Located in Broomfield, CO, The Chateaux at Fox Meadows is a family-owned wedding venue. Originally established in 1996, this French-style mansion was the brainchild of Pam Cutler and Bonnie Bown. Together, they manifested their dream to own a stunning wedding destination, resulting in the venue's first ceremony in 1998. Because they strongly believed in the importance of a couple's privacy during their wedding, they only allowed one wedding booking on a given day. This tradition continues today.
In 2012, Pam's daughters Marissa and Sarah became joint owners of the venue, and Bonnie bid farewell to pursue other dreams. As a family-owned venture, they work tirelessly to ensure that each occasion is well cared for. They truly enjoy working with every client, helping them to achieve a dream-come-true wedding engagement.
The Chateaux at Fox Meadows is both an indoor and an outdoor venue. As a location that has held thousands of weddings, the in-house team knows how to make a couple's day special. Balconies adorn the front of the building, offering a gorgeous spot to take photos or enjoy a bit of fresh air. Around the mansion are manicured grounds that invite exploration, completing a beautiful atmosphere overall. The entirety of The Chateaux at Fox Meadows was built with weddings in mind, and couples have been enjoying the benefits of this since the venue's opening. There are three packages available for selection when hosting an occasion at this location. They range from simple and elegant to large and extravagant. Each package comes with distinct services and recommendations, helping couples along on their planning journey. Other vendors are welcome on the premises and are incorporated in the packages that The Chateaux at Fox Meadows has available. The venue was beautiful! The staff was very friendly and quick to respond to any questions I had. The day of coordinator was great and very helpful!
I literally cannot say enough amazing things about this venue. First, they were actually the cheapest option we looked at - never would have guessed, right? Second, they are a family owned and run business and you can tell. They care about their people and want to make sure everything is right. We had a great feeling from the very first tour we took. Our contact, Marissa, was great about answering questions and helping out leading up to the day. Then, came the actual day - OMG I could not have imagined a more helpful, amazing crew of people. Holly, our day-of-coordinator was nothing short of a miracle worker. Anything I needed done was taken care of immediately. She was so helpful to my family setting everything up and making things beautiful while we were busy doing our first look and pictures. She kept everyone calm, happy, and perfectly on schedule. At the end of the day, we had little packages of leftover food and cake for us personally, and they had everything else ready and packaged to go for our family to take home before they even thought to ask about packing it up.
I also will say, if you're getting married in Colorado - I know you might be just like me and the only thing you might want is a beautiful outdoor space for your ceremony - I beg you to go with the option that ALSO has a beautiful indoor space just in case - and that is the Chateaux. It was absolutely gorgeous weather on the days leading up to and following our wedding, but on the day of it was just pouring all day. I didn't get the outdoor ceremony I wanted, but this space is SO pretty inside and all the gigantic windows let you still get the nature aspects in your photos. On the day of, I was so glad we went with the venue that looked beautiful inside and out.
At the very least schedule a tour and check them out - you will feel the vibe and professionalism immediately.
This is the perfect place to have a wedding! Our wedding was so perfect, everything ran so smoothly. I can't thank the lady's that run the Chateaux enough! Holly, our day of coordinator was amazing! I was stress free the entire evening. We are so blessed to have picked the Chateaux as our wedding venue.
Communication was absolutely within 24 hours each time which was amazing! You can truly tell that this venue is family run and you feel like a member of the family. They set up our center pieces, checked with me when there was a discrepancy in information, and gave valuable advice. Having the private last dance on the balcony upstairs was our most cherished memory of the whole night and was advice given by Sarah. It was the perfect way to end the night with my husband. An absolutely gorgeous location and utterly magical!
We absolutely loved our wedding at the Chateaux at Fox Meadows. Marissa Rivas was our lovely day of coordinator and we were so grateful for all of her help before and on our big day! I highly recommend purchasing a package through the Chateaux, we chose amazing vendors included in their package: So Chill Mobile Ice Cream, Spice of Life Catering, TH Entertainment, Dotting the I, & Booze Photography. Our entire day was smooth sailing thanks to the team at The Chateaux.

