The Crystal Bride was recommended to me by my Maid of Honor and I cannot imagine a better place! From my first appointment with Lauren to my last fitting with Ellie, it was a wonderful experience. Ellie did an amazing job on my alterations, I felt so beautiful! We had such a great experience finding my dress, that we also got my mom’s Mother of the Bride dress from Elegant Evenings. I cannot thank The Crystal Bride enough for being apart of our special day!

From start to finish, loved my experience here! Victoria was great in helping me choose a dress. I did my alterations here as well and recently had my dress cleaned and preserved. All was very easy and I would highly recommend this shop to anyone!

As a plus size bride I was nervous to go dress shopping, but the selection at Crystal Bride and the consultants made sure it was a great experience. I found the dress of my dreams so easily! Having in house alterations was such a bonus too. Ava was incredible.

My daughter and I made an appointment on-line and shortly after, received a follow up email and started the process to help us find the perfect dress. CC was our sales consultant and after sending some photos and details about the wedding she was able to pull a rack of dresses -- many of which were in stock of the photos we sent. CC was very patient. . . never made us feel rushed or pressured and ultimately -- we "THE DRESS" for my daughter. Highly recommend The Crystal Bride and looking forward to the big day!!

I had an amazing experience at The Crystal Bride! Rebecca picked beautiful dresses for me prior to my dress shopping appointment. She was incredibly patient and friendly throughout the appointment and also let me know what customization options were available for each dress. I fell in love with one of the dresses Rebecca had picked out and had all my alterations done in-house through one of the tailors Crystal Bride contracts with. Eliut is so sweet and incredibly talented - she was able to create and add custom long sleeves to my dress. Everyone at The Crystal Bride was always pleasant, professional, and super helpful at all of my appointments and I was so happy with my dress!

This bridal boutique was recommended to me by my coworker (her daughter bought her dress here), and I’m so glad I came here! Everyone was so nice, and my consultant CC was amazing! She touched base with me a few days before to see what I wanted and if I had any inspiration pictures. When I got to my dressing room the day of, there were already multiple gorgeous dresses waiting for me. I truly felt like CC wanted me to find a dress that I felt beautiful and confident in. And of course I did! I would definitely recommend the Crystal Bride if you’re looking for a boutique with reasonable priced dresses and excellent service.

We absolutely loved the Crystal Bride. Our consultant Rebecca helped me twice since I needed time to think about my decision. She was extremely professional, honest, and helpful. When my mom picked a dress well above my price point by accident we were super impressed with how politely she handled it. We didn’t end up getting my dress there but they had tons of lovely options and were super helpful!

Amazing experience!! They were so friendly and fun during my appointment! They pulled some dresses based on my likes and then also let me and my guests walk through the stock and pull dresses! They had a wide selection and all great quality across a wide price range. Once I picked a dress, they held a meet the dress appointment. They also have seamstresses that they contract who hold appointments in house. My seamstress was wonderful, so kind and a MAGICIAN (I lost 40 pounds between when I bought the dress and the wedding and my dress was full of beading that she had to work with when taking fabric out - you couldn't even tell when she was done)! Very reasonably priced! Once alterations were done, they held onto my dress again and steamed it a final time right before the wedding at no additional charge.

I came to this bridal shop because it was the only one nearby that had the dress I really wanted to try on. Their selection is vast - so you will have a lot of options. During my try-on process I felt that there was a lot of "compliments" given in every dress, even though I knew some of them were definitely NOT flattering. It was almost like a "let us empower you" type of vibe, which I respect and appreciate but, if I don't look good in something I want to know. You can use their in house seamstresses for alterations which is great. We did have a little problem after I scheduled all of my appointments I realized I would be out of town for one of them. I called to try and reschedule and was told that they could not reschedule any of the appointments. After going in circles for a few minutes about how they couldn't change one appointment (I had been warned of this from another friend who got her dress here and ended up going to an outside seamstress) I asked if I could just switch seamstresses and change all my appointments. They said I could, but now I would have to be rescheduling all of my work schedule in order to accommodate them. (It was my wedding so obviously I would do whatever I needed to in order to get to my fittings.) It was just a little frustrating that I was told there is "nothing we can do" and had to come up with a solution myself. Otherwise the seamstress did an AMAZING job. My dress was perfect. The store is beautiful and the staff is very helpful.

Everyone at The Crystal Bride was just lovely! Picking out my dress and getting it altered was such a fun experience because of the amazing staff. My mom actually found her dress there too!

