Everything was clean, smelled great and the staff was extremely organized. My husband and I were drawn to this place for many reasons, but a big one was because of the owners Joe and Stacey! They were so wonderful, and helpful and you can tell that they put so much heart into that place which made it even more special! Our coordinator Brittney was absolutely fantastic! She took such good care of me and all the small last minute details and she handled it all so calmly and organized. She was amazing to work with! The fact that this place lets you stay there over the weekend with all your loved ones is also a huge perk! It added more fun to our weekend and allowed us to spend more time with our close friends and family. The rooms were decorated so nicely and everything was so clean and homey. It felt like a vacation the whole time! Our friends and family were just blown away by everything and were unplugged and present the whole time. We LOVE this place so much! THANK YOU for making all our dreams come true! ❤️

While the location is highly secluded (which is one of the bigger draws), it is also close enough for a 10-15 ride into Dripping Springs for something quick (groceries, pharmacy, last minute haircuts, etc), and only about 45 minutes from Austin and the airport. Joe and team were PHENOMENAL to work with (which included scheduling issues on our end and a lost check in the mail) and were extremely helpful and accommodating during the entire process. Brittney with Coordinate This was WONDERFUL--even when my MIL fell on her face an hour pre-ceremony and everyone went into "emergency mode". ALL of the vendors were top-notch and Stacey and team (Petal Pushers) were able to shift gears approx 2 weeks pre-wedding to create a unique floral arrangement per our request. (It was GORGEOUS!!) The lodging was extremely clean, comfortable and well-furnished, and unbelievably PRIVATE. I cannot say enough good things about this facility and the folks associated with it!

The amenities were unbeatable and while some people were worried about lack of cell service, it was better without it and those that needed it just headed out to the road. The wedding itself went off without a hitch, not least of all because of the careful planning of the event crew. The staff and crew at the Haus were real pros who made it a special experience for the bride and groom. They took care of everything and helped out the bridal party with a few special requests at the last minute. They were flexiable and amenable which helped those of us giving speeches to relax because we knew everything else was handled. The Creek Haus is the perfect spot for an amazing wedding experience, I can’t say enough nice things about the crew and the property itself.

My daughter in law did an amazing job transforming the Creek Haus into her vision of what she wanted for her special day. Our entire wedding party plus guests stayed on the property COMFORTABLY, and while the lack of wifi or cell service may be intimidating at first, it proved to be the most valuable benefit to this venue. It forced everyone to unplug and enjoy each other for the 3 day stay. For those with little ones left at home or with work to tend to, the house landline phone and cell service lot (about a 5 min walk away) accommodated to their needs. The venue is amazing and everyone involved from VWR, from our first tour to our last song, couldn't be more helpful. I can't commend Joe and Stacey enough for putting together a storybook venue with an all star staff; I couldn't imagine getting married anywhere else.

TCH and we were ecstatic that our first choice fell through. The Creek Haus far surpassed our original plans in the best ways possible. There was nothing better than having all of our close friends and family stay on property with us. Everything was perfect. Joe, Stacy, and their team were AMAZING. The lodging was very well put together. The little details are what made it all worth it. Fire pit, outdoor games, comfy chairs, and plenty of space for every one to roam. The reception barn was beautiful. The lights and fireplace really set the mood for our big day. The only thing I would suggest is maybe a mini fridge for the bridal suite for beverages while getting ready. Everything was beyond what we could have envisioned. All the things that were included with the package (tables, chairs, bar staff, DJ, lodging, and coordinator) made my life so much easier. Honestly, stop your search now and go take a tour. They know how to take care of their couples and are simply put, fantastic people. You can tell they pour their heart and soul into making it a peaceful place to get married. Just trust the random bride on the internet telling you this place is a diamond in the rough and go see for yourself!!

