The Estates at Pecan Park

The Estates at Pecan Park did an outstanding job on our wedding day. They are certainly a great bargain, especially since they are cheaper than other vendors in the area. Their package deals (include table settings and drinks) are great! I would highly recommend them for anyone searching for a venue. They also provide a day of coordinator, who was outstanding.

Overall, the venue was great (beautiful, clean, responsive vendor). I wanted to highlight the few areas that I thought needed to be improved on: 1. Police Officers- when we toured the venue they mentioned the fee of police officers for the wedding. However, they made it sound like it was an inconsequential amount. I had the impression it was around $200, but I don't want to quote this. I did have the impression it was a small amount. When we got further in the planning process (i.e. after we signed the contract) we discovered the police officers would be $825 (not inconsequential to me). In addition, they wanted it to be all cash. Is that so the police officers don't have to report this income when paying taxes?? Seems shady.... On the day of the wedding, I made note to watch what the police officers did that required so much money. The police officers mainly sat in chairs at the entrance of the venue on their phone. They also ate a MASSIVE amount of food that was not mentioned in their contract. We had expected to get some leftovers to eat after the long wedding night but we did not get anything because the police officers took a mountain of food to their chairs. 2. We knew the bar needed to close at 10:30. What we were not made aware of is that all of the alcohol we brought needed to be out of the venue at 10:30 as well. We didn't discover this until around 9pm the night of the wedding. My parents and their friends ended up having to leave to go load their cars in order to make sure everything was cleared out by 10:30. This was not a fun item to learn about while trying to have fun at your wedding. Overall, I want to note that the venue was pretty and we will enjoy the photos. I just wanted to point out the big pain points I encountered.

As a Wedding Planner that plans weddings at several different venues, this venue was top notch. From email communications before wedding day, up until the last person left the property, the owners were very accommodating and super helpful, even stepping in to help set up and serve dinner when catering was short staffed. We look forward to reccommending many more brides to this beautiful venue.

I am so happy we went with TEPP for our venue. Our entire experience from start to finish was a dream. I attended a friend's wedding there shortly after I got engaged. I loved the beautiful exterior, the beautiful and ample space in the back of the property, and the large reception hall. We met with Stacey and Troy to tour the property and discuss packages and we were SOLD. Troy and Stacey are so kind and accommodating. I feel that they were just as invested in making our day a success as I was. Stacey really knows the space well and was able to help us decide on things like room layout, timeline, and vendors. She went back-and-forth with us making sure every detail down to the linens was PERFECT. Nearly everyone we used for our wedding was on their preferred vendor list. They have very high expectations for those they work with and I was very pleased with everything. The whole team went above and beyond to make our vision come to life. On the wedding day their day-of coordinator, Charlotte, did an incredible job making sure vendors knew where to be, that we stayed on schedule, and was a huge part of making our day a success. She made my husband and I plates and got us drinks to ensure we ate! She checked in with us throughout the evening making sure we were enjoying ourselves and staying present throughout the reception. The whole team helped us put on the wedding of our dreams. I had no stress on the day of the wedding because I knew I was in good hands. They made my wedding better than I could have ever imagined. Cannot recommend enough.

We had a wonderful experience with The Estates at Pecan Park, and cannot recommend Stacy and Troy and the team enough. Stacy was extremely responsive from the first time we viewed the venue, and throughout the process she was very helpful in recommending vendors. We got married December 2022 at The Estate at Pecan Park… I was getting very aggravated with finding the “perfect wedding venue”. I made a post on Facebook when Stacey (one of the owners) responded to my post. My fiancé (at the time) and I went that same week. We met Troy (Stacey’s husband). Troy answered all of our questions and before we left, I was convinced he was a brother from another mother! Such a down to earth guy!! Very easy going and friendly! They were officially family and we said YES to the venue! They allowed me to visit AS MANY TIMES AS I NEEDED (I believe it was 5 visits) and they answered every email promptly. The venue in itself was very spacious and accommodating for our 190 guest. The bridal suite is EVERYTHING! I love that we were able to use our own vendors (besides their choice of bartenders, but Franny Bartender was perfect). In addition, the day of.. I was still very undecided about having the ceremony indoors or outdoors. Troy had set up the chairs outdoors. I changed my mind 1 hour before the wedding because of the upcoming rain, so he picked all the chairs up. Thennn, my coordinator tells me we must have it outside due to changing everything inside, etc. well Troy came back and set all the chairs back outside! So thankful for my brother!! The rain held until after the ceremony!! Praise God!! Best experience!

