We got married at TVI on August 30, 2024, and it was everything we could have ever dreamed of – truly the best day of our lives! TVI was the first venue we visited after getting engaged, and we instantly fell in love. It had everything we wanted – historical charm, a beautiful outdoor ceremony space, a stunning nearby water view, cottages for our guests to stay in, and a great bar area for the after party. This unique, all-in-one venue was absolutely perfect for our special day. TVI is a hidden gem that now holds a very special place in my heart, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a venue that stands out from the rest on Long Island. We will forever love TVI!

We had our reception here on 9/14/24. I cannot possibly begin to say enough wonderful things about this venue! Everything was so perfect and beautiful and all of the staff was so incredible to work with and made everything so stress free! It was the best day ever! Every guest kept telling us and still continue to tell us that it was the best and most fun wedding they have ever been to! This venue is just so unique and beautiful! We didn’t want the typical “wedding hall” and this was truly perfect with its historical rustic atmosphere! This is the place to book!

Highly recommend TVI. Our wedding was better than we anticipated. We are out of state and booked without touring. We did video chat and the venue was stunning in person. Really blew us away. The venue is not just a typical catering hall- quaint, historical and has beautiful charm. Great location across from the harbor and close to shops. The cottages are all beautiful, large, separate and have a stunning waterfront view and the Main House rooms are really convenient during the day of. The staff was exceptional. Thanks to Tom, Kyle and John who are truly professionals and really put on an amazing operation. We were so impressed with everyone we worked with.

Three Village Inn was the perfect spot for our wedding! The venue is charming and historic, and did not feel like your traditional ballroom. Communication was great from the start. The day ran smoothly and we enjoyed every second! We keep saying we wish we could do it all over again! Our Maitre de and bridal attendant were helpful and made sure we had everything we needed day of. Our guests stayed at the hotel on site which was incredibly convenient and saved us from having to spend money on any transportation. If you are looking for a unique and quaint venue, with an experienced staff, I highly recommend TVI!

We had our son & future DIL engagement party in August, & everyone loved the food, service,& the room in which we were in, the whole restaurant is very welcoming in their decor.I also had my husband’s surprise birthday party in a different room years ago! We go there to meet friends for dinner also! It’s always on our list!

I would highly recommend this venue to my friends and family. I got married here this year and have no regrets choosing this place as my venue. I opted for the full wedding package, utilizing their preferred vendor options for photography, flowers, DJ, and bakery. Choosing from their preferred vendors list not only saved time and stress from looking for other places but exceeded our expectations. We worked with Tom throughout the wedding planning process, who always responded promptly with professionalism. The Maitre d, staff members and bridal attendant were also very pleasant to work with. The venue was beautiful, accommodating and pricing was very reasonable.

Our experience with the Three Village Inn was outstanding! Tom was nothing but helpful and patient through the whole wedding planning process. He made sure that all of our questions were answered thoroughly, our needs were met to the highest regard, and made sure we were always happy every step of the way. Day of the wedding could not have gone smoother! Our bridal attendant Hannah was so kind and made sure we did not have to think about anything the day of! Our maitre d’ Kyle was amazing! He made sure everything ran smoothly was always a step ahead of us! The food was wonderful, the guests were happy, and it was the perfect day! From our very first visit to Three Village Inn, we knew we found the perfect place for our daughter's wedding which took place on June 7, 2024. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Inn and their staff. Please make sure you visit this lovely venue before deciding where you have your wedding. You will fall in love with it's charm, beautiful property, location and the timeless elegance of the cocktail & reception space. John Schlenke, our Banquet Manager, was always available throughout our year of wedding planning. His very pleasant nature and professional attention to our questions provided us with assurance that they would fulfill our vision for the wedding day. He was an absolute delight to work with and we greatly admire his professionalism and experience. Many thanks, John!! His staff, including Kyle (maitre d) made sure the day went according to plan and paid great attention to our needs and those of our guests. We extend our gratitude to all of them. The bridal attendant, "Danny", was so attentive to our daughter throughout the event. She tended to every need and was so sweet. Looking back, I can't imagine not having her presence! The bridal room was waiting for us with a bottle of Prosecco and a tray of snacks - which we all enjoyed. The two rooms for the cocktail hour flowed beautifully with plenty of cozy seating for our guests to enjoy the delicious food. The first room offered charcuterie selections and the second had the stations for the hot dishes we selected with John's guidance. There were also passed appetizers in both rooms which were beautifully presented. Everything was delicious. The main banquet room was simply elegant and exactly what we wanted for the reception, with enough room for lots of dancing and comfortable seating. The dinner selections were all delicious and were greatly enjoyed by everyone. Many complements to Mirabelle!!! The ceremony space was lovely, as were the patios with plenty of seating for those who wished to be outside throughout the event. There are plenty of lovely outdoor spaces, perfect for our photographer & guests taking family pictures. We capped the evening off with an after party in the Tavern, located in the Inn. Guests were tired, but really enjoyed the ambiance the tavern offered to continue the celebration. We loved that our family & guests were able to stay in the Inn or the cottages on the property. The rooms are nicely appointed and very comfortable. The surrounding area in Stonybrook provides many attractions & restaurants. In summary, our experience with everyone at TVI was outstanding. They truly know how to do weddings, with personal touches, flexibility and tremendous kindness. We are grateful to everyone for fulfilling our vision for our daughter's wedding day. My wife and I got married at Three Village Inn on 5/3/24. From the day we first visited TVI we knew we wanted to have our wedding there - the venue was quant, yet elegant and offered everything we were looking for in a package deal. When the big day finally arrived, everything went flawlessly in terms of order of operations, delicious food, helpful staff. Absolutely would recommend going with Three Village Inn if you're looking for a venue!