Owners, Joe and Stacey were nothing but helpful in the run up and during the course of our stay. We can't praise them and their staff enough. Specifically, we LOVED the DJ, Coordinator, and bar staff (included with Venue package). As a wedding venue it couldn’t have been more perfect. The lodging, patios, fire pit, barn and extraordinary views of Texas hill country were out of this world and all our guests commented how fun and enjoyable the property was. We had full use of the main house and patios so once the reception ended we were able to keep the party going! The honeymoon cottage we stayed in was great and all of our guests loved being able to relax in front of the fires enjoying drinks and conversation. The venue played a huge part in the success of our weekend and the amount of our guests who are still talking about your venue is testament to that.

vel to Costa Rica we knew we had to find somewhere we can turn our wedding day into a destination wedding experience but in the states. This is when my google search brought me to The Creek Haus a venue you get from Thursday to Sunday with 70+ of your closet friends/family staying on the property with you! It was the perfect venue for our guest traveling in from California and Illinois. With the property having no cell service/wifi it was great to have our friends and family be in the moment with us and not on their cell phone. We saw phenomenal dance moves come out from people we didn't expect too. Joe, Stacey and Jordan were easily accessible to answer all my questions and if we had our parents in town they would allow us to drop by and show the venue off to them. Jordan was our day of wedding coordinator and she made sure everything went according to plan. If we had any problems I had no idea and still don't to this day. Between having Bar Butlers and the DJ who are included they made sure to have everything go smoothly - They know the venue well! I'm already thinking about booking it to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary there...Luckily I have plenty of time to plan for that :)

Everyone was able to relax and hang out all weekend, including the day of. Plus, after the reception was over, my new hubby and I walked to our honeymoon cottage, changed, and met everyone at the Main Haus to keep the party going till 3a! The weather was perfect! Joe, Stacey and their staff are beyond amazing! They are very responsive to emails and calls throughout the entire process and ready to help! Our day of coordinator Lori is AMAZING! She made the day go by smoothly and was supportive the whole way. Joe even came to check on me while I was getting ready for the big day! They really do care and make you feel like family. We used several vendors on their preferred vendors list and you really cannot go wrong with any of them. We were so sad to leave on Sunday morning. We've been to so many weddings with the same group of friends the past 2 years and they said ours was the best because of the atmosphere! It is a magical place and you will not regret booking your big day here! I can promise you that! Worth every penny!

Everyone was in one place and to be able to be with everyone the whole weekend was so perfect! Joe and Stacey and their whole staff communicated with me throughout our whole wedding planning process. There was even a point where Stacey went out of her way to try and find a place for our dogs to be boarded because the spot right down the road had horrible customer service. The Main Haus literally has everything you would need to stay the weekend there. It was also a relief to have the bartenders, DJ, and coordinator part of the package because that was three less things I had to try and make sure I got the right people for. Everyone was great to work with! This was the second venue we actually went to see and because we fell in love that's where we stopped and we are beyond happy with how everything turned out! Stacey, Joe and the rest of the Creek Haus team are a pleasure to work with and very quick at answering any pre-wedding questions. From the moment we visited we knew this was the spot for us! We had lots of guests travelling from Australia and down from Kansas, so having the on-site lodging for three nights was a great way for our family and friends to meet and interact beyond just the wedding day. Being on-site also reduced wedding day stress for us as we weren't frantically trying to get from place to place. We highly recommend this beautiful venue for your special day. We got to spend the day before the wedding and the day after with about 60 of our closest family and friends. It made our wedding not feel rushed or like it was over in the blink of an eye. This time we received was priceless and allowed our two families to really become one. Joe and Stacy (owners) make sure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. Joe came to check on us daily. He truly cares and is the most friendly guy you will meet. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable and we loved our honeymoon cottage for after the wedding. Our guest kept saying that they have never been to such a nice wedding and that they really enjoyed themselves. We honestly are so blessed and couldn't have asked for a better start to our marriage! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts Joe and Stacey!!!

The owners Stacey and Joe are the most wonderful people and went above and beyond to make our wedding weekend perfect. Every one of my many emails was answered quickly and the whole Vista West team was so helpful. All of our vendors were amazing and it was so nice a few were included in the package. The onsite lodging completed the weekend for our family and friends allowing us to enjoy more than just the wedding day. Sitting by the fire roasting marshmallows after the rehearsal dinner was so much fun and everyone is still talking about what a blast they had. Vista West Creek Haus is a fabulous Hill Country gem and I promise you will absolutely not regret choosing this venue for your big day. I want to do it all over again!!

