We were very undecided if we wanted a wedding coordinator. At first glance it does seem like a lot of $. But it was one of the best decisions that we made throughout the process. From our first phone call I loved her vibe and knew that she was going to be incredible to work with. When we met at the Rehearsal it was very quickly clear that everything was going to be perfect. She worked flawlessly with all vendors, and the hotel. She worked perfect with ourselves and our bridal party. If we had questions we could find her at any time and she would help while doing it with a smile. She even found a way to get me another 8 bottles of champagne for the after party. Having worked in hospitality my whole life, Tiffany is simply one of the best hospitality professionals I have come across. If you choose her I guarantee your big day will be better. I don’t have enough words to describe how much we loved having Tiffany as our wedding planner. She was better than I could have ever wished for. Tiffany had my back and was my biggest advocate throughout our 3 month wedding planning process. I am so glad that we found her. Planning a wedding is hard. Planning a wedding from half-way across the world is even harder. The only reason that I did not loose my sanity and more sleep was Tiffany. After my first call with Tiffany to discuss my wedding, it was clear that she was the right choice. She was knowledgeable, listened, and really asked question to find out what I and my husband wanted for our wedding. She did all of this while dealing with 10.5 hour time difference since I was planning this wedding from literally half-way across the world. She never got tired of my incessant questions and got meetings with vendors set at a time that worked for everyone. When we had concerns about our one of the vendors we choose after the first meeting Tiffany went above and beyond to make sure that our concerns were handled and not an issue come the day of the wedding. So if you are thinking of using Tiffany as your wedding planner… Just do it. You will not regret it.

Tiffany was an incredible presence leading up to and on the day of our wedding this past summer of 2022. Communicating and planning with her was a breeze and a joy, and she navigated some really difficult family complications with unfailing respect and patience. I can't say enough about how much she helped my wife and I and how much of a blast we ended up having on our wedding day because of her work coordinating all of the other workers who made it possible. Extremely grateful to her and couldn't recommend anyone more highly - do yourself a favor and work with Tiffany.

Tiffany was by far the all star and sole reason our wedding day went smooth and to perfection! We felt zero stress and were taken care of so well on the day of! We also were kept well on track and informed during the entire planning process. She was always so well organized and well prepared for any and all questions concerning the big day. She thought of so many details that we never would have thought of on our own and so thankful to have her by our side the whole way through!

I don't think I can adequately convey just how thankful we were to have Tiffany with us on our wedding day -- not to mention the months leading up to it. Not only is she one of the most competent, organized people I have ever met but she is warm, friendly, direct, and communicative -- all of the qualities that makes wedding planning fun, low-stress, and successful. We had no experience in event planning and Tiffany did such a great job letting us take the lead when we knew what we wanted, and then stepping in to offer guidance and advice when we felt out of our depth. Tiffany had great vendor recommendations when we needed them and did an amazing job coordinating between the vendors she already had a relationship with and the new ones that we brought in. We had some vendors with slightly complicated requests or needs and Tiffany was masterful at making sure they were met without compromising the needs of other vendors or the smoothness of the entire day. We had guests coming up to us days afterward to mention how amazing Tiffany was because she wasn't just there for us, she was there for anyone who needed a glass of water, directions to their table, or help finding someone. We were able to fully and completely enjoy the day because it was so obvious that Tiffany was on top of everything at every moment. At one point, Tiffany even borrowed our car (with our permission, of course!) and ran to the supermarket because we ran out of juice an hour into the reception. A friend (somewhat) jokingly asked me the next day if Tiffany was available to plan her entire life. If it's not already clear, I can't recommend Tiffany's services enough!

Tiffany was an integral part of our wedding. She helped us learn/think about factors we didn't know we didn't know. She was always supportive and patient. Her organization helped us feel at peace. Though I sent many anxious emails and texts, I never for a second was made to feel that I was being too much. We had a few DIY aspects of our setup and we truly appreciated Tiffany set up every single aspect for us while we were doing pictures. Our night would have been much more stressful without her. Of all the decisions we made about our wedding, the one I am most thankful was working with Tiffany.

