The Estate at Farrington Lake

As soon as we drive up to the Estate we instantly knew this is where we would be getting married. From the lakeside view, the rustic charm and just the beautiful atmosphere, the Estate is simply breathtaking. But it doesn't stop there. Katie was our go-to person and she was the most nicest, detail oriented and understanding partner to ensure our wedding vision came to life. She understood what we wanted and helped along the entire journey, no matter how many emails we sent with questions. We had our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception at the Estate and every part of the day was absolutely perfect. Our guests couldn't stop talking about how amazing the cocktail hour and reception food was. They were super accommodating and ensured we were loving very minute of our celebration. We HIGHLY recommend them as a venue. Katie, thank you thank you thank you for everything you've done for us, we cant stop talking about how amazing Saturday was!!!

We had our wedding at the estate at Farrington lake July 2, 2022 and what an amazing venue! The staff, Jeff and Katie and the servers and bartenders - AMAZING! Our guests loved the food and the grounds and venue is amazing! We fell in love when we came in and are so happy we had our wedding here!! 10/10 recommend! If you’re unsure about having your wedding here, don’t second guess and book it here!

We just had our wedding at the Estate and it was NOTHING SHORT OF AMAZING!!!!! Special thank yous to Jeff, Katie, & Randy for making our special day everything we could have ever dreamed of. The staff, the food, the venue, absolutely everything was perfect. The statement, "the only thing constant is change," is not one you want to be reminded of when you are planning a wedding. Let's face it, for any bride having a wedding in the pandemic, you HAD to be agile, even if you didn't want to be. My husband and I are extremely grateful that we chose The Estate at Farrington Lake for our wedding ceremony and reception. Our goal was to find a venue that was in New Jersey, had beautiful aesthetics for pictures, and had impeccable service to help us manage the anxiety the pandemic created for wedding planning. Honestly, if it wasn't for Jeff and Alex, our special day may not have happened the way we envisioned. From the time Jeff introduced himself and informed me of a management change less than a month before our wedding, we experienced nothing but support and great service. Change is never easy, but Jeff reassured us the vision would not be lost. And, it was not AT ALL! In fact, with some his recommendations, our vision was enhanced! Alex, Jeff and the Estate at Farrington Lake team executed so well it was as if I'd been working with them from the start (and in actuality we booked the location over a year prior and had originally worked with the previous management). I'm grateful for the team and how they honored what we had committed to and more given the circumstances. If you're looking for a venue that isn't just beautiful, but also has kind individuals -- from management, to catering points of contact, and bartenders who work to bring wedding visions to life, this is the place. It's truly a hidden gem.

Syed could not have been a more gracious host for our daughter's wedding. He managed all the COVID issues as our daughter's wedding was moved from 2020 to 2021. The food literally is some of the best I've had at a large event. Our daughter and son-in-law chose to have a cocktail reception and everything was perfect!

Had our wedding there this summer. The venue is beautiful, everyone raved about the size of the cocktail hour and the service. Definitely reccomend.

The Estate at Farrington Lake was more than we could have imagined for our wedding. Unfortunately, we had to postpone due to COVID and Syed and his team were nothing but professional, supportive and flexible throughout the entire process. We got married at a church, but were able to use the on site bridal suite to relax before the reception between taking photos on the absolutely immaculate grounds. We absolutely love how our guests had plenty of space to move from inside to the two outdoor patios. This venue is the best of both worlds with a ballroom on a beautiful scenic lake! Syed and his team set up the space exactly how we envisioned it and even filled our sweetheart table with all of the food so we didn't have to lift a finger. We are so happy we listened to Syed and went with a cocktail reception which allowed for us to enjoy the most out of our time and did not waste any time waiting for food to be served to our 150 guests. We had everything from pirogies and sushi to roast pork and sautéed chicken, not to mention the plethora of desserts - all of it was delicious! Syed is incredibly knowledgeable and so good at what he does - the entire team listens to each couple's individual needs and never pushed anything on us we didn't want while knowing exactly what we needed to do to have the wedding of our dreams. Three weeks later and all of our guests are still raving about how great of a wedding it was, how beautiful of a space the Estate has, and how they can't wait to recommend this place to everyone they know. Beautiful venue, helpful staff, very accommodating to our needs. Luckily the weather held out so we can enjoy cocktail hour outside underneath the tent.

