The Delish Dish was amazing from start to finish! Their attention to detail and personal service throughout the planning process were so reassuring. They were able to accommodate a wide range of tastes, allergies, and ages. Our guests raved about the food, and those with special dietary concerns were so grateful for options that suited them.

From day 1 Delish Dish was on the ball! We had a limited budget and they were willing to work with us ,provide a delicious meal and accommodate updates to our plan. All our calls and messages were promptly answered. Highly recommend them for an event!

We had a wedding at home for our niece on Oct. 7th. Mavis and Janie were hands down the best catering company we interviewed and the food was amazing. We could have gone with one of the big name vendors but when you priced it out with the quality of the food and the customer service there was no comparison! When you attend a wedding the food is usually not what people remember but I am thrilled to say everyone commented on the quality and taste of our food that night. We did the mother board for apps and it was not only gorgeous but a huge hit! Mavis has her own preserve she makes and people are still asking me about it. The culinary team did a house visit to see how to utilize our kitchen for prep and making the risotto. The day of the wedding went off without a hitch and the servers were all over the top making sure all the details were handled. We cant comment enough about Mavis and Janie’s handling of our wedding event. I would highly recommend you give them a chance and do a tasting you will not be disappointed.

We are so so glad we chose Delish Dish for our wedding catering. The food is DELICIOUS (everyone there told us that it was the best meal they’ve had at a wedding), Lauryn (my main point of contact) was responsive, personable and so so accommodating. I was so overwhelmed and frankly confused going into the planning process and she was there every step of the way. We got their beef bourguignon, lemon rosemary chicken, mashed potatoes, roasted carrots & green beans. Several appetizers for cocktail hour and a LARGE variety of their desserts— and holy wow. Every thing was delicious. We had a few vegetarians and gluten free guests too and they made it so easy to accommodate them. We were also able to get linens, dishes, bar garnishes, everything we would need from them as well. From food quality to staff— they are the absolute best. 10/10, 5 stars, A+. You won’t regret working with them!!!

Absolutely fantastic. From the set up, meeting with the coordinator, and execution of food Delish Dish was flawless. The officiant team made my day feel stress-free and complimentary of my husband and mines vision. Perfect 10!!

This is not your average wedding caterer. Delish Dish is a kick butt team of rockstars who made our wedding even more memorable. The food alone is five stars. Seriously, everyone complimented the food. I feel like most people expect "meh" food at weddings, but Delish Dish surpassed all expectations and then some. I wish I could eat the short ribs and biscuits every day of my life. Not only was the food amazing, but the service was perfect. Lauryn, Janie, Mavis, and all of the Delish Dish squad were so fun, professional, thorough, hardworking, kind, and flexible. I changed my mind one million times and they were along for the ride with smiles on their faces. We hired Delish Dish to cater our wedding and they did an absolutely amazing job! Delish Dish provided cocktail appetizers and a dinner buffet, all of our guests really enjoyed the meal! Janie and her team were incredible to work with. They are wildly detailed and made our wedding go so smoothly. The food was 10/10 and the dessert table was so fun. We even had them make our wedding cake! The bartenders they had and attendants were the NICEST people ever. I had so many people tell us that they had their drink order memorized and as they walked up the bartender was already on it. Delish Dish was absolutely fantastic to work with from the time I reached out to them through our wedding day. They helped me create the menu with our first phone call, were so accommodating when scheduling the tasting, and reached out several times during the planning process to ensure that the service they were providing was correct. I really appreciated that they were present at the details meeting for my wedding so everything could be reviewed and finalized. They were clear about pricing and payments and were so kind when I had to make last minute changes to the guest count. On the day of, I had nothing to worry about. Delish Dish catered our small wedding this year, September 9 2022. And it was PERFECT! I had the best experience working with the whole Delish Dish team. Especially Janie Straub, the Lead Event Coordinator. She made the whole experience seamless. Picking the food, setting up a tasting and a walk through at the venue to ensure everything went smooth. Not only did the staff meet all expectations, the food was outstanding! We had a tasting before the big day which cleared all nerves and I was pumped to dig into the food again. 10 out of 10 for this place! We loved Delish Dish, Lauyrn specifically since she helped us through all the steps! Any email that we sent with questions/ needs we had was responded to within 24 hours. The food was amazing! We ended up doing a buffet which is something I was worried about. That being said, all the food was hot and tasted fresh - just as good as at the tasting! People told us multiple times that it was the best food they have had at a wedding. I would agree :) They even remembered all the little details that I requested - indicating allergies in food to guests, extra sauce, gluten-free buns. I also want to give an extra shout-out to Lauryn because anything I asked for on the day of, even if it did not fall in her job description, and made sure that me and the husband had anything we needed. 100% recommend this group!

