ose this place again if I could. The in-house services such as the cake, the staff, etc, were all amazing and the wedding was very stress free. Cons—planning this wedding was difficult under time constraints. We had 2 months to plan this wedding which was difficult. Pre-approved vendors had no additional cost, but if you wanted to bring a vendor not approved, you had to pay extra. With time constraints and with most of the approved vendors being American and not Indian/Pakistani, which is what this wedding was, that became difficult and we had limited choices. The other thing that I felt should be improved upon is the lack of bridal/groom suite. Bella Collina is a beautiful country club that prides itself on being a perfect wedding venue, but there is no place for the bride to get ready, and therefore no privacy. You have to rent a suite at additional cost to get ready. I think, for the amount we spend on this venue, we should have a bridal suite to get ready. For me, I had to get ready at home, then drive to the venue 40 minutes away which to me is a hassle. Ultimately, I did enjoy my wedding overall, but it was quite a learning experience.

e. They decided to book another event the same day, which we were not aware of until 30 minutes before the wedding, but it complicated things. We thought we had the run of the place, but this was a mistake. When you spend that kind of money, you would think you would not have to compete with another event. We were not able to take pictures outdoors due to that other event, and the guests had to take a different, confusing route to the reception. They had a tractor on the grounds in view of everyone, so we had to skip the sunset pictures. Very attractive. We had their table linens that were either stained or moldy. My daughter was told there would be a safe, private place to change from her wedding gown to her party dress. In that room, where she was told to go, there was no lock on the door, and people kept walking in . At one point, a male staff member walked in while my daughter was disrobed, and he had to be told to leave. Not an, "I am so sorry," and avert the eyes. No. Just the opposite. Had I known, that night that this had happened, there would have been hell to pay. The banquet captain was dressed for a round of golf, which when one is spending in excess of $$76,000, one would expect a bit more professional attire. To top it off, the guy paying the bill-me, ordered the salmon, which was listed on my seating card, and I was given the filet. Small mistake, but par for the course. We brought all these concerns to the catering manager after the event through our wedding planner, and the response back to me was wholly inadequate. Don't let the pretty setting sway you. Have your wedding another pretty place that perhaps genuinly cares about your special day.

The staffs mentality, friendliness, work ethic, and attentiveness to what we wanted out of our wedding was fantastic. Keeping in mind it comes with a price tag and the inflation of weddings, Bella Collina raises its expectations and exceeds the bar along with it. We highly recommend Bella Collina and wanted to give a special thank you to Taylor Tufts. She was incredibly sweet, thorough, and timely through all our communications, especially our lengthy emails. Never once did we feel we were being a bother. She genuinely cared about our planning experience and was determined to help us have the absolute best day ever. 12/10 recommend Bella Collina for your dream wedding!!

Bella was incredible. The team was very responsive and willing to answer questions while I was deciding on the venue without ever seeing it in person. I did FaceTime calls with them and spent a lot of time discussing menu options. I was not pleased with one of the options and Danilla was fabulous in helping me navigate it. She provided me with additional options and allowed us to do an additional tasting for that option to ensure that we were happy with it. Once wedding day came, everything was amazing! The team was once again so accessible and helpful for the entire day. The food was the best wedding food I’ve EVER had and the portions were very large. The staff all ensured to check in multiple times to ensure that everything was taken care of. Our guests loved the venue and ambiance as well. I heard from many guest about how much they loved the food as well and how great the portions were. Overall, everything was perfect and I’d 100% have my wedding at Bella Collina again!

dozen wedding venues around Central Florida for our January 2022 wedding, and now that it's over, we could not imagine starting our happily ever after anywhere else. Our entire experience with Bella Collina was outstanding, from beginning to end. Not only was the Senior Catering Coordinator, Danilla, always incredibly friendly, responsive, and helpful, but the big day was absolutely stunning and stress-free. Everyone on the catering and bartending staff was extremely professional and attentive, and the food was spectacular! We are thrilled that we were able to spend the best day of our lives at Bella Collina, and we guarantee that you will be too!

a Collina as soon as we saw the photos, and the venue was just as perfect in-person. There are infinite views and photo opportunities that are so beautiful and unique. There really is no where else in central Florida like Bella Collina. The event spaces themselves would have been enough for us, but on TOP of that, the food was exceptional and the service was impeccable. We were so surprised by how delicious the hors d'oeuvres, soup, salad, main entrees (especially the braised beef short rib!), and desserts were. The bartenders and servers were wonderful with all of our guests, and we as the bride & groom had someone assigned to us just to ensure we had everything we needed. One of our guests dropped a glass on the dance floor…the staff at Bella Collina cleaned it up so fast I had no idea until the next day when people started A) telling us how dreamy our wedding was and B) sharing fun stories. We were also very glad we had a few rooms booked at Siena (so convenient!). We enjoyed working with Victoria V and Sarah W as our catering points of contact. They answered every question we had and we incredibly helpful! Everything was executed perfectly. Thank you Bella Collina!