I had the best experience booking and planing my wedding with Three Village! The whole process was so easy and everyone I spoke to was so helpful! I had the best wedding day- from getting ready at the cottages to the reception at night! I am so happy we booked with three village! they helped me have the best wedding day possible!!

My husband and I had our wedding reception at the Three Village Inn in February, and we whole-heartedly recommend this beautiful venue. Every step of the wedding planning process was easy and efficient with such a lovely and understanding staff who all clearly know every in and out of planning a great party. It really felt like they were planning a wedding that was unique to us, and were extremely accommodating of our vision and requests. They were also very communicative and easy to get in touch with. The wedding itself was a dream. The venue is classically beautiful with so much character and warmth, and every stage of the food was delicious. Winnie was a remarkable maitre d, and she ran every thing so smoothly the days leading up to the wedding and on the day of the wedding that we really didn't have to worry about any thing. She kept things moving along, coordinated well with the photographers and DJs, fixed my bustle when it inevitably broke, and is so clearly knowledgeable. She is a real asset to any wedding. The on-site cottages and guest rooms overlooking the harbor made the wedding feel intimate and like a multi-day event, and were also just extremely convenient. We woke up to a beautiful snowfall the day after and it was like being in a Hallmark movie. I could not imagine a better place to have had our wedding, and I am so grateful to everyone at the Three Village Inn for a truly perfect day.

Our wedding at Three Village Inn was a dream come true! Tom from Lessings was calm, reassuring, and was able to answer all of our questions whenever we had them. He made it easy for us to remain calm throughout the wedding planning process. On the day of, we had Winnie and Sophia as our staff and both handled everything through the evening flawlessly, even the things we didn’t think of. The rest of the staff was professional and always greeted everyone with a smile. Would highly recommend having your wedding or really any event at Three Village Inn.

We had our wedding over the summer at TVI (7/14/23) and it was the best experience we could have asked for! From booking the venue all the way to the wedding day, Tom and Winnie made the entire wedding planning process a breeze. They really know how to minimize the stress! We loved the location for the history but honestly, everything about TVI is quaint and beautiful. Our guests really enjoyed the space and the quality of food. We went with the package that was offered and all the vendors associated with TVI were great to work with as well. Would recommend 10x over.

Look no further for a venue. Everyone at the Three Village Inn was Informative, attentive, and so nice! We just had our wedding here and everything was amazing. Tom, Winnie, and Hannah and all the staff were so warm and welcoming. The venue itself is beautiful! The ceremony during the sunset was gorgeous. The cocktail hour was amazing with delicious food that all our guests raved about. The reception room is newly renovated and beautiful. Book with the Three Village Inn. You won’t be disappointed at all.

We just had our wedding last week (9/29/23) at TVI and it was absolutely incredible. I am so impressed by the fluidity of the evening, they are a well oiled machine with their vendors! We had such an incredible experience working with all the team at TVI. Every step of the way we were met with patience and so much helpfulness. We worked with John for the initial organizing process, and are so grateful for his coordination and communication while we were planning this all from out of state. For the wedding day, we had Winnie and Raemarie helping coordinate events. We had a lot of curveballs thrown their way, (last minute photos in the cocktail antechamber due to rain and more!) and they handled everything with grace and accommodated us and our bridal party. If we ever needed anything, they were right at our side ready. At one point my bustle ripped and a bridesmaid was helping me, when suddenly Raemarie and Winnie appeared with safety pins and had me ready to dance within less than 15 seconds. The service was incredible and they were so kind! All of our guests also cannot stop raving about the food! The cocktail hour was so delicious, we had three stations and passed canapés. For dinner we had multiple choices for guests, also available GF/Veg options. I have been told by many of our guests it was the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding! We are so thankful we went with TVI and just had such a marvelous experience! I highly recommend their venue you will get the best experience! We got married on 623/23. Our entire wedding experience was a fairytale and it is all thanks to the amazing staff. From the start Tom made us feel at home. It was the perfect location for the private, intimate, rustic wedding we were looking for. He answered every email and truly made our day come to life. We opted for the wedding package working with their vendors who were all so professional and amazing. We had a 95 person wedding with an outdoor ceremony and after party at the tavern. The food was absolutely delicious which our family and friends continue to talk about. Our Maitre D was Winnie who made our entire day run smoothly. She helped coordinate the whole day from helping us have our ceremony outside with 20 minutes to dry the chairs from the train earlier that day to battling every crisis and potential problem that came her way without batting an eye. We gave them items to set up and they were displayed and decorated in a way I would have never been able to imagine to truly make the day special. Our bridal attendant was Emily who made sure all my needs were met and I was never without food, water or the bathroom break. The entire staff at the inn was so friendly that it made everyone feel welcomed. We stayed the night prior at the cottages where the bridal party got ready, was more than enough space for 10-14 people to get ready and do photos. I will definitely recommend the 3 village inn to all potential brides to have their perfect day come true.

