bridal suite, an amazing staff and perfectly cooked food the night of our wedding, and Desirae, the most amazing in-house wedding coordinator who was there for us every minute of the day and all the planning leading up to it!! Desirae was such an angel to us in how she guided the day, our family and wedding party, our other vendors, and every single tiny detail in between. We feel so blessed to be married at TDC and have the experience which we did, our guests absolutely loved it and every detail was perfect! We can’t recommend TDC enough - DREAM VENUE AND STAFF!!!!

st reasons we initially liked TDC because of how all-inclusive it was - linens, table decor, venue decor, catering, bartending, getting ready rooms for the bridal party, the beautiful building and grounds - so we didn’t have to coordinate and juggle a ton of different vendors. What really set them apart was the quality and level of detail of the service they provided. They provide food and snacks for the morning and lunch if you’re getting ready at the venue. They save some of the hors d’oeuvres from the cocktail hour and bring the couple to a quiet room for some quality time at the end of the cocktail hour and before being announced for the reception (including your favorite drink). They have the sparkler send off at the end of the night with the option for a moonlight dance beforehand. So many little things that just set them apart to create a truly wonderful experience.
The food was also incredible. We had the filet mignon and miso salmon, both of which were delicious. The filet was perfectly cooked to medium and was so tender it could be cut with a butter knife.
Everyone we interacted with was extremely professional, but we can’t say enough about Desirae! She communicates so well and was so helpful - when we needed assistance or advice, her knowledge and experience really shone through. When we overlooked any details, she was there to remind us and help us make decisions. When we needed something the day of, she made it happen with a smile. She was always calm, cool, and collected, ensuring everything ran smoothly.
I could keep going on and on but the bottom line is, this is the perfect place to have your wedding!

ve the ceremony on a patio at the back overlooking a pretty lake or indoors in the rotunda. It was helpful to have both options so we could plan for inclement weather. There's also a nice bridal suite for getting ready, and you can use the women's locker room for your hair and makeup. Desirae Miller, the wedding coordinator, was reliable and communicative -- when she tells you she's going to do something, she does it and does it well. She kept in touch with us in the lead up to the wedding and was very detail oriented. On the day of, she made sure everything ran smoothly, and if I needed anything at all, she somehow made it magically appear. Highly recommend!

The ceremony space is stunning, loved the outside cocktail hour space, and that beautiful rotunda is perfect. The dance floor fits TONS of people, plus a band! We loved making our entrances into the reception on the grand staircase, it felt like something out of a movie. Definitely hop into the golf cart and take pictures at the gazebo, it's so worth it!
Hope and Emily were fantastic to work with, and made sure everyone was taken care of from the moment we walked in on our wedding day, to our exit. The whole staff was calming, kind, and organized. I can’t recommend the Dominion Club enough!

She made sure my daughter’s dress was properly bustled to making sure my dad had only chicken instead of chicken and steak for his meal to everything running on the schedule we had planned. The venue which is newly renovated is stunning. Our guest could not say enough good things about the venue, the service and the food. I can’t say enough about Sara and her staff. As the mom of the bride, I can’t think of one thing I would change or improve on. To top it off there was a beautiful rainbow that evening.

essful experience, but Ellen and Sara the coordinators at Dominion, did everything they could to put our minds at ease and make sure everything went smoothly. We ended up having to make some minor adjustments due to restrictions from the pandemic, but if it wasn’t for Dominion accommodating us, we would’ve had to postpone. We are truly so grateful for them!
We also loved how much was included in our wedding package for the price. We were blown away by how well they set everything up for the wedding day and how beautiful everything looked. Oh, and not to mention their gorgeous renovations they just did! We couldn’t be happier with our experience and our decision to have our wedding at Dominion!