My coordinator, Brie, was wonderful! She made the whole process as stress-free as possible. One thing I really loved about the venue was the fact that I didn't have to really decorate at all. The inside of the reception hall looked wonderful without anything at all added to it! I would do it all over again if I could!!

He told us we would probably not receive our deposit back even though we did nothing wrong, did not break or damage any part of the property and were completely within our contractual agreement. It took some arguing, but we did in fact get our deposit back. It is not worth the stress!! It was incredibly difficult to communicate with the individuals organizing our tables and benches which was also frustrating the day of our wedding. We felt there were entirely too many language and communication barriers that should have been resolved before the day of the wedding. We were not impressed, and definitely did not appreciate the way we were treated. Especially considering how much money it costs to have our wedding at that particular venue. Oh, and to top it all off- the bridal suite is directly next to the septic tank (right by the service hatches). That was not fun for our senses. And the 'honeymoon suite' is one of the brightest rooms I’ve ever seen in the morning. When we were there, they had very sheer curtains, and we had to get a tall ladder and put foil on the windows so that it was tolerable enough for us to get some sleep. You can try to call about these issues, however, there is hardly any cell service. Good luck. I would personally never recommend this venue for individual reasons, and I am very glad I do not have to go through this again.

wedding on Sunday. All of our family and wedding party had plenty of room to stay 3 nights! We spent 3 days together celebrating our marriage. We had a food truck pull right up beside the houses for our rehearsal dinner, and just sat around on the social patio and enjoyed the company of the people we love most. Joe and Stacy are just incredible -- honest, open, and so kind. My dream for my wedding was a weekend getaway in the Texas hill country -- The Creek Haus was the perfect spot. We were outside Dripping Springs with no cell service, beautiful scenery, and absolutely incredible facilities. It was an entire weekend of celebrating. It absolutely made all my dreams come true. I highly recommend The Creek Haus!

Additionally, what I think is so truly special about them, is how they made us feel. They made us feel like we were the only ones they were helping to plan a wedding despite them having two or three weddings each weekend! That is a rarity and truly reflects the kind of people they are and how passionate they are about the work they do. I also want to highlight the amazing work of Jaime Dydalewicz. She was our wedding coordinator and she did a phenomenal job of bringing everything together and keeping it all seamless. Outside of the amazing customer service, let me talk about the perfection that is The Creek Haus. Not only is it absolutely gorgeous, but it is extremely convenient. I've been in several weddings where the wedding parties are traveling from place to place to get ready for the ceremony and reception. Here, at The Creek Haus, there is no travel; all the vendors come to you. I cannot emphasize how easy and smooth the day of the wedding was. I felt relaxed and stress-free the entire day! Also, something that is wonderfully unique about The Creek Haus is the amount of contingency plans for bad weather. Texas is known for being extremely unpredictable when it comes to weather. Sure enough, it upheld its reputation and provided us with a brief downpour two hours before our ceremony. However, I was not concerned at all because we had a plan A, B and C! When planning a Texas wedding, the biggest piece of advise I received was that I needed to love the venue's contingency plans. The Creek Haus has great backup plans. There really is not a bad view on site - even if you were to end up inside. I truly want to thank The Creek Haus team for making our wedding perfect and unforgettable. It's taken me some time to write this review and find the right words to paint the perfect picture. But what's best about writing this review later is that I can honestly share that our friends and family are still raving about our wedding. They continue to tell us that our wedding was the absolute best wedding they have ever attended and the location was out of this world beautiful. It's obvious that my husband and I will never forget this weekend and it makes things that much sweeter when our friends and family tell us that they too will never forget our magical wedding weekend at The Creek Haus.