This venue is amazing and so beautiful! There are also very awesome package deals. We had our wedding back in August. They were so patient with us while we rescheduled 2 times because of restrictions. Marissa was our coordinator/planner and she was wonderful. She made sure we enjoyed our special day and that we were not stressed about anything. I highly recommend!

My husband and I got married at the Chateaux this past August and it was truly the most amazing experience! From the moment we toured the venue, we knew we wanted our wedding to be there, and they did not disappoint. Judi was THE BEST coordinator, helping us with details big and small every step of the way. She, and the rest of the staff at the Chateuax, especially made the wedding day so fun, and their attention to detail allowed us to relax and have fun with our wedding party, family, and friends. The vendors they partner with are some of the best in the business as well (shout out to Hearts Desire Catering and Elite Entertainment!) creating a wonderful event all around. Our guests could not stop commenting on how beautiful the venue was and how much fun they had. We would love to relive our wedding day again and again and hope our friends get married there in the future so we can attend as guests! Seriously, look no further, the Chateaux is the perfect choice for your big day!

My husband and I looked and over 100 venues online before narrowing down to just a few. This is the only place that we looked at in person. The second we saw it, we knew it was the one. It is absolutely gorgeous! We ended up getting one of their packages since we were planning from out of state and it was worth it! Having someone assist with all of the vendor coordination was just amazing. We did't have to worry about much. We worked with Marissa and Judi and both were absolutely wonderful. We highly recommend this venue to anyone. It was 100% perfect!!
It was absolutely perfect! Everything was so easy, all we had to do was go to tastings and decide what we liked best. Marissa was our event coordinator and she was incredible and kept me calm on the big day. Highly, highly recommend. The price sounds overwhelming but with everything you get it ends up being totally worth it!
As an event planner, I appreciate it when I can work with a venue's helpful staff to make my event run smoothly. They were great to work with and this venue is simply gorgeous! We would highly recommend them to someone looking for a one-stop shop all inclusive venue!
This asked for a honest rating, and nothing less than 5-stars is what this venue and the team that runs it deserves. I held an event at this venue earlier this year and it was so stress-free! The team is highly accommodating and the venue is absolutely stunning! Many of my guests shared memories of being in high-school and coming here for their prom or their own wedding, etc. I couldn't speak more highly of a venue!
This is one of the best event and wedding venues in the Denver/Boulder metro area. Beautiful facility, inside areas, gorgeous outdoor areas to get the best out of every season Colorado has to offer. Completely turn key with full service facilities. Definitely a go-to venue for any special occasion.
I couldn't have asked for a better place to have my wedding! From the second I saw the venue I fell in love. Marissa was our coordinator and she was extremely helpful. I work in weddings so I had high expectations and she met every single one of them. During the planning process Marissa was super responsive to any little question that I had. I brought in all of my own linens (tablecloths, runners, chair sashes) as well as napkins rings, candles and votives, plus personal items (guest book, card box, etc) and she sent everything up for us exactly how I wanted! We decided to have the ceremony inside because of the beautiful grand staircase and the all windows background. After the ceremony our guests went down to the lower level for cocktail hour while the staff flipped the ceremony room into the reception room. I was a little worried about the room flip but they got everything done quickly and efficiently! We ended up including the DJ and Florist in the package with them and both were great! Sarah made my flowers exactly what I wanted to them to be. I cared a lot about my bouquet and it turned out perfect. They even allow you to bring in your own food! We had our favorite Mexican restaurant drop off food and The Chateaux staff took care of setting it up, serving and clearing everything. On wedding day (early April) everything ran perfect and exactly as planned. I was waiting for something to go wrong because I know that even little things happen, and nothing! Even if something did go wrong my husband and I have no clue because Marissa took care of everything. She was there the entire night keeping everything running on time all the way until the very end where she packed up our personal items. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING!