is an all inclusive venue! We initially had the idea of getting married outside (I know, sounds crazy for a December wedding) but due to rain moved the ceremony inside. At first I was a little nervous to do the ceremony inside because it wasn't what I had envisioned initially, but it was perfect! All of our guests got a fantastic view of the ceremony, and everyone raved about how intimate it felt! The food was absolutely delicious - we are still getting compliments on it! Liza and Phyllis were fantastic to work with. Before the wedding, they were both involved in the entire planning process and were always very prompt with communication. The day of the wedding, they made sure that everything that we wanted or needed was taken care of and made sure that the entire night ran smoothly. They made a great team and whenever I needed something Liza or Phyllis was there! ! Not only is the venue absolutely gorgeous, inside and outside, but it is a one-stop-shop, which took away the stress of finding additional vendors and all the costly wedding décor. They even supply sparklers for the send off! I loved how you could have the ceremony inside or outside, which also took the stress away of potential bad weather. Not only is it gorgeous and they supply almost everything, but the food was incredible as well. I am still getting compliments on it! Phyllis and Liza are the event coordinators there and I cannot say enough good things about the both of them! They were both involved in the whole planning process and were both there the day of the wedding to make sure everything was perfect and running smoothly. They were in constant communication with us and allowed us to visit the venue whenever we wanted. TDC exceeded our expectations and made our wedding a night we will never forget. I highly recommend booking with them! You will not regret it!

because it wasn't initially what I had in mind. My mind was totally changed when we visited for the first time! TDC is beautiful, elegant, and not stuffy like I imagine a country club might be. The space is perfect for an indoor/outdoor wedding. We were blessed with great weather, so we were able to get married outside and have the reception inside (which is what I wanted before even getting engaged!). We had the bar on the patio, which made TDC feel even more spacious. The wedding coordinator we originally worked with left a few months before our wedding, so we were slightly worried when we heard about that, but we shouldn't have given it a second thought because Liza and Phyllis are amazing. They are a great team and between the two of them, we had everything we ever wanted on our special day. Last but not least, the food was AMAZING! Our guests are still talking about how delicious it was. Thank you, TDC, for making our day everything we wanted it to be!

tor and bridal attendant. Jamie was a tremendous help leading up to our day and Jeremy and Amanda were on top of it! Our day ran smooth thanks to everyone! I will never forget the staff that helped make our day so special. We really wanted a cigar bar for sentimental reasons. Jamie created the most amazing display with old oak barrels and antique shutters. You can tell he really cares about his clients. My guests said this was the best wedding they had ever been to. The dinner service was top notch and the food was the best they had ever had at a wedding. At other weddings, cocktail hour doesn't typically provide that much food. The staff kept coming out with a variety of food to keep our guest full and happy.
I chose TDC because of the package deal and beautiful scenery. The ceremony location was gorgeous with the lake as the back drop. When looking for a venue we wanted to have everything in separate areas instead of one large room that we would have to flip for ceremony/cocktail hour/dinner. I LOVED how everything had a designated space. Cocktail hour had it's own location on the upstairs rotunda with large windows and balconies for guests to take in the beautiful landscaping. Then they all headed downstairs for dinner and dancing. Everything was perfect! The food was delicious (our guests are STILL talking about it) having a coordinator on site to help the day run smoothly was key. The staff was accommodating to all of our guests and kept dinner service flowing quickly. Jamie was wonderful and helped so much! He was easy to work with, help with any questions I had and was quick to respond to emails. I can't say enough great things about TDC!!

I worked with Davis and Jamie and they were always responsive to my weekly (sometimes daily emails). They deliver a 5-star experience from tasting to wedding. My guests LOVED the food (as did my husband and I) I appreciated that there were options with regard to where the ceremony could be held. The landscape is gorgeous and you will not be lacking options for photo backdrops! TDC was very accommodating to my needs/wants and any issue that came up they were responsive to it. Overall, I loved having my wedding at TDC and my guests thought it was flawless!