My wife and I got married at Three Village Inn a few days ago. It was the best day of my life, and the staff at the inn was instrumental in making everything go so well. We planned the wedding with Tom Wright from Lessing's. He was very easy to work with in person, and made the planning process go very smoothly. Our Maitre D', Winnie (Winifred Schaffer), was absolutely wonderful. She ran our rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception, and did a great job. I was initially skeptical of how much a Maitre D' could matter, but she had a massive impact on our day; directing the entire show, making sure everything went exactly as we wanted, and in keeping us calm and in the moment. Our bridal attendant, Emily, was similarly incredible. When my wife wanted to change out of her heels before our first dance, Emily ran (I'm pretty sure she **sprinted**, considering how quickly she returned) up to our cottage not once, but TWICE, to retrieve two different shoe options. She even found socks that we were unsure if we'd even packed! She made our day SO much easier and more enjoyable, and really allowed us to bask in the love of our family and friends, directly in the moment. She has a flower preservation business Saving Stems (@savingstemsco) that we will absolutely be patronizing! The food at TVI was spectacular. Everything we ate, from the appetizer at our rehearsal dinner (burrata), to the hors d'oeuvres (the chick pea fries in particular), to the dinners, right down to the perfectly crispy chicken fingers at the after party, was delicious. We're excited we can relive some of it by going to the restaurant, where most (all?) of the dishes we had are served. Even the bar tenders and serving staff were spectacular. Friendly, polite, and calm in a way we really appreciated. The accommodations at the inn, specifically the cottages where we and many of our friends and family members slept either one or two nights, were fantastic as well. Spacious, comfortably air conditioned, clean, and generally beautiful. All of our guests had positive things to say! We got a package with Lessing's that included the venue, food, DJ, photographer, cake, and flowers. We forewent the Limo and got a credit for it. While we did add various things with each vendor (the after party, more photographer time, a videographer, ceremony music, an MC, and a few other things) we ultimately felt the package was well worth it, particularly in comparison to all the other potential venues we had investigated (most with more expensive packages that seemed to include far less). Overall, our feelings on the Three Village Inn, as a venue, are overwhelmingly positive. We can not recommend them highly enough for any wedding or celebration. We are so, SO glad we decided to have are wedding there!

A dream to work with leading up to the wedding! Always very professional and so helpful! We had a lot of dietary restrictions and they were very careful and accommodating to every one. It's a beautiful venue!

From the moment we sat down with Tom, we were in! He was attentive, thorough, responsive and down to earth. He flawlessly went through every detail with us and kept everything organized and coordinated. We were looking to have a small wedding and Three Village Inn was right up our ally; it was historical and quaint- they needed to do emergency renovations and even though things became more modernized, they still kept the antique-historical look and the renovations came out absolutely amazing! We also dealt with Nicole, the hotel manager, and RaeMarie, the general manager; both extremely responsive and handled our slight hiccups with ease and efficiency. The day of our wedding went seamlessly as well. The food was delicious, timing was perfect and we partied hard! We had Whinny as our Maitre ‘d and Hannah as our bridal attendant and damn they were amazing!! They both made sure we ate, stayed hydrated and had fun. They’re a huge asset to have and we were privileged to have had our wedding there!

My daughters wedding day was just so wonderful! Three Village really went above and beyond and everything went so smoothly. Can't thank Tom and his staff enough for all their help from the set up, to food to timing etc!! So much fun and everything was just beautiful!!!

From the moment we toured TVI back in August 2020, my husband and I knew this was the perfect venue for us! It couldn’t be more charming. The grounds are so beautiful, and we adored the vintage cocktail hour space and quaint reception room. It was the perfect size for our 145 person wedding! We had a few little bumps in the road due to some wonky communication since they had some employee turnover, but aside from those few blips we truly have nothing but wonderful things to say about Three Village Inn. It really was the wedding venue of our dreams! Our Maître d', Winnie, was very nice and remained on top things on the big day. Who really stole the show for us was our bridal attendant, Emily! She was so sweet and didn't skip a beat. She was a calming presence in my bridal suite before the ceremony, as well as right after, waiting at the end of the aisle with our signature cocktails in hand for us! She even packed up a few slices of our cake and dropped it off to us at the after party since we didn’t have the opportunity to eat much of it during the reception! The food at our wedding is STILL talked about by our family and friends. Cocktail hour especially blew us away. The seafood paella (one of our “action station” picks) was out of this world!

