Sylvia and The Cup were so great to work with! Our cupcake tower topped with an 8” cake was gorgeous and delicious! Our guests were ecstatic to eat a flavored cupcake of their choosing (we gave 4 options). Everyone has been asking me for left overs but there weren’t any!!

We chose The Cup for our wedding cake and cupcakes and it was one of the easiet and most delicious choices we could have made. They provided a really easy selection process, offering us samples to try from their main selection as well as several seasonal specials. We ordered 150 cupcakes from them in addition to a small cake and everything was delicious. They were able to set aside several gluten-free cupcakes for guests with special dietary needs and were able to provide all of the nutritional information for us to relay to our guests. They delivered the cake and cupcakes promptly to the venue and set up the displays for us. Everyone loved the cupcakes - several guests took the few extras we had home. The owner was really easy to work with and was very kind and understanding when we had to move our initial wedding date. We cannot recommend The Cup enough for your wedding and for the occasional treat!

These were one of the best cupcakes I've ever had! They were a hit at our reception in 2021. We had originally booked this vendor for 2020, but we had to reschedule because of Covid. The Cup was extremely understanding and did everything they could to work with us.

The Cup provided our wedding cupcakes and a small cake for us to cut. All of the flavors were delicious and everyone loved them! They were so easy to work with and had quick communication. I would definitely recommend The Cup for your wedding cupcakes!

The Cup did our cupcakes and cake topper on top of our cupcake tower. They were all so delicious and the guests were all raving about them days after our wedding. I would recommend The Cup to anyone!

The Cup served up wonderful cupcakes for my September weddings. Silvia D. was gracious, prompt, and helpful in our consultation and ordering process--seriously. From the moment we did our sampling until she delivered our cupcakes to the reception venue, she was ready to help with any questions we had. Prices are very reasonable and the flavors were AMAZING (we went with double chocolate, lemon, and strawberries & cream). Given the COVID-19 pandemic, my husband and I wanted to make sure that we could safely have cupcakes for everyone without contamination. The Cup individually packaged each cupcake for us (cup + lid) so that we could arrange them on our tables as party favors. This was a hit! A lot of people appreciated having the cupcake boxed up and ready to take home to eat the next day. The Cup offers a variety of flavors and decorations, and they are clearly experienced in catering for weddings and other large events. Working with The Cup was honestly my favorite part of wedding planning :)

Silvia at The Cup was so helpful! The cupcake tower was exactly how I pictured it! We had the cardinal cupcakes at my reception, and my guests devoured all of them! Glad I was able to keep the top tier for ourselves!

Choosing The Cup was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. The catering coordinator, Silvia, was a dream to work with. We had a wonderful tasting session and later Silvia helped us pick flavors and decorations. She was always available by email or in the store for any questions we had. We ordered cupcakes and our guests absolutely RAVED about how delicious they were. Everything went smoothly with ordering and delivery and the cupcakes were perfect!

The cupcakes from the Cup are amazing! They taste so delicious and are large portions. They were delivered on time and set up beautifully!

We had The Cup for our wedding! We did 200 cupcakes and a small cake for us. Silvia was great to work with and super responsive to emails and phone calls! They were a HIT! EVERYONE loved the cupcakes! My venue had a bunch of different sized desert trays and when Silvia delivered the cupcakes she set them all out beautifully! We froze our cake and can’t wait to dive in again! We will probably do that sooner than later since The Cup is local for us we can go into the store and enjoy our wedding cake anytime! 😍

I knew I wanted to use The Cup for my wedding because I absolutely love their cupcakes! I definitely was not disappointed. Silvia, the wedding coordinator at the Central West End location, was great to work with. Planning everything went smoothly and everyone loved the cupcakes at the reception. I highly recommend them for any event you may have!

The Cup provided cupcakes as well as the top tier of the "cupcake" cake for our daughter's wedding and they were a real hit! I was adamant about having cupcakes at the wedding, while my husband wanted the more traditional wedding cake. We ended up choosing The Cup and their sister store, The Cakery. We were so pleased with how everything turned out!! The cupcakes were absolutely delicious and so easy to grab and eat when you had time. We had a lot of leftovers (and I'm certainly not complaining). We brought them to our work a few days later and they were still so delicious! They were gone in no time. My favorite was the Grasshopper and the Oreo, but we also got Red Velvet and Lemon.