We had our son and daughter in laws wedding here on July 17, 2021. It was amazing. It exceeded our expectations. Dealing with Syed from the beginning was a pleasure. He understood what type of wedding the kids wanted and he delivered every detail that they asked for. Syed and the team worked hard to make their wedding perfect. The grounds were beautiful the venue was elegant. The light show that Syed had was awesome. The food was amazing. Our guests could not stop talking about how beautiful everything was. They raved about the food from the hors d'oeuvres, the numerous food stations to the incredible choices of dessert. We would highly recommend The Estate at Farrington Lake and we can't thank Syed and his team enough for making this special day so perfect for our family.

Oh my God I have so many amazing things to say about this place!! It was an absolute dream come true (we already want to plan our vow renewal lol). If you're reading this schedule a tour and let the place speak for itself! This venue was everything we envisioned for our wedding! The minute my husband and I finished touring the place we both looked at each other and said “this is it!!!!” The grounds are gorgeous and maintained very well! We loved being near the lake and all the tall trees, there’s just so many opportunities for pictures! There’s also a bridal suite that’s on site! They made it so that although it’s one suite you can have the bridesmaids on one side and the groomsmen on the other without ever seeing each other. It made things so much easier being able to do everything there. Now onto the food portion of my review, my husband and I are complete foodies! So the food being top notch was extremely high on our list of MUST haves (because our families know we love to eat so we HAD to have a place with amazing food). Now don’t get me started on the tasting!!! The tasting alone was INSANE!!! We were literally expecting small little portions of a variety of food but instead they brought out full size meals of everything lol. We were sold!!! It was just myself, my mom, stepdad, my husband, and his mom, no one else was there so it was super intimate and the chef was cooking just for us. Chef Gus is so incredibly talented let me tell you! The manager Syed is amazing! He’s hilarious, professional, and wears the best cologne lol! He was literally a God send throughout this pandemic! Our original date was Friday, 6/12 and after 2 postponements we ended up with our new date being 7/3/21 and it was now a Saturday wedding. He was amazing to work with throughout such a crazy time. Syed and his wife Nikki are true professionals and their attention to detail is immaculate!! They truly make a wonderful team! Not only is Syed in charge but he was hands on in every aspect of our wedding! All of my guests were so impressed with him. He can walk the walk and talk the talk. He made sure our sweetheart table was covered in food from every single station (big portions too)! My guests are still raving about how amazing the food was and how courteous and detail oriented his staff was! They made everyone feel at home! I promise you will not be disappointed with this place at all!! We literally had the wedding of the century and it will be one that no one will ever forget!! Mission accomplished!

From the moment we met with Syed at our first visit at the Estate we knew we were making the right decision to have our wedding there! He and his wife are the true definition of professionalism. They were available any day at anytime to answer even the smallest question. We did not know what to expect during a pandemic but Syed assured us no matter what restrictions may be in place (luckily none by the time we made it to our big day) that it would be everything we hoped it would be and he was right. To be honest, his staff and he exceeded our expectations. From the beautiful setting, to the cocktail hour and reception, it was more than we dreamed for our wedding. Syed and the Estate at Farrington Lake team are THE BEST. We booked in September 2020 for a July 2021 wedding, not knowing what the State of NJ rules & policies would be. Syed was so helpful during the whole process, answering all of our questions and keeping us up to date. Any time I had a question he was available and more than happy to help. The venue is also such a hidden gem, the most gorgeous grounds with a beautiful ballroom and bar with windows that allow you to appreciate the whole estate. Our guests raved about the food & cocktail hour, and the day went seamlessly with Syed and his staff running the show. Would recommend 100000%! Thank you Syed & team!

This venue is stunning! Beautiful trees, greenery, and right by a lake. The food is so good, and there is a ton of it. Syed the owner made sure everything ran so smoothly the day of, I did not have to worry about one thing. And he was very responsive every time I had a question or needed something. All my guests loved the venue!

