Lily, Bethany, Amy and all the staff at the Eastwood were AMAZING to work with. And I mean AMAZING. We loved the warm and intimate vibe of the tent and the gorgeous trees. The ease...
of customizations to the venue, bar, and food packages. We booked with the previous owners, and I think an exchange of ownership could make any bride nervous, but the whole process was seamless. Amy and her team took over our file and executed everything perfectly. They were always an email away if we had any questions.
BUT, I will always owe the Eastwood for saving our wedding day. They had been monitoring the potential rain all morning, came up with a backup plan, but the forecast had mentioned barely any rain and nothing about strong winds. An hour before ceremony, huge gusts of wind and rain hit. While the tent stayed strong, the decorations did not. But the entire staff at the Eastwood sprung into action. Repairs, drying linens, cleaning up glass, replacing broken decorations with their own, drying the floors, all while continuously checking up on us and our guests. I was so in awe of how much they did for us and how quickly everything was righted. All while I was in the changing room blissfully unaware. I can truly say, I did not know how bad the damage had been until after the wedding. The team at the Eastwood saved our wedding day all while letting me keep my peace. My family and I thank the team at the Eastwood with all our hearts. And yes, HIGHLY recommend this venue!
Brides, grooms & everyone in between, I truly cannot recommend The Eastwood enough. Lily & Brandon are the best tag team duo. Working with them was an absolute DREAM start to finis...
h! This couple is the most down to earth, genuine and compassionate set of people I have ever had the privilege of knowing. After we toured their venue, we knew immediately this was the venue for us. We cancelled all other tours we had scheduled that night and put our deposit down. Lily was SO helpful when it came to offering her expertise no matter how big or small. Anything we wanted, they made happen. The amount of attention they put into every single detail at their venue shows they truly love what they do. The amount of compliments we received in the following days of our wedding, not only about the venue but also our venue coordinator, Lily, speaks volumes to their character and their business. The day of the wedding, Lily truly catered to me like I was a princes. She was bouncing all over the place helping set up, making sure the venue was in pristine condition, constantly checking in with my bridal party, family, etc. to make sure everyone had what they needed. Everyone that was working the day of our wedding was so incredibly kind and caring. They each put so much thought into making sure my vision came to life and I had my fairytale wedding. Booking with The Eastwood for our wedding was by far the best choice we could have made and I will forever hold such a special place in my heart for these wonderful people.
I can't express how incredible everything turned out. Lilly was truly exceptional—her guidance and expertise were pivotal in our decision to choose this venue. She was incredibly i...
nformative and attentive, making the entire experience seamless.
The Eastwood itself is a stunning venue—spotless, with a warm and welcoming staff who made us feel right at home. The food was absolutely delicious, surpassing all our expectations. We loved it so much that we're already planning to return for our anniversary dinner. It was that memorable!

he food was amazing and everyone had such a wonderful time!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about The Eastwood! From the first time we stepped foot in the door to the moment we left after our wedding, our experience was nothing short o...
f perfect. Lily was there for any and every thing we needed, and never wavered in kindness. Our guests are still raving about how beautiful the venue was and I cannot disagree! If you're able to rent the tent, DO IT! The photos were beautiful and the vibes were perfect. Overall, I would recommend The Eastwood a million times! The only downside I can express is that the nearest hotels are about 30 minutes away, but we booked a shuttle bus for our wedding party and guests, and it worked out perfectly!
I could not have asked for a better experience! Lily made everything run smoothly and was so helpful throughout the entire process.
I cannot express my gratitude enough to The Eastwood. Throughout our year and a half engagement, there were several turn overs of staff and even owners. However, they made each one...
a smooth transition. The new owners were so nice and were there to answer any and all questions at the drop of a hat. The venue is absolutely stunning and the staff works incredibly hard to ensure that your day runs as smoothly as possible. There was a slight problem with some of our guests and I didn't hear a single thing about it until a few days later because Lily took care of it all. I cannot say enough good things about this venue. Thank you so much for helping bring our perfect day to fruition. We couldn't have asked for anything better!
I have so many good things to say about The Eastwood venue and staff. First, it's beautiful, inside and out. I love that we had an indoor and outdoor option for our wedding/recepti...
on. There is plenty of space for large parties, but even with an intimate affair, Tori made sure the space was used well. Second, their staff went above and beyond to make our wedding day perfect. Tori took care of every detail I could think of, and every detail that I didn't. They did an excellent job of keeping the bar area cleaned and sanitized, and all staff wore masks, even in the 100 degree heat outside. We were able to have the entire space for the day and night, including a gorgeous space for all my bridal party to get ready. They served up delicious food...my party can't stop raving about the brisket and Mac and Cheese. If anything went wrong that day, I have no idea, the whole event was that seamless. Tori worked with our band, photographer, and all outside vendors ahead of time and day of, so I could relax and enjoy the day. They were so accommodating for my grandparents, who needed transportation out to the golf course ceremony. When the party was over, Tori and her staff stayed late to pack up all the decor and have it ready for pick up the next morning. This is a family owned establishment, and the whole family pitches in to make the event a success. I'd recommend The Eastwood over and over for all your event needs.

tions, and kept everything on track. The venue is beautiful, clean, and beautifully decorated. The staff is always so sweet. We decided on a pasta bar and received an amazing amount of compliments on the food and presentation. The day of our wedding the heavens opened and let the rain fall all day! The Eastwood team did an amazing job of keeping this from hindering any part of our reception!
