We couldn’t have asked for a better venue for our wedding! The view speaks for itself but the staff is what made all the difference. The moment we toured the venue we knew it was THE ONE! From the start, about a year before our big day, we worked with Molly, who was absolutely amazing. She was quick to respond to emails, incredibly personable, and truly dedicated to making our day special. Molly went above and beyond to accommodate all our needs, ensuring everything was perfect.
Communication was a top priority for us, and Molly was always on top of it, addressing and alleviating any concerns we had. On the day of the wedding, the entire staff worked seamlessly with our day-of coordinators and vendors, making everything flow perfectly. Even our coordinators couldn’t stop complimenting how smoothly everything was running.
The plated dinners were cooked to perfection and our guests are still raving about the passed hors d'oeuvres. We created our own signature cocktail and the bartenders executed flawlessly!
Our wedding day was flawless, thanks to the incredible team at The Club at Snoqualmie Ridge. We’re so grateful for the effort they put in to make our day unforgettable!
Our wedding turned out amazing, and we were overall happy with the venue and experience. Although we got exactly what we wanted at the end of the day (and thus the 5 star review), we faced a few challenges that are worth nothing:
1. We worked with three different venue coordinators throughout the process, and there seemed to be a decent amount of change at the venue. That said, we worked with Linda and Molly most closely and both were responsive and amazing.
2. In part because of these changes there were some unexpected shifts and some things that were promised initially were later revised as "add ons" at cost extra. This was in part due to them changing their entire pricing structure the year of our wedding.
3. The catering is all through the club exclusively, and while acceptable, the food was nothing special. Wine choices are quite limited and bringing in your own wine or sourcing other bottles is incredibly expensive.
There were plenty of really great things though too. Having the ability to have an outside ceremony and indoor reception was important to us, and they had a great space for this. We also were able to use a golf cart to take photos in different locations and with different backdrops before the ceremony and these turned out so well. Our contacts at the venue were all really responsive and were open to meetings on site at different points in the planning process. There were also very flexible in accommodating our different last minute requests and small shifts that were necessary the week of the wedding, which reduced some of the stress in the days leading up to the event! Overall, this venue is worth it for the view (especially if you luck out with good weather), and we had an overall positive experience despite hiccups.
Molly was a true professional in every sense of the word! Staff exceeded expectation on the day of the event and all of the details of the big day were given plenty of attention.
You will be hard-pressed to find a better back-drop for your friends and family to experience the PNW! Views were incredible and the weather cooperated nicely!
Book this venue for a seamless experience.
Any questions?
My wife and I got married at this venue in April 2024! Molly was absolutely amazing and helped us coordinate a lot of things for our wedding, including chair rentals (which we upgraded), decor/linens, and seating arrangements. She was professional, communicative, and worked well with our other vendors!
Compared to other venues, we felt The Club at Snoqualmie Ridge was priced well. The only minor hiccup for us was having our salads under-dressed during dinner; but overall, the service was great! And our guests loved the stunning views at the club! It's an absolutely beautiful venue!
Last weekend we had our wedding at the Club at Snoqualmie Ridge - what a beautiful venue!!
The Club was the first venue that we toured, and right away we knew it was the one. The view is UNREAL, and the ballroom is bright and spacious. Our guests were thrilled!
Molly was our main point of contact with the venue and she was a joy to work with. She was very responsive and accommodating with all of our questions and wedding-day needs.
The dinner & drinks service provided was great! Our wedding had 200+ people and the dinner service went very smoothly, which is impressive for an event of this size. All the staff we encountered were friendly and efficient. We'd recommend this venue to anyone in search of one.
Everything was wonderful from the first meeting with the private event sales director to the end of the reception. The venue really offers A LOT and provided great service throughout.
If you're looking for a great view and poor customer service, this is your spot. Our experience actually started off great. Molly was very customer service centric and was responsive over email to all our questions. Communication and clarity did drop once Ellie took over as main point of contact. She just started the month before, so I can understand she doesn't know everything, but she had a very poor attitude and was very defensive. She didn't come prepared to our call the week before our wedding (which should have happened way sooner). She didn't even know what package we got, something so basic.
When it came to the day of our wedding, they really dropped the ball. Things we discussed with Ellie during our call were wrong the day of - dinner plates were in the wrong spot; lawn games were offered but not supplied; we weren't given a cake knife and had to use a fork to cut the cake. Food was also short - not enough passed apps for our guests, empty buffet trays multiple times during dinner. We even made it a point during tastings to call out that there needs to be enough food because a different family member got married at Snoqualmie Ridge in 2017 and they ran out of food for their buffet. Why am I paying for a buffet if there's a limited amount of food??