We just had our wedding at The Three Village Inn (Nov. 11th) and my husband and I were thrilled! It was the best day of our lives! We worked with Tom, who was a SAINT patiently dealing with every question and email we had for him. They were communicative and responsive. We did NOT have a day-of-coordinator, but it was not needed. Our Maitre d’ (Winnie) was professional, attentive, and organized. Our bridal attendant was the only one with the key to our bridal suite so all of our belongings were safe and secure the entire night. Everything ran smoothly the entire day. My husband and I never NOT had a drink in hand! We stayed at the Inn (Suite #16) the night before our wedding day. The morning of the wedding, we used this room for my bridesmaids and I to get ready in. It was spacious enough for 10 women to get ready in and had 2 bathrooms which was very convenient! It was centrally located between the main building and all of the guest rooms (not to mention, walkable to the water/marina across the street). We also utilized the attached tavern for our after-party. The food was fresh, delicious and plentiful! The bar well-stocked and bartenders worked quickly. The building itself has old-timey, rustic, classy charm with original architectural features. The grounds lent itself to stunning photos with little nooks and crannies to hide away to but also had the scenic water and marina across the street. Our entire wedding from start to finish took place at this venue and we couldn’t have been happier with how it turned out!

This was the first venue we looked at and we knew right away this was where we wanted to get married. We met with Tom who was amazing throughout the whole process. He answered any questions we had in a timely matter. The grounds were beautiful, staff was friendly and super helpful. The day of all the details turned out perfect! I had the most beautiful wedding this last June at three village inn. We got married on site in the garden with its magical lighting, and enjoyed a fun and delicious cocktail hour. The food was amazing and the Matr’d Tom made sure everything was exactly how we pictured it! It was the perfect ambience for an intimate wedding that felt very personalized. We continued our night with the after party in the tavern, and stayed at the cottages with many of our guests. There are so many cute spots for photos - the park, the beach, and the venue itself are so beautiful and special. Could not recommend it more!

My wife and I had a great experience working with TVI for our wedding this past May, especially Tom and Winnie. Tom walked us through the process from Day 1 and was extremely responsive to our many questions and Winnie helped ensure the day itself went really smoothly. One of the things we loved about TVI was how allowed us to use their different spaces (cottages and bar space) before the ceremony for our pre-wedding religious rituals. We are also so appreciative in how TVI worked through last minute changes and circumstances that may have otherwise disrupted the event. The venue itself is everything we wanted: bucolic outside and rustic inside. TVI also offers so many delicious food options and we felt that all of our guests, including those with dietary restrictions, were able to have something they enjoyed. Thanks TVI!

My husband and I always knew we wanted our reception to be at Three Village Inn. We were married on November 25, 2022, and knew that this venue would be the perfect place to kick off the holiday season and celebrate our wedding! From the second we walked into TVI to meet with RaeMarie to start planning we knew we had made the right choice. RaeMarie was communicative and professional throughout the entire planning process and made sure to always get back to us with our many questions. We also utilized the hotel to block book rooms for our out of state guests. Nicole was a huge help with the room block and booking process and ensured that everything went smoothly and that our guests staying at TVI were well taken care of. When it came time to select our menu, my husband and I were thrilled with all of our options. Our cocktail hour was a complete knockout! All of our guests were raving about the selection and variety of our passed hors d’oeuvres such as duck tacos, baby lamb chops, bacon wrapped scallops, and patê! The stations at our cocktail hour were also a hit! We selected a BBQ Chef’s Action Station with Pulled Pork and Macaroni and Cheese, WOW it was delicious. As if that wasn’t already enough, our guests enjoyed a delicious broken burrata salad with entrée options of chateaubriand, stuffed chicken breast, herb crusted striped bass, and a stuffed acorn squash. The meats and fish were delicious and well-seasoned, veggies fresh and flavorful, and presentation absolutely superb! The staff working our event were also incredible, Winnie our maître d’ was nothing short of amazing. She ensured timing of everything from cocktail hour to cake cutting went off without a hitch and truly was such a kind and wonderful person to work with. Our bridal attendant, Alana, was so attentive and helpful, she ensured that my husband and I got a chance to eat, our glasses were never empty, and that we had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves at our reception. A special shoutout to Alana since she helped me, a slightly klutzy bride, get a drop of penne alla vodka out of my gown before the reception started! She was truly wonderful! Now, the actual space where the reception was held at TVI was absolutely beautiful! Our florist decorated the tables with simple greenery with accents of white flowers and candles, and the room looked perfect. When Winnie and RaeMarie got my husband and I before the reception started so we could see the ballroom all put together, I actually got teary eyed! I could not have asked for a more beautiful space! We also brought some of our own décor to TVI a few days before our wedding to be utilized throughout the space. I went over everything with RaeMarie and Winnie and what I had envisioned for the items I brought, I could not have been more thrilled with how our pieces were incorporated into the overall décor. The next day after our wedding, all of our items were neatly packed back up in their original boxes and ready for us to take home with us, a totally perfect and seamless process! My husband and I truly had the absolute best night of our lives and that was in large part due to our amazing experience from beginning to end with Three Village Inn! RaeMarie, Nicole, Winnie, Alana and the incredible culinary team, truly made our wedding what it was. Three Village Inn was the most perfect place for our reception and we look forward to going back for years to come to celebrate our anniversary and other special occasions!

From the start my husband and I knew we wanted to have our wedding at Three Village Inn. Tom was great and walking us through our options and was always available to answer our many questions. We ended up booking for our wedding and engagement party. Tom and Winnie were especially great when we decided to cancel our wedding and turn our engagement brunch into the actual wedding. With just a few months to plan the entire team was super helpful. Day of the party, Winnie handled everything and walked us through the day. When the florist didn’t deliver our flowers for the cake, Winnie took some left over flowers we had and placed them on our cake and made it perfect for us. She even coordinated and handled the refund from the florist which meant we didn’t have to do a thing! We couldn’t have asked for a better day and a better experience. Tom, Winnie and the entire team at Three Village Inn were the best.