I can't say enough good things about The Chateaux at Fox Meadows and their absolutely incredible staff! From booking a year ago to the wedding send-off, everything went off without a hitch! We were lucky enough to get to work with Judi Sperry throughout the whole process but she was particularly incredible the day of the wedding. Judi didn't allow us to worry about anything, we dropped off all of our decorations in the morning and she sent us away to get ready and enjoy the day. She even put together all of the centerpieces with flowers that were delivered in the morning. Our day was so special thanks to Judi and everyone at The Chateaux at Fox Meadows.
The Chateaux was the PERFECT venue for my wedding. My initial meeting with Marissa convinced me to book with them and I couldn't be happier. They provide a multitude of packages and amenities that allow you to perfect your wedding. I opted to go without a package and I was still able to have a gorgeous wedding. The decor and style of the venue is classic, elegant, and glamorous. The staff was excellent. They set up all the extra decor for us and Marissa was a huge help with running the ceremony and making sure the reception went as planned. My wedding was the best day of my life and I have The Chateaux and staff to thank for that!
This venue is perfect for the Cinderella Ball!! The room lighting is spectacular! We had our wedding at the Chateaux in early September. I highly recommend purchasing one of the vendor packages! It was super easy and fool proof! We had Judi as our day of coordinator. She not only kept us PERFECTLY on schedule, but also answered all of my random questions at any time during planning. The only thing that I didn't like, was that you're required to use their bar tender and services...nothing wrong, just not impressed by it. Prices were reasonable and we were able to coordinate with them to bring in our local favorite brew.
We loved everything about this venue!! Both the inside and outside were absolutely beautiful. The staff, especially Judi, were absolutely wonderful and helped our big day run smoothly!! We looked at a lot of venues and I'm so glad we picked this one.

My husband and I got married at the Chateaux in 2008. It was a fairytale experience and the staff was hands down the most accommodating, professional, friendly group of women we had the pleasure of working with. Since our wedding at the Chateaux we are currently planning another event at this venue and have not been disappointed. I promise you, you will not regret choosing this beautiful venue for your special day!
My wedding at The Chateaux this past May was everything my wife and I could have ever dreamed of. The flexibility to use some of their preferred vendors, and adding some of our own (restaurant food with their staffing for example) made it possible for us to personalize our wedding to perfection. Judi was our day of manager and we couldn’t have been happier with her! We didn’t have to worry about a single thing, she was so thoughtful and made sure we could just relax and enjoy our night! The staffing did a great job as well! We would recommend The Chateaux and all of the vendors that helped make our day special over and over again. TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!BEWARE!!!!!!!!! This place is smoke and mirrors, you are promised such an easy and carefree experience, but what you get is deception and irritation. The owners and staff were rude and had horrible customer service. We had our wedding here this last September and it was not at all what we had imagined. Judi who was our wedding planner promised us so many things, like free upgrades with our package and special accommodations for the hotel shuttle. At the final walk through which was a couple weeks before the big day, Judi was charging us for the items that we had thought were part of our promotion. After clarifying this up other members of management the charges were removed. Sadly, the accommodations with the hotel shuttle was never resolved even after speaking with hotel staff. Hotel staff informed us that this is not the first time information regarding the hotel shuttle was misrepresented to couples that have been referred to them by the Chateaux at Fox Meadows. In addition, Judi said that the day of coordinator would set up decorations, however Sara one of the owners told us after the wedding, “that is not something that we do and it is only a curtesy, and that we needed to have someone to handle that on our own”. We wish we knew this before so there wasn’t so many items missed.
