Pecan Park always felt like home. Stacy (the owner and hostess) was incredible and communicated consistently. Troy (the owner and Stacy's husband) was helpful when making payments and assisted with making my bridals photoshoot possible! The property is gorgeous and well cared for. Driving into the property, we were always awestruck by how gorgeous it was. The rooms are well cared for and the ballroom is perfect for a variety of guest counts. It is so gorgeous there that you honestly don't need tons of decorations (what we did to save money). The bathrooms are clean. Sometimes the water in the toilets may look a little brown but it is just because of the well water. There is both wifi and cell reception here. There are also plugs all over the place! Stacy allowed us to visit multiple times with friends and family during the planning process and engagement! She also got back to us quickly whenever I had questions! We did not utilize the ceremony space because we got married at our church, but it was perfect and we are so thankful for the choice we made!!!!

the venue they mentioned the fee of police officers for the wedding. However, they made it sound like it was an inconsequential amount. I had the impression it was around $200, but I don't want to quote this. I did have the impression it was a small amount. When we got further in the planning process (i.e. after we signed the contract) we discovered the police officers would be $825 (not inconsequential to me). In addition, they wanted it to be all cash. Is that so the police officers don't have to report this income when paying taxes?? Seems shady.... On the day of the wedding, I made note to watch what the police officers did that required so much money. The police officers mainly sat in chairs at the entrance of the venue on their phone. They also ate a MASSIVE amount of food that was not mentioned in their contract. We had expected to get some leftovers to eat after the long wedding night but we did not get anything because the police officers took a mountain of food to their chairs. 2. We knew the bar needed to close at 10:30. What we were not made aware of is that all of the alcohol we brought needed to be out of the venue at 10:30 as well. We didn't discover this until around 9pm the night of the wedding. My parents and their friends ended up having to leave to go load their cars in order to make sure everything was cleared out by 10:30. This was not a fun item to learn about while trying to have fun at your wedding. Overall, I want to note that the venue was pretty and we will enjoy the photos. I just wanted to point out the big pain points I encountered.

Troy and Stacey are so kind and accommodating. I feel that they were just as invested in making our day a success as I was. Stacey really knows the space well and was able to help us decide on things like room layout, timeline, and vendors. She went back-and-forth with us making sure every detail down to the linens was PERFECT. Nearly everyone we used for our wedding was on their preferred vendor list. They have very high expectations for those they work with and I was very pleased with everything. The whole team went above and beyond to make our vision come to life. On the wedding day their day-of coordinator, Charlotte, did an incredible job making sure vendors knew where to be, that we stayed on schedule, and was a huge part of making our day a success. She made my husband and I plates and got us drinks to ensure we ate! She checked in with us throughout the evening making sure we were enjoying ourselves and staying present throughout the reception. The whole team helped us put on the wedding of our dreams. I had no stress on the day of the wedding because I knew I was in good hands. They made my wedding better than I could have ever imagined. Cannot recommend enough.

Troy answered all of our questions and before we left, I was convinced he was a brother from another mother! Such a down to earth guy!! Very easy going and friendly! They were officially family and we said YES to the venue! They allowed me to visit AS MANY TIMES AS I NEEDED (I believe it was 5 visits) and they answered every email promptly. The venue in itself was very spacious and accommodating for our 190 guest. The bridal suite is EVERYTHING! I love that we were able to use our own vendors (besides their choice of bartenders, but Franny Bartender was perfect). In addition, the day of.. I was still very undecided about having the ceremony indoors or outdoors. Troy had set up the chairs outdoors. I changed my mind 1 hour before the wedding because of the upcoming rain, so he picked all the chairs up. Thennn, my coordinator tells me we must have it outside due to changing everything inside, etc. well Troy came back and set all the chairs back outside! So thankful for my brother!! The rain held until after the ceremony!! Praise God!! Best experience!