We had our wedding at The Three Village Inn on Friday 11/18/22 and we can't thank them enough. The day went without a hitch and the entire staff was absolutely amazing. Tom was great walking us through the entire process, and even drove over my now wife's bouquet to our Church because she forgot it at the venue. Winnie was the best maitre'd and was working so hard the night of to ensure that everything went smoothly. Emily - the bridal attendant was also absolutely amazing all night and worked so hard to do anything she could for us!! Also want to give a shot out to Rae Marie at the front desk for dealing with a small hiccup regarding our rooms. She was great!! Our guests were raving about the food and how beautiful the venue was. Thank you so much to everyone again at the TVI for making our day so great.

We absolutely loved our wedding! The staff was so attentive and beyond nice. We really had the best day ever. All the food was amazing and they really made sure our vision came true! Our bridal attendant Emily was absolutely amazing. She kept us fed throughout the nigh lol!

We looked around for a while before deciding on the Three Village in for our wedding. The other places we looked at were either over the top or just plain smelled bad. Three Village was the obvious choice Tom was attentive, and extremely helpful every step of the way. The day of the wedding it rained, and the staff very quickly transitioned from an outdoor wedding to an indoor wedding. The personal attention we received during the event was second to none. The day was perfect every step of the way this was all due to the venue, and the staff. Thank you Tom and Three village in for making our special day even better.

Tom was so easy to work with, honest, and the wedding day for my daughter ran so smoothly and professionally. There were so many wait staff that attended to my guests and the menu was plentiful, fresh, unique, and absolutely delicious. I even ordered a specialty plate of sushi to be brought to the bridal suite for the bridal party and they were thrilled My guests raved about it afterwards and told me what a great time they had. I can’t say enough good things about Three Village Inn to make my daughters wedding such a success. Thank you!!

My husband and I had our reception at the Three Village Inn in August 2022, and we had the wedding of our dreams! We were over the moon happy with every detail, and every single guest we have spoken to in the months since the event has said it was the BEST wedding they've ever attended. The staff at Three Village Inn, especially Winnie and Tom, were so welcoming, helpful, and accommodating. I planned the wedding myself, and it was incredibly easy to manage with their advice and quick answers to my questions. Winnie made sure in the days leading up to the event and day-of that every aspect was seamless. She guided us so smoothly through the various parts of the reception, we didn't have to worry about a thing, and the day felt like a breeze. We are deeply grateful for everything she did to make our wedding such a spectacular event. The Three Village Inn is a wonderful venue with a lot of historic charm, which is something we definitely wanted. The ballroom looked beautiful, and our guests also really enjoyed being able to step outside and enjoy the summer evening on the patio. The dance floor is just the right size so it felt full and lively but not overly packed, and our guests were out there dancing at every opportunity. The food was INCREDIBLE both during cocktail hour and at the seated dinner. We also chose to add a pie station for dessert, which was a huge hit. Once again, people keep telling me that it was the best they've ever had at a wedding. We had a lot of guests come from out of town, and hosting them at the Three Village Inn was a perfect way to introduce them to the things we love most about Long Island. An additional really nice element is the rooms and cottages onsite. It was so convenient, and the location is really lovely right by Stony Brook Harbor. I would not change a single thing about our wedding, and would do it all over again if I had the opportunity! I'm just hoping I can go back and enjoy it again as a guest. This venue absolutely went above and beyond to make my wedding the most beautiful day I could have ever dreamed. We knew from the first time we toured the space it was perfect for us. We loved the convenience of having ceremony, reception, after party, and on-site accommodations for us and our guests but truly the whole team made our day better than we ever thought. Tom was there to answer every question or concern. Winnie took everything we brought and transformed the space into something that brought tears to my eyes. The staff was amazing, the cottages were perfect, and even though we had to have our ceremony inside due to rain, they made the space so beautiful it was still more than perfect. Our guests are STILL talking about how amazing the food was. There are many beautiful venues on Long Island but I absolutely think this is the most magical one there is!

My husband and I had the ABSOLUTE PLEASURE of working with Tom — we also had some correspondence with RaeMarie and Nicole while planning our wedding. They were all incredible, answering my many emails with prompt responses. Also - huge shout out to my bridal attendant Emily, this girl was incredible and my Maitre D Winnie. We definitely felt well taken care of. Overall great experience!! Honestly - if you don’t book Three Village for your wedding, plan a night out here with dinner and a stay in their beautiful cottages. The staff (especially the nice young man at the front desk) are all lovely and so helpful.

We just got married here this past weekend, and I cannot recommend this venue enough! The staff, the food, and the atmosphere created the most perfect wedding environment that we could have imagined. It was truly a fairytale. Our guests loved every minute of it! I want to give a special shout out to Tom - we couldn't have done any of this without you!!! Tom was incredibly patient, professional, and kind from the moment we started working with him through the end. We are so appreciative and cannot thank Tom and the staff at three village enough for making our day absolutely perfect!!!!

