10/10 recommend! My husband and I had our wedding reception at The Christy in January of this year, and we are so glad we chose The Christy! The staff is very knowledgeable, personable and overall seem like great people! They gave us a few recommendations for venders, and we ended up choosing a company they recommended for our photography, DJ, and photobooth which turned out perfect! The food was amazing, and we got to attend a tasting prior to the wedding to make sure we liked the food before we chose it for our big day! The venue is so gorgeous and clearly newly renovated! It allowed us to have the most beautiful wedding reception with only limited decor! Overall, I absolutely recommend The Christy if you are looking to host any event but especially for a wedding!

ere were issues and concerns with the venue that threw a wrench in my plans for the layout of everything I had planned for months but The Christy was the MVP of the week and wedding day. They worked with me to keep my layout, plans, and wants the same and it was clear their main focus was for me and my husband to have the perfect day of everything we'd envisioned. Even at the reception, they stayed in contact with me or my mom to make sure we had everything we needed, wanted, and if everything was going okay. They even packed a couple to-go boxes of food and dessert for my husband and I to take with us when we left. Working with The Christy made my wedding reception flow and take so much worry off my plate! I can't thank them enough! I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

cation and everything was wonderful. We had our final call, and everything was set to go. We showed up the 2 hours early to set up, and no one was there to let us in. Thankfully, the chef was able to let us in so we could quickly set up. A few flukes in between that could be forgiven, but at the end of the reception no last call was called, our DJ was confused when the manager was telling us we had to get out at that moment. I understand staying on time, and leaving at our time, but when you are the bride/groom and have no phone (or last call, called) you have no clue what time it is. My husband and I weren't even allowed our last dance. In our exit pictures the manager literally has her hands full of all of our stuff right behind us in our pictures. All of our decorations were thrown in random boxes by our friends and family to get us out of the hall as fast as we could. I wish we had a better experience, especially since the food was so good, and every experience up until that point was nice. When you pay thousands and thousands of dollars, you expect to have everything you want...even if that means 5 mins over for the MINIMUM of a last dance.

Karen worked with us months before to determine the menu, layout, and all the staffing details. She was very responsive if we had any questions and offered great advice. Catering by the Christy was a great price point and brought in everything for our big day - the tables, chairs, bar, linens, stage, and more. Our guests were very complimentary of the food and service. I would 10/10 recommend Catering by the Christy for your event! They are easy to work with and do a wonderful job. Thank you!

The micro wedding was lovely, topped off by a wonderful meal provided by a skilled crew. The crew chief, whose name I forget, was tremendous as were her assistants. We truly felt “ catered” to.

in choosing the table settings we wanted. We had chicken, beef, green beans, white and red pastas and they made a wedding sheet cake to go along with cupcakes from another vendor. We received many compliments on the food. The Ron and Shirley salad with cheese and deli meat was excellent. We had a number of vegan meals which were delivered to the tables. Kim was the catering Captain and we had several discussions and emails before the reception and even while she was at NEO. Her attention to detail was really appreciated. The crew had nice uniforms and they packed up the left over food which we ate for several days. We have 2 other granddaughters and will use The Christy when their time comes!!!

We just got married last weekend and The Christy was so accommodating with everything! Our ceremony and reception were outdoors in the same location and the venue looked fantastic....
Table settings and decorations were placed perfectly. All of our guests loved the food and we could not have asked for more friendly staff on hand that day. We don't have one bad thing to say about our experience and would definitely recommend to anyone! When you're spending this much time and money on one day you want everything to be perfect and both my wife and I felt that Karen, who was helping organize everything for us, put just as much effort in as we did. There was rain later in the evening and the bartenders still stuck it out and were happy to help any way they could. I would definitely suggest considering them for your big day!

Our parents were able to attend a tasting at their venue months before, which worked out perfectly. From setup to break down at the end of the night, the entire night ran smoothly with the Christy! They were willing to work with our other vendors throughout the night, making the reception flow.