Tiffany was simply extraordinary in every way and I cannot recommend her enough! I was the mother of the bride and from the moment we interviewed Tiffany we knew that she was the right person. She is calm, organized, professional and extremely knowledgeable about all things wedding! She is a great listener and was able to help my daughter and son-in-law craft the exact ceremony that they desired. On the day of the wedding Tiffany was always where she needed to be and where we needed her to be, but also was able to seem invisible! She has a delightful personality and always kept us informed, calm and confident. The chaos of a very large wedding, lots of young children in attendance and extremely hot weather caused no issues for us because any problems that arose were being solved by Tiffany before we had any awareness. That day was so full of joy for me as I watched my daughter and son-in-law completely relax and enjoy their incredible day. I give Tiffany so much credit for helping make that such an amazing day!

My husband and I are so thankful for everything Tiffany has done for us to help us realize our dream wedding, she has been truly amazing! I don’t know what we would have done without her. She made the daunting task of planning a wedding so easy and fun. Our son and DIL were married 2/19/22. They chose Tiffany after interviewing several Wedding Planners. Being the parents, we wanted to be able to totally enjoy the day and not have to worry about anything!! Well, that is exactly what we did thanks to Tiffany.....she is amazing!! For us, the wedding day was flawless. We worked with Tiffany for over a year planning the wedding. She was alway professional and prepared for every meeting we had. She is also very calm, but in control! We loved working with her and are so thankful that our son and DIL chose her. She became a member of our family and we miss her now that the wedding is over. You can not go wrong with Tiffany as your wedding/event planner!!! BTW...she has a GREAT sense of humor too!

My husband and I undertook the daunting task of hosting a 200+ person ballroom wedding during Covid uncertainty. Even though Tiffany was recommended by our close friends, we ended up interviewing a bunch of wedding planners. Tiffany was BY FAR the top candidate. From the very beginning she listened to our vision and guided us towards great vendors, reviewed contracts, helped negotiate for us, maintained communications with our planning team, kept everyone on track for deadlines and payments and was a fierce advocate for us. We did a big fancy wedding with lots of details, with elaborate planning for floral/photography/music/food. The day of the wedding was SO smooth, if something went wrong, we definitely didn't know about it! My makeup artists said to me, "You're the chillest bride I ever met!" and that was 100% because of Tiffany and her team. EVERYTHING was taken care of and I had zero worries or stress during the wedding weekend. Her team was so thoughtful with details, they even decorated our hotel suite with champagne, rose petals and treats from our dessert table. If you're looking for someone who cares about details, keeps it real with you and has experience planning meticulously detailed big fancy events (or even small ones) Tiffany is your girl. We would not have survived this year of planning without her and I cannot recommend her services enough!

Other reviewers have very adequately covered Tiffany's truly astounding organizing and communication abilities. I want to share a few stories from my wedding that illustrate just how incredible she is! Back in July 2019, I interviewed 10 wedding planners. I sent out a survey with questions that I asked everyone to answer via Google surveys (for some reason!). Tiffany was the only planner who filled out the survey. This is to say that she is the one who understood that this was something that was important to me, so she made it important to her too. This is the quality of Tiffany’s that set her above everyone else; from the very first time we met, she worked to make my priorities her priorities. The sound system wasn't working correctly at the beginning of our ceremony, which was such bad luck- we overheard our DJ successfully test the equipment while we were getting our photos taken. It resulted in about a 10 min delay before the ceremony started- in that time interval, Tiffany got warm cider for my mom and my (now) husband's mom, while simultaneously corralling the bridal party to keep them organized and ensuring the momentum of the event didn't get lost in the delay. Everyone cheered when the mic started working again, which diffused all of the anticipatory pre-ceremony tension. Our moms talked (and are still talking!) a lot about the warm cider Tiffany got for them. When faced with the inevitable hiccups that happen during weddings, I promise you that you will want Tiffany there to deal with them. You will not be in a state to deal with it yourself, and knowing that Tiffany, something with the knowledge, experience, professionalism and temperament to handle it, will absolutely make your day. No matter how big-hearted and generous your family is, it is difficult to get people to do the parts of the wedding that are actually work, like, for example, making the place cards that have the guest's name with their table numbers on them. It's also a big favor to ask of relatives, and it is such a relief to know that you have someone in your corner who you can really count on to get this stuff organized and done. For example, when the aforementioned place cards at my wedding didn't get done beforehand, a detail that was brought to our attention several hours before guests started arriving, Tiffany got all 120 place cards printed that day. Truly incredible, I wish our federal government was like 1/4th as effective as her, we would definitely all be cruising with free health care by now. Tiffany is the wedding industry's equivalent of Olivia Pope. When I asked my husband what wedding advice we would give to other couples, it would be to hire Tiffany!! It was the best decision we could have made. We are so happy with how everything turned out- we were guests at our own wedding!! We just got to enjoy the day, which is exactly what we wanted to do. I never expected a perfect wedding but that's what I got because Tiffany was there to handle it! We love her!