Where to begin....Stacy and Troy, the owners of The Estates at Pecan Park, helped make our daughter's wedding gorgeous and perfect. They joined in the excitement and attention to detail throughout the entire planning process, as if we were a member of their family. They were very quick to communicate, ask and answer questions, and help meet the goals of our vision for the celebrations and the day. Each vendor they affiliate with is an artist in their field, and each vendor conducts with commitment, dependability, and with pride such as if they are the most important aspect of your celebration. The Estates at Pecan Park grounds and venue are not only beautiful in appearance, but also very well thought out in physical and logistical needs for the day. There is a spacious, gorgeous bridal suite with large mirrors and dressing space. We were able to bring in a team of hair and makeup artists who had the ability to set up several chairs and accomplish hair/makeup for the bride, bridal party, mothers and grandmother within our needed timeframe. The groom and groomsmen enjoyed their handsome space to gather together, safely separated from the bride, before the ceremony. The extra spaces to relax, both upstairs and down, were so very helpful in attending to the various needs of the bride and groom, bridal party, and guests', during early in the day preparations, and during the reception. We found the ballroom perfect in both the space needed to house the band, dance floor, buffets, photo booth and plenty of space for the guest tables and mingle room. The outside patio and backyard pecan orchard welcomes a beautiful sunset, space for yard games, gorgeous pecan trees and the oak tree which was adorned with chandeliers and lights. Our daughter and son-in-law's wedding was stunningly beautiful and our expectations were exceeded. Stacy, Troy and family, along with Charlotte who coordinated the day, made the celebration smooth and infused with loving attention to the details of the desired goals. The Estates at Pecan Park is a beautiful and perfect choice for your wedding and/or event.

What an amazing experience I had at The Estates at Pecan Park! The grounds are beautiful and well maintainted. Working with the owners was very simple. The communication was great during the planning process and if I needed anything the day of, they were there to assist. I look forward to hosting more events there.

Everything was a breeze! Beautiful venue, professional staff, and very punctual. This team handles weddings professionally and seamlessly. Go for their top package and work with their preferred vendors. It will make planning significantly easier as most of the vendors know each other and the venue it-self. My only regret is not doing it this way from the start, as planning without a wedding planner is a full time job. Special thanks to Charlotte, our day of coordinator, who was absolutely amazing. We had 250 guest over 14 hours, and their team absolutely killed it. Stacy & Troy, the owners, are very detail orientated and kept the line of communication open the entire time. They were very flexible with all of our asks and overall have no complaints for them. All of our guest loved the venue and the privacy of the entire space. Facilities are clean and well maintained. In terms of location, its only about 25 minutes from IAH, with tons of hotels in the area (we stayed at the holiday inn - NW willowbrook). We had 2 ceremonies (American & South Asian) with 2 receptions in the same day. There are plenty of spots to take amazing photos and the chandeliers in the tree really brought the ceremony together. We ended up utilizing both spaces in the back for our ceremonies, with plenty of room for all guests. Their photo camper was a big hit with our guests! A nice fun, extra activity to keep guest occupied and capture photos of those who didn't have an abundance of photos with us. We leveraged City View Catering who provided amazing food that guest were blown away by. Van, the owner, is a professional with years of experience within the industry and also a preferred vendor. A nice additional touch was leveraging their preferred vendor, Frannys Bartending, who brought beautiful drinks and did not allow guest to wait more than a couple minutes to receive their beverages. JDesigns created a beautiful display of flowers for inside and outside the venue along with Dulce Decor By Sylvia for decorations. Overall 10/10 for the Venue. Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking about planning their wedding in Houston that loves the rustic but elegant feel. Would highly recommend attending their Open-House to get a great feel of the space. We had our daughters Quinceañera this past July, and everything was perfect. Stacy and Troy were so helpful through out the past year with all of our questions and concerns. They truly are amazing! BOOK your event with them you won’t regret it!

Stacy and Troy were great! From our tour to our last payment. The venue was beautiful and helped make our dream wedding a reality. Stacy was always there when I had questions. It was perfect! Perfect venue, perfect wedding, it was beautiful! I wish the bridal suite was my bedroom! Lol

We just hosted our wedding in this space and we cannot recommend the Estates at Pecan Park enough! The place is absolutely beautiful with all its greenery and landscaping. All of our guests loved the space. Additionally, Troy and Stacy are so easy to work with and made the whole process seamless even with our large guest count.