Furthermore, after the walk through when we caught some of these mistakes we reviewed all the documentation and contracts with staff again. Day of the wedding, many mistakes were still made that were clearly documented in the final walk through paperwork. When discussing this with Sara after the wedding, she did not apologies for the mistakes, instead she said “we knew you weren’t going to be happy. We did the best we could”. Vendors at The Chateaux at Fox Meadows were great and the Venue was Beautiful. However, if you don’t want to be lied to, stressed out, and belittled for wanting your wedding day as perfect as it can be, then don’t and make the same mistake we did.
For such a big day, with the amounts of money being spent, the team at The Chateaux made it absolutely easy to work with. Judi is the absolute best and I loved working with her helping bring my visions to life. I would 100% recommend this venue and Judi as the coordinator to anyone. I heard "best wedding I've ever been to" a million times since. ❤️
My husband and I had our wedding here a couple of weeks ago. The only thing I was happy with was the place itself. We paid for lemonade to be free of charge for our guests, but the day of, the coordinator (whom we have NEVER met before) said she knew nothing about it. The staff was supposed to have water filled glasses on every table. When my husband and I sat down, there was not any water on any table. Very frustrating. The DJ was HORRIBLE. He was the RECOMMENDED one from the venue. The DJ played the WRONG song for my husband and I to enter the reception to. His best man even went to remind the DJ as we were about to walk in and he STILL GOT IT WRONG!
BIGGEST THING: my husbands bag was stolen. This had the money for the DJ as well as payment for other vendors AND his wallet! Over $2,000! They have video surveillance and the ONLY camera on that night was the one overlooking the bar. The staff admitted to not knowing how to operate the cameras! So, needless to say, we will never know who stole my husband's bag.
You are paying enough for the place, they should keep up on paint touch ups, wood scrapes, ETC.
At least our photos came out great.
I loved the Chateaux! From day one their team worked together to make sure the day went well. That team has worked together for many years, and they did an amazing job of making sure we had a flawless day. Our wedding was perfect and I would highly recommend the Chateaux!
The Chateaux was the first venue my husband and I looked at when starting our search. We thought it was out of our budget and kept looking. When comparing other venues we realized when adding all the things that the Chateaux already offers in their package we realized the staff, location, and price were perfect for us. They were willing to accommodate our dual( Indian and american) ceremonies without an extra charge! Marissa (our day of coordinator from the Chateaux) and Sandy ( our chosen caterer from Hearts Desire) met with us a few weeks before and we talked through every little detail. They set up the room exactly how we had discussed and me and Mark didn't need to stress or correct anything! They were amazing to work with. The day was pretty much flawless and I don't have enough good things to say about them and the vendors we had through them. My only big disappointment (which is minor to what could have went wrong and didn't and not the Chateaux's fault) was the Photo Booth company we hired spelled my name wrong on the beginning handful of strips! We would pick them again in a heart beat and have recommended them to friends that are newly engaged! It's a beautiful venue and they do everything to make the day enjoyable and stress free! We were on time to the minute which I never thought could happen with a 250 person wedding! Not enough good things to say about the Chateaux and its staff!

I am beyond happy that I chose The Chateaux as my wedding venue. The place is beautiful, and I am still receiving compliments about what a perfect wedding it was. Judi was my coordinator, and I could not say enough great things about her. She was always available via phone or email for the entire year preceding my wedding. On my wedding day, she knew exactly how I wanted everything set up, and she was so great at making sure the night went smoothly. I felt so comfortable at The Chateaux, and I cannot imagine a better place to have had my wedding.
Just had my wedding here. Beautiful venue,horrible staff and service. Two servers were drunk and one got fired on the spot leaving my event understaffed, leading to many of my guest not getting fed. These ladies seem very charming at first then when all the bad news came in they don't return your calls and shrug it off because we already paid. Huge let down.. only they can ruin this venue.
My husband and I tied the knot at he Chateaux in late May. The day was absolutely perfect! The staff did an amazing job making all of my dreams a reality. Throughout the planning, my husband and I had to do very little - the staff was knowledgeable and kept us on track throughout the engagement. I would HIGHLY reccommend the Chateaux to any bride that is looking for a stunning venue with wonderful vendors and staff!

