As the mother of the bride, I couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful place to celebrate the wedding of our daughter and son-in-law. The Club at ArrowCreek is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of Mount Rose and downtown Reno that made the ceremony and photos truly unforgettable. It was the perfect setting to celebrate with our family and friends. A special thank you to our event coordinator, Nanci Pferschy, who was incredibly helpful, responsive, and accommodating throughout the planning process. She made everything feel seamless, answered our many questions, and ensured every detail was taken care of. The dining experience was equally impressive. There were numerous menu options to choose from, and the chef graciously tailored the meal to accommodate the dietary preferences of our guests. Everyone enjoyed their meals and commented on the quality of the food. The entire staff was gracious, attentive, and genuinely committed to making the day special. Their professionalism and kindness helped make the wedding day stress-free and unforgettable for our family and guests. Nanci joins The Club Team with over 20 years of experience in Event Sales. She was bit by the hospitality bug while working for Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines and never looked back. Her expertise and refined planning skills grew while selling both social and corporate events for beautiful private resorts such as South Coast Winery Resort and Spa in Southern California, Dry Comal Creek Winery in New Braunfels, Texas, and for Marriott in San Antonio. Nanci’s outstanding standards of service expanded while planning for well-known events in the Northern Nevada area such as Renown Nurses of Excellence, Reno Rodeo Association, Prospectors Club of Reno, and many more. Nanci lives in Reno with her family. She has two sons, Danny and Sean, and daughters-in-law Renee and Emily as well as two grandchildren, Olivia and Daniel. Before hospitality, Nanci was an accomplished Producer-Director and Choreographer for many acclaimed Shows & Special Events both in Reno and abroad. She also has been a member of the Actors Equity Association where she performed in the Broadway smash hit ”A Chorus Line.”

Darren came to the Reno Tahoe area almost 23 years ago after developing a desire to learn event management at Almaden Golf and Country Club in San Jose, California where he was raised. He further developed his Banquet and Special Event skills at The Resort at Squaw Creek and most recently led the Banquet Team at The Ritz-Carlton Lake Tahoe for the last 11 years. Darren lives in Reno with his 17-year-old son and 14-year-old daughter. He enjoys time with his family, going to the gym, golfing, and snowboarding.

Darren and Henry were the two we worked with most closely and they were incredible. Professional, responsive, and knowledgeable in all areas. On the wedding day Henry was extremely consistent in checking in with my husband and I making sure we had everything we needed and were kept in the loop the entire day. This meant the world to us and alleviated any worries we had. Darren has created an incredible catering program with Arrowcreek and we have gotten nothing but positive feedback from our wedding guests about the food, presentation and service. ArrowCreek were the breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and Reno and the professionalism of the staff. In particular, our point-of-contact and Director of Catering, Darren, used to run events at the Ritz Carlton and was highly professional and attentive. The role of the vendor in providing peace of mind when planning a wedding cannot be overstated, and ArrowCreek delivered! The wedding day went perfectly smoothly, and most importantly, we could relax knowing that all the important things were taken care of. As a side note, if you're a bride and reading this, the bridal suite is from out of a movie!

auty of the venue speaks for itself. Enough said. Go tour it and you'll be speechless. Additionally, everything from the initial tour to the planning process to the execution of the Big Day was absolutely flawless. Andy and Darren are the dream team. When one ebbs the other flows. You can rest easy knowing your wedding will come to fruition when in the hands of these two professional wedding veterans. Not only are they supportive in every capacity you could want from a sales/wedding coordinator, they exemplify elegance and professionalism to the highest degree. Lastly, the food is replicated in this manner as it is prepared to perfection. Never in my life would I willingly choose a chicken dish over flank steak (luckily I got both), but the citrus spiked chicken breast.... is THAT good. Need I say more? No, but I will. The "afterglow" gives a new found meaning to "drunk munchies". Heck, it's disrespectful to even lump them into the same category as Kobe Beef Sliders (cooked to perfection) on Hawaiian Rolls with Sidewinder Fries and a generous selection of toppings is anything but a showstopper. ovely man, who genuinely wants to make your event perfect. The entire process of planning was so easy – made seamless by Darren, and Luis the day off. They made every effort to accommodate us in every way to make it the most special day for us. They were always quick to respond, making communication simple. All aspects of the contract were clearly explained, and the timeline / due dates were easy to follow. The table settings were gorgeous, the drinks were perfect, and the plated meals and their presentation were outstanding. I love that Arrowcreeks packages include the linens, plates, silverware, glassware, gratuities, and other fees – we didn’t have to stress about a thing! During the reception, the staff were amazing and kind to everyone, and treated us, like royalty. Our friends and family raved about how incredible everything was, saying it was the perfect mix of class and unpretentiousness. Honestly, absolutely everything provided exceeded our hopes and expectations. I cannot recommend this venue, and all of it’s staff, enough. A million thanks to everyone at Arrowcreek for giving us an unbelievable day, and memories we will cherish for a lifetime.

Cassie was so accommodating and patient, meeting with us several times, when we couldn't make up our minds, giving us several tours of the grounds and even an afternoon in the golf carts, scouring possible ceremony sites. It was such a relief to know that on my wedding day, all I had to do was show up, play around with a few little odds and ends, and Cassie and her team took care of everything else. Literally everything else. Rather than decorating tables, or running around like a mad woman, I was sipping mimosas with my bridemaids, taking our time getting ready. Sigh. Relief. Our wedding was breathtaking (and more affordable than I thought possible!) and I'm still getting compliments daily. Do yourself a favor and call Cassie to schedule a tour immediately! You will not be disappointed!

She had us in the very next day talking about pricing and what all our options were. She made planning a wedding in two months seem easier than the 2 years I had to plan my actual wedding. The food was amazing. The day was amazing. The staff did such an amazing job setting everything up and putting up with such a crazy group. These people care so much about making sure your wedding day is the most perfect day. There wasn’t one thing that went wrong and if there was they made sure to fix it so the bride didn’t find out, which I would say is pretty perfect. We worked with the chef who helped create a menu that fit all of our food allergies/preferences. Our guests absolutely raved about the food. My favorite thing about this venue is how warm and cozy it feels. The tall-beamed ceilings and the two giant fireplaces made it such a magical place to get married. Could not recommend this venue more! It was an absolutely perfect day.

ng the Director of Events, were extremely helpful throughout the inquiry/booking/planning process. The venue space was set the night before so all of my vendors were able to get in first thing in the morning to finish setting up while my girls and I sipped champagne in the lockers rooms while getting our hair and makeup done :) When you book the venue they even give you a complimentary 4-some to play golf, which we were able to gift to my dad and father-in-law as a thank you! Our outdoor ceremony had gorgeous 360 degree views of downtown and the mountains. Couldn't recommend a better place to get married in Reno!