Our prom was held at this venue. They were exceedingly flexible as we made modifications to meet the most current guidance. On the day of our event, all went smoothly and the kids had a fantastic time. Professional staff & gorgeous room & grounds. Thank you!

This venue is an absolute Hidden Gem of New Jersey! Our wedding was absolutely beautiful, incredible, and everything I could have imagined and more! I originally had my wedding scheduled at a different venue but due to the pandemic, I moved the venue and the date. I am SO glad the wedding was at the Estate at Farrington Lake. The main room of the venue is absolutely beautiful, the grounds are breathtaking, and Syed is wonderful to work with! Throughout the process, Syed was extremely reliable and communicative. I knew I could always reach him over text or phone for any type of question- even if regarding a small detail of the planning. The food during the event was great and there was plenty of it during cocktail hour and the main reception. I highly recommend this venue to any couple!!!

What can we say? Our wedding at The Estate at Farrington Lake was EVERYTHING that we had hoped for & MORE! Wow Wow Wow!!!! Planning a wedding can be so difficult and stressful to begin with... throw in the COVID pandemic & new rules and regulations and forgettttabouttttittt!!! Syed and his team were nothing short but amazing, professional, easy to work with and so flexible with our requests. Syed was easy going and my wife and I both felt comfortable talking to him at all times. I don't think he ever told us "no" to any of our requests-- and some were pretty outlandish. Our ceremony was held outdoor on the smaller back patio and it was BEAUTIFUL! The cocktail hour and reception was held indoors, which scared us because of this pandemic and restrictions, but we literally have NO complaints. We had so many compliments-- the guests even LOVED Syed. I am not being biased because it was our wedding (maybe a little), this was the BEST wedding that I have ever been to. I can go on and on, but if you are considering The Estate at Farrington Lake, DO NOT SECOND GUESS IT... BOOK IT! You will not be disappointed. Just let Syed know that Michael sent ya :)

Most brides will agree it's not easy getting married in 2020. Thanks to Syed and The Estate at Farrington Lake, so many aspects fell perfectly into place! Syed was always ready and available to answer any questions I had and he worked to make sure we got the day that we needed. We got married in late October and we were blessed with an unseasonably warm day. The venue was decorated beautifully for both the ceremony and the reception. The tent was large and perfect for what we needed! We had hoped that the view and the leaves would be perfect for our big day and they did not disappoint! An amazing experience all around, I would absolutely recommend!!!

I cannot say enough about the Estate at Farrington Lake! Syed and his team were absolutely amazing and provided excellent service to our guests and made our night magical! Syed was fantastic to work with from the very beginning. He was always kind, responsive, eager to help in any way, and answer all of the questions I had. He reassured me throughout the process that our wedding would be perfect, and he exceeded our expectations ten fold! Could not be happier with The Estate at Farrington Lake! From the moment we toured the venue, it was an easy yes for us. Syed and his team especially handled throwing a wedding during covid with ease and professionalism, as well as putting in safety measures. He made everyone feel comfortable with all the changes, especially being able to throw the entire wedding outdoors on his beautiful property. The ambiance is just astonishing. My guests are still raving about how gorgeous everything was as well as the food and drink service. My husband and I had our own private servers (Syed’s son being one of them!) constantly ensuring we were well fed and had a drink in our hand. The Estate at Farrington Lake is truly a hidden gem and I am beyond grateful to have been able to have kept my original wedding date during these stressful times all because Syed was so accommodating!

The COVID pandemic has really shown which venues "get it" and which ones don't. After hearing horror stories of couples losing deposit money and being charged "change fees" we were fearful that our son and daughter-in-law would not have the wedding that they've dreamed of. Syed and his team at The Estate at Farrington Lake made them happiest couple in the world by coming through and creating an amazing wedding day! When they had to cancel their August wedding at an indoor only venue, the scramble was on to find a suitable outdoor location. From the moment we met Syed and toured the venue, we felt like it was too good to be true. He came through in every aspect; from planning on short notice, to the on-site ceremony and the outdoor reception. The property is so beautiful and the food was incredible too! Syed and his wife are so kind and accommodating and are truly an example of how to operate a venue the right way! They put the needs of the bride and groom and their guests first and provided such a positive and memorable wedding day! We can't thank them enough!