I would say that their communication skills can be worked on. I don't doubt that they have a lot on their plate, booking events after events, but for that same reason, their communication between each other (staff members), their vendors and those booking their venue, should be more clear and have constant follow ups to make sure everything is "in the right place" or they are "charging the correct amount for things".
The other "piece" to know, is that they charge for additional cake slices. It might not be a big deal for some, but this threw me off, since I thought I was already paying for a cake for the night. Does it matter how many slices will be eaten and by whom? Just FYI, if you have kiddos who you are not counting as part of your guest count (adults), but they are having cake, there will be an additional charge over $4/person.
My husband and I chose The Chateaux at Fox Meadows because of its elegant charm. The building is absolutely beautiful and went perfectly with our theme of "simple elegance". Although the Chateaux does offer packages that include specific vendors in the cost, we chose to go with just the facility fee and find our own vendors. We worked directly with Pam Cutler who is one of the owners of the Chateaux. She was our event manager and helped us coordinate each step of the way as we planned our wedding. Pam was a delight to work with and made sure that she had notes on every detail - she wanted our day to be exactly what we dreamed! When the big day arrived, she made sure that every vendor was in place, and that every member of the wedding party was exactly where they needed to be at the right times. Overall, we loved our experience with The Chateaux at Fox Meadows and couldn't have asked for a better wedding! I'd recommend this venue to anyone in the market.
The Chateaux at Fox Meadows is the ideal dream venue. From the moment I stepped onto the property it took my breath away! From the sprawling staircase, to the gorgeous chandelier, to the beautiful outside ceremony space, this space is amazing. To only compliment the amazing venue the staff is equally as amazing! From my first contact all the way until the end, the staff doted on my every whim. Savannah who initially reached back out to me in record time was sure to answer every question I could think of (most of them trivial). She kept in constant communication with me to ensure I didn't have any doubts about the products they offered. I felt more like a friend instead of a client as she was extremely attentive and patient with my email communication. Once I decided to tour the property, I was able to go look on my own and then Savannah spent time with me after to tell me stories of previous brides and answer EVERY question I had. She explained the packages in detail and next thing I know I was a very happy, official Chateaux Bride!! The process was completely stress free and she even kept in contact after I booked to ensure I had no questions...talk about service!!! Sara has also been a huge help, as her knowledge and insight come from a large portfolio of experience. She too responded quickly to my email communications, and through charts, pictures and opinions I truly believe she helped make my day extraordinary. All of the vendors that were recommended to me were beyond competent and I hope to use some in the future! Meeting with the staff for the first time was fun, informative and exciting! Although many people fall in love with this space each wedding is different, and the whole staff has been so warm and receiving that it makes it hard to be stressed! These ladies know what they're doing and you can believe that when booking with them, you will have the most magical wedding! And again... that venue is to die for!!!! -Brande
We got married at the Chateaux and it was a dream wedding venue! Everything was beautiful and the staff made everything flawless. The planning process was never stressful and we got countless compliments on how picturesque it was from our guests. We used a combination of their recommend vendors and found some on their own. It's really nice that they have recommended vendors and this made planning easier as well. We hoped to get married outdoors but ended up doing it indoors. It's just really the perfect place for wonderful pictures and the whole place is extremely photogenic. I would absolutely recommend this place to any bride.
Such a wonderful experience! I booked the Deluxe Inclusive Package and it was amazing! My family is from out of town and not able to help setup/take down everything - so this worked out great. Definitely worth the extra money, because it was so much less stressful. It also was nice for me, because I had never really looked into any wedding vendors before, and it helped me narrow down DJ's, photographers, cake bakers, florists, and caterer. Everyone we used was amazing! Marissa was a great help with everything and very prompt with getting back to any questions I had.