Delish Dish was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. My husband and I had an estate wedding with the reception being outdoors under a tent. Mavis and her team prepped our seated dinner for 200 people under the catering tent in a torrential downpour on a hot day in May.... and service and the food was still spectacular! The waitstaff and bartenders were kind and accommodating and worked their butts off so that we and our guests could enjoy the reception. Not only was the catering amazing, but the planning that went into the entire event was stress free with Delish Dish. They worked wonderfully with the event rental organization and our other vendors. I would recommend them to anyone!!

Delish Dish did an absolutely outstanding job catering our wedding. Janie helped us through every step of the way as we navigated the planning process. We wanted to have a fully vegetarian menu, and she helped us craft a menu that would be delicious and filling. Everything looked and tasted amazing!

A few reasons we booked with Delish Dish. 1. They worked with us and our budget. We gave some ideas of what we liked and they worked with us to figure out what worked budget wise, not to mention they have a variety of options and I really liked that we had a variety to choose from and 2. The food was absolutely amazing. I’m not exaggerating when I say that practically everyone we talked to thought the food was delicious and fresh. I think that was one of the big selling points for me for the day. It was a buffet taco bar but it wasn’t like every other wedding catering you get, like I said, fresh. Lauryn was the lead for our day and she was so so wonderful!!! She worked closely with our venue coordinator to make sure everything went off smoothly. She checked in with us throughout the night and all of their Delish Dish staff were wonderful and kind. I seriously can’t say enough good things about them. BOOK THEM!!! You won’t regret it, between the food and their staff they made our day that much better.

The Delish Dish was great to work with, from start to finish! Jenna was extremely attentive to our budget and food preferences and gave a lot of great options that would fit in our price range. There were SO many choices on the menu, it has a little something for everyone. Not to mention the food was very yummy. I have had guests telling me for weeks after the wedding how good it was! I could not have been happier with the way the table settings, service and meal turned out. Everything was beautiful, and exactly how my husband and I imagined it. Mavis and her team catered our wedding on Saturday October 30th, and I cannot even begin to thank this this team for the wonderful job they did. So let's start from the beginning: - They were not only VERY organized and professional from the first interaction, but they were the only catering team that actually listened to some of our requests, making the items were most excited about for our tasting and ensuring the that food allergies for our guest were taken care of. - Upon final walk throughs and details Mavis and team went the extra mile to ensure every item on her list (from linen color, timing, etc.) was taken care of and then some. Even going as far to make drink lists for the bars so our guests were super clear on what was available. - Day of we were blown away. Everyone told us to not worry about catering because people will only remember it if it is bad, but I am here to tell you that is not the case, they will remember it when it extraordinary. Everyone LOVED our appetizers - the mini grilled cheese shooters, glazed bacon, and gouda apricot balls. Not only were they delicious, but hot coming out (a comment we heard from MANY guest during happy hour). We also loved that they reserved some of each at our table setting to ensure we got to have them on our wedding day. In addition the main course was just AMAZING. We had an option with the gluten free chicken (with apples and onions) or the bourbon glazed beef with mashed potatoes and green beens. We had SEVERAL guests ask us if there was no shows for seconds and I have given her number out to six (6) people personally who want this meal made for the holidays. Needless to say we were delighted to take leftovers home and have not told our families that we got them so we can enjoy them ourselves (sorry not sorry). They also made the desserts - mini cheesecakes, s'more shooters, brownies, and mini apple pies - all that were GONE that night, as they were perfect fall desserts. I heard RAVE reviews about it all during the night. - While the team was amazing with organization, details, and the food itself I need to comment on the service. Everyone was served quickly and on time - another comment that was made to us by several people. NET: If you are having an event, Mavis and her team at Delish Dish are a no brainer. We got the taco bar from Delish Dish with some apps and cupcakes for our wedding. Everything was so good! I've had family and friends tell me how much they enjoyed the tacos in particular several weeks after the event. Also, Jenna and everyone else on the Delish Dish team was super organized and helpful throughout the planning process. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