We just got married here on 8/13/22. What an incredible night!!!!!!!! We honestly couldn't ask for a better venue. The staff at TVI are incredible. We worked closely with Tom Wright, the director of sales. Throughout the entire process Tom was honest, friendly, and extremely helpful. Winnie was our maitre'd and she was also great to work with. I mean, the food is INCREDIBLE. I had friends and family tell me this was the BEST meal they've ever had at a wedding. I seriously couldn't imagine a better wedding day. THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART!

I wish I could give it NO stars. Just went to a wedding held there on Aug.5th2022, it was hott out that day but the cocktail hour had no ac in the room. the staff knew the venue knew but guess who they didn't tell... the bride who paid for it. it was hotter inside than outside on a 90° summer day. we asked the staff why it was so hot and they said it's always hott in here and the manager never does anything about it. I have celiac so it can be hard for me to eat, I usually don't eat at wedding because of this but the staff informed me the meal was definitely gluten free and safe for me... wrong I had to send it back twice and I did eat gluten. I go to the kitchen to ask them if it was gluten free after the first dish wasn't. they tell me to go back to my seat and they'll have someone come out to me. I told them not to do this and they did and it caused a scene! I had to ask them once the staff swarmed me to step outside with me so we wouldn't embarrassed the bride. HORRIBLE HOSPITALITY. oh they ended up coming back out a 3rd time to tell me they were mistaken and the dish they said had gluten (which i ate) was actually gluten free.. and now im have a reaction. so they lied on top of it. don't book your wedding here your overpaying for poor service

We had to reschedule our wedding due to COVID-19, but it was well worth the wait! This is a gorgeous venue with exceptional food and professional staff. We received tons of compliments regarding the food (everything was delicious) and the atmosphere of the venue in general. The venue itself is quaint & charming – the garden is perfect for an outdoor ceremony during the summer and the reception hall is elegant. The venue surpassed my expectations day of in terms of how beautiful everything looked, but also with how smoothly the event went. Our maître d’ and bridal attendant were very helpful and attentive throughout the day. We also enjoyed working with RaeMarie and really appreciated her flexibility and patience with our postponements. We look forward to returning on our anniversary!

Three Village is absolutely beautiful. We (and our guests) had such a great time. From the view of the water to the little string lights strewn about the property, everything was perfect. Our ceremony was on site and the area was beautifully lit up for night time. Every single one of the staff were accommodating and friendly. I highly recommend for your wedding, or any event for that matter.

Our wedding day at the Three Village Inn was everything I could have hoped for and more. We moved our original wedding date due to COVID, and the team there made the process super easy. We opted for their complete wedding package, which I HIGHLY recommend as it took a lot of stress off finding vendors (plus the ones in their package were amazing and super familiar with the venue). The planning process went incredibly smoothly, and RaeMarie was very helpful along the way in answering our questions. The day of the wedding, we did not have to lift a finger; our maitre d and bridal attendants were fabulous. Our guests have been raving about how beautiful the venue was. And staying on premise in the cottages made the weekend extra special and convenient. We are so glad to have chosen 3VI to host our special day!

My husband and I had our reception at this lovely restaurant and inn and we were very pleased with the service provided. They reached our expectations and the customer service was amazing from beginning to end. I would definitely recommend The three Village Inn to any couple looking for a romantic place for their wedding to take place in.

Unfortunately my fiancé and I had to cancel our June 2020 wedding at Three Village Inn due to Covid, but our experience prior to our cancelation was great. We worked with RaeMarie, who was extremely professional and accommodating. During the days of uncertainty she helped comfort us and make our cancellation process go as smooth as possible. We would love to one day be able to have an event at Three Village Inn.

TVI was amazing when it came to replanning our wedding into a micro wedding. Rae Marie was attentive and supportive. She made the room look amazing along with all the other staff. They made us sign a covid guideline form which we were happy to sign and enforced all CDC covid guidelines during our wedding. We had an amazing wedding and it looked gorgeous.

The perfect venue! The Inn is charming, the food was plentiful and delicious, and the staff was professional and very helpful. It was a wonderful experience working with them. Highly recommended!

Coindre Hall was amazing! Our original wedding date was 6/13/20, but we postponed in April to 9/4/20. Rae kept in constant communication with us anytime we had questions. We were told we could have postponed again, or even cancelled, and they would have fully reimbursed us. They honored all of the terms of our contract, we had a package which included vendors, and they let us keep everything as it was set originally. We did have to limit our guest list to 50, and we couldn't have dancing, but everything else remained the same. It was amazing! John was our maître d , and he was everything everyone says he is! He made everything about our day amazing! They are so welcoming and accommodating. The vendors who they recommend and who are on their packages are great too! The staff made sure our whole day was planned just as we envisioned it, and when we arrived on our wedding day John made sure every single detail went exactly as planned. Everything was exceptional! We had our ceremony socially disntaced on the lawn in the front, under a big beautiful tree, and John made sure all the decorations and small details were not just in place, but perfect! The rooms were all decorated so beautifully, the vendors were all familiar with the grounds, the food was great, and everything all day ran so smoothly! Even without dancing our guests had a great time, it was exciting and fun and magical! We could not have been more happy with how our day went! The grounds are beautiful, the staff is excellent! Covid did not stop us from having the picture perfect beautiful wedding we dreamed of! Coindre Hall is a beautiful venue, and I can not say enough of how amazing the staff is!