These things can all happen at a large event and you can never expect a wedding to go perfectly as planned. What is most disappointing is the fact that there were, not one, but TWO TOURS scheduled while we were doing our first look photos and when close family was present and mingling. This is extremely disrespectful, and quite frankly, a decision that lacks common sense. When I came out to do our first look photos, strangers were in my way trying to take photos on the balcony and my husband could hear them talking while waiting for me. This was supposed to be a very special moment between him and I, but that was ruined by the first tour. After that, Molly was touring a couple on the lawn (where all our close family was and they all saw this happen), and the prospective bride rudely walked down my aisle and took photos using my ceremony setup. While that woman's actions can't be controlled, it did not appear that Molly did anything to stop it. To have another prospective bride walk down my aisle before me AND in front of my family is extremely presumptuous, disrespectful, and outright ridiculous. Molly then took the touring couple to the boardroom where our groomsmen were getting ready and had their personal belongings in. This venue interrupted our special moments and violated our privacy. At no point did Molly or Ellie communicate to us that there would be tours. What kind of venue would allow these types of disturbances on the day of a wedding?
It really felt like we were disregarded after they secured final payment. When I brought everything up in email to them, Molly wasn't able to respond to everything, and the things she did respond to, she didn't have any good reasons to give me. Her response to the tours -
"There was certainly no disrespect intended, and it is general practice for us to conduct tours up until 2 hours before event start time. Had we been aware in advance of where the first look was taking place, we would have planned around that."
Why would I tell them where my first look photos are? They made NO indication that this would be helpful information to them. Also, both tours happened within the 2 hours before our contracted event time. How embarrassing.
My mother was diagnosed with late-stage cancer in January of 2023. My now husband and I decided to move our wedding up to celebrate it with her and planned it in two weeks. The team at The Club was phenomenal. They were so compassionate and caring. The service folks went above and beyond to make sure my mother was comfortable. We had a wonderful experience despite it being a sad time for us. We highly recommend this venue!
Choosing to get married here was such a wedding jackpot experience. From first email to post-ceremony, Linda & Molly made the event planning as enjoyable as possible and introduced top-notch vendors that made the experience a lot easier. The ceremony scene of the mountains & outdoor layout was stunning and worth everything. Their flexibility and prompt responses — especially on the day of— along with seamless coordinating skills helped me relax and trust that it will all go well. That peace of mind is priceless.
Linda and Molly were the best to work with, from the day we booked venue to the in-between planning to the day-of execution. They promptly answered all questions and are very flexible, reasonable, and understanding of your requests. Looking back, we were so glad to have the catering as part of the venue, and not something we had to arrange separately. The food was outstanding - every one of our guests really enjoyed their meal. The food and beverage might seem pricey at first, but if you break it down for what you get, it was completely worth it - especially since it's absolutely stress-free the day-of and taken care of by the venue. This was also the perfect balance of outdoor and indoor venue - all of our pictures came out amazing. This is a beautiful venue and our wedding day couldn't have gone any better.
Perfect venue for a wedding! Linda did a fantastic job coordinating everything in the months leading up and the day of the wedding! Staff let us borrow a golf cart even for some sunset photos we took! 10/10 would recomend. Food was awesome and the service all around was fantastic
We just had our wedding at The Club at Snoqualmie Ridge and it was truly the best experience! Their on-site coordination was fantastic - we worked with Molly and Linda, who were incredibly responsive and helpful from start to finish. They worked so hard to make sure we had everything we needed prior to, during, and even after the wedding. They were instrumental in making the day go so well! The food was amazing, we had so many guests provide feedback on the fantastic appetizers, entrees, and drinks. Finally, the views here are like no other! We were able to take additional photos throughout the venue grounds and it was nothing short of spectacular. Highly recommended for your wedding!
We loved getting married here!!! After being in a lot of my friends DIY weddings I knew I wanted a place that did everything for you so my family and friends could just have fun and relax on our big day. This place was perfect for that! At first I thought it would be way too expensive when seeing the stunning view but it was actually really reasonable. It also comes with an event coordinator which was really nice. Molly and Linda were so sweet and helpful and had lots of reasonable tips. My guests are still talking about the view and how much fun our wedding was. They were super accommodating and let me bike down the aisle and also let us bring in a pull up bar and have a pull up contest in the reception. We are so grateful we got married here!!!
The Club at Snoqualmie Ridge did a wonderful job on our wedding day. Molly, who had only been with the club for about a month, did an amazing job at making sure everything on our day went perfect. The view was incredible, the food was great, and everyone had a blast!
