Mary Bach was wonderful. She knew what had to be done, and when, and did everything with a smile on her face. I don't know how she does it. She always returned my calls promptly and was a huge help in planning my daughter's ceremony and reception. The terrace room was absolutely beautiful. The appetizers, food, and drinks were excellent. It was an amazingly fun night.

Mary Bach was the most sweetest accommodating coordinator. I broke my foot three weeks before the wedding and she listened to all my concerns and made a stressful time for me enjoyable. I literally gave her boxes of decorations and told her to make it look nice and it looked beautiful. She truly is amazing at what she does and I would highly recommend the Crystal Room. The food was great and everyone had a great time!

We had our June wedding at The Crystal Room and it was fabulous. All of our guests were raving about the beauty of the room and the food. Mary and her staff were incredibly helpful. We loved everything.

The beauty of the crystal room is even greater in person. When you walk in you are truly en captured in this beautiful and romantic space that can't be conveyed by the picture. Mary, the wedding coordinator is very friendly and easy to speak to. She also responds very quickly! We ultimately decided not to use the Crystal room for our wedding but this was hard to pass up. I definitely recommend going for a visit or emailing for info!

We had our wedding reception here in the Crystal Room and it was perfect! Mary was amazing! She helped us with everything we needed. The night before I dropped off everything for the reception and they set it all up. The food was great and the cake was amazing. All of the things that are included in the price are worth it. If I had to do it again I would do it here again in a heartbeat. It was the perfect day.

My friend had her reception here previously and it was gorgeous! All went well until the month before the wedding. I was sending the coordinator emails about various things, and no response! Finally emailed another coordinator who immediately called me to confirm everything I'd been emailing about and that their email system was down... but couldn't have picked up the phone and called before. Also got an email 4 days prior that we still owed $1300 for a "service charge" and we needed to pay it immediately. The contract was the most poorly itemized piece of paper I'd ever seen and this service charge was never brought up in any meetings, phone conversations, or emails until 4 days before the wedding! After that fiasco, the reception was very beautiful, the rest of the day went off without a hitch, food was great, cake was AMAZING!! If you are going to plan here get anything and everything in writing and ask a million questions.

We had our wedding reception in the Crystal Room at the Days Inn. Everything was absolutely perfect. Our wedding coordinator, Whitney Camp, was fantastic. She cared about our opinions and ideas which made planning a reception a lot easier. We have had many compliments on the food, cake (that is included in the cost), and the room itself. We also had a hotel rooms blocked off and they were a very reasonable price. This was great with all the family that we had from coming out of town! The staff working that night were very helpful in every way! They made sure the bridal party had what they needed and also made sure guests were happy. We would definitely recommend the Days Inn to anyone as their wedding venue.

Our wedding at The Crystal Room was perfect and we couldn't have asked for more. Our wedding coordinator Whitney Camp was amazing and she made the whole process stress and worry free. The staff & service was on point, food was incredible and the room itself is beautiful. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone I know. I wish I could relive the whole reception over again because of how perfect it truly was.

I had our wedding reception at the Days Inn in Butler. It was great place to have out of town guests. They accomodated over 80 guests staying at the hotel. The hall was beautiful and was recently redone. The food and cake I heard was amazing. The chicken kabobs were the best thing served. It was the perfect one stop shop. The wedding could have been cheaper else where, but this was perfect. They set it up, they cleaned up. No hassels in between. The event coordinator stuck around for the evening and asked if we needed anything else at the end of the night. I couldn't have asked for a more well rounded group of women. They knew their stuff. The only complaint was the liquor rules. Guests were unable to get drinks that contained more than one liquor in them. So forget 'sex on the beach' or 'long island ice teas'. They also did not allow for shots. I was unsatisfied with that, because I assumed I paid for that. It worked out well and even though guests were unhappy, everyone still had a great time!

My wedding was on 7/7/12. We had 260 people. I was so pleased with the work that the Days Inn did. They renovated the hall that we were in and it was beautiful. Every guest said that the food was amazing, and the hall was beautiful. The event manager even came up to me to update me on what will happen next and before she left for the night she stopped to see if i needed anything else. I recommend the Days Inn to anyone!