The Crystal Bride made the wedding dress buying experience so easy & amazing. I tried on maybe 10 dresses max before I found my dream dress. I used them for alterations as well. My dress came out perfect & fit me like a glove. Highly recommend.

LOVED my experience with the Crystal Bride in Geneva! They have so many beautiful gowns in their salon that you are sure to find your perfect dress! The price point is also reasonable and everything is high quality! They even offer in-house alterations which made my dress process seamless from trying on, ordering, the alterations and they steam it for your big day! Would recommend to all brides.

Absolutely could not recommend this more! Went to a few other places but my experience at the Crystal bride was so amazing. They’re so sweet and helpful there! My dress was absolutely beautiful, they were very helpful and did an amazing job.

My dress shopping experience at Crystal Bride was great, they were very helpful at reaching out before and getting an idea of what I was looking for. However, when it comes to alterations, i could not be more disappointed. The pricing of the alterations at Crystal Bride is an absolute scam. They advertise it to patrons as though it is the “most affordable in the area” to make you think you are getting a great deal, but there are so many other options out there. They schedule you three alteration appointments and don’t tell you the price until your second one so that you feel stuck and like you have to finish. I can say that by taking my dress home after my second appointment and not letting the seamstress at Crystal Bride finish the work I am saving $500. I took my dress to an excellent seamstress who provided the same quality of work for a fraction of the cost, an actually accurate cost. Don’t trust the scam, you don’t “have to” get your alterations there and they are not “the cheapest you’ll find.”

I love my wedding dress from the Crystal Bride! Irene was so patient and helpful and was the one who suggested I try on the dress I ended up with, even though it was slightly different from what I had in mind. It turned out to be the perfect choice! I received so many compliments on it. Not only did I find my perfect dress but my mother and my husband's mother and grandmother found their dresses at Elegant Evenings by the Crystal Bride, too. Thanks to the Crystal Bride I truly felt beautiful on my wedding day!

The first and only bridal salon I went to and so glad I picked The Crystal Bride. Victoria was so great, had dresses pulled for me based on what I shared with her earlier in the week. After trying on my first dress and giving feedback she pulling the dress that would end up being my dress. They have a huge variety of styles and price points.

The Crystal Bride is AMAZING! They have a huge selection for every price point, and the sweetest staff. I came her after having a pretty poor experience after another bridal shop. Victoria was so kind, and found the dress within seconds after describing what I wanted. The first dress she showed me ended up being exactly what I envisioned, & the dress I bought! I found my dress at The Crystal Bride and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! I had my appointment with Victoria, who had reached out earlier in the week to get some more info on what types of dresses I wanted to try on so when I came in she already had a good idea of what I did and didn’t like. At the beginning of the appointment she let our group look through their dress selection and pick about six dresses to start out with. I hadn’t done this at other appointments so it started off our time together on a super fun note. Victoria did such an amazing job clipping me into each dress so they fit in all the right places, and I feel like she really listened and digested all of my commentary on previous dresses while picking new styles to try on. After having been to a different store earlier that was a bit more fast paced, I really appreciated that Victoria never made me feel rushed to take off a dress if I was unsure or to make a decision. Through all of her hard work & support I ended up finding my dress by the end of the appointment! Everyone in our group still talks about how lovely Victoria was and how pleasant our experience was at The Crystal Bride. Victoria really made the whole process feel so effortless and fun! I would highly recommend The Crystal Bride, and especially Victoria to any bride!

10/10 recommend! Honestly the best experience I had wedding dress shopping and were so kind and accommodating. They worked with me to bring a dress in during a trunk show that ended up being the one--I got so many compliments on it. The process was painless, easy, overall affordable, and I loved that they had tailors contracted through the store.

Crystal Bride was a pleasure to work with! McKenna helped me “say yes to the dress” and the rest of the staff as well as my alterations specialist, Amparo, helped make my dress a dream come true. While my dress was ordered a few sizes too big, Amparo did an excellent job taking it in, completely fixing the zipper (comped by the designer), and showing my bridesmaids how to do the bustle. I am SO happy with how my dress turned out! It fit like a glove and I got so many compliments on it throughout the night.

Crystal Bride was fantastic all the way around as I got ready for my wedding day on 5-21-22! I purchased my wedding dress, belt, and veil through them. I tried on dresses and found one I feel in love with thanks to Mckenna - she did a great job pulling dresses that fit the idea I had in my head and helping to my narrow my search while still having fun. After I found my dream dress, I did my alterations at Crystal Bride and Ellie could not have done a better job fitting the dress to me. She attached my belt to the dress and made sure things were perfect so I could feel beautiful on the big day without worrying about any wardrobe malfunctions. Everyone was easy to work with, easy to communicate with, and enjoyable to be around. After one of my alterations appointments, my mom and I wandered over to the mother of the bride section.. and even though my mom didn't end up ordering a dress through them due to time constraints, the sales lady could not have been any nicer and helped give her some tips that eventually led to her finding the perfect dress. The entire staff truly does a great job delivering a quality product with excellent customer service. Thanks Crystal Bride for making this part of wedding planning fun instead of stressful!