The Cup provided 3 different flavors of cupcakes for my and my husband's wedding back in November. We choose double chocolate, (a crowd favorite), their seasonal pumpkin cupcake, and vanilla for the less adventurous cupcake eating guests. :) All 3 flavors were delicious; everyone at the reception loved them! These cupcakes are the size of muffins, so a lot of people shared with their neighbors so they could sample all 3 flavors. Silvia was great to work with, all the cupcakes were decorated beautifully, delivered on time, and some of the best I'd ever eaten. Will definitely return to The Cup for future cupcakes needs!

The Cup exceeded all of our expectations for our wedding! We ordered 13 dozen cupcakes and a cake topper, with delivery and a display stand, and the entire experience was great. Silvia handled our order from start to finish and made it as easy as possible. Delivery and set up were right on time and The Cup was super flexible with some of our last-minute changes. Everyone raved about the cupcake display and flavors. The topper was used for the cake cutting and did not disappoint. The Cup was definitely one of the highlights of our reception!

Honestly the best cupcakes in St. Louis. My friends and i did a side by side comparison with two of the more famous cupcake providers and the cup's flavors are far better than the others. Better pricing too. Their staff was cheerful too.

The Cup was amazing!!! Super efficient, fit right into our budget, set our cake table exactly how we wanted it and the most important part....the cupcakes were beautiful and tasted absolutely amazing! Best cupcakes we had ever had! Our guests raved about them and asked "what bakery did you use!!?" Delicious and amazing!!

Absolutely LOVED the cupcakes and the small cake we received! They all looked and tasted amazing and there were absolutely no problems when it came to ordering and planning.

We loved The Cup! They provided fantastic (giant!) cupcakes in multiple flavors for us. They also do a 6-inch layer cake topper for the bride & groom to cut. It was really a perfect solution to our need for gluten sensitive options! The only negative I have is the person who set up the stand didn't tell us a piece had broken off our cake topper, so it's missing in all the pictures. But overall - super great place!

I would highly recommend The Cup for any couple looking to have cupcakes at their reception. The cupcakes were exactly what we wanted and were a huge hit with all of our guests. We had a Sunday reception and there was some confusion about delivery. In the end their staff made sure to accommodate us and get things delivered in time. The choices of flavors and frosting are not too over the top but unique in the same sense. Thanks for making our day special!

My husband and I decided to go with The Cup to provide out top tier cake and cupcakes for our wedding. The cupcakes were jumbo size and they were delicious. The guest truly enjoyed the dessert. Needless to say they went like wildfire with none to spare at the end of the reception!

The Cakery Bakery did an awesome job on my wedding cake. The initial meeting was great - I knew what I wanted and they quickly helped me finalize the details. We tried multiple flavors and they were delicious! The people working there were extremely happy, energetic and made it a great experience for us. The entire process went flawlessly.

I knew from the minute I got engaged that I wanted cupcakes from the cup at our wedding, I have always been a huge fan! I called to set up an appointment and it was very easy, they asked if there was any specific flavors I wanted to try. We ended up just winging the flavor choices at our tasting. We chose a seasonal option (ruby) as one of our cupcake flavors so they didn't have it available for us to taste. But they explained which cakes it was similar to and made up some of the raspberry cream cheese frosting for us to try. We ended up with confetti, tuxedo and ruby. They made the decorations on top exactly as we wanted. We even got to meet with the owner during our tasting so she made sure everything was exactly as we wanted. They called shortly before the wedding to make sure all the details were the same and worked with my venue to make sure it went off smoothly. Our cupcakes were gorgeous and delicious! We made sure to have some set aside for us so we could eat some later!!!

I was so excited to have these as 1/2 of our desserts. The guests said there were wonderful too!

When we first went to The Cup we met with Lauren and she was absolutely fantastic! She was very easy to work with and had answers to all of our questions and she responded to emails quickly. We happily signed with them. One day about 2 months before our wedding I sent her an email and did not get a response for a week. When I did, it came from someone different saying that Lauren was no longer with the cup. Obviously, with it being so close to the wedding I was a bit alarmed. The person said they were the new contact (Jennifer) told me not to worry and that she would take care of us. That was the only time I was really able to communicate with the new contact. I tried for a month to set up a meeting with them, sending multiple emails per week. During that time I got one email in response. It was from a different person (Cara), saying that they were the new Wedding Coordinator. Not only were we not getting and responses or answers, but we had no idea who the contact was supposed to be.Finally the deadline to place my order had rolled around without being able to get in touch with anyone so I decided to just go down to the shop and hope someone was there that could help me. I wound up meeting with Jennifer, who said she was the manager. She apologized for never contacting me back and said they were going through "a transitional faze". While I am sympathetic to that it sounded more like a quick excuse. Thankfully, everything worked out in the end and the cup cakes were delicious. Unfortunately, that does not make up for the, in my opinion, terrible service we received. The Cup definitely lost a great asset when Lauren left!