I can’t imagine how we would have made it through wedding planning without Tiffany. We started working with Tiffany almost immediately after we got engaged, and wow that was the best decision we made. With both of us working demanding jobs, it was incredibly helpful to have her guidance and support. Whether it was picking vendors, managing the needs and expectations of my divorced parents, mailing and sending save the dates and invitations, or finalizing the minute details, Tiffany was there for us. She was always calm and never ruffled, no matter what new covid guidance came through or what new idea I came up with. And then there was the actual wedding weekend. We had 9 bridesmaids, 8 groomsmen, 2 ring bearers, and 3 families. She managed all of these people perfectly during the wedding weekend, helping to bring our wedding vision alive and keeping all of our wedding party members in line. And let’s be real, that wasn’t easy (especially with our rambunctious friends!). I never had to worry about a single thing that weekend, other than enjoying every moment. She made sure every detail was exactly what I had dreamed of. Thank you, Tiffany, for everything. If anyone is looking for a wedding planner, they HAVE to work with you!

My wife and I got engaged in August 2020 and were recently married in D.C. this past September. We were unbelievably fortunate to have had Tiffany along for the entire ride, and honestly there is no way we could have done it without her. My husband and I hired Tiffany to plan our wedding, which was originally supposed to take place in August 2020. We ended up postponing twice and ultimately held the wedding in October 2021. Tiffany was there to support us every step of the way, helping us find the best vendors and handling the communication with them. She kept us calm and focused. I don't know how we would've made it through nearly two years of wedding planning, most of which was during a pandemic, without her. On the wedding day itself, Tiffany went above and beyond. She steamed my dress and did the same for all 5 of my bridesmaids, and somehow found time to make sure the groomsmen had everything they needed, too. Tiffany helped us celebrate our dearest daughters wedding last week. It was an amazing experience, We wouldn't have done it without her excellent service. Tiffany was the second wedding planner we interviewed, and we had a list to interview. After meeting with Tiffany, my daughter said, she is the one. And, my daughter was correct, it was a very important decision we made. The wedding was postponed twice due to the pandemic and moved out of state from Washington DC to Cleveland because my daughter and my son in law moved. Tiffany never gave up. She showed same diligence from the beginning to the end. She kept us focussed in all decisions and communications while keeping our fears and anxieties at rest. She reviewed every step of our ceremony and the celebration making sure everything will happen according to the plan. Her help to select vendors and communication with vendors were excellent. Her services during the celebration was amazing, I finally understood the meaning of the wedding planner that evening. I highly recommend Tiffany to any level of wedding.

