The Estate At Eagle Lake

We knew from the moment we saw The Estate at Eagle Lake(EEL), we knew it was our venue! We met with Brianna in January, knowing the grounds were bare but still had that feeling & man it did not disappoint. We got married in October and the amount of foliage and all of the colors throughout the grounds were stunning!! Scott, the owner does not let moss grow on his feet, as they are always making upgrade to the facility. The lake front Ceremony was stunning, the cocktail hour area upstairs was adored by all, we had guests all around the fire pits on the beach & the building and tent felt like a ballroom with the lights and chandeliers! Our pictures were a dream at the swing and out in the field! I seriously cannot thank Brianna enough for always answering emails or texts, allowing us to come on site to meet with DJ Stevie, see the tent set up for a wedding and even schedule our engagement shoot throughout the grounds! She has a list of vendors they worked with directly and we hired someone from each category because they know the venue inside and out! She unpacked all of our boxes and set up our decor perfectly! She hit the hammer on the head and made our day so romantic and special. Absolutely 5 stars!!!!

The Estate at Eagle Lake was the first and only venue we looked at for our wedding. It was truly love at first sight. Brianna and Scott are an absolute pleasure to deal with and have really invested their all into this venue. On top of that, Brianna is a miracle worker and will GET THINGS DONE. Our wedding went off without a hitch and all of our guests raved about the beauty of the venue. They utilized every space the venue has to offer from the rooftop to the beach on the lake and everything in between. This venue is truly for those who want to exercise total creativity over their wedding day. Take advantage of everything the venue has to offer and you’ll have your own unique wedding story to tell. We will never be able to thank Brianna and Scott enough for the experience we had, and we will always recommend the Estate at Eagle Lake to our friends and family.

We were married on May 28, 2022. This venue was the perfect place to have our wedding! You can tell that this isn't just a business for Scott - it's a labor of love and the fulfillment of a vision. It's spacious, comfortable, and beautifully landscaped. I loved seeing how many of our guests took advantage of the gorgeous setting to take their own family pictures! And in addition to the manicured guest areas, there are sections of the property that have been left natural, which our photographer took full advantage of for some of our wedding shots. We had a child-inclusive wedding and one of the best things about it was seeing kids playing on the lawn, hitting the s'mores station on the beach, trying out the swing, and visiting the koi pond on the hilltop - it was exactly what we wanted our reception to be. Brianna, the event coordinator, also contracts her services as a wedding planner, and I'm so glad I made the decision to hire her. She is unflappable and patiently dealt with two years of my emails, questions, spreadsheets, and anxiety attacks over whether or not to put the bubbles and tissues ON the chairs or in baskets for people to pick up before the ceremony. On the day, she and the Eagle Lake staff turned the reception tent into something even better than I had envisioned - I could (and did) absolutely trust her to decide what would work best from both an aesthetic and a practical perspective. She handled all the setup details perfectly, kept me in the loop on larger questions, and basically made my day absolutely stress-free. I can't recommend this venue enough. Highly recommended - you'll be doing yourself a disservice if you don't visit in person to see how beautiful it is!

I had my wedding at the Estate at Eagle Lake and could not have been happier. The venue is perfect for any style wedding and I’ve had so many guest compliment how beautiful it was! Everyone is so friendly and willing to help as well. I had the perfect day and am so grateful for everyone involved!

Estate at Eagle Lake is a gorgeous one-of-a-kind outdoor venue that can suit any style/theme you could imagine! Scott, the owner of the venue, takes pride in the property and has put so much thought into every aspect of the venue (and it shows!) I was a COVID bride who had to reschedule my wedding in the midst of the pandemic, and they were very easy to work with to change my date, which was very much appreciated as we had no control over what was happening in the world. Above all, the reason why this venue gets a five star rating is because of the venue coordinator, Brianna. Brianna was incredible. She went above and beyond to make sure we had the most perfect, worry-free day. For example, I decided I wanted a our bar for cocktail hour on the roof top in a specific spot and she moved it where I wanted it by herself (talk about strength!) We also live around the corner and had our dog at our wedding. My husband’s parents were supposed to take her home at the end of the night, but we could tell she had enough after the ceremony (she’s 11). Brianna took my husbands truck with our pup and brought her home without hesitation. Furthermore, she went back at night to check on her and went over the next morning to feed her. We were so so thankful. She’s a saint! Everything about this place was truly a dream come true. I couldn’t imagine getting married anywhere else! ♥️

