dal room for getting ready, the pavilion for outdoor covered space, the bar area for hanging out, the huge dining room for everyone to have meals together, all phenomenal. What was difficult was the fact that our wedding was at the end of a busy wedding season. We were married in October and I saw the house featured on Instagram almost every weekend all summer long. There were numerous maintenance issues and problems we dealt with while at the house. There was an infestation of fruit flies and I do mean infestation. There were dishwashers not working, refrigerators not working, door knobs that literally fell off in your hand. These issues, however, are not the fault of the venue per se. The property management company is in charge of all of those items. We struggled with getting issues addressed. For example, we were told the fruit flies were just something we would have to deal with because there was nothing to be done about it. After I complained repeatedly, a pest control person was sent out on the day of our wedding no less. He was very knowledgeable and treated the issue as well as gave us useful tips for keeping them under control. There was actually a solution but we had to deal with the swarms of the flies from Sunday through Friday before it was addressed. The frosting on the cupcake was on the day of our checkout when the housekeepers showed up at 8:30 a.m. to clean the house and checkout is at 10:00. They started cleaning and blocked off the elevator which is a necessity for getting all of your belongings out of the house. When I complained about this issue, the property management called the lead housekeeper to tell them to leave. Rather than leaving, the housekeeper handed his phone to ONE OF MY GUESTS. Naturally, my guest wasn't aware of what was going on and created more confusion. When asked to leave, the housekeepers should have left. Period. They were an hour and a half early! As I said, the venue itself was beautiful. Our wedding was amazing, a dream come true. Our pictures are stunning. My primary piece of advice would be to be prepared for standing your ground with the property management service.

he hot tubs. My favorite part might have to be the game room and bar area downstairs. So many amazing memories there! You also might get to see some wild horses on the beach outside the house! Amazing!