Tiffany and her team were fantastic, patient, flexible and always available! Our wedding was originally planned for 2020 and had to be re-scheduled twice with a change in venue. She traveled to our wedding in Cleveland and helped find vendors in a different city and had everyone coordinated. I never saw myself getting married. For several different reasons so I had a somewhat negative energy about weddings. When my wife said we were hiring a planner I was negative and confused. Weddings make me so emotional. Even more so when it’s my baby! Tiffany kept me laughing and smiling instead of crying. I had a blast and most importantly my daughter was the star and had fun. Being the father of the bride is a lot. Emotional and financially. And I think Tiffany did a great job of considering both for me and my family. I was the maid of honor for my best friends wedding in March 2020. It was just when Covid conversation was starting and there was some fear of cancelation. I remember my bff calling me crying and stressed. While we were on the phone Tiffany her wedding planner beeped in. I was left on hold for about 5 minutes. When she came back to the line she was laughing and in a great mood. She said Tiffany said not to worry everything would be fine. Where do I even begin... I would hire Tiffany a million times over! Over a year went by after our engagement and everyone kept asking us when the wedding was and we had no idea where to even begin. When we started researching wedding planners, Tiffany was the first and only one we actually contacted and we signed with her almost immediately after our first discussion! It was the easiest decision we made. I am an over-thinker and ask a million questions, and Tiffany’s calm, level-headed professionalism always made me feel like everything would be alright. She helped us plan our dream wedding for April 25, 2020 which was unfortunately postponed due to COVID-19 and helped us figure out how to still get married during the pandemic- we eloped on April 18! So basically she helped us plan and then un-plan/postpone a big wedding, plan an elopement on short notice, and is even willing to be there for us whenever our big in-person event can take place. She was instrumental in helping us navigate the tricky conversations with vendors to try to work with our situation since we are still so uncertain of when we’d be able to hold a big in-person event with guests having to travel in from NY and overseas. That being said, whenever our in-person event is, I know it will be the best because we have Tiffany! Tiffany has a huge network of very professional wedding vendors which made the wedding planning process much less intimidating for us (especially me, the over-thinker and endless researcher!). She knows all of the right questions to ask at vendor meetings/discussions especially regarding logistics, and she was quick to understand/communicate any concerns that we had. She always gave us the time and space to make our own decisions which we appreciated very much. Tiffany is extraordinarily fast at replying to texts/emails and always made us feel like a priority. You’d never know she was in the midst of preparing for another event when you have an “urgent” question or concern- she somehow makes time for it all without compromising on quality! I don’t know how she keeps up with all of the details on a 50 message email thread, but she does it so well. Saying she goes above and beyond for all of her clients is an understatement. If you’re debating whether or not to get a wedding planner, I’ll honestly say we learned that the level of effort that goes into coordinating between all of your vendors is highly variable and difficult to keep track of even if you’d consider yourself highly organized. You don’t know what you don’t know so it’s especially helpful to work with a professional who has been planning events for over a decade. Tiffany is not only a planner, but a seasoned consultant to help you navigate what is a new experience for the majority of us. Having a dedicated person to handle the nitty-gritty of event planning is invaluable so you can focus on the fun parts of the planning process! Tiffany also has such a warm, friendly personality- something that made me feel very comfortable working with her. Tiffany is such an amazing wedding/event planner. When I started interviewing planners about a year ago, I had no idea what I was doing, what to expect, or what types of questions I should be asking. Tiffany put all my fears to rest, answered all of my questions (no matter how crazy I'm sure some were haha), and made me feel more than confident in her abilities to help us plan the wedding of our dreams. Tiffany helped keep us on schedule with our wedding to do's and made the information readily available so that we remained on task. She always responded to my emails no matter how early or late I sent them, and she was super helpful in all of our vendor meetings with asking questions, taking notes, and addressing our questions or concerns. Tiffany is a great listener, excellent communicator, very professional, and always thinking of every detail. She truly cares about her couples and it shows in how she conducts her business and the high level of customer service she provides. My husband and I were recently married on March 22, 2020 and unfortunately, our original wedding plans had to be postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic. We were shocked and disappointed, but determined to proceed as best we could with our wedding as planned. Tiffany kept us calm, and immediately went into superhero mode and helped us pivot our plans. She helped us communicate with our vendors to receive refunds and transition some of our vendors to our rescheduled date. With all of the craziness happening in the world, Tiffany remained committed to making sure our wedding day was beautiful and memorable. It was absolutely that and more. We cannot say enough positive things about her and think of her as our angel in disguise. She started out as my planner, but is also now my friend. If you are planning your wedding or event, please do yourself a huge favor and book Tiffany. She won't let you down and your event will be spectacular!