We could have not picked a better place to get married! From the moment we went there we knew this was it. First, Brianna and Scott are amazing people to work with. Brianna will help you with whatever you need no matter what, leading up to my wedding she was always available by phone answering my silly questions and on my wedding day she made me feel so calm and she had everything under control and I couldn't ask for more. Scott is amazing, he is always making updates to the venue and they keep getting better and better! Secondly, the venue is absolutely STUNNING. From the ceremony in front of the lake, to the garden cocktail hour with the roof top over looking the venue. It is all amazing! We could have not asked for a better day, or better people to share it with!

The wedding planner and recommended florist actually treated the customer so poorly. Completely unprofessional and left the bride without a person to coordinate the days events. Luckily the lovely photographer stepped in to the save the day. The grounds were pretty and the catering / bartenders were very professional and nice.

Brianna is unprofessional, as are Bloomers n things. Stay away from either if you want professionalism on the day of your wedding, or to have anyone in the bridal party greeted. The owner is nice but Brianna (the wedding planner) left us on our wedding day after allowing the florist (Debbie Penessete of Bloomers n things) to barge into the bridal suite after telling Brianna that we were disappointed with some aspects of the flowers. If you book- make sure that Brianna and Debbie Downer or Bloomers n things aren't involved. Brianna seemed nice at first meeting but her incompetence becomes more apparent with each minor request. We left with so many small details incompleted but most of all , a sense of of uneasiness. Like we were ridiculous for asking that for the self-made map be put in parking lot, or for a hand holding the door or for directions for the mother of the bride or groom walking in. Like telling our WEDDING PLANNER that we thought the floral hoop was bigger and the dog collar was supposed to have more flowers was a cardinal sin. Be prepared to feel like an asshole for asking for anything. Don't expect wedding planer go say hi or to ask your bridal party if they need anything, let alone act like they're not angry for god knows what reason. Good luck- book elsewhere or I strongly suggest that you make sure Brianna isn't the planner.

This venue is absolutely beautiful and so unique! Brianna was a lifesaver during the planning process and on the day of our wedding!

7.2.21 wedding- I cannot rave enough about this perfect wedding venue. Not only is it SO unique and one of a kind you can feel the love through the owner/team’s passion for this place. Hands down you feel you are getting personal care from start to finish. Scott the owner is so kind, creative, handy with non stop ideas and additions to the space to constantly make it better and more fun. Brianna is my ANGEL and the best thing I could’ve done was make her my coordinator. She was the best part about my planning experience. This fully outdoor venue is a dream and so many of my guests said it was the BEST wedding they’ve been to with the coolest venue. The history behind the bunker. The garden and observation area for cocktail hour above the tent. The fire/sand pit. So many areas for people to explore and wander that is so not typical of a boring regular ballroom wedding. This place has personality and a spectacular team and vendors to make it go on so smoothly. Plus! I love you can have the option to really personalize it to whatever level you want or budget range.

The Estate at Eagle Lake is NJ’s hidden gem of THE BEST wedding venue!!!! It was the first venue my husband and I toured and one of the best decisions we made. We cannot thank Scott and Brianna enough for helping us plan a truly perfect wedding day in a gorgeous setting.

Gorgeous location, landscape and gardens very well kept. Rustic, garden vibe with super cute happy hour area with lake overlook and large tent for reception. Extremely good value for cost. Scott and Brianna were very easy to work with and responsive. Would recommend to anyone, the venue received nothing but great reviews from all our guests. Only downside, music has to be turned off at 10pm.