I would have never thought that this place was in Florida because once the gates open you feel like you are being transported to a Castle in Italy! ews, the staff is amazing. Melanie and Danilla were extremely helpful and quick to answer any questions we had and make any changes we requested. Planning a wedding half way across the country was extremely scary for us, but Melanie and Danilla helped us remain calm during the entire process. The catering team allowed us to completely design our own idea of dinner meals and sides as well as replicated my idea of a wedding cake exactly. Three words for the food -- oh. my. gosh!! We chose three different entrees and allowed our guests to pick what they wanted before the wedding and Bella did not disappoint!! So many people told us that the food they had that night was the best "wedding food" they have ever had! We STILL have people talking about how wonderful the food was! Every staff member we encountered was professional, kind and willing to help in any way they could. They treated us like royalty and made sure every thing went smoothly from the moment we booked until the end of our wedding. We didn't have a single issue our whole wedding day and I know Bella Collina had something to do with that! Everything was absolutely perfect!! Thank you Bella Collina -- our wedding was more than we could have ever imagined!!

We were all so pleased with their level of service and understanding throughout the entire process, including re-scheduling one entire year later. In addition, I must compliment the entire staff on presenting a seamless, elegant event. Everything from the welcome Champagne to the ceremony, cocktails, reception, and departure goodies, were all top level, delicious and professionally presented. Our guests came from all over and most of them commented that this was the nicest wedding they had ever been to. The venue was immaculate and beautiful. I can wholeheartedly recommend them. They WILL EXCEED your expectations. One final comment that I cannot leave out; Having the Siena at Bella Collina just down the street was an amazing compliment to the event. Our guests all stayed at these beautiful luxury condominiums for two to three nights, and we had two smaller events there in the cozy banquet room. It is situated on Lake Siena. The facilities and condos are stunning and brand new, and it truly made a wonderful first impression. Thanks again to Johnny and Michelle!

st important person, My Person. If you are on the fence, maybe I can help. Before Bella, I visited at least eight venues in the SE. In the end, it was between Bella or a venue in another FL city. The other venue was great but they could not touch the overall of Bella’s immaculate venue, team, and transparency. The other venue asked me who their competition was that had me on the fence. I told them, and they said, “Bella is gorgeous and, if we must, we would rather lose to them than any other venue.” That speaks volumes, in my opinion. Honestly, I was nervous signing. I was about to try to plan a wedding from hundreds of miles away. From the beginning to the end, Bella made me feel at ease and put aside any worries. They are a straightforward yet cheerful venue. I loved Melanie; she was calm, reserved, and lovely. She answered all of my tons of questions. Plus, Melanie went above and beyond, connecting with the best wedding planner for my needs. Thank you, Melanie! Bella is transparent. They were upfront about their costs, terms, and preferred vendors. Their contract is easy to refer back to in case you needed to provide information or refresh yourself. The Catering Staff is terrific. I first met with the Cake master. She had excellent ideas and worked with me to figure out how to incorporate dairy and nondairy into a small piece for the cake cutting. Also, Danilla is wonderful. She was always kind and helpful. She took the time to figure out what I wanted and ensured it met my standards, and provided fantastic suggestions. The food was beyond excellent! Everyone raved from the Brunch Rehearsal to the reception dinner. One of my guests asked for a peach mimosa because she knew I liked those. Before I knew it, a peach mimosa was in my hand. Bella went hunting for the necessary peach to make it great. I was surprised; it is the little things that go a long way. That kind gesture meant the world to me. It probably was not a big deal for them to get, but it was to me. I want that level of detail and service with a venue at any event, no matter how large or small, and Bella Collina came through every time. They have the best Wedding Day team. My Wedding Day turned into beyond my perfect dream. I was worried about the rain, and when I say I was concerned, a few days before, we had rain appearing on weather apps and disappearing. It disappeared the night before my wedding, and on my wedding day; everyone was delighted. With less than 2 hours before guests arriving, the rain cloud came out of nowhere. Bella quickly, along with my wedding planner, jumped into action. They do not host weddings in a specific part of the venue anymore (understandable why not). However, they asked me if they could move my ceremony there instead of the usual backup rain location. It was my exact dream spot on their property I always wanted. My original outdoor location was beyond exquisite, but that one area on their property reminded me of something special in my life. Their kindness and willingness to let me move it to that exact location gave me my beyond perfect dream wedding at Bella and my beyond perfect day with My Person. They made it a dream from day one but made it beyond a dream on my Wedding Day.