We had our small micro-wedding reception here. The venue is lovely, service was outstanding, and the food - delicious. Thank you to the entire staff who made a stressful time better and special for us. They also made every effort to ensure the pricing was fair and set up the private room beautifully ensuring we could also social distance. Will definitely be back and recommend to others! ❤️

We had our wedding in Aug of 2019 and Three Village Inn was great. Anything we needed they were right there to help us. The venue is great and the grounds are perfect place to have a wedding. Also staying in the cottages is a must, they are amazing. I would definitely recommend having a wedding here.

Amazing! Our wedding at Three Village Inn in December was an absolute dream. Every aspect of our day was handled perfectly. The food was amazing, the decor blended perfectly with our theme, and the staff was more than accomodating! Our guests are still talking about how it was one of the best weddings they have ever been too. The cottages on the grounds turned our wedding from a one-night affair to a "destination" like weekend event even though we are local to the Three Village area. We can not wait to go back and celebrate our anniversary there! I feel the need to separately highlight our Banquet Manager & Maitre D', Stephanie Rossi. Stephanie is everything you could ever want and hope for in a Maitre D'. She had every aspect of our day organized and under control starting months before our wedding day! I would like to share a story about Stephanie and her team which may at first seem like a negative but I can assure you is a HUGE positive and testament to the fact that TVI will make sure your day is PERFECT! We decided to also have our rehearsal dinner at TVI the night before our wedding which gave our bridal party the destination type feel of being away for the weekend. When we arrived for the rehearsal the night before the wedding there had been a miscommunication in our booking and they were not prepared for my group of 30! I was about to panic thinking how could I host/feed 30 people the night before my wedding when Stephanie looked at me and said "take a deep breath and do not worry. I've got this all under control." By the time my bridal party could order a drink, Stephanie had the back room completely set, custom menu's printed, and staff ready to go. My bridal party didn't even know there was a little hiccup. She gave us the perfect start to our weekend and really let me know we were in great hands. My bridal party is still talking about the menu from our rehearsal dinner! If you are looking for someone who treats you as if your day is just as important to them as it is to you then Stephanie is it! We can't wait to go back and visit!

During the crazy and sad process of postponing our 2020 wedding, RaeMarie at Three Village Inn kept each step clear and simple. We were able to select a new date next year that worked for us and all the rest of our vendors, and were able to change things over with little additional cost (increase in administration fee from 20% when we booked to 22% for 2021). While initially they asked us to wait to postpone, until there was more guidance from local government, when we decided the variables all added up to necessitate postponing RaeMarie accommodated us. It was a relief to feel that the staff at Three Village understood and respected our concerns and didn't try to push us past our sanity in either waiting to postpone or in securing a new date. With a family loss from the virus, a number of family and friends in high risk essential service jobs, and the stress of planning a wedding back home while out of state, it was such a weight off our shoulders to know our venue, and all the vendors recommended by Three Village Inn's package, were really trying to work with us to find the happiest resolution possible under the circumstances. No one knows exactly what the situation will be a few months or even a year from now, but it's good to know that we have entrusted this milestone in our life to a group of businesses who balance business sense with empathy.

Three Village Inn has been helpful and accommodating from day one. Rae Marie, the Events Manager, was the first and only individual we met with across multiple venues to have asked us what we were looking for for our wedding. Since then, she has been willing and able to answer all of our many questions and has worked with us to customize our wedding. However, the biggest compliment I must mention is how understanding and flexible the venue and Rae Marie were when we unfortunately had to postpone our wedding and reschedule due to COVID-19. Rae Marie took the time to personally call me and let me know of our options, within 5 minutes sent me new dates we could choose from, and once we contacted her with our new date choice she had a new contract over to us and transferred all of our guest's reservations in our hotel room block within such a short time it relieved so much stress I was so worried we would deal it. Rae Marie has been a pleasure to work with, not to mention the Venue is unique, quaint and adorable. We would highly recommend!

Three village inn and especially Rae Marie have handled my wedding d the fact that it needs to be postponed due to the covid-19 virus so we’ll and with so much care and thoughtfulness. I was devastated to find out I have to move my wedding but thankfully I had no issues moving the date and transferring everything over. I just booked my wedding at three Village Inn!! I must say what sold me (other than how wonderful the venue is) was Dan! He was honestly FABULOUS! He took so much time and care into making sure that my fiance and I were comfortable and that the venue would fit our budget. He was so fast at answering questions and was just amazing! I can not wait to continue this process with him!!

What a beautiful venue this was! It made For absolutely stunning photos, as we had a beautiful fall day and amazing sunset right on the water. Our wedding was outdoors, it’s was set up beautifully. We had the perfect arrangements, from the block of rooms, to the table set up; not to mention how many people raved about the food. TVI will always hold a special place in our hearts. We cannot wait to spend many anniversaries here!!