I bought my wedding dress from The Crystal Bride in October 2019. After several trips to other bridal salons, I hadn’t found “the one” quite yet, so a visit here was much needed! I was able to schedule an appointment through the “Request Appointment” section on their website and confirmed with a staff member via email. I arrived at my first appointment with my mom and my sister/maid-of-honor. The store itself is very pretty, with accessories, bridesmaids dresses, and mother-of-the-bride/groom dresses downstairs, and their bridal gowns upstairs. It was also clean and organized, which made it easy to view their selection of gowns. My mom and sister were able to sit comfortably in their viewing area, complete with chairs, a podium, and a large mirror. Since I had already visited other salons and narrowed down my vision for my dress, my consultant was able to help me find exactly what I was looking for: a fit-and-flare, strapless, sweetheart neckline dress with lace and bling that wasn’t too in-your-face (yes, I was picky at this point! Lol). And together, we were able to find the winner: a beautiful Essence of Australia gown, style D2308. It was just what I wanted, and I felt perfect in it when I finally got to wear it on my wedding day! The appointment was fairly quick, considering that I came prepared with my vision in mind, and I never felt pressured in trying anything on that I didn’t like or having to buy from them. My consultant was mindful of my budget, and I was able to try on an array of gowns without going overboard. We were also allowed to take pictures and videos of the gowns. After I said yes to the dress, they let us take a celebratory photo in front of their #CrystalBridesForever sign and gave me a little bottle of sparkling wine as a gift. I definitely felt like a princess throughout the whole experience! During their busy Thanksgiving week, they were kind to squeeze me in for a follow-up appointment, simply so I could show the sample dress to my visiting aunt and for her and my mom to try on dresses themselves. While my mom ended up finding her dress elsewhere, my aunt purchased her beautiful cocktail dress from The Crystal Bride, and both had a wonderful time searching. My gown arrived sooner than expected in February 2020, giving me plenty of time to have alterations taken care of prior to my wedding date. I recommend visiting The Crystal Bride during your search for your wedding attire!

The Crystal Bride and their staff was so incredible. Irene helped me during my bridal appointment and was so patient as I couldn’t decide between two dresses and had to try each of them on about 20 times. She helped me pick a beautiful and simple veil that would highlight the gorgeous train of my dress. My mom also got her mother of the bride dress and she was stunning!! The seamstresses here are just as incredible! They were always prepared for my appointments and my alterations were minimal! The Crystal bride has such a fun and upbeat environment. After having a not so great experience at the first bridal salon I went to, my consultant actually called me a couple days before my appointment at Crystal Bride and heard me out as I told her the story of how my journey to finding my wedding dress wasn’t the dream I thought it would be. When I came in for my appointment, she did EVERYTHING in her power to give me a better experience and from there my dress journey was completely different. They were able to order the dress I found and fell in love with at the other salon and were so good about communicating to me about when they expected it to come in. I also had my alterations done there with Mila! She was absolutely AMAZING!! She continued to make me look and feel so comfortable in my dress. The Crystal Bride is an amazing bridal salon! When I started my appointment and described my dream dress my sales associate, Kristen, knew exactly what I wanted. We started walking the aisles and after a few minutes she pulled my perfect dress. It had everything I asked for, I already felt like a beautiful bride when I tried it on, and it was perfectly within my budget even with the veil. Wow! Working with the crystal bride was awesome! They not only helped me find my dress, but they helped me find my grandmothers’ dresses and my mom’s dress! It was the only store I visited to try on dresses and I fell in love with my dress right away. They called ahead of the appointment, asked for my Pinterest boards and pulled ones I might like. From there Amparro was my seamstress and she did a great job taking in the dress for sizing and making it fit perfectly for the big day. She was really great and created an amazing bustle that kept the dress looking spectacular even after the train was pulled up. The whole team was amazing!

Went dress shopping for the first time and had no intentions of saying YES to the dress. Irene was absolutely wonderful and captured everything I was looking for in my wedding gown. I did say YES and I cannot wait to see my gown in person. Irene was absolutely wonderful to work with and had a phenomenal personality.
