With its stunning waterfalls, tropical plants, and richly decorative furnishings, the room is a replica of the famous Tavern On The Green in New York. Glistening crystal chandeliers and floor-to-ceiling windows light up this striking ballroom, inviting the ambience of nature to contrast with the luxurious decors. Newlyweds are sure to have a night to remember celebrating in this beautiful event space. Wedding receptions with guest lists ranging from 15 to 500 people can be comfortably accommodated at this venue. There are several indoor banquet halls that couples may use for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and after-party. The Crystal Room is an ideal setting for magical wedding moments, providing a lovely backdrop for taking photos and dancing all night long. In-house catering staff and bartenders can tend to all your guests' needs, ensuring the smooth flow of the event. This space is also a perfect spot for pre-wedding celebrations such as brunches, engagement parties, and rehearsal dinners. The Crystal Room is available for rent for weddings and other special occasions. The all-inclusive rental package includes six hours of event time, tables, chairs, linens, table centerpieces, decors, cake cutting, tableware, and glassware. Service staff will set up and tear down the banquet hall to the couple's specifications. Additionally, couples can add security teams, catering, candy buffets, and a Mariachi band to their big day. Other services include florals, DJing, and photo booths.

We had our wedding ceremony here on September 3, 2021. We had 100 guests. This venue is absolutely beautiful! The entry is grand and ample parking is available. The Venue responds quickly to questions and worked well with my vendors (Cake and DJ). We had our ceremony in the Gold Room upstairs. We were allowed to rehearse and decorate the day prior which was VERY helpful. The room was soft, elegant and romantic. The seating was good and allowed guests room to move comfortably. The only complaint is that it was very, very hot. Our Banquet Manager did turn on the A/C but it was not enough. I stood with sweat literally dripping down my neck and back as I said my vows. My hair was wet. I was so afraid that I would sweat through my dress and people would see it. Note - my dress was light and backless. My guests were also dripping in sweat. I was a little embarrassed and had to keep apologizing. Our reception was downstairs in the Crystal Room. Wow!! It’s was so beautiful and everyone repeatedly complimented the decor. This is definitely an amazing place to get married! The dance floor was a great space and our guests loved it. Shannon was so sweet and helpful. She used my preferred flowers and was super to work with. Our Banquet Manager also stayed diligent, organized and constantly checked in on us! The serving staff was quick, efficient and helpful. This really was a great crew! I am so grateful for them. Sadly, this room was very hot also. Every time someone hugged me, I had to apologize for the sweat dripping down my back. Needless to say, my Groom was soaked in a full tuxedo. The food provided by Absolutely Delicious Catering at the Venue was wonderful. We had several guests comment on how delicious and tasty it was. We had the poblano chicken, garlic mashed potatoes and vegetables. I would absolutely eat this again if I could. It really was delicious! Overall, our wedding was perfect and BEAUTIFUL! I am glad that I chose this venue and really appreciated the staff. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is due to all of us having to sweat all night (. One small note- we were charged for security but never saw this person inside or outside at all. Luckily, we are a mature crowd and didn’t need it.

We had Nidia as our consultant thought the process and she was absolutely helpful!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would because she went above and beyond. We were sad she could not be our day of coordinator but we’re happy to have had Danny, he was very professional! We initially booked the Crystal Room before the pandemic, and had to reschedule multiple times once the impact of COVID-19 hit. Nidia always responded to us immediately and never made a big deal about us switching the wedding date. Our parents ended up inviting more people than our final count, five days before our wedding day and Nidia was helpful and understood our change of guest count in such a short notice. Lastly, the venue was beautiful, the food was amazing, and the service was impeccable. It was a perfect day and everyone who works there are professional and courteous!!