Absolutely PERFECT venue! Stacey and Troy are the best and will be sure "your' day goes as perfect as you could ever imagine. Vendors are all great and the grounds are beautiful. Our wedding was in April and we love everything about the Venue. The Bride's Suite is very accomodating for a full day of you and your bridal party. We truly loved the scenery (trees) and bluebonnets.....you can not go wrong with this venue. Again, having a blessed family owning the property is a huge plus and they are so very helpful with everything. LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE! :)

If you’re on the fence about having your wedding here, this is your sign to do it. The venue is gorgeous (obviously), but the true value in renting this property is the family behind it. There’s no fake hospitality here, just genuine, good people who are in the business of making your day the best day. Our previous venue struggled to compromise with us when COVID hit, even when my fiancé caught COVID a few weeks prior to the original wedding date. We postponed and decided to book here instead, and Stacy has just been a godsend ever since. When we had surprise horrible weather on our date, she last minute booked heaters for the patio for us. She played defense for our photographer when a family friend thought he could play amateur photographer on the day of. She kept the show running behind the scenes to make absolutely sure that things ran smoothly. Weddings never go according to plan (at least none I’ve ever been to!), but the Jones family will go out of their way to make it the best day possible. I cannot recommend The Estates at Pecan Park enough. Book here!

Stacy & Troy were so easy to work with, and helped make the planning and the actual day go so smoothly. We had a few last minute changes and rearrangements in layout that needed to be done, and Troy was so helpful and nice through it all. It really is a beautiful venue and both Stacy & Troy helped to make our special day perfect! Definitely consider this venue for your special day as well!

There are not enough positive things I can say about Stacy and Troy at The Estates at Pecan Park. Originally, my husband and I were scheduled to get married here in October 2020, but , we were forced to go with different plans due to Covid. Stacy worked with us to reschedule our date to October 2021, which is honestly the tip of the iceberg for how accommodating and amazing she is as a venue owner. Stacy makes it her mission to make sure her brides (and grooms) are completely satisfied and happy on their big day. We loved working with her and Troy. Their venue is gorgeous, but their individualized customer service sets them apart from the rest. We loved having our wedding here.

My husband and I loved the venue so much during our tour that we wanted to book it at that moment! I love all the trees in the backyard and had the vision of having our ceremony there. Unfortunately it rained that morning but thankfully we were able to have it under the outdoor patio! It looked lovely with the exception of a puddle in the middle of the aisle :/ My mom told the coordinator about it before the ceremony started and was told she would take care of it. The puddle comes out in my pictures and you can see where my veil and dress dragged through the water in our video :( The good thing about having it at the outdoor patio was that we found out there were quite a bit of ant piles in the backyard when we were taking pictures which would not have been ideal for our guests. We chose the DIY option so we had a lot to decorate, but both Stacy and our coordinator, Charlotte, who Stacy recommended were beyond helpful with setting everything up. Stacy even got on a ladder to help hang up string lights around the windows in the reception area. And when I told Charlotte I needed some Mr & Mrs balloons to be filled with helium, she volunteered to take them to Party City, so I was very thankful! I noticed a leak in the ceiling that was causing a puddle in the reception area but thankfully that was taken care of during the time we finished setting everything up! With the DIY option, the only specific vendors you have to book are security and bartenders. We were given 2 bartender options and went with Beyond Bartending. They told us we would have to bring coolers for 400 pounds of ice because the freezer in the venue isn’t big enough. I asked if Stacy had been made aware and Beyond Bartending told me they have told her numerous times that a bigger freezer is needed. A larger freezer would have been much more convenient since coolers are bulky and they were just another thing we had to add to our list of things to bring. Not to mention the coordinator told us we ran out of ice a couple of hours before the wedding was over, so I had to make a decision of which guest to send out for ice at 10 PM. There is no such thing as a perfect wedding day; I know things get missed and forgotten. I’m simply giving my honest review. We finished our set up early since we had all hands on deck and our ceremony started on time even though we were waiting on the ring bearer to arrive! It was still a beautiful day and all my guests had a wonderful time! If you have any specific questions, feel free to reach out to me :)

I booked this venue for the Mother-Daughter Tea for my NCL chapter. Stacy was an absolute gem and worked closely with me throughout the entire process and, most importantly, the day of the event to ensure all went smoothly. She has an extensive list of vendors who worked within our budget as a philanthropy organization and was always available for visits and responsive to questions as they arose. The venue is beautiful and extensive and has myriad locations to stage beautiful photos and separate moments throughout an event. This is a lovely location to host a special event, made all the better by the lovely people helping ensure it all comes together.

