The Crystal Atrium at The New Cumberland Resort is Nashville’s premier resort-style wedding venue and the first of its kind in the city. This breathtaking, all-glass venue combines modern architectural elegance with a warm, welcoming atmosphere—perfect for couples who want a wedding experience that feels both luxurious and unforgettable.

The Crystal Atrium comfortably hosts weddings and events of up to 200 guests. Its open, light-filled design creates a versatile backdrop that can be tailored to any style, from romantic garden-inspired celebrations to sleek, modern soirées.
Accommodations
Located within The New Cumberland Resort, your wedding can easily become a multi-day destination experience. The resort features over 77 private homes, each offering 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, private elevators, rooftop hot tubs and decks, pergolas, and firepits. Each home sleeps up to 12 guests, allowing family and friends to stay together in comfort and style.

Susan Earabino
Director of Events
Susan Earabino is a forward-thinking hospitality executive with over 15 years of leadership experience spanning luxury event sales, event management, strategic marketing, culinary programming, and client relationship management. She has a proven track record of driving revenue growth and operational excellence across some of the industry’s most respected hospitality brands, including Southall Farm & Inn, Newport Harbor Island Resort, Himmel Hospitality Group, and Longwood Venues. Susan excels at leading high-performing teams and delivering exceptional guest experiences that combine immersive event design, culinary creativity, and meticulous execution. Her work has been nationally recognized in Food & Wine, Forbes, and The Boston Globe, and she has contributed to prestigious accolades including a James Beard nomination and multiple “Best of Boston” awards. With early-career roots as a chef, Susan brings a unique culinary lens to hospitality strategy. She has launched new venues, led multi-million-dollar private dining programs, designed innovative seasonal menus, and collaborated with celebrated chefs and sommeliers to develop elevated guest experiences. Deeply committed to community impact, Susan has also held leadership roles in mission-driven organizations. As Director of Corporate Relations & Events for the Boston Arts Academy Foundation, she spearheaded donor engagement and fundraising initiatives to support arts education. She also co-created “Farm to Change,” a youth-focused food education initiative with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Boston. Susan currently is Event Director for The Crystal Atrium, a new, modern event venue in Nashville. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Simmons College and continues to innovate at the intersection of hospitality, service, and social impact.