We wish we could rate Tiffany higher than five stars, because that's just how incredible she was during our entire engagement / wedding planning process. On day three of our engagement, my (now) husband and I both acknowledged that we needed a planner due to our insanely busy schedules. In our first conversation with Tiffany, she put us at ease and reassured us that she could work with our budget - believe us, not every planner that we talked to made us feel that positive. After we hung up the phone with Tiffany, we knew we found our planner! Throughout the entire process, she answered all of our (my) crazy emails, kept us on track, and was extremely attentive and kind. She kept us all in line on the day of the wedding, gave me snacks when I was (very) hangry, and did everything she could to make sure our wedding was executed flawlessly - which it was, thanks to her! We are so incredibly thankful that we had the opportunity to work with Tiffany!

On your wedding day, the only thing you really want to focus on is your partner and the loved ones who have come out to support you. Tiffany was the perfect planner to help us do just that. Vendors were on time, everything was in place, and she helped us nail our vision. We could not have asked for a better person to help us plan, coordinate, and execute our wedding. All of our guests commented on how well the wedding ran and how she kept everything in motion (while still being pleasant to everyone). We loved our day and love our planner.

I am very chill, go with the flow person. I don't like details, I don't like email and it takes me forever to respond to texts BUT even with all those things Tiffany still found a way to keep me engaged and not feeling overwhelmed. Tiffany did the planning and day-of coordination for our recent wedding and she was simply amazing. People say there are always things that go wrong at a wedding – but if they did, Tiffany must have taken care of it because from our perspective the planning and the day of the wedding were extremely relaxing, and went off without a hitch. Tiffany is very detail-oriented, which is obviously great during the planning process, but it is particularly awesome on the wedding day itself – she was thinking about things that would never have crossed our minds. Having Tiffany plan and coordinate our event was without a doubt the best planning decision we made, and meant that we were able to properly enjoy not only the day itself, but the time leading up to it, with friends and family. My husband and I are old hands at getting married – we had a previous wedding in Australia which we planned (and had a friend help with coordination on the day). We hired Tiffany for the full planning package and was such a pleasure to work with. Tiffany responded to our initial email inquiry within an hour and even before we signed the contract with her, she sent us a few venue suggestions based on what we were looking for. We ended up choosing one of the venues she sent and, in the process, helped us save thousands of dollars. My partner and I live abroad and were planning a part-wedding/ part-family reunion for 100 of our friends and family in DC, complete with everything we could think of that would make it special and personal to us (think - lots of photos of our adventures together, table names of places we've lived and worked, family made wine, craft beer made my friends, registry compiled of our favorite charities, etc.). Though we live so far away, we felt like every decision was expertly executed and each detail a perfect tribute to our relationship. When we arrived in the US a couple of weeks before the wedding, all we really had to do was enjoy our time home and spend it with the people we love. Tiffany was on top of everything! The day of, Tiffany was on fire making everything work smoothly and running point on all the inevitable minor crises that sprang up (ie,finding creative seating work arounds for guests we had forgotten in our seating chart, receiving and placing 120 bags of popcorn and fabric baskets in the right place, and running out in her own car just before the reception ended to pick up trays of empanadas to give our guests before they headed out to the after party. ). As Tiffany was setting the train of my dress and fixing my veil seconds before I walked down the aisle, she gave me the warmest smile and thumbs up. It was a movie themed wedding that started off traditional but then transition to a Halloween party mid-way through (complete with a costume table and full change of clothes for the bridge and groom) followed by a glow stick send off.