Syed and everyone else at The Estate at Farrington Lake were amazing. My husband and I were subject to COVID's wrath and found ourselves scrambling last minute in July when we realized our original venue did not have an outdoor reception option (we were originally 8/28/20). I called Syed in a panic after hearing about his plan for outdoor weddings from our DJ (thank you POSHDjs!!!). Within hours we had a meeting set up and Syed helped us reconfigure our wedding vision in less than a month. He is patient, flexible, personable, and honest and he has a great team that shows up on that day to put the pieces together. It might sound cliche, but we were meant to get married at The Estate and wouldn't change it for the world!

Every venue and engaged couple planning a wedding this year has struggled.  The former to find a way to stay viable and the latter to make the most palatable changes required to address the uncertainty and regulations governing events during the pandemic. We had changed the date and then had to change the location. The Estate at Farrington Lake was recommended by our original vendor as an outside option. As soon as we met Syed, we knew that his goal was to adjust to the pandemic regulations and concerns while assuring us the wedding we wanted. He lowered the price and reduced the minimum number of guests, which he further reduced as our number of guests continued to fall because of the pandemic. Outdoor weddings were new to the venue but by the time we met with him, he had already thought it through. Because cocktail hour hors d'oeuvres were required to be passed, we had concerns about the quantity and quality of the appetizers. Those concerns were totally unfounded. Our guests raved about them and stated that they were plentiful.  Estate's  gorgeous gardens and landscape provided a lovely setting for our celebration and for our wedding photos.. Syed worked with us to create a safe reception area. Which beautifully accommodated both our marriage ceremony and our reception while maintaining social distancing. As promised, the meals were exquisite as was the presentation of our wedding cake to our guests. Service was excellent from beginning to end. The wait staff was unobtrusive, professional and efficient. Syed played an active role in overseeing the various aspects of the event. We speak in detail of the changes that had to be made because it demonstrates the Estate at Farrington Lake's ability to turn on a dime and always assure the best event possible. It also provides an inkling of what it would be like under regular conditions.. We truly feel fortunate and grateful to have been able to have our wedding ceremony and reception at the Estate at Farrington Lake.

Where to begin... Syed has been the best throughout the entire planning process. Any questions or changes I had he accommodated. The food was outstanding! From our first tasting a year ago to our wedding day (cocktail hour to dessert), everything was on point. His servers were quick to clean and the bartenders were quick to pour. There was never a line for the bar because of the amount of servers and professionalism they had. Syed had a staff member for my husband and I the entire night and before we could even ask her for another drink, she had one in her hands. I have gotten so many compliments about the food, the venue, the ground, and the staff. Syed made sure the day ran smoothly and not a minute behind. He knows his stuff. Even his wife was there to help things run smoothly. They are a power team! Everyone at his venue went above and beyond for not only us but all my guests. I had the time of my life! I could not have asked for a better wedding! Get married here, you wont regret it!

Beautiful venue with great outdoor space. We had the perfect weather on our wedding day so we were able to do the ceremony, cocktail hour and Viennese hour outside. There are plenty of places to take pictures on the grounds so you don’t need to go anywhere else. The bridal suite is very spacious. We didn’t get ready at the venue but if you wanted to, the bridal suite is big enough for everyone. The staff was very accommodating and worked with us to have extra food on the tables and have cocktail hour before the ceremony. All the guests raved about the food! My favorite part was that we had the venue for the entire day and we were the only party there. If you’re looking for a space that hosts only one party at a time with gorgeous views, this is the venue for you!

We got married on August 2, 2019 at the Estate at Farrington Lake in East Brunswick and everything was perfect ! Syed does an amazing job from start to finish. All of our guests loved the cocktail hour as well as their dinners. I highly recommend this venue if you are looking for something on the water (lake). Everything is included at this venue, even the cake. The only thing not included are the center pieces. Due to the floor to ceiling windows with a view of the grounds the center pieces should be very simple. Aside from that, this is not a DIY venue. Everything is there for you unless you are looking to bring something specific. It is the perfect venue if you aren’t into DIY. The only thing I wish was that I ate more at cocktail hour. No other complaints, everything went smoothly!