It was so homey and so nice! It makes you not want to leave! And when you do leave, you are asking where did you get that bed and the sheets and comforter! Stacey and Joe are wonderful to work with and treat you just like family! They help give you the security to know that with them everything is ok and taken care of! We had planned an outdoor wedding in the morning but last minute due to the rain we had to change it to the venue and Joe and Stacey did such an amazing job on it and were quick to action! I definitely recommend this venue to anyone who is looking to get married!

After seeing how amazing Vista West was, and seeing how laid back and honest Stacy, Joe and Lindsay were, I knew I trusted Stacy when she said the Creek Haus was going to rock my socks off. She was 100% right. They were so accommodating to me and my 40 guests who were staying on the property with us...this place can sleep up to 75! It is beautiful, chic, boho, industrial, rustic, all rolled into one. The pricing for this venue is more than fair, especially considering the lodging it supplies. The property is beautiful and we loved the fact that we didn't have access to social media at the actual property because our families had a great time mingling, cooking, sitting around the fire, and just getting to know each other. I am so sad that our day and time at the Creek Haus is over. I almost want to get divorced and remarry my husband, just so I can rent this venue again and relive the amazing weekend we spent there. The housing is spacious and not cramped. I really can't brag enough on how great Stacy, Joe and their staff are. They are quick to respond to emails, no fine print with these guys, they lay it all out for you. We also used their other business Petal Pusher's which was just as amazing as the venue. My flowers were friken amazing, I am going to be the envy of all of our friends and family...for a while! Everyone was blown away and said the venue and flowers looked like it came out of a super cool magazine. Before booking the Creek Haus I viewed 11 other venues..NONE OF THEM and I mean NONE OF THEM, came close to this place. If your a boho'ish, rustic'ish, chic'ish bride, this is your place. Thanks again to Joe, Stacy and all of the staff at Vista West/The Creek Haus. We had the most amazing wedding Day and weekend, and that was because of you guys!

It is beautiful and welcoming. The housing units were perfect and comfortable for everyone. Joe and Stacy treat you like part of their family. And all of the included vendors (Coordinator, DJ and Bar Tenders) were top notch. We loved every second and have continued to get complements on how beautiful and fun the wedding was. s and although it was only a slab of concrete when we first saw it we knew they had that magical touch based off of VWR and their vision! Man were we right!!! The best thing about THC was that is housed 60 of our family & friends for the entire weekend. We were actually the first wedding where all the housing was complete! Joe & Stacy were working up until we arrived to make it perfect. Having a weekend wedding is the best way to go, not only did we get quality time with all the people we love but they all became friends too. One of the coolest things was watching our families and friends connect over facebook up to weeks after the wedding! We did Thurs-Sun, on thursday we had a welcoming party, I brought in manicurists, massage and facials to pamper us all on site. Friday we went out to the local wineries and breweries and had a food truck come to THC for the rehearsal dinner! Saturday was the BIG DAY and it was honestly A DREAM COME TRUE. Joe & Stacy already set you up with the big vendors so most the headaches are gone as soon as you book. Before we left on Sunday Joe stopped by and gave us a Texas heart he had found on the property. We will always have a piece of TCH with us and the memories are priceless. I would change nothing about our weekend and if you are looking for a venue look no further. TCH is pure magic and Joe & Stacy are like wedding guardian angels!

Our wedding was a dream! All though cliché, it is very true. I would have my wedding again at VWR in a heartbeat!!

Also, on your wedding day be prepared that a rehearsal for the wedding the next day will be going on while you are getting ready and setting up. I loved the onsite lodging! We had so much fun with our bridesmaid, groomsmen and their dates the day before. Our wedding was on a Friday so we had the lodging for two nights and it was perfect!!! Highly recommend it!! Everything went smoothly the day of and had zero problems! Plus they provide the DJ, a wedding coordinator and the bartenders (alcohol and service charges, ie - mixers, glassware, tips, etc. not included, at least an extra $2000). All of which were amazing! :) Thank you so much! It was was the perfect place for our wedding!

The owners were wonderful and professional through the whole planning process as well as the day of the wedding ! They are totally open to any ideas you have in making the day your own.
