Initially I intended to plan all of my wedding on my own - and in many ways I did. We were married at the Customs House in Portland, a venue that is a blankslate venue. As I neared...
the day however, I began to worry that there were aspects of the planning that I overlooked. I hired The Cosmos at their Month-of package level taking all of that worry out of the process. They took care of all of the things I did miss - called out that there was no plan for trash receptacles, revised the number of glasses rented, added bathroom attendants, adjusted the number of staff etc, but an unexpected element (and maybe the most important) is that they helped me to manage difficult family members. They figured out that this is where a lot of my stress was coming from. I was so grateful to their team for minimizing overall stress. I highly recommend!
My husband and I hired The Cosmos to help plan our destination wedding in Marrakesh, Morocco. When we started planning it was before the pandemic and our October 2020 was postponed...
for TWO years!! Nina and her team were AMAZING through it all. They negotiated new dates, helped to get deposits back where possible and went above and beyond to deliver an event. I never thought it would take three years to plan my wedding, but when the day (well week-long) celebration arrived, it was more than worth the wait. Adding that Nina and her team took care of all of our guests accommodations and logistically planned the entire stay including a next-day afterparty in the desert, which my friends still talk about. I remain so grateful to Nina and her team, and call on Nina still for travel questions and to plan other events!
Nina is a A+ professional. She is transparent and organized, is extremely calm under pressure and has impeccable taste. My wife and I hired The Cosmos for our wedding in the Hudson...
Valley at a private residence that belongs to my wife's grandmother. It was a huge lift logistical lift that Nina and her team pulled off effortlessly. If you're looking for a planner who goes above and beyond, hire The Cosmos. We interviewed many, but there was something about Nina that just felt right - she made us feel good from day one of the planning process and carried us through to the end. We still get an email from her on our anniversary, which just says so much.
We hired The Cosmos for Month-of services. I was convinced I didn’t need a planner when I started to plan for my wedding, but started to feel anxious and overwhelmed as we got clos...
er to the date. A friend of mine worked with Nina a few years ago and connected us. She made me feel at ease and quickly identified things I had overlooked. The event was in better shape, and I stopped feeling nervous and just had a blast. Nicole was our onsite coordinator for the day of. She is hilarious and if anything carried me through morning so that by the time the ceremony started I was relaxed and ready. I would recommend this team to anyone looking for a month-of coordinator.