There are not enough words for my love of Stacy, & her stunning venue - The Estates at Pecan Park. My wedding had been years in the making, due to Covid. I had originally booked the Estates early in 2019, & had to postpone March of 2020, one month before our April 2020 wedding date. Stacy allowed us to reschedule with no hesitation, & was so kind & helpful with the replanning process. When we finally reached our April 2021 Wedding, Stacy was on site all day (& early!) to make sure we had the wedding of our dreams. When you tour this place, you will fall in love as well. The greenery, the beautiful crisp white building & interior, the gorgeous (huge) bridal suite. The Estates at Pecan Park & Miss Stacy will always hold a special place in my heart. Save yourself the time & tour this place first, you will not regret it!

We got married at The Estates at Pecan Park in November of 2020 and it could not have been more perfect! From day one, Stacy was incredibly helpful and supportive and set my mind completely at ease, she was a big reason I wanted the venue so bad. She gave suggestions and contacts so many vendors: caterers, bakers, bartenders, florists, coordinators (ask her about Charlotte- she's amazing!!) The venue itself is gorgeous! The bridal suite is huge and an incredible space to get ready in, the grooms suite was perfect for the men to get ready in (it shares a door with the bar). We chose to hold our ceremony indoors and then flip for the reception during cocktail hour and it was perfect! Stacy helped give ideas on the floor plan, we were able to rent a ceremony arch, boxwood wall, and various other pieces of decor that were the perfect touches on our day. I could not have imagined getting married anywhere else and wish I could give more the five stars to The Estates at Pecan Park!

I cannot say enough great things about this venue! It was the first and only venue we looked at. Stacy made us feel so comfortable and excited about booking with her, that we put a deposit down that day. She was extremely helpful and answered every crazy question and email promptly and thoroughly. I was never left feeling uneasy or stressed. She went above and beyond trying to make my ceremony and reception vision come true. I highly recommend booking here. Not to mention, the venue itself is beyond beautiful. If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn’t hesitate to book here.

This venue was seriously God sent! I had my wedding here on December 19, 2020 after my last venue canceled on me a few weeks before the wedding. I was extremely stressed and I called Stacy and explained my situation, Stacy was very responsive and I was able to go tour the venue that same weekend. Her husband gave us the tour and made us feel very welcome. We did not hesitate to choose this venue for our wedding and boy are we glad we did. The day of our wedding ran absolutely smoothly due to Stacy and her family's help. We had issues with our servers and Stacy was quick to fix the problem by serving our guest along with her kids. I mean, WOW! When I say they're a family business I mean it, her entire family was helping that day making sure they put out any fires that arose. Stacy and her family are just amazing and such great people to work with. My husband and I are so grateful to have found this amazing venue. The grounds are so well kept with huge breathtaking pecan tress everywhere. Did I mention I saw a beautiful dear the day of my wedding. It was absolutely magical!! We received so many compliments from our guest about how lovely our venue was. The reception hall was so big and beautiful as well, and accommodated my photo booth , DJ, cake table , caterer and guest tables perfectly! The bride, mother of the bride and grooms room were perfect and spacious for my bridal party and I to get ready in. We loved the gorgeous staircase at the front entrance, and the beautiful chandeliers, it was perfect for photos. We had our ceremony in the back patio and it was soo dreamy. Stacy and her family made sure everything ran smoothly the night of my wedding and I will forever be grateful. My wedding day was everything I ever dreamed of and more.. I HIGHLY recommend this venue, you will not regret it! Book now :D

The venue is is absolutely gorgeous! The owners are extremely sweet and kind! We had an issue with a one of our servers not showing up. I saw the owner Stacie serving food. She helped serve food without any hesitation. They go above and beyond! Charlotte our coordinator was the bomb! Every need was taken care of and I could not ask for a better day for my daughter. The team is attentive and really cares about the Bride and Groom and everyone involved! They made my daughter's wedding perfect!

We had our wedding at the end of August and it was amazing. Stacy is very helpful and so sweet. Responds in a timely manner and is always available. Family members have mentioned in hosting an event with her already. The coordinator that is offered through the venue is a must. Charlotte is amazing and is on top of things. She made sure I did not have to worry about anything.

Could not of picked a better venue!! Stacy the owner is so personal and helpful. She went out of her way to help us find our vendors and even went as far as help set up the day of. We had to change our wedding date due to COVID and the venue worked with us with changing it. They really are great people. Our guests kept saying to us how beautiful the venue is and they are right. I had my wedding at The Estates at Pecan Park on June 27, 2020. My original date was in April but had to reschedule due to COVID. Stacy was very accommodating and we had no issues with the rescheduling process. She was always quick to respond and easy to work with. We are grateful to have found such a beautiful venue to have our wedding, we got lots of compliments on it from our guests! Our wedding day turned out to be everything we wanted it to be. Highly recommend this venue!