The Estate at Farrington Lake is amazing and such a completely beautiful venue. From the moment we went to visit to the moment our wedding ended we were constantly wow-ed. Syed and his wife are just amazing. Syed bought the place a few years ago and the renovations in just the two years from when we booked to the day of the wedding were stunning. One of the biggest additions he made that meant so much to me was the added bridal suite. It was really important to have a place for my bridal party and I to be able to have before and if needed during the wedding. Syed was always extremely helpful with any questions we would have. When I would throw a crazy idea at him he would figure out how to make it happen! The grounds are amazing and the perfect place to take your photos by the lake. We loved how the ceremony has the lake background and that even if it rained the backup options would still have that! The cocktail hour space is just as stunning with the stone patio jutting over the lake. The food was absolutely amazing and our guests raved about everything they ate! We added the pipe and drape to the ballroom which I personally felt gave the space an extra touch especially for entrances to give you that grand entrance feel. The fact that the ballroom has floor to ceiling windows all lakeside facing gives you those amazing views again but the ballroom itself has this extremely classy feel. It was the perfect mix for us of rustic outdoors with classy sophistication. If you book here (which you should) make sure you have the chicken ariane on your menu! Seriously my mouth is still watering over it! Our day/night was absolutely perfect and I could not thank Syed, his wife and whole team enough for allowing us to want for nothing that night and treating us like family at every step of the way. Thank you thank you thank you <3

The Estate at Farrington Lake is simply amazing in every way! My husband and I got married in May 2019 and were having a somewhat smaller wedding (120 guests) and were having trouble finding venues to accept our minimum. Syed was a pleasure and worked with us completely from the guest minimum, to everything in between. Anything you want, he makes happen! He is extremely responsive, helpful and always catering to everything you could need/want to make you happy. Our wedding day was simply amazing. The landscaping and grounds are truly outstanding and look incredible in wedding photos, the food is delicious and there is so much included in the packages (my guests are still raving about it), and the inside of the venue is also all open windows with a view of the lake and grounds and it is also very modern (which is something that was hard to find in other venues). They also have a bridal cottage with a bride and groom side, which is newly renovated and you have for the whole wedding day which is very convenient! Our wedding day was truly spectacular and I would chose the Estate over and over again if I were to do everything again! Highly recommend!

My now-husband and I had our wedding here this past weekend and it was hands down the best day of our lives. Syed and his team were a huge part of what made our day so wonderful. Syed is AMAZING and it felt like such a relief to know he was there for us. We had SO many compliments on how beautiful the venue was (couldn't hurt that we had absolutely perfect weather), had great the food was, the super-cool bar, EVERYTHING. The service was also amazing and all of the staff were so kind and attentive - they made us feel so welcome. THANK YOU for the best day ever!

Where to begin with The Estate at Farrington Lake?! There is SO much good to say about this venue. Initially, my fiance (now husband) and I signed this place on the day we scheduled a visit. After we saw how BEAUTIFUL the outdoor ceremony area was, we were completely sold. Being completely honest, we didn't do too much research and asked very general questions, but because we loved the aesthetics of the courtyard, we signed. I will say, I went through moments of doubt and worry, especially since we were supposed to get married in April--the month of rain and unexpected temperatures. First, let me tell you how flexible Syed (the manager) is. We had originally signed for April 6th, but he knew that I was looking for a later date in April (in hopes of warmer weather) so as soon as he had an open slot for late April, he contacted me and we had the date changed--keep in mind, this was still within the first month of signing. I was not a bridezilla, but I was definitely an anxious bride.. with a lot of questions and worry. Let me tell you, after every conversation with Syed, I came out feeling so satisfied and confident. Now, for the actual wedding day.. it was supposed to rain, but weather ended up being BEAUTIFUL!! Syed had a back-up rainy day ceremony plan in mind, but luckily we didn't have to resort to that. Seriously, he and his wife Niki are the BEST team ever. They really know what they are doing and do all that they can to make sure you have the perfect wedding. Syed is fully confident in his service and I can definitely see why!! He has many years of experience so he's seen it all and knows it all! Moving onto the food... which WAS DELICIOUS. I cannot rave enough about how delicious the food was. A lot of our guests came up to us at the end of the night, complimenting the food. The cocktail hour food was BOMB--seafood, sushi, sliders, etc. There is such a wide range of selection for all sorts of guests. Syed even went out of the way to make Korean-style pork because we are Korean and he wanted to make something special for us. The main course was DELICIOUS. The steak was cut so thick, and the fish was so fresh. As the bride and groom, we were never hungry and ended the night with a full stomach. I wish I could say more but I'd have to write a novel. All in all, the day was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT--all thanks to Syed and Niki. Long story short: BOOK THIS PLACE. You absolutely won't regret it.