Three Village Inn was the third venue we looked at and we knew right away it was the one - we put down a deposit the next day! The staff was super accommodating and throughout the process they made us feel like we were their only clients and their priority. I loved having the ceremony, reception, after party, and hotel rooms all onsite. Plus a beautiful backdrop for pictures right across the stress in Stony Brook harbor. The room was decorated exactly as I envisioned it, everyone said the food was phenomenal, and the space was just so beautiful. I can’t imagine another venue being such a good fit for us, and I’m so grateful we found TVI. Plus, now we get to go to anniversary dinners at their restaurant Mirabelle 💕 Would 100% recommend!

Fantastic, beautiful venue, with fantastic food. We got married there in June 2019 on the outdoor patio and had our reception inside. Can’t say enough good things about the venue and staff, all of whom went above and beyond to ensure that our special day was as great as possible. Stephanie Rossi was our maitre d’ and we highly recommend asking for her! All around great venue that we look forward to revisiting on our anniversary each year.

Our day was absolutely spectacular!! Thank you to The Estate at The Three Village Inn. The food was amazing, the service was perfect, and the grounds were stunning. Rae Marie was spectacular And helped us initially book our wedding. She answered one million questions and was around throughout the year whenever we needed her. She Stephanie, our Maitre d, was incredible. From the day we met and through out the entire event she went above and beyond to make our day the best it could be. Her attention to detail is spot on. Stephanie has a very calming way about her, which is much needed during the chaos. She even pulled us away for just a few mins between cocktail hour and the reception to present us with an enormous platter of all the different passed goodies we had chosen to make sure we ate. Just got married 9/6/19 - From the day I booked with three village inn I was given everything I was looking for and more. It was my dream venue and I’m still getting compliments on the food, atmosphere, staff, and all around good time. Honest opinion- Three Village Inn was everything I could’ve hoped for in a wedding venue and more! Location: located in the beautiful historic town of Stony Brook, just alongside the marina on the Smithtown Bay. The inn sits among the trees in a lush green space, offering the perfect setting for an outdoor ceremony. Venue: the owners of TVI have done an incredible job of maintaining the old charm of the inn, coupling that with modern updates to the ballroom spaces and interiors to bring to life the elegant experience we were looking for. We hosted our rehearsal dinner at the Mirabelle restaurant the night before the wedding, stayed in the cottages that night for wedding prep the next day, and utilized just about all the spaces on the venue on our big day. I loved absolutely everything about TVI! Stephanie, our banquet manager and Maitre D was incredibly responsive, so sweet and really SO amazing on the day. She helped navigate every single issue that came up and made it so that my husband and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. The ceremony was a dream, cocktail hour was beautiful (people are still raving about the food!) and the reception was so. much. fun. We even held an after party at the bar because my guests simply didn’t want the night to end. Stephanie, Dan, Rae Marie and everyone else at TVI- thank you!! From the bottom of our hearts. My husband and I recently had our wedding at the Three Village Inn on September 1, 2019. From the moment that we walked into the venue to tour to the very end of our wedding, every single staff member made us feel special, supported, and celebrated. We worked with Rae Marie and Stephanie closely for about a year. Stephanie was our Maitre'd, and made sure to make herself available to us whenever we needed. From deciding how we wanted our dessert table, to making sure we actually got to eat during our cocktail hour and reception, she was nothing short of phenomenal. The food, ambiance, and staff were all incredible. We are so happy to say that we have been married here!

We got married 5/11/19 and our reception was perfect thanks to the 3VI staff, especially Stephanie our Maitre'd. She helped to make the planning process easy and we received so many compliments on how classy and beautiful everything was. My sister had a nightmare dealing with her venue and this was a complete difference. No negatives at all! Amazing!

The location of the venue is beautiful in itself. We love Stony Brook Village, it is so charming and quaint. We had our ceremony in the garden and it was exquisite. The garden is so beautiful that we didnt need to add anything to it- it is very well kept, tons of beautiful greenery and flowers. It was stunning with a nice breeze from the harbor. The interior of the venue is gorgeous and has a Hamptons feel to it and we loved it. The cocktail hour and reception was beautiful and I wouldn't have changed a thing. Between the location and the appearance of the venue, It is completely charming. TVI delivered on their reputation for having the best food- everything was PHENOMENAL from the cocktail hour to the dessert. I had many guests (Italians are hard critics) raving about the food and everyone went home stuffed. Stephanie our maitre de was EXCEPTIONAL- very sweet, understanding, supportive, down to earth and easy to work with. She was behind the scenes all day/night running around making sure our day went smoothly and it did. She was wonderful and we enjoyed working with her. All of the staff at TVI was awesome. They worked nonstop in a heatwave fast and sufficient. They were wonderful. Food was delivered hot and fast. And they were extremely polite and wonderful. If we had a chance to do it all over again, I would pick the TVI in a heart beat. Beautiful and charming venue, terrific staff and food is phenomenal.

We had our wedding at the Three Village Inn on July 5th and it was a dream. We opted for the package which included the photographer, limo, cake & our choice of DJ from 3 different companies. I felt it was worth it to not have to spend the time cherry picking vendors. The venue is amazing and you honestly can't beat the convenience of having the inn for out of town guests and/or for you to get ready, the picturesque views to take pictures, being able to have the ceremony and party there. The food was spectacular and the service was excellent. Everyone keeps on raving about the food.
