She started out planning proms for local high schools before turning her attention to planning weddings and other social events. The Day Coordinator can plan an event of any size working with your budget to make your dreams a reality. The Day Of package is for you if you want to plan your own event but just need a little support along the way. All the details on the big day are coordinated for you. The Partial Planning package offers unlimited monthly guidance and to-do list support as well as full day-of coordination.

Hi gorgeous friends! I’m Natalie, the owner of The Day Coordinator. I am so happy you’re here with me, let’s get to know each other better. With over 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I started my planning career working as an event planner for local high schools planning proms, winter formals, and homecomings. (It was a blast!) I then started to turn my attention towards weddings and other social events planning several events throughout Southern California.

Natalie was the best addition to our big day! She met us at the venue about 6 months prior to talk everything through and was very communicative through the process. She truly made our day easy & stress free! She communicated with all of our vendors leading up. Her team was really able to execute our vision. Thank you Natalie and The Day Coordinator team :)

Natalie absolutely exceeded our expectations. From communication to the help she provided we truly couldn’t have done it without her. She helped us by being our main source of communication and set up for our reception venue. She was there to organize and help set up and she did that and so much more and even provided us with pictures of all she decorated. Please if you need someone to help you no matter how big or small the task, consider Natalie. I promise you will not be disappointed!

We hired Natalie for day of wedding planning services and she went above and beyond for our event. She was instrumental in helping us get our vendors coordinated and a timeline established. Her documents and organization kept our wedding on track. Natalie and her husband Frank did a walk through of our event with us and answered a lot of our last minute questions and concerns.
Some of the most valuable contributions were Natalie and Frank's day of decisions for the event. I sent over decorations but had few visions on how it would all come together. Natalie pulled our wedding decorations together in the most magical way. They even moved bar tables and the photo booth to accommodate the real time utilization of the venue. I would highly recommend The Day Coordinator and would hire her again in a heartbeat.

I will admit, at first i had my reservations about whether we truly needed a day-of coordinator. In hindsight, i will say working with Natalie was without a doubt, one of the best/wisest decisions we made for our wedding. Our wedding went down flawlessly (including our rehearsal). Natalie liaised professionally between all of our vendors (which can sometimes be like herding cats), and always responded to our emails promptly (often within the same day). She was there for us when we needed advice, and was excited to incorporate our personal touches while still ensuring everything ran like a clock. She has a fun, easy-going vibe that will tame any stress or concerns on the wedding day.
The biggest complement i can give Natalie, is that on our actual wedding day, you could hardly tell she was there - yet she was omnipresent. She was extremely respectful while we were making our rounds socializing during the reception, however her manner of reminding my wife and i of the timeline was extremely professional, courteous and respectful.
I cannot say enough about how spectacular she was to work with. Weddings are expensive (duh), and there are a lot of "hidden" expenses that one might not consider at the start. If you are the groom tasked with balancing the wedding budget like i was, i will tell you this: you cannot afford to pass on Natalie. Her services are worth every penny, and while i only intend on having one wedding in my lifetime, i would work with her again if i could!

Natalie is absolute perfection.
I mean this. She is an angel and I didn’t know how much I needed her to get through my wedding planning process until we started talking. I planned my wedding from Canada and had spent hours sifting through reviews and still wondering who i was hiring was legit. She had recommendations for everything I needed, and they were all incredible. She made what was a crazy mess of planning and made it easy.
We worked together on the timeline, she kept the ball rolling my keeping in touch with all the vendors and made sure everything ran perfectly smooth on wedding day.
She is kind, quick to respond, organized and calm. I wish I could get married again just to hire her again. Book her!! You won’t regret it.

Natalie was very easy to work with! We used her for the day of to help with setup, coordination of vendors, and cleanup and it helped us fully enjoy our day!