We had the pleasure of working with Mavis, Jenna and their team for our wedding. I cannot say enough wonderful things about them! They went above and beyond for us and I cannot recommend them enough. I don’t even know where to begin on how wonderful Delish Dish is. This is not typical wedding food. It’s restaurant quality at an extremely reasonable price point. They catered both my wedding and rehearsal dinner and everything couldn’t have been more perfect. We had so many guest comments on how much they loved their meals. The service is also top notch. We had a brunch reception at Ault Park, and Mavis arranged a beautiful and abundant spread of brunch bites, mimosas, and desserts. The food was really tasty and quite creative. They were also very responsive to dietary restrictions and logistical details, including allowing an immunocompromised friend to get her food first--we didn't even request this, we just mentioned it in passing. Overall, very impressed and would recommend to anyone.

The food is amazing! And everyone at Delish Dish are incredibly professional and friendly. We have been complimented by everyone we talked to from the wedding about how good the food and coffee bar were. We sprang for the gourmet coffee bar and it did not disappoint! Our original wedding was supposed to be on March 21st 2020. Covid caused us to postpone the wedding/reception until July 24th 2021. Mavis and the Delish Dish were incredibly gracious in moving the event time and working with us throughout the process. We cannot give them enough praise. If we ever have an event that requires catering in the future, we have no doubt that we will be calling them again!!

Everything about my experience with The Delish Dish was perfect. They were happy to help me stay on budget and recommend things that people would like without breaking the bank. Their food was so delicious! Jenna was my main contact for the event and she was always quick with communication. I loved that they provided dinner and dessert. Our cake was perfect and it incorporated their line of delicious homemade jams. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Cincinnati/ northern KY area. The brisket and strawberry salad were my absolute favorite.

Wow - Delish Dish is amazing. We had our wedding in our home in the woods and Delish Dish came to our house with a bar, a menu that we both created (delicious!), and all of the rentals. Super nice team, super helpful, everything went according to plan and turned out even more magical than we imagined. Jenna is an amazing and talented ceremony manager/coordinator - she had an "I can make it happen" attitude and we were so grateful to have her help. We were in a slight scramble after an initial caterer ghosted us. By some miracle, the Delish Dish was still available to cater on our wedding date and they were truly our saving grace!! From the heavenly passed appetizers to the incredible taco bar, we could not have asked for a better caterer to take care of our wedding! We had a wonderful experience with Delish Dish for our 50th anniversary party! EVERYONE at the party raved about the food - we had a mashed potato bar that everyone loved. The wedding cake was absolutely the highlight - the best cake we've ever eaten!! Highly recommend them!

I had such a good experience with Delish Dish! Mavis, Jenna, and Jill were all wonderful and were really accommodating especially with everything going on with COVID right now. My husband and I decided to still get married on August 1st despite everything else going on and the staff was so good at communicating with me and answering any questions I might have. Where do I start? Mavis and her team are the best! From our initial meeting where she worked with our budget and gave us numerous choices, to communication with us during Covid, and at my daughter's wedding. I always felt comfortable that she had a handle on everything. The food is delicious and we had numerous comments on how it was not your typical wedding food. Mavis and her team worked with us early on to create a custom menu that really spoke to our tastes. They were flexible with our tiny changes/adjustments and even accommodated our iced-coffee request in the middle of October! We planned everything from California and were only in town occasionally and they were so easy to work with. They made it easy and were able to meet when we were in town. We did a buffet because it worked best with our venue/head count and everything went perfectly on our wedding day; we received nothing but compliments on everything from the happy hour appetizers and our fall-inspired meal options. Mavis's team was even able to create a custom meal plate for grandma who doesn't like a lot of seasoning as well as separate plates for our vegan friends. This was one of the first decisions we made with regards to planning our wedding and we are so happy we picked The Delish Dish!!! We are still getting compliments even 6 months later. Jenna and Mavis at The Delish Dish were so nice to work with and very helpful throughout the planning process for my daughter's wedding. Instead of wedding cake, my daughter wanted individual mini desserts and The Delish Dish has the best selection to choose from. The mini desserts were a big hit with all the guests and so much fun to eat.