We chose The Cup to provide cupcakes to our wedding and it was fantastic! Lauren (our contact at The Cup) was so flexible and quick to respond to emails. We had a lot of options to choose from and Lauren worked with our venue to take care of the logistics. Everything was seamless. We could not have asked for an easier, more efficient, and more delicious experience. I can't recommend them highly enough.

We could not have been happier with choosing The Cup for our wedding cupcakes. We went to another popular store in St. Louis to try theirs as we were not happy with the girl that helped us (or lack there of) and the cupcakes tasted terrible. We LOVED the white, red velvet, and chocolate cupcakes that we chose and Lauren was great to work with. She was very knowledgeable and explained everything and followed up with us a week before and a week after making sure we loved everything, and we did!

The Cup provided my top tier as well as 192 cupcakes for my wedding. Lauren was so nice and extremely helpful. She was quick to respond and had ideas to solve all my worries. The cakes are delicious and a great size! I highly recommend The Cup for any occasion!

I loved working with The Cup. Lauren, their contact lady, was so sweet and helpful and paired me up with exactly what I was looking for. When you go in for taste testing, they treat you like a princess -- it was a nice stress reliever compared to other planning details! Considering how large, attractive, and tasty the cupcakes are, the prices for these are really good. Granted, I went with the lowest level of cupcakes (no fancy decorations on top; just pearl sprinkles, which were still lovely). I felt like it was a steal. Beyond money, though, the cupcakes were to DIE for (we ordered confetti, red velvet cake, espresso, and lemon), and everyone raved about them. I'd recommend The Cup to anyone looking to wed in the St. Louis area!!

Oh my goodness, The Cup is amazing. The cupcakes are HUGE - I couldn't finish mine, and I love sweets - and delicious, and pretty. We had a slight mix-up with our order, and the fantastic staff sorted everything out in no time flat. If I lived in St Louis, I'd be buying their cupcakes all the time.

We had part of our first date at The Cup and so we wanted to use them for our wedding cake. Lauren at The Cup was the best to work with! She was always so happy and full of energy. She totally got our idea of having a giant cupcake instead of a top tier cake. And she worked with us to make it look amazing!! Lauren even wrote us the sweetest note on our wedding day and it really touched both Jake and I. The cupcakes looked and tasted great and The Cup was really affordable and easy to work with. Guests LOOOVED the cupcakes. High recommend!!

Lauren was awesome to work with. She couldn't meet with us the first day we were up there, but she made sure we had a sort of on our own tasting ready and was still able to follow-up with us before we left the shop. The whole process went so smooth. She even let us know when a delivery slot opened up and allowed us to adjust our order when our estimated RSVP # changed. Oh yea and the cupcakes are DELICIOUS! Seriously, the Red Velvet is a must for a wedding. Everyone loved it and it's a good thing we had them set one of each flavor aside for us because there was no red velvet left at the end of the night. Overall a fantastic shop and staff. Even if you don't do cupcakes for your wedding, you should stop in and get a cupcake.

WOW!!!! My Mom insisted I get these for my wedding, I went to the tasting to avoid nagging and I am SO glad I did!!! They are worth every penny. I'm a baker, so other cake and sweets are critiqued harshly...these had me speechless! I HAD to have them at my wedding!! Lauren assisted us at our tasting, she was attentive to every detail, never pushy, and ALWAYS followed up. The cupcakes were a huge hit! I noticed Lauren also sent a few to-go boxes, stickers, and the sweetest card for us! It wasn't your typical "thanks for doing business with us", she wrote an entire paragraph how honored she was to help make our day special. Totally not expected, but was much appreciated. They'll have a customer for life! Don't even entertain another cupcake shop, save yourself the time and go with THE CUP!!!!!!

OMG! These were the BEST cupcakes I've ever had!!! Every single guest enjoyed them as there were nearly none left at the end of our reception. I heard nothing but yummy compliments! They were beautiful and the ladies at the bakery were absolutely wonderful to work with! My mom and I were there for nearly 2 hours picking out flavors, design and other details, and they were patient, kind and professional. I highly suggest trying this bakery before booking your event!