I don’t even know where to begin to share what an amazing experience we had with having our daughter’s wedding at The Estate at Eagle Lake. We found out three weeks before her wedding day that her original venue could no longer accommodate us. The next day, I scoured the internet looking for outdoor wedding venues and came across Eagle Lake. We contacted them and were able to schedule a tour the following day. My daughter lives out of state so only my husband and I were able to tour. Brianna showed us around and we briefly met the owner, Scott, while walking in the garden. We loved the location and all the amenities that came with the property. We had one other venue to tour that afternoon, but we knew Eagle Lake was a strong contender. After touring the other location, we called our daughter and highly recommended they go with Eagle Lake. We were not one bit disappointed with that decision. We honestly wished we knew about Eagle Lake last year before the original venue was booked. The attention to detail that Scott has laboriously put into his property is very evident. From the ceremony location by the lake, to the fountain going off when the couple says “I do”, to the beautiful landscaping of the lawn and gardens, to the beach area and dock, to the AMAZING bridal AND groom suites provided a truly perfect and relaxing day. Two days before the wedding, a hurricane came through New Jersey and Eagle Lake lost power and had significant tree damage and loss. Scott, Brianna and their crew worked around the clock to ensure that the property was cleaned up and power was restored so that our daughter’s wedding took place. Scott was still cleaning up the day of the wedding and made sure everything looked great. I can’t thank them enough for all that they did. They were attentive and gracious, even when they must have been exhausted. The weather kept changing the day of the wedding and we while we were hoping to be able to have the ceremony outside, we had good alternate plans if not. They were flexible and so accommodating. Thankfully, the sun came out a half hour before the ceremony and we were able to have cocktail hour outside as well. The rain held off until we were under the tent. Everyone was comfortable under the tent even when the rain came down hard. It’s an amazing space. A huge bonus is having access to the bride and groom suites all day. The 9 bridesmaids and bride all got ready there and it was plenty of room for everyone. The hair and makeup professionals we had come in kept commenting on what awesome space it was. The 7 groomsmen and groom arrived and were able to hang out, play video games and billiards, eat and relax. There are several areas on the property to take amazing pictures and have a beautiful first look. I would give this location and the staff ten stars if I could. We have no complaints..only praise. That this was accomplished in less than three weeks and deal with hurricane damage is honestly miraculous. Every guest I spoke to raved about the venue. We have three other daughters and would love to see them married here. We loved it that much. I can not recommend Estate at Eagle Lake enough. You will not be disappointed. FYI: We also used Sensational Hosts as our caterer and I would also highly recommend them as well. We also rented some beautiful pieces and tent lighting from Deb at Relic Redo. She was excellent to work with and went beyond to help with getting the property ready.

From the moment we walked onto the property we knew that Eagle Lake was special. It perfectly captured the relaxed, but elegant feeling we wanted for our wedding. The landscaping is immaculate and offers a variety of places for people to wander and excellent backgrounds for photos. Our ceremony was in June and while it was warm outside, the underground section and tent offered comfortable, cool areas. Working with the owner, Scott, and his associate Deb was incredibly easy and both were responsive and coordinated well with our other vendors. Deb runs a very reasonably priced decoration rental service that we used to have lawn games (over-sized wooden jenga, connect-four, etc) that guests greatly enjoyed. We whole-heartedly recommend the Estate at Eagle Lake!

My sister got married here on 10/11/19 and it was amazing. Scott and Debbie were so accommodating and always available during planning and the day of and they went out of their way to make sure everything ran smoothly. The grounds are beautiful, the bridal/groom suites are unparalleled & all the guests raved over the uniqueness of the venue and the beach became a quick favorite. I would most definitely recommend booking with Eagle Lake, you won’t regret it!!

