The Crazy Water Hotel

My high school sweetheart & I got married here on 10/19/24 & I am beyond happy with our decision to do so. Gabby was the first person we were in contact with & she was our wonderful point of contact for the entire 14 months of our planning process. Our first tour with her was very thorough- we got to see each venue space as well as the bridal & groom suite options. From the very beginning, Gabby shared in the excitement & enthusiasm with my family and I. She supported my ideas & visions as well. Through the planning process, I had many many questions. Gabby was very accessible, transparent, & precise in all of her responses to us. When we needed to visit the venue for miscellaneous reasons, Gabby made this accommodation possible. She even met with me for a second tour of the entire space, so that my wedding planner was able to join as well. She always knew the answer, or knew who to ask to find the answer. As a very type-A bride, Gabby was someone I knew I could count on to get things done. She is kind, smart, & organized, & open-minded. Come wedding day, Gabby was present & authoritative yet easy-going. She knew when & how to delegate tasks, so that the day could flow. Our wedding day was truly perfect. What I love most about the hotel is the natural, historic charm that it has. We had a very large wedding at max capacity of the venue space- 250 people. We had many out of town guests- so many that our wedding guests occupied 40 of the 60 guest rooms. It was the perfect venue for accommodating everyone. Although old, the hotel & venue space are very very clean & the remodel was done perfectly. There is truly something for everyone to do during the wedding weekend as the hotel contains a toy store, museum, brewery, restaurant, coffee shop, beauty salon, & a few boutiques. I loved the rooftop terrace as it offered beautiful views & a stunning sunset. The drink prices at the bar are affordable for guests. All of the hotel staff were so kind and hardworking. It was so refreshing to be met with such wonderful customer service from all aspects. I highly recommend having your wedding at the Crazy Water Hotel whether it be small or large. It is a beautifully unique venue & the people make it even better.
