I had such an amazing experience with The Diamond Reserve!! Kaeleigh and Erin are absolutely amazing to work with! My fiancé and I were in a bit of a tough situation. We had previously purchased a ring from an online jeweler, and we were really disappointed in the quality once we got it. Thankfully, we were able to get a refund, and we made an appointment at The Diamond Reserve right away. We were in a bit of a panic because I had a dress shopping appointment and our engagement photos scheduled less than two weeks away, and I had no ring!! We explained this whole situation to Kaeleigh, and she was so understanding. She really took the time to educate us on what to look for and consider when buying a diamond, which was so helpful to us! We picked out a beautiful emerald cut diamond that day, and she was able to have the ring to us in a week, just in time for everything we had planned! I cannot thank them enough for delivering such a positive and seamless experience. Their rings are absolutely stunning and amazing quality that you can trust!

My fiance and I had an odd situation, we created a ring that did not come out how we wanted it to... I was very nervous when making my appointment as most of their rings are very large and sparkly, I'm more of an alternative "salt and pepper" kind of girl. Erin was SO incredibly down-to-earth, worked within our budget, and was able to create an AMAZING ring before a big trip. I could not be more in love with the outcome! Thank you so much !!

Kaeleigh and Erin are amazing to work with. When we first met them, my husband and I were both practically in tears after the engagement ring my husband had made at a different jeweler snapped in half TWICE! We showed them the ring before we took it back to the other jeweler so they could replicate it and that's where our amazing journey began. Kaeleigh took one look at the ring and said it was great but "what if we added more diamonds to it?" As if I would ever have said no! Don't get me wrong, the ring my husband originally designed was beautiful, but Kaeleigh and Erin made it absolutely stunning and made my husband so happy that they created a ring that was so perfect and went beyond anything he could've dreamed up. When we went back to make my wedding band, Erin sat with me as I went back and forth with what I wanted and helped me make the [right] decision. The ring they created matches my engagement ring perfectly, I can't stop staring at it and neither can anyone who looks at my hand! We will for sure be coming back to Kaeleigh and Erin the next time we want a piece of jewelry made. They are definitely the best and kindest in the industry!

Kaeleigh and Erin are the best! They worked with my fiance to design the most perfect ring. I don't think they could have designed a more prefect ring if I picked it myself. When it came time for the wedding bands I was so excited to be involved this time. They were very timely in sending over a quote, the CAD images, and completing the bands themselves. Now if only I can find a way to stay in touch with them after we get married ;)

We had a great experience at The Diamond Reserve when picking out my engagement ring. We went in thinking that I would have Kaeleigh design something for me but ended up picking a ring that she had previously designed. We had a few meetings and once we were ready she explained how to buy a diamond and laid out my loose diamond choices. We then compared the loose ones but I fell in love with the one she had designed (Double Halo!). The center stone was a match to what I wanted in the 4 Cs and the price was on point for the budget. When comparing The Diamond Reserve with other options (we shopped around for a while), they are hands down the best out there in products, pricing, and service. They have a fun office and a no pressure environment. They are creative and are passionate with the jewelry they have designed. We also just purchased my finance’s wedding band and will use them for future wants.

Making an appointment with The Diamond Reserve was the BEST decision I could have made. The process was seamless after that. I can't recommend The Diamond Reserve enough! We enjoyed every minute of our experience, and Kaeleigh and Erin were extremely kind and patient with us. For my fiancé's ring, we used my grandmother's stone, and Kaeleigh and I designed a setting/band together as a surprise. I went to The Diamond Reserve for my wedding band when I couldn’t find a jeweler able to create the unique design I had in mind. Kaeleigh took my idea and ran with it. She provided me 3D images for the ring at every angle and made certain it fit like a glove around my engagement ring. My husband and I are so grateful for the The Diamond Reserve team! They surpassed our expectations when creating me a unique and timeless wedding band that I will cherish for a lifetime.

This place is THE BEST. We had my Grandmother's ring and wanted to reuse the center stone and use other diamonds in the ring to make my engagement ring. The Diamond Reserve not only did this but helped me to design the most gorgeous engagement ring. We added other diamonds, I even got to see 3D images of it before it was made. The process was seamless and Erin and Kaeleigh were so tentative and fun to work with!

Impressive selection of diamonds. You can tell they really care about the quality of the diamonds they sell. Very happy I found this place as I was able to pick a really nice GIA diamond with my soon to be husband and design a really unique engagement ring. My best advice is to skip the mall and retailers - private appointment and one on one service is the way to go!
