ess shopping appointment. At my first visit, I worked with Katy and she immediately made me feel comfortable and excited about the process. She was so sweet and welcoming. They let me and my group pick out a few dresses for me to try on, which was fun, but Katy truly shines at pulling dresses herself. She asks really thoughtful, specific questions to understand what you like and what you don’t like, and then selects dresses she thinks will fit that vision. Because of that, I was able to try on a wide range of styles at the beginning, which really helped narrow down what I wanted. Even though I had a great experience there, I still went to the other bridal appointments I had scheduled, and honestly, none of them stacked up! Between the price point, the quantity and variety of dresses, and the level of service, the Crystal Bride stands out by far. I ended up going back for a second appointment with Katy, and that’s when I found THE dress. We revisited some of my favorites from the first appointment, but the one I ultimately chose was actually a completely different dress. Katy made the whole experience feel relaxed and special, the whole way through. My dress arrived within the exact timeframe they quoted, which made planning easy. I also chose to do my alterations through one of their in-house seamstresses, Majlinda. My dress didn’t require major alterations, mostly hemming, adding a bustle, taking the bust in slightly, and adjusting the sleeves, but Majlinda did an excellent job. She was incredibly kind, easy to work with, and her pricing was very reasonable. One extra detail I really appreciated was that they professionally steamed my dress before pickup, so it was completely ready to go. I didn’t even have to touch it up on the wedding day! Overall, I couldn’t recommend The Crystal Bride enough. From finding the dress with Katy to the beautiful alterations by Majlinda, the entire experience was seamless and made dress shopping such a special part of the wedding process.