Amazing experience all around! The views were stunning and the services/staff were amazing! Our event coordinator was phenomenal at working out details up until the wedding day and worked so well with my day-of coordinator. The waiting staff was so professional, happy, and waited on the bride/groom the entire night. I've been to venues where the staff looks bothered or annoyed to be there, but I had the exact opposite experience here! They were so wonderful!
This venue was incredible and the view of the mountain was amazing! The staff was welcoming, professional, and accommodating. Dream wedding!
Response from the Vendor on 02/24/2022
Hi Christina! We are thrilled that you had such an amazing time! Congratulations again!
Absolutely loved our venue and all of the staff who works here. I never knew I wanted a Mountain View until I saw this venue. The previous events coordinator Cassie was super welcoming when giving us a tour. Sarah took over and she was amazing as well! I couldn’t have asked for better staff to take care of us!
My now-husband first encountered this venue when he attended the Twin Peaks festival when the Club hosted a banquet as part of the festival. When we first toured it together pre-COVID we fell in love with the view from the trellis they hold the ceremonies at. We'd initially planned to hold the reception inside following the ceremony, but as the pandemic descended we wound up being very glad that this venue offered the flexibility to choose to do things entirely outside on their lawn instead of moving indoors. The venue is a fairly complete wedding package, since in addition to the facility it comes with an event manager, catering, and the ushering. We worked with Sarah who was a big help in getting all the rentals lined up including linens and a tent to keep the sun off our guests. She was also great at coordinating all the vendors during the day of leaving us free to focus on photos while everything was getting set up. The venue holds a tasting event for their annual menu which was good fun and tasty, would recommend attending.
My fiance and I fell in love with the idea of having just a ceremony somewhere, and holding a private dinner for our guests. For any other couple looking at ceremony only events, they can be VERY expensive depending on the location. However I found that at the Club, it was the exact opposite! This not only was amazing for my budget, but then I was able to add other things to my banquet order that I normally wouldn't have. We were lucky enough to work with Cassie, who was incredible. She is so kind and knowledgeable, and made the planning process so easy. The Club at SR is gorgeous, and the mountain backdrop will leave your guests stunned, and it makes for the best photos! I recommend this venue to any couple looking for a mountain escape to get married.
Working with Cassie, the Director of Private Events, and the incredible team at The Club at Snoqualmie Ridge was a dream come true! The view of the Cascade Mountains is breathtaking and an excellent backdrop for ceremonies, cocktail hours, and receptions. It is a beautiful venue with many spots for stunning photos!
From communicating with Cassie before the event to executing on the day of, I was always confident in the venue and staff’s attention to detail, professionalism, and kindness shown to vendors and guests. As a wedding and event planner, it is so great to work with such a wonderful group of people and always helps the event run smoothly!
If you’re looking for a top notch venue, fantastic food, short drive from Seattle, and stunning views - you need to check out The Club at Snoqualmie Ridge!
I have no regrets choosing The Club at Snoqualmie Ridge as my wedding venue! Cassie is fantastic to work with. We had to change our date twice - first due to personal reason and second because of COVID. She helped guide us through every single decisions we had to make and ensured that they will do their best to make the most out of our day. Cassie and her team lived up to what they promised and our wedding day was perfect.
Everybody who attended and viewed our ceremony online couldn't stop raving about how beautiful the venue was. I would suggest any couple to seriously consider this venue for their special day!
I am so glad I picked The Club at Snoqualmie for my wedding- it was perfect!!
I cannot thank Meredith and the staff enough for all the help! For someone like me who never attended an “American wedding”, let alone plan one, my day was BEAUTIFUL and it’s all because of the team at the club! My guests loved the food and decor. Meredith & team were so accommodating and always thinking ahead of what I might need. Thanks to Meredith I got my officiant, cake place, make up & hair, a beautiful venue, the awesome reception, last minute guest addition- pretty much everything except the groom ☺!
THANK YOU once again!! You guys are the best and I ended up having the most wonderful day and beautiful memories!!
Best,
Harsha Kim
The location is truly a hidden gem! We could have not been more lucky to come across such a beautiful place to have our wedding. Meredith & Stephanie were great and so helpful and responsive during the process of the planning period with any questions I had. We had so many compliments on the location and it's beauty!
The whole staff was VERY helpful every step of the way. I worked with Nelliena while planning everything. When it came to the day of I then worked with Marika who was JUST as awesome! Venue was beautiful and everything was set exactly how I described in all my emails!
I couldn't be happier with my choice to have my wedding at TPC Snoqualmie Ridge! They made every part of the process so easy. The day of was perfect I didn't have to worry about setting anything up and the bridal attendant was so helpful with my every request! The wedding coordinator is a huge perk and Nelliena is so great to work with!