Each vendor they affiliate with is an artist in their field, and each vendor conducts with commitment, dependability, and with pride such as if they are the most important aspect of your celebration. The Estates at Pecan Park grounds and venue are not only beautiful in appearance, but also very well thought out in physical and logistical needs for the day. There is a spacious, gorgeous bridal suite with large mirrors and dressing space. We were able to bring in a team of hair and makeup artists who had the ability to set up several chairs and accomplish hair/makeup for the bride, bridal party, mothers and grandmother within our needed timeframe. The groom and groomsmen enjoyed their handsome space to gather together, safely separated from the bride, before the ceremony. The extra spaces to relax, both upstairs and down, were so very helpful in attending to the various needs of the bride and groom, bridal party, and guests', during early in the day preparations, and during the reception. We found the ballroom perfect in both the space needed to house the band, dance floor, buffets, photo booth and plenty of space for the guest tables and mingle room. The outside patio and backyard pecan orchard welcomes a beautiful sunset, space for yard games, gorgeous pecan trees and the oak tree which was adorned with chandeliers and lights. Our daughter and son-in-law's wedding was stunningly beautiful and our expectations were exceeded. Stacy, Troy and family, along with Charlotte who coordinated the day, made the celebration smooth and infused with loving attention to the details of the desired goals. The Estates at Pecan Park is a beautiful and perfect choice for your wedding and/or event.

My only regret is not doing it this way from the start, as planning without a wedding planner is a full time job. Special thanks to Charlotte, our day of coordinator, who was absolutely amazing. We had 250 guest over 14 hours, and their team absolutely killed it. Stacy & Troy, the owners, are very detail orientated and kept the line of communication open the entire time. They were very flexible with all of our asks and overall have no complaints for them. All of our guest loved the venue and the privacy of the entire space. Facilities are clean and well maintained. In terms of location, its only about 25 minutes from IAH, with tons of hotels in the area (we stayed at the holiday inn - NW willowbrook). We had 2 ceremonies (American & South Asian) with 2 receptions in the same day. There are plenty of spots to take amazing photos and the chandeliers in the tree really brought the ceremony together. We ended up utilizing both spaces in the back for our ceremonies, with plenty of room for all guests. Their photo camper was a big hit with our guests! A nice fun, extra activity to keep guest occupied and capture photos of those who didn't have an abundance of photos with us. We leveraged City View Catering who provided amazing food that guest were blown away by. Van, the owner, is a professional with years of experience within the industry and also a preferred vendor. A nice additional touch was leveraging their preferred vendor, Frannys Bartending, who brought beautiful drinks and did not allow guest to wait more than a couple minutes to receive their beverages. JDesigns created a beautiful display of flowers for inside and outside the venue along with Dulce Decor By Sylvia for decorations. Overall 10/10 for the Venue. Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking about planning their wedding in Houston that loves the rustic but elegant feel. Would highly recommend attending their Open-House to get a great feel of the space. Our wedding was in April and we love everything about the Venue. The Bride's Suite is very accomodating for a full day of you and your bridal party. We truly loved the scenery (trees) and bluebonnets.....you can not go wrong with this venue. Again, having a blessed family owning the property is a huge plus and they are so very helpful with everything. LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE! :)

Our previous venue struggled to compromise with us when COVID hit, even when my fiancé caught COVID a few weeks prior to the original wedding date. We postponed and decided to book here instead, and Stacy has just been a godsend ever since. When we had surprise horrible weather on our date, she last minute booked heaters for the patio for us. She played defense for our photographer when a family friend thought he could play amateur photographer on the day of. She kept the show running behind the scenes to make absolutely sure that things ran smoothly. Weddings never go according to plan (at least none I’ve ever been to!), but the Jones family will go out of their way to make it the best day possible. I cannot recommend The Estates at Pecan Park enough. Book here!