Not only is the place gorgeous, but all of the people that work there are absolutely fantastic. They were constantly going above and beyond to make sure that we had exactly what we needed to make our wedding perfect. Their packages are pricey, but completely worth it. I would definitely recommend them to anyone getting married!!

The Chateaux was a great place to have my ceremony and reception. The building and grounds are absolutely gorgeous. They have some great deals and won't nickel and dime you like many other locations. The sales staff was fabulous and had great customer service. The planning staff and wedding coordinator were not as great. They were difficult to contact and did not seem eager to help. They are the only reason I did not give the Chateaux 5 stars. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend this location.
The facility was beautiful and the staff did work well with me through the year. Everything was beautiful and the ceremony was just as I pictured it.
I only had 2 issues with the facility, I had a babysitting set up for the lower level and brought movies, but their TV didn't work and I was to be credited for this and wasn't. My biggest complaint though was the fact that the catering staff flipped the lights off and on 2 times and the guests thought it was time to leave and then they started cleaning up the room at 9pm when we had the room booked until 11 pm and then started packing up tables at 10pm. We ended up leaving at 10:30 instead of midnight after cleanup was completed. I just felt that we were rushed out of the room and that the staff didn't want to be there even though they were paid to be there. I felt that the expenses outweighed the services.
I had dreamed of having my wedding at the Chateaux for the past 7 years. When my dream became a reality for my 10/5 wedding back in December 2011 I was beyond thrilled! Jayme was amazing to work with, and created a great experience from the very beginning.
When we had our final walk through at the Chateaux a couple weeks prior to the wedding they tried to charge us for the basement area as a backup to the outdoor area for cocktail hour in case of cold weather. I noted that our contract stated the space was included. Come our wedding day the tempature didn't get above 34 degrees, and our cocktail hour was moved inside.
One thing that I dreamed of seeing on my wedding day was a "first look" of the Chateaux. The flowers, the tables, the escort cards, being able to see all of the little details I had worked on over the past 10 months untouched and on display at the Chateaux. When we arrived at the end of cocktail hour (we had our ceremony at a nearby church) I was unpleasantly surprised to see that cocktail hour was NOT going on downstairs but in the reception area. My dream of seeing the space untouched didn't come true. Needless to say that was a huge disappointment to my day, and with nothing that could be done to make it right. I later heard from my day of coordinator that the basement area was (is?) under contruction and that's why cocktail hour wasn't down there. On top of all of that disappointment is knowing that they tried to bill me for use of a space that they knew I wouldn't get to use anyways. In my opinion that's just bad business.
The reception of course was beautiful, and everyone loved the space. Our event coordinator that was provided through the Chateaux was very hands OFF (I only saw her once).
A huge money saver is the fact that you can bring in your own alcohol and return any unused for a refund.
I recently had my wedding at the Chateaux and can't even tell you how pleased I am with the venue and staff!!
My fiance and I immedately fell in love with the Chateaux on our first visit. We made an appoinment with Marissa to see the venue and she was more than helpful in answering our MANY questions and provided detailed information about the different packages and pricing. The decor, staircase, reception area and outside gazebo were amazing and exactly how I pictured my wedding looking. They also had nice sized (and nice looking) dressing rooms for the bride and groom which I thought lacked at other venues we had looked at.
The best part is that they try to meet the needs of all budgets. I believe they have a basic package where you can bring in your own vendors and 2 all inclusive packages that include preferred vendors for catering, cake, photography, DJ, and floral. The inclusive packages also include all glassware, dishware, linens, etc. This was extrememly helpful in my planning because I didn't have to stress about what vendors to use, I just had a list to choose from. Another helpful thing was that the Chateux staff deals with all of the contracts and organization between the vendors you choose. All we had to do was pick who we wanted and they would take it from there. The Chateaux made this aspect of my planning completely stress free! They also let you bring in your own alcohol which was a GREAT money saver for us!!