Enjoyed a beautiful October wedding at The Estate at Farrington Lake!!!! My guests are still raving about how amazing the venue and food were at our wedding!!!! Everyone was blown away by all the food at the cocktail hour and were equally impressed with food for dinner!! My guests loved ordering their dinner that day and having the food cooked to order (ex. asking for a rare steak and having it come out rare). The Estate truly offers the everything, from rustic lake side outdoor ceremony and cocktail spaces, to a recently renovated indoor ball room complete with built in uplighting. Syed, the owner and manager, is there for you throughout the planning process and on your wedding day. His years of professional experience instantly make you feel comfortable and confident that he will always give you honest and straight answers. If he says he can do something, then he will deliver on that promise. My husband is a huge beer fan and asked if there was any way we could have beer on tap for our wedding. Syed special ordered taps and keg fridges just so we could have two craft beers on tap for our wedding! He also expertly and professionally dealt with difficult family members, which helped ease my wedding stress and anxiety. I can't recommend The Estate at Farrington Lake enough! If I had any friends or family members who were getting married, I would insist they go to The Estate and not bother looking elsewhere. Seriously, Estate at Farrington Lake is fantastic and you will be so happy if you choose this as your wedding venue!!!

This venue is absolutely perfect! Our outdoor ceremony could not have been more beautiful, and the view of the lake from the ballroom was incredible. It has been a month since our wedding and our guests are still talking about how delicious the food was! Planning a wedding can and will be a stressful process, but he helped make it so much easier. Syed was with us every step of the way and always made us feel like we were his top priority. We absolutely recommend this venue to anyone looking for the perfect wedding day!

The Estate at Farrington Lake was the first wedding venue that I looked at with my husband and we both fell in love immediately. We looked at two venues after because we thought it was crazy to book the only venue that we saw, but that was a waste of time! We booked with Syed right away and made the best choice possible. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous. Our wedding ceremony was outside and we also had cocktail hour outside and it was just perfect! The ballroom is absolutely stunning as well. Truly a modern, elegant venue with bit of a rustic twist. Syed is truly one of a kind. He was always available to take our calls, answer our questions, and give us his (always correct) advice. The service from Syed and his team the night of the wedding was outstanding. Our guests could not stop raving about our wedding. A month later and people are still talking about it. It is definitely a hidden gem. We would recommend the Estate a million times over and over!!

The Estate at Farrington Lake is one of the most beautiful wedding venues in the tri-state area. With my husband we looked at over 40 venues and we have spreadsheet comparing service, quality, price etc. The Estate was one of the last venues that we visited in our endless search for the perfect place. We both fell in love with it instantly. The beautifully landscaped gardens and outside patios on the banks of a lake was a dream come true. The ballroom is gorgeous, modern and very elegant. The service that Syed and his team provided was absolutely outstanding. We met with Syed multiple times to go over every detail and we could have not asked for more professional, flexible and talented manager. He gave us so many great suggestions about food selection, floor plan and all the details involved. Our wedding was great. The set up was beautiful. Exactly what we asked for. The food was delicious, and the service was on top notch. Our guests still rave about the food and the location. Thank you, Syed, for making our wedding so beautiful. Had an incredible experience!! Beautiful venue, excellent food and drinks and a wonderful staff. Syed and Nikki were terrific to work with, very helpful and eager to answer all questions and concerns. At the end of the night my daughter cried because she didn't want it to be over!!! I would definitely recommend to everyone I know.