I can’t say enough about the set up, food and level of service the day of the event - it was outstanding- many thanks to our catering coordinator, Lyric. I’d also like to thank Johnny at Siena at Bella Collina for helping us secure top-notch accommodations that were both comfortable and convenient. Many of our guests said this was the best wedding they ever attended and we are thankful to those team members at Bella Collina who worked so hard to make my daughter’s wedding dreams come true.

OLUTELY! So, I got engaged in December 2019 with plans for a wedding in 2020. However, Covid happened and turned all of our worlds upside down as you can imagine!! I found bella collina coincidentally on the knot and decided to go visit!! When you arrive and see this place you will be stunned at the beauty initially!! What made us ultimately decide was not just the beauty of the place but the staff!!! I worked with Melanie, Danilla, and victoria who helped to make the process as smooth as ever despite dealing with covid and all of my concerns!! Covid is a real thing and i thought maybe i'm crazy to plan a wedding let alone host one during a pandemic!! However, the process stressed me out but these ladies helped me out and communicated well and answered all of my questions no matter how anxious i was and made me feel at ease with everything they were doing to keep people safe on their end!! I could not be more pleased with the way the wedding turned out!! My day was SPECTACULAR..and it was because of the staff and lemme tell you.. the food was SLAMMING!! We discussed food options with the head chef and also did a cake tasting with the head baker. They listened to our recommendations and made the necessary changes and were so accommodating!! This is coming from a family of haitian and puerto ricans so if EVERYONE tells me the food and cake were amazing.. then they truly were!! I am so grateful to everyone at Bella for all of their hard work and for exceeding my expectations!! If you are considering bella.. don't think just do it because it's all worth it.. every penny!! We were devastated and panicking. That’s when I stumbled upon Bella Collina on google and then they were recommended to me by my videographer and officiant. After contacting them I immediately loved the responsiveness and kindness of Melanie. We scheduled a site visit and Victoria showed us the grounds. We instantly fell in love and booked. Danilla the catering manager was so attentive and we chatted often. She was so understanding when some of our guests could no longer make it and helped us choose options to fill our budget. The pricing was amazing. And there were bonuses for booking when we did. I could not believe how accommodating they were and how many added bonuses we got. The food was amazing and the head pastry chef Ely Nave carried out my cake vision even better than I had dreamed. The desserts were out of this world. The staff was so attentive and kind. They even packed up some things for us to go as a surprise because they knew as the bride and groom we were so busy running around that we didn’t get to eat as much as we would have liked. I truly feel it was meant to be and that my wedding would not have been as magical anywhere else as it was at Bella Collina. I can’t thank them enough for the most amazing day ever.

The wedding team was absolutely amazing, from the beginning they worked with us to make everything perfect and gave me great ease at such a stressful time. They truly know what they are doing and they do it well! We used a wedding planner at the Club named Vangie De La Concha and she was incredible! She has such amazing taste, professionalism, and really saw my vision and made it come true. She also provided the flowers, for the Ceremony and Reception and I highly recommend going that route as you will not be disappointed. Danilla was our contact for the menu, she also was amazing and listened to what we needed and the Food was incredible. We had our Cocktail Hour in the Wine Cellar- it was such a nice way to get out of the heat and was a nice touch to the Italian Villa. We had our reception at the reflection pond because It was a smaller wedding and our guests were blown away. The place is gorgeous. If you are considering booking here, do yourself a favor and do it! I will be nothing short of a Fairytale wedding!

They worked with our vendors to make sure the day went flawlessly. Our guests were so pleased with the waiters and bar staff, and everyone loved the food. On top of all of that, it's gorgeous on its own and offers more than any other wedding venue in Florida with a variety of options for your ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. It's on the pricier side, but you totally get what you pay for, including a super fun tasting event showing off all that they can do for you on your wedding day.

Guests got a champagne toast on arrival. The food was out of this world! The wait staff was absolutely amazing and attentive to all guests. the wait staff helped our grandparents get to the elevator and were extremely attentive to their needs being they are in wheelchairs. They provided a non alcohol beer for my husband (since he is unable to drink) per our request and special ordered it. Those are just some things off hand the list goes on and on on the special and remarkable things they did for us. They also invite the couples to an evening of wedding bliss complementary before their wedding. They put on a whole event to try the menu and experience a wedding a Bella Collina before your big day. My husband and I felt like a king and queen for a night it truly was amazing. We had our ceremony in the atrium, cocktail hour at the reflection pond, and reception on the event lawn. It truly was amazing having the three separate spaces and each one was equally as gorgeous. Danilla handled most of our questions and wedding details and she was AMAZING! Do not look any further book this venue it truly is a fairytale venue!
