Our other vendors (Dj, florist, photographer, baker) made everything turn out beautifully!

Hunter was an amazing wedding coordinator and made sure that we were taken care of the whole night! The carriage house team was very efficient in making sure the wedding went smoothly and was very flexible with changes. We appreciate them so much for making our night the best ever and would definitely recommend this venue and team! 😊

Terrible communication. My son had his wedding there this weekend. She had to badger her coordinator, Valerie for a meeting a week before the wedding. Valerie refused a face to face meeting stating my DIL had missed a meeting already with her, but she had no knowledge of this meeting. She would not return calls and emails from the florist or the DJ. Another coordinator was assigned to her fir the day if the wedding, Hunter. Whether Valerie did not inform him of things, I don't know, but he was nice but pretty clueless. We had to tell him the morning of the wedding all the people who were walking and in what order. Servers were nasty to guests who wanted more food. 30 min. after everyone was served there was a TON of food left, yet they were stingy on portions. Had to ask for a ladder to be removed the day of the wedding. No attention to detail and really did not make us feel welcome or special. I think because my son and DIL are soft spoken people, they took advantage of that and did not give them the attention they deserved because they didn't complain. Squeaky wheels get the grease here I guess. They should be thankful I wasn't in charge, but that's not the right way to treat a couple. That said, the place is beutuful, that's why I gave 2 stars if you can dream with the horrible customer service!

I have been a maid of honor twice at this venue. Both weddings had their fair share of bumps. The first wedding, the bride’s coordinator was changed FOUR times. She did not have a consistent contact, and it would take close to a week to get a response regarding anything. The week of the wedding, I spent three hours on the phone trying to get ahold of anyone to confirm several items that the venue had not confirmed yet. The wedding was okay. The food was dry, and there was not enough dinner and appetizers for the guests. The wedding I attended this weekend was a disaster from start to finish. The coordinator was swapped at the last minute with no warning. Since I’d had experience with this venue, I asked the initial coordinator if she would see this event from start to finish. She promised me, the bride, the groom, and the mother of the bride that she would be there the whole time. She was not. She also apparently did not pass off any of her notes. Her replacement was unprepared and seemed very new to events in general. She did not help the mother of the bride with any of the boxes of decor brought in. I had to move them from the suite to their setup locations. I had to instruct her where everything went because she would not come to the bridal suite to get instructions from the mother of the bride. The coordinator did not know the table layout, the order for speeches, or how many of their own staff would be working at the wedding. Again, the food was unacceptable. We were told that no decor or cars could be left overnight to be picked up the next day, as there was no event, therefore no coordinator to open the building. That was a lie. Guests had changed their plans and the parents of the bride scrambled for no reason. Finally, cleanup was a disaster. The coordinator refused to begin cleanup until the exit (we asked). That meant that the family of the bride had to wait around an hour after the exit to get their items, such as family photos, items from the centerpieces, etc. Long story short, this venue bills itself as an all in one provider, and they truly are not. I would recommend hiring your own vendors and just using the space, as it’s truly lovely, but the staff is absolutely unprofessional and untrained.

We just had our wedding at The Carriage House at the end of June, and we couldn’t have asked or imagined a more beautiful and perfect day! We booked it just over a year from our wedding day. We went through the change of new owners and management. It went very smooth, even though I was a bit nervous at first! We had two fabulous staff members help with our big day, Cheryl and then Phoebe. They were both so responsive whether it was through email, the venue portal, or by phone/text. They were very knowledgeable and answered all questions I had. They gave some insight as well to things we were considering for our big day. The day of wedding team did a fantastic job cleaning throughout the night, setting everything up prior to the ceremony, their time management was wonderful, and the service was amazing! There are so many photo opportunities at The Carriage House like the adorable Siptini bar option, the vintage red pick up truck, the white tree swing, inside and outside the chapel, and the white double doors in the garden. This was the first and only venue we toured, and we fell in love with it instantly! I highly recommend The Carriage House for a wedding venue!

Cheryl White from Walters Wedding Estates was a fantastic wedding Coordinator. My daughter was married at The Carriage House in Conroe, an amazing venue, and I have to say it was the best wedding I have been to, and I have already married off her older bother and sister. The venue was beautiful and the service top notch. Cheryl gave it that personal touch that made me feel like family.

This is the first venue we visited. The staff was very helpful and answered all our questions. The venue is beautiful and has a chapel, which was important to us. The outside space is gorgeous and the reception hall is beautiful on its own with no decorations. They gave us excellent referrals for vendors. They kept us aware of payment schedules and updated. The staff was great on the wedding day. I can’t think of anything to complain about. We did beer and margaritas and the margaritas was very good.

