ey, Justin, and Traci, who run the entire operation, have been nothing but professional, kind, responsive, knowledgeable and just all around wonderful. Eric, Tony, and Kelly literally respond to maintenance requests within minutes and don't give up until the job is done. They go above the call of duty and handle things we really should pay to have done. Weekends, nights, whenever - they are there in a flash. I cannot recommend Cumberland on Church highly enough.

Eric and Tony are the greatest maintenance men we have ever ran into and we are happy to have them here in the building. Definitely would recommend these two fine gentlemen for any of your requests and needs. Top tier performance.

request we usually get help within 15 minutes. I know if there's an issue, they'll know how to fix it and will help me right away.

But what was really frustrating was a debt collection notice I received yesterday, for a water bill the cumberland turned over to them 30 days after we moved out. We never received the bill from the Cumberland. When I called to see if the notice was even legitimate, they claimed my husband and I were both sent an automated email. Neither of us had it. And it was truly disappointing that after paying our rent on time for years, no one from the building gave us a courtesy call or email to confirm we'd even received the bill before sending to collections.