Mavis and Jenna at The Delish Dish catered our 180+ person wedding reception at Rhinegeist last month, and from our very first phone conversation, I knew I had found an incredible vendor! Jenna worked with us to plan the perfect blend of American and Indian food, choose an yummy dessert spread, and set up a popcorn bar that our guests loved. Every little detail was taken care of by their amazing team, leaving me feeling confident and able to enjoy our wedding reception. They answered emails and phone calls within hours and were so flexible when I changed my mind a few times throughout the process. All of our guests raved about how great the food was (the beef brisket is to die for!) and the authenticity of the Indian food was miles above other caters we’d tasted. If you’re looking for an amazing team to make the planning process fun and so easy, use The Delish Dish! They’re fantastic!

The Delish dish was incredible from start to finish. The food was better than we could have ever imagined. We didn’t want stuffy boring chicken breasts but we also didn’t want just plain barbecue. Our menu of the brisket with bourbon peach glaze, Maple espresso pulled pork & all the comfort food sides exceeded every single expectation. People cannot stop talking about how good it was. And I want to have it again. Also, if it’s your vibe, do the hot chocolate bar and at least some of their desserts. Honestly a game changer. Best hot chocolate ever. Don’t even get me started on our appetizers and the delicious nuts we had at the cocktail tables. So obviously we loved the food. But I’d say the best part of the Delish dish is working with Jenna and her team. She was absolutely incredible. She answered every question, thought of things I would never have, and was such a relief to have there on the day of. Jenna helped us with our rental bar, made working with party source for alcohol a breeze and quickly helped with adding heaters for our frigid fall wedding. Their bartenders and staff were so incredible throughout the entire evening. Our guests were amazed by everything the Delish dish provided. I am so so happy we booked them, you absolutely should too.

Delish Dish worked with us to give our guests a fun, Cincinnati/Chicago themed wedding reception menu. The staff was courteous and professional, the bar tenders were awesome, and Mavis and Jenna were such a pleasure to work with. Most of their offerings are made from scratch, from the ranch dressing and pickles to the pulled chicken and guacamole. I would recommend them 10/10.

Delish Dish catered our wedding reception, and I can’t recommend them highly enough.   When my now-wife and I were in the beginning stages of planning, we were really overwhelmed and worried about making the wrong choice, but after our first meeting, we knew we were in good hands. Mavis worked within our budget, and we had a wide variety of choices to create our menu. Communication was always smooth, prompt, and professional. The service Zach and Adam provided at the reception was exceptional. The food was great, and our guests raved about it both during and after the wedding.

The Delish Dish was the best!!! Mavis and Jenna took great care in all of the details. We had a big backyard wedding and they helped make the day of our event worry free. The food was fantastic and we were able to pick a good variety that everyone loved (from vegetarian to gluten free). Many friends and family came to us during the event and afterwards to tell us how great the food and service was. I highly recommend the BBQ jackfruit sliders, my husband and his friends won’t stop talking about the brisket and the ham, and the jams (Made by Mavis) are so tasty!

Thank you Mavis and Jenna for providing an excellent overall experience with delicious food and professional service for our Brunch Wedding Reception. Our guests just loved all the egg casseroles, roasted winter vegetables, the harvest salad, fresh fruit, goetta and scones! The chocolate chip and pumpkin spice scones were truly our guests' favorites. The staff were extremely helpful throughout our event. And working with Jenna before the event to plan it, during the event to greet and serve our guests, and after the event to wrap up all the details was first class. Thanks Delish Dish!

Mavis and her team were incredible! We had a fabulous tasting and everything was presented beautifully. Our wedding guests are still talking about the food. The candied bacon is a MUST! I wanted to try a hummingbird Cake for the wedding and they didn’t have a recipe, so they created one! We are ordering another cake to enjoy because IT WAS THAT GOOD! Not only did Mavis coordinate all the food but she was like having another wedding planner. Truly made the whole experience stress free!