The Estate at Eagle Lake is unlike any other wedding venue I’ve been to (both for our wedding and others’!). We had our wedding here last month, and the day was perfect, mostly due to Scott (the owner) and Deb (owner of Relic ReDo), the on-site wedding coordinator. They were extremely catering not only to my husband and I, but the entire wedding party and guests. They have a very laid back feel and are ready to help at all times. Scott has worked so hard caring for his grounds, there are so many beautiful nooks and crannies on the property - our professional wedding photos are to die for, and our guests took the most amazing photos. I was more of a DIY bride, but hired Deb for the day to place all of my decorations in the right places, and she went above and beyond what I asked. The tables were adorable! She listened to absolutely everything I requested and was so sweet. She was also able to corral the vendors and guests, which early in my planning I figured I’d do myself, but now post-wedding, there’s no way I could’ve done that and relaxed and enjoyed our day. Also, both Scott and Deb were so patient with our million emails and questions throughout the year between booking and the wedding day. This venue is truly unique, so peaceful and quiet, our guests were blown away and are still asking how we found this place. I wish I could relive the day all over again! Thank you so much, Scott and Deb! We’ll hopefully be back one day!

The ground for the Estate at Eagle Lake is stunning!! I couldn’t imagine having my wedding anywhere else. Scott the owner takes such pride in his work. Down to the smallest of detail Scott has you in mind and is always looking to improve with his guest in mind. Deb from Relic Redo helps put the finishing touches on your day. The ground crew was very friendly. They help get the guest around the venue. I’ve been married going on 3wks which is still new and looking back I wouldn’t change my venue at all. I’m still in love with The Estate at Eagle Lake! It’s a must see!!!

I had my wedding here last September and it was perfect. This venue is so beautiful! Scott and Deb were amazing and so easy to work with. They really helped make sure our day was perfect. It poured rain the whole morning of our wedding and we weren’t sure it was going to stop before the ceremony but Scott and Deb helped us stay calm throughout it all. The bridal suite is amazing! It was the perfect place the relax and get ready in. My hair dresser still tells me how awesome the set up was for them to be able to do our hair onsite. I cannot say enough nice things about this venue. It is so easy to turn it into whatever your vision is for your wedding, especially with Scott and Deb to help. We are still getting compliments from our guests about how great this place is and how there were so many different areas to explore.

The Estate at Eagle Lake provided our family the quintessential wedding venue. Our summer time wedding on the grounds of Eagle Lake offered beautiful winding pathways, inviting beach front and five star accommodations in the Bridal suite. Lush greens and lavish colors adorned the ceremony. We could not have asked for a more accommodating host, Scott Crosbie created not only a fairy-tale venue for our daughter but also moved us through each aspect of the experience with ease and creativity. Scott saw our vision and helped us bring it to life for our daughter. Estate at Eagle Lake is a must for any venue wedding our otherwise

We got married here on 7/6/18. I can’t say enough good things about this venue and Scott, Deb and the staff. We decided 60 days before our date to move our wedding up, and Scott kept us calm the whole way through. The venue had everything we needed and we are still receiving compliments almost 6 months later. The bridal suite was priceless for our group, because we had several people in our family and bridal party that needed a place to relax throughout the day. The best part was doing everything in 1 location: hair, make-up, fishing, pictures, ceremony and party. Yes, while we got our hair/make-up done, the groomsmen were fishing and playing video games. It made the whole day special. We used Summit Catering and the Eagle Lake Team and the Summit Team made everything seamless.

We got married here a couple week ago and we are still receiving compliments on the venue! This place is unique while still offering traditional beauty. There is tons of space including the lakeside beach with fire pit, gazebo & coy pond, rooftop deck over looking the reception area etc. It was the prefect place to show our personalities. And don't let the indoor space fool you we still had space for our 10 piece band and dancing, which I was worried about! It doesn't hurt that the bridal suite space is huge and the brand new facilities are gorgeous - plus the Estate is exclusively yours for the entire day! Scott and Deb are so easy and laid back to work with, it made the whole experience so enjoyable. We'd go back and do it the same all over again!

I just had my wedding here 5 days ago and I am not exaggerating when I say this venue is perfect! The venue itself is beautiful. It was perfect for my family as half loves to dance and the other is quite shy...so they were able to play games on the lawn, use the firepit (which we forgot about having to much fun), kayak in the water and explore. Eagle Lake is extra special because it has history and was built from the ground up by Scott, the owner and coordinator. He was easy to work with and there all day ensuring everything went smoothly. Honestly it was perfect. So. book it. please please please you will not regret it!