I started off stressing about certain things going a certain way and they said "Lesther, enjoy your day. We got it from here." That made our special day much more enjoyable. The Carriage House was an exquisite venue that created such a beautiful experience for us and our guests! It had incredible value all around, especially the elegant and timeless chapel that was able to accommodate our 200+ wedding as well as all the music accommodations the DJ needed to make the ceremony flow as smooth as possible. Day of staff was on top of it and so genuinely kind and interested in creating the best experience possible for the wedding party and families. The Siptini (alcohol beverage truck) for the cocktail hour was an elevated addition to the cocktail hour and the overall bar service was professional, efficient and it was a huge added bonus that all guests could use glassware for their wine and water. The reception hall was gorgeous without needing to add too much decor which made it so much easier on the planning side. We would have given it 5 stars, but the only hiccup was the gap of communication a few months leading up to the event which we understand was likely a result of the Carriage House going through an acquisition with Walters Wedding Estates. Our biggest barrier was trying to get ahold of someone a few months out, but once we were a month out our month of coordinator provided by the Carriage House truly took care of everything in an incredibly efficient and enjoyable to work with manner. Overall, this venue was a dream for our wedding day and I truly couldn’t imagine it being anywhere else. There is so much value in this venue because of the elegant beauty, spatial accommodations, intentional & friendly staff plus so much more!

We loved The Carriage House! The venue is so beautiful you don’t need much to make it look good. The chapel has huge windows that allow for natural light and the reception hall is huge with beautiful chandeliers! We had the best wedding ever there!

Without reservation, The Carriage House is a special venue to make wedding dreams come true. Our journey began seeking a rustic setting that would also be beautiful and glamorous. Easy to find rustic; easy to find beautiful; and easy to find glamorous. However, The Carriage House was able to deliver on them all. Jennifer Tom, was our wedding planner extraordinaire we contracted for her full-service. She took us to see 3-4 venue options, she asked the questions we did not know to ask, advisor on our decor and floral decisions as we met with each vendor. We settled on The Carriage House. The beautiful chapel with scenic backdrop invited a spirit of reverence. The reception barn had chandeliers that created glamour . The bonus was having all inclusive vendor options. Our vendors were great in transforming the reception barn with glamorous decor, great meal, beautiful cake and FANTASTIC DJ. The rain put a damper on our plans for an outdoor cocktail hour and we had to make adjustments, but who can control the weather. When you have rain on wedding day that’s good luck for marriages! :- ) We thank the Walters Wedding Estates staff for their support after their acquisition of The Carriage House. They worked through our many questions, challenges during the transition we experienced in a professional way to ensure we were satisfied. They honored our contract and we were good to go! I loved working with Cheryl. She was professionally, attentive and responsive. With the venue going under new management after our signed contract, she ensured that the transition was seamless. Any questions asked were answered and even when small hiccups came up, she handled them and we were grateful! From the time of our final meeting to the day of the wedding she ensured we had everything we needed.

The Carriage House and the Vendors we worked with were phenomenal! The chapel and reception were gorgeous and everything was set up exactly how they said it would be! I can't recommend this venue enough!

My wedding was about two weeks ago (January 15, 2023) at the Carriage House. My wedding was a whirlwind to get to but let me say this the day went absolutely perfect. Couples who are considering this venue here is what you need to know. When my wife and I signed with the Carriage House it was under private ownership of a couple. We signed in around June 2020. At some point in mid 2021, we learned that the venue was sold to a corporation. Fortunately for us, the new corporation honored our original contract that we signed with the original owners. We got a very good price on the venue rental and our alcohol package. I do not know what the new prices will be under this new management but we got very lucky that we signed before inflation really ramped up. After we learned the venue had been sold, communication was very difficult for awhile. Now, everyone should keep in mind they were in a transition process of taking over the property. Eventually, after a few bumps in the road, we did manage to get a conference call and get everything hammered out. The three most important things I will tell prospective clients is keep all your receipts, stay on them (management), and ask lots of questions. Once we got to our wedding day, it was absolutely beautiful. Everything was set up as promised. Cheryl was our day manager and her assistant was Hunter. Both of them were absolute rockstars. Any questions we had or things we needed help with they were immediately available. They knew how to help but didn’t try to take over and dictate our wedding. They truly are hometown people who know how to connect with others. The bar staff was fantastic. Those guys were down to earth, talkative, and knew how to make every drink we wanted. They did exactly as I wanted them to and were fun to be around. Overall, this venue is a major go. I was going to give this a 4 star review due to the communication issues with corporate but Cheryl, Hunter, and bar staff saved the day and earned that extra star. This is a 5 star venue and staff and I would highly recommend the Carriage House to any couple looking to make their wedding day special.