If I could give them 0 star I would. With the pandemic I wanted to still have my wedding, there were unable to give me the 200 people like they said so they wanted to cut my party in half and put half in one room and half in another. I thought that was crazy! I was dealing with Gina and she was absolutely rude and had zero customer service. She would not reply to my emails and call me back. I just wanted my deposit back because of hard times right now, and also they were breaking the contract and have done simple nothing for me! Please beware DONT do business with them! They will just take your money and never call or email back!

Took me so long to finally have this review posted....but it's finally here! I had Nidia as my consultant for the venue. Throughout the wedding planning process, she was professional & helpful when I had doubt in the planning. She helped w/ everything from the venue design to help change between from ceremony to reception. She was very positive all throughout. And a special shout out to Brian, the banquet manager of the night was responsive and professional of the night before and the night of the wedding event. So happy with the end result. I got great feed back from the guests as well with their catering services, and wished that they could have had seconds!

Every part of planning our wedding day here was exactly how it needed to be! We couldn't have asked for better service. We had our ceremony and reception in the Crystal room with a room-flip in between while we all had appetizers and cocktails in the bar/lounge area. Our guests raved about the beauty of the venue, the service of the staff and how great the wedding was. It's somewhat embarrassing, but we had a bit of a scare when we thought the marriage certificate got thrown away - but the staff actually had somebody get in the dumpster to search for it! If that's not service and willingness to do anything for your customers I don't know what is! We worked with various contacts throughout the process, and I was impressed with the hand-offs they all had with each other. Each person new what was going on when they had to step in for each other. The food was fantastic! The only things you have to be aware of are that you can't be guaranteed a rehearsal date/time as they may have the venue rented when you need it. You also may have another event going on in another room at the same time you are there (though we did not) and the Crystal Room is cooled with an older AC, so you won't be frozen out of the room by any means, but we were comfortable. It's truly a hidden gem you must see!

I cannot rave enough about the venue, service, and food. They truly exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond on all levels. They set up the rooms so gorgeous and beautiful, the food was on point and delicious (all guests commented on how tasty and great it was), and there service was impeccable. I worked with Nidia throughout the process and Daniel the day of the wedding reception. They were absolutely amazing as well as all the staff that made this truly magical day happen. I am so glad and grateful that I chose The Crystal Room/Absolutely Delicious Catering to make all my dreams come true! Thank you thank you thank you!!!!

Overall it was a very beautiful location but on the day of, it was very hot and they informed us that it was an old AC system that could not be controlled. I had complaints of it being hot during the cermoney upstairs. We also were not informed that another event was happening on the same day as us in another room. We assumed for the price we had the entire location reserved but in the room next to us a high school reunion was taking place. Did not like that at all, for what we paid, we should have had rh entire place. Service was very good, manager Daniel was nice.

We had our wedding here on June 3, 2017. The Crystal Room itself was absolutely beautiful. Our guests complimented at how amazing their customer service was and we couldn't agree more. They made sure to check on us every now and then and the food was excellent! We received a top notch service and food quality from them. Thank you for making our day extra special!

Just had my wedding there a week ago and I couldn't have asked for a better turn out. Everything was beautiful and elegant. Gina helped me every step of the way and always made sure to get us the things how we wanted them. Couldn't imagine my wedding being anywhere else!

Great and professional staff. When looking for a location, we wanted a place that is gay friendly. Since they didn't go to the gay wedding expo, we initially looked them over. Originally we were going to do something outdoors, and literally 5 months we found this place. Nidia was very helpful and courteous from the beginning. At the event Junior and the whole way staff were attentive and professional. Thank you again for everything

I can't say enough good things about The Crystal Room at Old San Francisco Steakhouse! Gina Salazar made sure ever detail was taken care of and had no problem revising our contract as many times as needed. Renee was an outstanding host and made sure we both felt like a king and queen on our special night. The entire staff was a pleasure to work with. The photos at our venue came out beautiful and our guests were very impressed by the place. This venue ensures everything is taken care of so you can have a stress free wedding. 5 stars for the Crystal Room!