Snoqualmie Ridge Golf and Nelliena Moetului made our wedding the very BEST day of our lives! Nelliena is the Wedding Coordinator that we got the pleasure to work with when we booked our wedding at the golf course. She worked with my partner and I with every step of the wedding planning. She has so many contacts in the wedding world that she helped us find the vendors that fit our individual needs and wants. She helped us make our dream of a 1920's themed wedding a reality. Our wedding time was at 11am, but with the darkening of the windows and decorations, when the guests entered the reception it felt like they were in a speakeasy in the middle of the night. It turned out so much better then we could ever had imagined! The entire staff at the golf course made sure that all of our needs were met and that the ceremony and reception surpassed our expectations. Nelliena had every detail planned so well that on the day of our wedding I did not have to worry about anything. She made sure that everything ran smoothly and everyone was where they needed to be. My daughter and I have special dietary needs and the catering staff made sure that we both received our special meals timely so that we ate with the rest of our guests. I will never be able to thank Nelliena and the staff enough for making our wedding experience so amazing! I would recommend any friend, family or anyone to allow Snoqualmie Ridge Golf Club to host the wedding of their dreams!
First of all, the venue was stunning. I couldn't have asked for a more beautiful or comfortable venue. I can't rave enough about the setting and the natural beauty of the ceremony site. The setting for the ceremony was one off the highlights of the wedding of me and there were wonderful places to take pictures. The food at the venue (it is all in-house catering) was also delicious and very satisfactory. They worked with me to make all of the food gluten free, which was one of the main things I was looking for in a venue. The venue came with a wedding planner and we had several meetings to discuss/plan for the wedding. Over the span of these meetings, I found that several details were overlooked by the planner. We would update something in a meeting and then next time we talked, it would be different than we discussed. In addition, I would send her emails to update things and she would reply to say she had received/updated the details, but the next time we talked things would not be updated and it kind of seemed like she had never read the email/heard about the things I wanted to update. This happened throughout the planning and several things happened slightly differently than we were told they would (morning-of set-up, drink service during the reception, buffet placement, mimosas in plastic cups during cocktail hour, etc). None of it drastically impacted the quality or experience of the wedding, but it was frustrating. I felt like the wedding coordinator did not actually know much about my wedding and I had to make sure that I was always double checking the details she had recorded. Overall though, the venue was worth the frustration and I would choose it again. If you want a stunning, comfortable venue with great food and are willing to keep track of the details and double-check everything with the coordinator, I recommend this venue.
beautiful location- but there's room for improvement in cleanup and during the event.
Our wedding took place last September 24, 2011. It was a gorgeous day and all the staff were wonderful. The wedding planner was excellent, very helpful, she knows what she is doing. I got a lot of good feedback from friends, relatives, and guests. TPC is the pefect venue for all occassions, especially for weddings.
This venue is truly spectaular and the wedding staff - Nelliena in particular are just a pleasure to work with. I didnt need a wedding planner becuasse she was so on top of things and she had some great recommendations for other vendors. The day went off without a hitch and everybody marvelled at how beautiful the site was! HIGHLY RECOMMNEDED!!
The background was beautiful and it was a beautiful day...we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The food was good and we enjoyed working with their staff.
We hired TPC Snoqualmie to host our wedding that took place on April 8, 2011 in May 2010 - this began our relationship with Nelliena Moetului their wedding planner. She is the reason we chose TPC to host our event. We could tell right away that she had our best interests at heart and would help to make sure every detail was taken care of.
The venue itself is magnificent. At the base of Mt. Si, the outdoor ceremony site is breathtaking. We chose this venue because we were getting married in April and the chance that we would end up indoors was greater than normal. The inside of the venue is just as beautiful as the outside. We had the chicken and salmon and both dishes were amazing!
I would highly recommend this venue to anyone getting married as we were quoted accurate prices and had no surprises with a bill at the end.
Everything thing was great at the ridge, the only problem I felt was a small lack of communication between the wedding coordinator.
We loved the beautiful view of the mountains. The ceremony site over the golf course and the indoor reception area which also included a large foyer perfect for a cocktail hour on a hot day. They were very flexible and well organized. We had planned for an outdoor ceremony, but they set up indoors due to the rain, with only 2 hours notice when we decided a few sprinkles were fine they reset for an outdoor ceremony with no problems.
It was a gorgeous location.;You can't take pictures on the golf course.
The coordinator was helpful and down-to-earth, the views were amazing, and it is a low stress environment.
