She took care of all of the little details and big, organizing, was thorough, and reliable. I was very stressed the day of the wedding and Courtney helped ease that tremendously. Courtney / The Charming Details is THE BEST!!! I am an event planner and very Type A and Courtney was so wonderful and detail-oriented throughout our planning process. She made me feel at ease on my wedding day that every single thing would be handled and I have never felt that way with someone planning an event for me. We appreciated Courtney's professionalism, thoughtfulness, initiative, positive attitude, and calm personality. She is an expert and she knows so many people in the industry who love working with her. Courtney helped us secure the best vendors for our vision and budget, and she kept us on track with planning and vendor communication. I felt like Courtney was there for us every step of the way and that's truly the best feeling while planning such a major event (and during a pandemic!). Courtney is the best hands down! She is very detailed, thorough, and organized. We couldn’t have done it without her. She thinks of everything that you thought you had down packed , but didn’t LOL! I would definitely recommend her over and over again to any couple getting married!

My wedding was the best day of my life and everything turned out exactly how I envisioned it to be. Courtney is a wedding master to say the least. My planning was about a year and a half and she was AMAZING throughout the entire process. She was so organized and communicative with me and made it a stress-free experience. Courtney is incredible! She came highly recommended by a friend and we could not recommend her more! Courtney was more than willing to plan our wedding in Atlanta even though we live in a different part of the country. She scheduled multiple phone calls for months leading up to the wedding and helped us figure out exactly what we were doing. She drafted and revised schedule after schedule to make sure we had everything planned exactly as we wanted our wedding day to be. Unfortunately, due to Covid, we had to completely change our wedding with a few weeks notice, but Courtney was more than willing to guide us through that process with so much joy and a calming spirit. Courtney is very detail oriented and knows exactly what needs to be done to plan a stress-free wedding no matter the size and regardless of whether there is a pandemic or not.

Courtney was such a rockstar wedding planner. As a COVID Bride, she was there to navigate every twist and turn in our wedding! She knows how to roll with the punches, takes all the stress off the bride, and always stays calm, cool, and collected. We could not have done it with out her! Highly highly recommend her to any bride! The portal for charming details was also so easy to use and helpful with planning!

There’s only one word to describe Courtney - AMAZING! Courtney came to us a month before our new wedding date. Our entire planning process had been rocked by Covid and our wedding had been postponed. Courtney was very detailed, thorough, and professional. Our wedding day went so smoothly that it felt like a Hollywood production. She was absolutely perfect. I cannot imagine how our wedding day would have gone without her. She is literally everything and more! We’re going to miss her for sure but we will be recommending her to all of our friends and engaged couples that we come across.

Where do I even begin? Courtney is simply INCREDIBLE in every sense of the word. We hired her to be a "day of" coordinator, which is laughable now because from the second we hired her (about 9 months our from my wedding) to my wedding date she was involved every step of the way. She immediately took over managing all of my vendors, kept me on track of all the details (even the little ones I hasn't even thought about) and regularly checked in with me. She thought of EVERYTHING - scheduled and attended my walkthroughs, customized my timeline, worked closely with vendors to update on timing/logistics, kept me on track with invites/RSVP deadlines, etc.. She became part of our family throughout this process because of how closely she worked with us and we trusted her with everything. She was always a text or phone call away and responded immediately to everything I sent her. On my actual wedding day, she and her amazing team worked so hard to make everything absolutely perfect. She managed the timeline, dealt with the 200+ people and all their various needs/issues, managed the vendors, solved any problem that came up, and did probably 100+ things behind the scenes that I don't know about to make sure nothing went wrong - all the while keeping the biggest smile on her face and having the best energy. My strap broke on my dress and she was so prepared that she was able to fix it in literally 5 minutes. She was with me every step of the way - from when I hired her on the very first day to the send-off at the end of the night. She made sure I always had a drink in my hand, checked in on me throughout the night to make sure I was ok, and was constantly updating the timeline when I was running slightly behind (so smoothly that I never even noticed). I was stress-free on my wedding day because I knew she would handle any and everything. She is incredibly patient and handles herself with such grace that she has been such a calming force for me amongst all the stress and I just could not recommend her enough. I've already recommended her to my best friend and want to recommend her and her team to EVERYONE - she was the best decision I made in the wedding process and she will be the best decision in yours as well.

Courtney was extraordinary.... there are truly not enough words to thank her. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and positivity were above & beyond. She made us feel so comfortable, loved and cared for throughout the entire process. I couldn’t have imagined a better coordinator for the day of our wedding and am forever thankful. Even after the wedding was over, my friends and family continued to tell me how great she was throughout the week. Honestly, I’m going to miss her! I can not recommend Courtney enough as a wedding coordinator. She is accommodating, organized and extremely professional and prepared. Courtney is very professional, prompt and resourceful which helped take the stress of planning off my plate so that I can enjoy my time with friends & family. Courtney was our wedding director at Primrose Cottage, and she was wonderful! She was very knowledgeable, patient, helpful, and kind. She ensured everything went smoothly and exactly on time (and she made sure my husband and I were never without a drink during the reception).