We did add several things that weren't included in our package like uplighting (which I highly recommend), the white drapes, photobooth, etc. It added a lot but wasn't necessary because the venue itself is stunning! We had our wedding ceremony in the back gazebo, which was so beautiful and perfect. I believe this a place that can give you your fairy tale wedding. I definiately had mine!
I can't rave more about the helpful staff and service we had during our wedding. All of our guests had so many great things to say about our wedding, all because of how nice the venue was and the service the staff provided. Someone asked my husband if we got married in a church in Dubai after looking at our pictures. Maybe it's not THAT fancy, but definiately a beautiful, BEAUTIFUL place!
The Chateaux did a wonderful Job with making every detail perfect!!! We enjoyed the night, and never noticed a single mishap, if there was any. The staff there was wonderful to work with and we only have heard how gorgeous the place was! They love to upgrade you on things to help with their convenience and kept the place neat and clean! I was never afraid to ask them for anything!
The Chateaux at Fox Meadows was the perfect venue for our wedding! It is beautiful and the staff is great about answering questions and our event manager was amazing on the day and made sure everything was perfect and done how I would want it done. My only complaint is that we wanted our ceremony to start at 5pm (instead of 7pm) so we had to pay for an entire day which added a couple thousand to our total bill. Other than that, they were great!
I just got married at the Chateaux at Fox Meadows in June. We booked this venue because of the gorgeous place. However, that is all they have to offer. The main reason I picked them is the big drape they have at the reception area. On the day of my wedding, I walked in the place and the coordinator tells me that the drapes are broken and there's nothing they can do. They didn't seem sincere to apologize or try to make it better. They have different people for various part of the process (sales, scheduling, appointment, walk through, and rehearsal). I had to talk to at least 5 different people about same things over and over (they are not very good at communicating with one another either). In the process, I got blew off with one of my appointment. Lastly, they are not best at offering or willing to work with you on your budget. We paid about 10 grand just for the venue (which was alot!) They sounded like they were giving us good deals to give us the decor package and the basement to use for our cocktail hour. However, the decor package failed on the day and the basement was in an unusable condition (no table set up, cocktail tables with no table cloth at all, etc.) My wedding turned out very well, our family and friends had a great time, the cater, staffing, florist, photographer, and videographer all turned out great except for the CHATEAUX AT FOX MEADOWS venue. The staffing company helped out more than the wedding coordinator on site.
The Chateaux is a very beautiful French-style mansion with a loverly curving staircase for the bride and groom to descend to make their grand entrance. It is spacious and has a beautiful outdoor area. Most weddings are booked as packages that allow a selection of one of a few caterers, photographers, etc. This simplifies planning while still giving the bride options. We planned our wedding from out of state, so this type of package was very convenient for us. The Chateaux is very pricey and I did not feel like I got a lot of individual attention for the money I was spending. My impression from my phone conversations with the owners was that I was "one of many" brides, and not especially important to them. While this is probably true of any wedding venue, most good vendors try to make brides "feel" important by offering exceptional service and being attentive. This was not the way I felt about the Chateaux, but they were always nice, and polite, and they did accommodate special requests such as having my dog in the wedding. My guests seemed very impressed with the venue and everyone thought the wedding and reception were beautiful. For the reception, the lighting was a bit bright and the music volume was a bit too low to really get guests into the party mode, so many people left earlier than we expected. Apparently there are strict noise regulations in the surrounding neighborhood. But overall, it was a good party.
The Chateaux was the only place my fiance and I looked at. We didn't want to book it right off the bat, because we wanted to see other places. After a few months we decided that we would be upset if we missed out. We booked it, and couldn't have been happier!!! Our wedding was so beautiful! We got endless compliments about the venue and how pretty it all was. Marissa was our event planner and she was amazing! Our limo company was late and awful, and when we got there and expressed concern about using them for the return trip, she did everything she could to help us find a new company! Everything (aside from the limo) went off perfectly! We couldn't be happier! I would recommend the Chateaux to any one looking for a venue! More than worth it!