he facilities, it was absolutely gorgeous. Davis listened to my vision about my perfect day and gave me ideas on how to deliver. I was excited because she was so excited to deliver a quality product on my big day. We chose Dominion Club because it was all inclusive, the rentals, decor, food, planners and even a coordinator. I could relax and let them take care of everything. No stress on my part because Dominion Club would handle everything. In May, I discovered Davis had taken a new position in another state and Jamie would be taking care of our needs. This was in May. Jamie assured me he would deliver my dream wedding not to worry because everything would be taken care of. He said he could put together a wedding in thirty days, not to worry. Fast forward to present, my wedding is three weeks away and I finally met with Jamie on Thursday to see what my options were for setup and decorations. He showed four different linen colors, he pulled out a birdcage, a tree, and some globes. He was nice enough to put the tablecloth and a runner down to show me what it would look in the colors I chose. In choosing menu cards I was told the cards I wanted was extra. Everything that looked decent had an extra charge or fee associated. I'm spending $20k on a wedding and I am made to feel like I am low budget because I'm not buddy buying. Jamie politely folded the linens and put his things away signifying that he was done with us for the evening. I felt so disrespected! I feel like I'm just a name with a number of guest in this plug n play establishment. This was not what I signed up for. I signed a contract thinking my wedding would be planned, coordinated and orchestrated with me, being the bride, in mind. I expected to have conversations and be guided by the planner, him sharing his knowledge and expertise to plan my big day. I haven't received any of that. I have expressed my disappointment with Jamie but he seems unbothered by my concerns. I strongly feel I am not getting the level of service that I deserve because I didn't buy in to the "buddy buys" (up sales) so I just get the less than basic service. I'm so disgusted with the limited "all inclusive " options and the fact that my big day will be filled with polyester knits. I just was to cry my eyes out.

At The Dominion Club, we do strive to be a truly all-inclusive wedding venue, providing a vast wealth of complementary inventory to our wedding clients. While we do not have unlimited quantities of every item we own, use of such gear is a huge cost cutter for the majority of our wedding clients. In addition to 10 different fabrics across 50+ colors, our selections also feature trendy lighting options, cake/gift table/ceremony décor, various printed item designs for your place cards/table roster/menu cards, as well as many ingredients that can be used to create your dining tablescapes.
As we discussed, once we realized that you were unable to attend any of our formal Chef's Tastings, it was crystal clear why your experience has seemed rather scattered. For those of you who have not yet booked your wedding at The Dominion Club, the Chef's Tasting is the first and most integral part of our planning process with three main goals. First and foremost, we want you to experience our fantastic culinary team as our Chef treats you and your family to a delicious five course meal. We also staff our event planners, banquet manager, banquet captains, and service staff so that you may meet our family and we have the opportunity to meet yours. And lastly but equally important, it is your first introduction to the decor that we offer. We typically host approximately 10 groups at a time and create a tablescape gallery with completely unique designs, one in each client's wedding colors and targeted style. What fun we have showcasing all different linens, napkin folds, chair sash ties, and DIY-able cost-effective centerpieces!!
For those that are looking for even more WOW factor, we offer a very unique Buddy Buy program that enables our clients to enjoy big ticket items at 10 to 20% of their actual cost. Put quite simply, this is the equivalent of Groupon for our wedding program. Each year we extend various deals to our wedding clients and once the group is filled, TDC promises to purchase, set up, breakdown, maintain, and replace the items that have gone active. It is by no means an upsell technique but rather a courtesy that we offer to clients.
In closing, we feel the true meaning of weddings is about the union of two families and making a formal commitment to the love of your life. With that in mind, we will never discriminate based on any client’s budget simply because we are honored to be a part of so many of these special days. And that is why The Dominion Club has become the Wedding Capital of the West End.

The three people I had to communicate with the day of I had never met prior to the wedding and they all seemed as if this was their first time coordinating a larger event. Don't get me wrong they were friendly but definitely did not have very much experience if any at all. The timeline of the night was always off and there was little communication between the employees and the dj. The venue is beautiful and the food/drinks are great. I really truly felt uncomfortable leaving the most important day of my life to strangers. If I could turn back time, I truly don't know if I would choose the Dominion Club again.

Their team made the wedding planning process and the event itself seamless, stress-free and perfect. They took care of all of the details and helped execute our vision for a perfect day.
The venue is gorgeous. We held our ceremony outside overlooking water- the perfect view. The reception space indoors was perfect for our wedding of 110 people.
The food was delicious! and the options for cocktail hour/dinner were plentiful- there is something for everyone. The bartending and event staff were professional, courteous and attentive.
Davis, Caroline and the entire staff truly deserve the highest of praise. They took care of every detail, both large and small. The tablescapes, decor, ceremony decorations, photo booth.....everything was handled for us.
The Dominion Club provided a memorable, elegant, fun, flawless wedding at a superb value. We have no reservations recommending this venue to anyone!!!!
