re incredibly knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and accommodating. They were receptive to all of my requests and even helped me anticipate things I did consider when planning my wedding. You can tell they know weddings inside and out - which is extremely helpful if you, like many people, have never planned a wedding before! My guests all reported back to me that the food was delicious and the waitstaff and bartenders were friendly. Also, as a bonus, all of my other vendors were very familiar with Butler's Pantry and the Coronado, so everyone knew what to expect when working with them. Highly recommend hosting your wedding at the Coronado.

te all of our wishes & requests. For example, our salad course had goat cheese in it, and I mentioned at our tasting that I wasn’t a fan of goat cheese but knew other people would really like it. Lauren & Kaitlyn took note and made sure that my salad had the goat cheese removed. And speaking of the food, it exceeded our expectations. Several of our guests said that it was the best wedding food they’ve ever had. The Coronado was also super accommodating towards our guests with food allergies (e.g., giving our guest with a gluten allergy a gluten-free version of our ravioli dish). It goes without saying that the ballroom is beautiful and wowed our guests too. Overall, the Coronado is an exceptional spot to hold your reception, and I highly recommend it to other brides to be.

The Venue itself is stunning but with all the wedding touches, it truly transforms into the perfect place for a wedding. Small, but important things, like free coat-check/valet service, spacious bathrooms, plenty of TVs, and more ensured our guests were comfortable and well-taken care of throughout our wedding. I don't know if there's a better wedding venue in the St. Louis Area, and I doubt there are better people to work with than Lindsey/Tasha and Butler's Pantry.

They noticed small details and accommodated everything like noticing the Maid of Honor’s salad preference during the tasting and ensuring that was brought out for her at the reception instead of the salad that we chose. The staff was incredibly professional and we received so many compliments on how well the entire reception was managed. Book The Coronado and you won’t regret it!!

I wanted elegant, romantic, and a timeliness feel to our reception and they absolutely nailed it. Caroline and Bridget with Butler’s Pantry made the entire wedding planning process so fun. From meeting at the space, reviewing place settings, answering all of my questions (they respond to you ASAP) and the wedding tasting, they could not have been attentive, responsive, and overall just fantastic to work with and they brought my entire vision to life. There are so many decisions to make when planning your wedding and to find a vendor you trust 100% with every decision and detail was the best decision we made. RUN to book your wedding reception with The Coronado and with Caroline and Bridget. Our day was absolutely amazing and we could not recommend them more…if I could leave more than 5 stars I definitely would.

ure brides. Be prepared to plan the reception at the tasting because I was a little caught off guard and emotional about some details that hadn’t been finalized. Give yourself plenty of time for pictures. I wish our parents’ tables hadn’t been in the corner at our reception so make sure to clarify that detail. Finally, make sure there’s enough champagne available because it was very hard for my maid of honor to find a glass for me after dinner was over. I would like to end by saying we had the most amazing reception at this venue and couldn’t recommend it enough!

s quickly and were very organized. All of our guests raved about the food from Butler's Pantry which was so yummy. Some of our guests even asked for a second serving at dinner (ha!) At the tasting, we had a hard time selecting menu items because everything was amazing! We opted for the seated service and we were impressed how quickly the food was served and no one was waiting around for their food. The servers were top-notch and provided hors d’oeuvres at the head table for my husband and me in case we didn't get the opportunity to snack before the reception. They also boxed up our top tier (we provided the box, and we had to wrap our cake when we got home) and provided us with a few slices of cake too. Also, the cake was cut by Butler’s Pantry and beautifully served with additional fruit. They made sure my husband and I were taken care of during the reception and it was a wonderful evening. One thing we noticed was that the reception hall got hot throughout the night, but that's most likely because our guests all danced the night away.

NG and perfect for the classical wedding reception I wanted. I had about 250 people and there was still plenty of room. Both Bridget and Chelsea made sure my day was so special. Call me biased, but by far the best venue in St. Louis. Thank you, Coronado!

our coordinator, Tasha. We absolutely adore her. Leading up to the wedding, everything was smooth. There were a couple things missed the night of our wedding, which was a little disappointing, but it did not take away from the beauty of our night. The food is second to none.

The venue itself is bright, with large spaces surrounded by chandeliers, unique furniture and of course the breathtaking ballroom. The best part is that you get to use as much or as little of the spaces as you would like. You are the only event the entire evening so the venue is all yours! Next, Butler's Pantry catering is the THE BEST in St. Louis. There are so many different food options to pick from. There are unique selections like Peeking Duck Egg-roll appetizers to an Arugula Salad with a Brie Cheese Wedge and Almond Slices and the most tender Beef Medallion for dinner. All my guests can talk about was how amazing the food was and how magical the venue was that evening. To top it all off, the Butler's Pantry staff (specifically Brittany Morlan & Stephanie Stack) made every step of the planning process absolutely flawless. They answered all emails immediately, checked in periodically to make sure I was doing okay with the planning process, and even made sure to ask about little details I otherwise would have overlooked. They handled all of the vendor scheduling, set up and removal. All of our gifts and cards were locked away safely all night while our guests danced the night away. At the end of the night, the staff helped clear out anything we personally brought and got everything organized before hand so it was a smooth departure. We also utilized the valet service so our guests would not have to worry about parking or walking to their cars after the reception. From one former bride to new brides - if you want the wedding of your dreams, a venue that brings the magic without having to do much decorating at all, food that guests will talk about for years to come, a stress free planning process with staff you will trust to make it all happen - there is no other choice. The Coronado will take your breath away.

She puts her clients first and listens to your vision and wants your day to be perfect for you. Butlers pantry was also fabulous! We used butler pantry’s design studio for all our flowers, center pieces, ceremony decorations, ect. So it was fabulous to not have to worry about decorating because they do it all for you! Lastly the food was AMAZING! So look no further because when it comes to wedding venues it doesn’t get any better than the Coronado!

The Butlers Pantry catering and tasting, custom linen color option, Ted Drewes frozen custard bar, custom lighting color options, flexibility to set up the day before and pick up after were a few additional items that made it special. Their organization, flexibility, reliability, and support during the planning was out of this world. I would 100% recommend them for your big day!

eremony and reception there and it was a breathtaking space. The architecture was breathtaking. My only complaint really comes from the frequent turnover of the coordinators. I am not sure if my wedding just came at a time where there was transition within Butler's Pantry but we ended up having 3 coordinators between the time we booked and the day of our event (approx a year's time). Each coordinator was great; but in terms of keeping track of vendors and managing the day of the event, I felt I needed to hire a month-of coordinator to ensure consistency and that details weren't missed. The service on the day of the event was great and my guests commented how thoughtful the waitstaff and bartenders were. The food was very consistent with our tasting and the appetizers in particular were wonderful. Overall a fantastic space that wowed my guests and one I would suggest to others!