Hiring Natalie was the best decision!
From my very first inquiry, she was responsive, kind, and easy to communicate with. I am a busy mom of two and even reached out to her, and then took months to follow through with initial hiring. She met my long wait with grace and kindness. We proceeded with an interview conversation to get to know one another and see if we were a good fit. She listened to me and guided the conversation in the correct direction. She listened to my unique needs for our day, and put together a custom proposal that fit what we needed exactly. It was so refreshing to not be put into a box like most wedding vendors tend to do. I interviewed 4 day-of coordinators and Natalie was by far the most professional, kind, and competent - she was the easy decision.
Onboarding was professional with easy e-forms and docs to fill out so she could capture all the relevant information. I was coming to San Diego from out of state and asked for a LOT of vendor recommendations. She had great recommendations (particularly her cake recommendation) and clearly has a relationship built up with vendors in the area. She reached out and worked with all my vendors the weeks leading up to our wedding, met with me and the venue team for a walk thru, and answered all my bride questions and concerns promptly.
On day-of we experienced multiple curve balls completely out of our hands, and Natalie’s calmness, professionalism, and smile helped keep me calm and look past what was out of my control and stay focused on our day.
The cherry on-top?! Her photos! Two days after the wedding I was greeted with a follow-up text and also many photos and videos of the special moments from her birds-eye view. We opted out of hiring a videographer, but she took a video of my dad and I walking down the aisle that I will cherish my entire life.
Natalie, thank you for making our day so special and keeping my chaos calm!

We cannot say enough good things about Natalie! She was so amazing and really helped us out, and the best part for us was that she was affordable! I didn't think we could afford a wedding planner so I was going to have a friend help out but in the end we decided it was too much for someone unexperienced to coordinate since our wedding ceremony and reception were at 2 separate venues. Because of that, Natalie brought in an assistant to oversee the setup at the reception venue at no extra cost. Amazing!
We hired Natalie a few months before our wedding and she met with both of us to walk the 2 venues and get a feel for what we wanted. She is also willing to recommend other venders if you need help finding them. We communicated over email closer to the wedding about the wedding timeline she created for us and to talk about what set up I still needed help with. She shared good ideas about how to arrange the rental chairs at the ceremony site and she did a great job setting up our decorations. She was there for the rehearsal to help us get ready and everything ran smoothly the day of our wedding. I wasn't stressed the day of my wedding knowing that I was in good hands. She will work with you for 10+ hours so you can figure out what window of time you need her. She was able to help us set up and tear down, which was so helpful! So if you are looking for someone who is professional, warm, and friendly to work with, hire Natalie!!

Natalie was the absolute best! I was very unorganized and didn't realize all the things that still needed to be brought out and set up. She got there as my husband and I were taking pictures so I couldn't get with her, but she got with my mom, bridesmaids, waitstaff, and was able to get going and get things done. She was on it! My wedding was at my mom's house so my mom was STRESSED, but Natalie was able to reassure my mom that she had it under control and she should relax and enjoy her time. I'm very grateful for that. Natalie was also very helpful prior to the event with advice, and recommendations. She answered any questions and concerns I had with vendors and was able to ease my mind. We loved working with her and would work with her again in a heartbeat!

Natalie was the perfect coordinator for us! We had a medium-sized backyard wedding and we were looking for someone who could share our laid-back vision while helping to make the day more special and less stressful. Natalie did all of that. She wore a million different hats - including photographer, and took BEAUTIFUL pictures. Her husband assisted her on the wedding day and he was also incredibly warm and supportive. I highly recommend Natalie, I believe she would be able to adapt well to whatever your wedding needs!

Natalie was seriously everything I could've asked for on my wedding day. A few months before our big day I didn't even have a coordinator - I actually thought I would be able to do it myself! Boy was I wrong. Thankfully I found Natalie who was attentive, respectful and within our budget! Weddings are SO stressful and with her guidance and help with our timeline and speaking to vendors so I didn't have to, I actually ENJOYED the week before the wedding (and the day of course!!). People around me were like 'Don't you have things to worry about? You seem so relaxed." I trusted in Natalies ability to orchestrate our wedding day perfectly. Her and her husband helped make our day so wonderful by communicating with my DJ, bartender, staff etc. I would 100% recommend her team to help with your big day!