Stacy worked with us to reschedule our date to October 2021, which is honestly the tip of the iceberg for how accommodating and amazing she is as a venue owner. Stacy makes it her mission to make sure her brides (and grooms) are completely satisfied and happy on their big day. We loved working with her and Troy. Their venue is gorgeous, but their individualized customer service sets them apart from the rest. We loved having our wedding here.

ere. Unfortunately it rained that morning but thankfully we were able to have it under the outdoor patio! It looked lovely with the exception of a puddle in the middle of the aisle :/ My mom told the coordinator about it before the ceremony started and was told she would take care of it. The puddle comes out in my pictures and you can see where my veil and dress dragged through the water in our video :( The good thing about having it at the outdoor patio was that we found out there were quite a bit of ant piles in the backyard when we were taking pictures which would not have been ideal for our guests. We chose the DIY option so we had a lot to decorate, but both Stacy and our coordinator, Charlotte, who Stacy recommended were beyond helpful with setting everything up. Stacy even got on a ladder to help hang up string lights around the windows in the reception area. And when I told Charlotte I needed some Mr & Mrs balloons to be filled with helium, she volunteered to take them to Party City, so I was very thankful! I noticed a leak in the ceiling that was causing a puddle in the reception area but thankfully that was taken care of during the time we finished setting everything up! With the DIY option, the only specific vendors you have to book are security and bartenders. We were given 2 bartender options and went with Beyond Bartending. They told us we would have to bring coolers for 400 pounds of ice because the freezer in the venue isn’t big enough. I asked if Stacy had been made aware and Beyond Bartending told me they have told her numerous times that a bigger freezer is needed. A larger freezer would have been much more convenient since coolers are bulky and they were just another thing we had to add to our list of things to bring. Not to mention the coordinator told us we ran out of ice a couple of hours before the wedding was over, so I had to make a decision of which guest to send out for ice at 10 PM. There is no such thing as a perfect wedding day; I know things get missed and forgotten. I’m simply giving my honest review. We finished our set up early since we had all hands on deck and our ceremony started on time even though we were waiting on the ring bearer to arrive! It was still a beautiful day and all my guests had a wonderful time! If you have any specific questions, feel free to reach out to me :)

e Estates early in 2019, & had to postpone March of 2020, one month before our April 2020 wedding date. Stacy allowed us to reschedule with no hesitation, & was so kind & helpful with the replanning process. When we finally reached our April 2021 Wedding, Stacy was on site all day (& early!) to make sure we had the wedding of our dreams. When you tour this place, you will fall in love as well. The greenery, the beautiful crisp white building & interior, the gorgeous (huge) bridal suite. The Estates at Pecan Park & Miss Stacy will always hold a special place in my heart. Save yourself the time & tour this place first, you will not regret it!

The bridal suite is huge and an incredible space to get ready in, the grooms suite was perfect for the men to get ready in (it shares a door with the bar). We chose to hold our ceremony indoors and then flip for the reception during cocktail hour and it was perfect! Stacy helped give ideas on the floor plan, we were able to rent a ceremony arch, boxwood wall, and various other pieces of decor that were the perfect touches on our day. I could not have imagined getting married anywhere else and wish I could give more the five stars to The Estates at Pecan Park!

ed Stacy and explained my situation, Stacy was very responsive and I was able to go tour the venue that same weekend. Her husband gave us the tour and made us feel very welcome. We did not hesitate to choose this venue for our wedding and boy are we glad we did. The day of our wedding ran absolutely smoothly due to Stacy and her family's help. We had issues with our servers and Stacy was quick to fix the problem by serving our guest along with her kids. I mean, WOW! When I say they're a family business I mean it, her entire family was helping that day making sure they put out any fires that arose. Stacy and her family are just amazing and such great people to work with. My husband and I are so grateful to have found this amazing venue. The grounds are so well kept with huge breathtaking pecan tress everywhere. Did I mention I saw a beautiful dear the day of my wedding. It was absolutely magical!! We received so many compliments from our guest about how lovely our venue was. The reception hall was so big and beautiful as well, and accommodated my photo booth , DJ, cake table , caterer and guest tables perfectly! The bride, mother of the bride and grooms room were perfect and spacious for my bridal party and I to get ready in. We loved the gorgeous staircase at the front entrance, and the beautiful chandeliers, it was perfect for photos. We had our ceremony in the back patio and it was soo dreamy. Stacy and her family made sure everything ran smoothly the night of my wedding and I will forever be grateful. My wedding day was everything I ever dreamed of and more.. I HIGHLY recommend this venue, you will not regret it! Book now :D