We could not have been happier with everything Mavis and her team did to bring my daughter's dream wedding to reality! I wish this review could include pictures (check out their Instagram and Facebook pages!) because the grazing table that they created for our cocktail hour was truly a work of art. The food was amazing, the attentiveness of her staff during dinner service was top notch and Mavis and Jenna went above and beyond to make sure everything was exactly as we had envisioned, even finding linens from their own inventory when our original vendor ran short on our color request. Her staff looked very professional and were so friendly. They all seemed to love what they were doing and it showed! Thank you so much!!!

My husband and I hired The Delish Dish for our wedding last weekend, and I cannot say enough awesome things about them! We worked primarily with Jenna throughout the process and she was amazing. Not only was the food incredible, but in the beginning they had so many options and were so patient with us when we changed our minds a thousand times before we settled on something. Not only that, but the food service during the wedding went so smoothly and all of our guests loved it!! Our wedding plans included some special requests, from incorporating food products from our family business, to adapting for healthcare needs. No problem. Delish Dish flowed with it all. We hired the Delish Dish to cater our 150 person wedding at Rhinegeist. Mavis and Jenna were amazing to work with from start to finish. They really listened to us and worked to create a menu that was delicious, fun, and budget-friendly. We received numerous compliments on the food – the mango shrimp lollipops were a huge hit! Their expertise and responsiveness made our wedding planning process smooth and enjoyable. I can’t recommend them enough!

I was very pleased with the food, service, and communication I received from Delish Dish. We hosted a post-wedding celebration for our son and daughter in law with 60+ guests. They were incredibly patient, courteous, and professional throughout the planning phase and during the actual event. The food was "delish" and the presentation was inviting. My only regret is that we didn't have them also do the appetizers and dessert! I would definitely use them again.

We hired the Delish Dish for our 200 guest wedding and cannot say enough good things about Mavis and her team. At the very first meeting I knew we would be in good hands. Mavis helped us plan a menu, making creative suggestions and covering details I would have never thought of. We settled on a taco bar for dinner and I had my heart set on a churro bar for dessert. Mavis found a way to make it happen. We had delicious, fresh, crispy on the outside soft on the inside churros with the most AMAZING dipping sauces. The food was incredible and the day wouldn’t have been a success without the Delish Dish. They coordinated with our reception venue so I didn’t have to worry about a thing, and throughout the night they were right there making sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend the Delish Dish. Mavis and team genuinely want to do everything they can to make your day memorable. You can rest easy knowing your guests will be treated to amazing food and your event will go off without a hitch.

We picked Delish Dish because we are both foodies and knew our guests would expect great food at the reception. Not only did Delish Dish provide outstanding food, but they made sure we got to eat it at our reception. The groom had 2 plates! We did a tented outdoor reception and it poured down rain for days before our wedding, creating a muddy nightmare in the grass. Mavis’s experience in the industry enabled her to give us the guidance to rent additional tent accessories at the last minute to make sure our guests were comfortable despite the weather. Her staff maintained the highest level of professionalism and positive attitudes, despite the wet weather and mud. Delish Dish provided so much more than just food! We would hire them again in a heartbeat and would recommend to friends and family.

The Delish Dish catered a small Christmas party for my family, in December of 2018. We were a bit last minute in deciding to look for a caterer, but, Mavis was so gracious, and didn't turn a hair at our timing. We'd never done something like this, but, Mavis kindly guided us along the decision making process. The Delish Dish has plenty of menu options and we had a hard time choosing, because everything sounded so tasty. We chose to have a buffet, with entree and several sides, along with a selection of cookies for dessert. When we arrived at our venue, everything was laid out beautifully; all we had to do was lift off protective covers when we were ready to serve. The food was just wonderful, as was the jar of jam that Mavis left as a gift. Mavis made sure that our night went smoothly, and we appreciated her taking such good care of us!

The food was delicious. Everyone took the the time to make sure we had what we needed. I cannot recommend Delicious Dish enough. Thank you to Mavis, Amber, Robb, and Stephanie for all your hard work to make our special day even more special!