I don’t often write reviews but this is a necessary exception. My fiancé and I recently booked this venue for our wedding next summer and I have never felt so at peace with such a big decision. Scott and Deb are so genuinely interested in making our wedding day special, down to earth and stress free. The venue is gorgeous , the perfect combination of an indoor and comfortable location while still having nature fully involved. I finally feel like our wedding will feel true to who my fiancé and I are as opposed to trying to fit the mold of a different venue. Can’t stop raving about it to friends and family. We are 9 months out for the wedding and I CANNOT WAIT TO GET MARRIED HERE!! I dream about this venue nearly every night, and whenever I go to visit my grandma (lives down the road from the venue) I simply must stop by the venue to admire it's beauty. Scott has done such a wonderful job with this place and has truly made it feel like my home away from home. Each time I go back, something has been added, making me more and more excited to get married here come September. I cannot wait to see the finished product, but for now I shall patiently wait. My fiancé and I just booked for our 2019 wedding and couldn’t have picked a better place. The pictures do not do it justice. Once you step foot on this estate you get blown away. The owner, Scott, and his amazing passion and dedication is just as rare to find as this hidden gem of a venue.

I, like most of the other brides who have posted, instantly fell in love with the beauty of Eagle Lake. It was the first venue my fiancé and I looked at and we knew immediately it was “the one”. Scott and Deb made us feel right at home and have made the wedding planning process easy and fun from day one. I would highly recommend this Eagle Lake to anyone in search of the perfect outside venue!

I read the other reviews and actually felt the exact same way myself when I went o see the property. It was the first and only venue that felt right to both myself and my fiance. Can't wait to work with Scott and Deb in the upcoming year! Highly recommend this place before it books up :)

The Estate at Eagle Lake is absolutely breathtaking! From the beautiful ceremony site overlooking the lake to the chandelier-lit tent for the reception. The natural beauty of the venue allows for each bride to bring in their own unique style, and vision, and make their dreams come to life! I am so happy to have found this venue and have the chance to have my wedding there!

This was the first and the last venue we looked at! Such a beautiful place! It is perfect! Gorgeous views. Ceremony will be hold right by the lake. Scott and Deb are so kind and accommodating. Scott is so passionate about this place! I totally agree with previous review about a hidden gem, because it is! I can't wait to have a perfect wedding day. Brides and grooms rooms are absolutely perfect! They even have a children's room! This place felt right at the moment we stepped on the property and Scott and Deb made us feel so welcomed!

This Venue is a hidden gem! I've been on the search for a venue for the past 6 months, nothing felt right. I attended the bridal expo and instantly knew this was the venue. I booked my Sept 2018 reception right on the spot, I was the 6th bride to book! Super excited to host my family and friends and this venue. Scott was a pleasure and is very passionate about his estate! It's a must see, you won't be disappointed!

My fiance and I stumbled upon The Estate at Eagle Lake on the Knot, and were so blown away by the beauty of this venue that we decided to attend Scott's bridal expo a few days later. We soon learned that the photos and description of this venue do not even come close to doing it justice! It is easily one of the most gorgeous locations I've been to, and PERFECT for anyone who dreams of holding their indoor-outdoor wedding in a perfect blend of water and foliage. Scott and his team, especially Deb, are so kind, helpful, and clearly excited about the future of this venue. We booked immediately for our September 2019 wedding, because this place will be filling up fast. Scott and Deb have been so accommodating and are also excited to share the progress of this venue with us over the next two years. My fiance and I could not be more pleased with this gem and look forward to our perfect wedding day, especially given the rain/shine accommodations.

This brand new venue is absolutely gorgeous!!! My fiance Dan and I were the first bride and groom to book here and Scott has been absolutely amazing through the entire process. You can see the time and love he has put into the place and he has always made himself available to answer any questions we have. This is a dream venue for us, plenty of space for yard games and a sweeping view of Eagle Lake. It's a perfect venue for outdoors-ey types and anyone with a love of nature, as the landscaping Scott has done is completely gorgeous! We cannot speak more highly of this venue and of Scott!