This venue is absolutely beautiful. I would recommend it to any bride-to-be. The event coordinators are so helpful, and having an inclusive package through them made the planning SO much easier than scrambling around looking for vendors.
The Chateaux was the perfect place for our wedding. Having all of their preferred vendors made everything so easy for us. The staff is amazing. Marissa helped us the whole way and 2 weeks before the wedding when we weren't able to get the linens we wanted they made special accommodations for us just to make sure our wedding day was exactly the way we wanted it.
The Chateaux at Fox meadows is a GORGEOUS Venue, we picked it originally because I wanted to get married outdoors, but needed to love the "back up plan" as much as the outdoor setting in case it rained. Unfortunately we had some lacking customer service at our final walk through, Bonnie, one of the ladies who works there was downright rude and condescending to us during our final meeting and left a sour taste in all of our mouths. Luckily Bonnie was not the original woman who showed us the place or we may not have booked! We had Marissa for both our original tour and night of, to be honest I didn't see her much the night of but she did let one of my bridesmaids use the computer when we had an escort card fiasco and couldn't find them!
Overall, the venue is beautiful, but be prepared for them to nickle and dime you on centerpieces, glass ware, chair bows, decor, etc if you don't select one of their all inclusive packages.
This location was absolutely wonderful. Throughout the entire process they were incredibly helpful and informative, and gladly answered any questions that I had. On the wedding day, Layne, our event coordinator, did a wonderful job! She had been great at the rehearsal, and did an even better job at the wedding. Everything was so organized with the vendors, and it was an absolutely gorgeous and unforgettable day. I wouldn't have changed anything about it, and would encourage anyone to choose this location for their wedding. I had a wonderful experience!

My Fiance and I decided to look at this venue although it was a bit pricey, the pictures were amazing. The two times my fiance called they were rude, like setting up a tour was an inconvenience. We arrived and were a bit early so we walked in and waited for about 5 minutes before we decided to walk around. after another 10 minutes had passed, we decided to walk upstairs thinking maybe they didn't know we were there, a girl was on her phone with surveillance cameras on the entire inside of the building so she knew the whole time that we were there! Despite all of that, we did like the venue. We penciled in a date and went home to talk about it but after hearing some advice we asked for a quote in writing and thankfully we did! They said we were mis-quoted and raised our quote by $2000 but threw in the chair sashes and ceiling fabric decor for the misunderstanding. Bottom line they wanted $7000 just for the venue, no food or alcohol... Just the venue. If they had been straight with us from the begining, we probably still would have booked it even with the higher price but the misleading was a dealbreaker for us. Brides Beware!
This place is a dream come true. They are so helpful and I couldn't have asked for a more beautiful venue. I would really recommend it to anyone. One thing that helped me save money was booking it on a Sunday and off season.
The Chateaux really is the perfect place for your dream wedding. The facility is absolutely beautiful and ideally designed for special events like weddings. We were lucky enough to be able to have our ceremony outside but it was really comforting to know that it could easily be moved inside if the weather was bad. The staff there is AMAZING as well! They are so experienced and friendly, they really take a LOT of the stress out of planning your wedding. Together with their recommended vendors, they've got an awesome team that's sure to put on an unforgettable (and not to mention, stress-free!) event. I highly recommend the Chateaux to anyone looking for "the Perfect Place" to have their wedding. They definitely made my wedding dreams come true!
The Chateaux is gorgeous! It has a white gazebo for an outside ceremony and huge glass windows and pillars if you prefer inside. Check out their website for pics! There employees are fantastic...I worked with many of them and they were all kind and helpful. Abby was our manager for our wedding, and she more than earned her tip. I wish we could get married here every week!!! I recommend not going with one of their packages and picking your own vendors- better bang for your buck!