I got married July 18, 2020 at The Estates at Pecan Park. The original wedding date was scheduled for May, but due to the Covid-19, the wedding had to be reschedule. Stacy was patient and willing to work with us. She was also quick to respond to all of our questions/concerns. The venue it beautiful inside and out!! Even with Covid -19 looming around us, everyone had a blast! Everyone ate, drank and danced all night long!! Thank you Stacy your venue is beautiful!

If you are looking for a beautiful venue, beautiful grounds and hands down the most caring Venue owner, look no further! This place is amazing and very reasonably priced. Our daughter and now son in law had a Great Gatsby wedding October 19, 2019 and The Estates of Pecan park was a perfect fit.

My daughter had her wedding on September 28, 2019 at this venue. This Venue is absolutely beautiful. The grounds are gorgeous with the beautiful Pecan trees. The reception hall has enough room for the guests, tables, cake table, gift table, caterer, DJ, etc. The bride and groom have beautiful rooms to get ready in. A staircase for beautiful pictures, and much more. Stacy and her family did a great job to make everything go smoothly, and helped where they could. We and our guests have enjoyed every minute. We can highly recommend this venue. st

This special gem of a venue will always have a piece of our hearts. The venue itself is stunning with 10 acres of pecan trees, a beautiful white colonial with a photogenic entrance, and is perfect for that rustic intimate feeling, as well as large weddings as it can hold to 300+. Beyond the venue’s spacious suites to get ready, beautiful concrete floors in the main reception area, and its ability to take on any theme, what was really amazing was the owner Stacy! Stacy was able to walk me through all questions I had rather it be using their wireless speakers both indoors and outdoors, making all ceremony and reception setups come to life, and even helping us with last minute décor to give our small wedding a little bit more of our rustic theme. It is also important to note that the contract with TEPP is very specific to what it can/can’t offer so no hidden fees are a plus! I will say this venue is perfect if you are looking to add your own personal touches for your wedding, as this is not in all-inclusive venue. However, if you did need assistance with other vendors, Stacy was very knowledgeable and gave me great references to consider. Overall, we are very glad we chose TEPP as our venue and although things weren’t perfect as no weddings are, Stacy was a great help to us and makes you feel like family. Please consider TEPP for your events in the future as I promise you will not regret it!

The Estates at Pecan Park is the picture-perfect location for a wedding, corporate event, or fundraising event. The interiors and grounds make for the most flawless photos!! I have been to a few events at the estate and each were stunning and so very organized. We will return every year just so we can work with Stacy again!

We had our National Charity League Training/Kick-off Meeting at The Estates at Pecan Park. The venue is beautiful and the owners are so helpful and considerate. It started to rain the morning of our event and they were on site to help us unpack our vehicles for set up as well as made sure that every guest was parked and made it safely into the venue. They were on site to answer any questions we had during set up and then checked in regularly during the event. The beautiful rooms, bride’s room and groom’s room, were the perfect places to break out into mini meetings. We also utilized of the large back porch. We look forward to posting other special occasions at the Estates at Pecan Park!

The Estates at Pecan Park is a beautiful venue!! We hosted a fundraiser there in the spring and the pecan trees and bluebonnets make for amazing views. The inside of the facility is lovely and goes well with any decor. The entry is a grand foyer with a gorgeous staircase. The ballroom has amazing vaulted ceilings with very pretty chandeliers. The entire grounds are clean and new and well appointed. Stacy is a wonderful hostess!

This venue is beautiful and the staff was more than accommodating. It is a hidden gem! The team there went over and above to make sure everything was taken care of and our guest kept raving about the venue. From the drive up with the up lit pecan trees to the building itself, everything was breathtaking. So grateful we found The Estates at Pecan Park!

The Estates at Pecan Park is AMAZING! The property itself is breathtaking, even in winter when the trees are bare. Stacy was incredibly helpful in answering the many questions I had about planning our event and pointing me in the right direction when I need it. The venue is beautiful and large, with more than enough room for our 75 guests. I hope to work with Stacy and the Estates at Pecan Park again!

We hosted our end of semester formal here for my college women’s organization and oh my gosh it was wonderful! The venue is absolutely stunning and the layout was perfect for the 108 people we had there. There are so many different photo opportunities here- our girls loved it! I was in charge of planning everything, and Mrs Stacy was so awesome at helping with anything I needed. She coordinated the catering, bartending, and security for the event as well as she was there for the event to be sure everything went as planned. For a girl not yet married (or even close to being engaged) I knew nothing about what to do to prepare for an event like this, so she was a HUGE help on what I needed to do! The bridal suite is huge and was so much fun to get ready in I can’t wait till it’s my wedding I’m planning because I just might come back to this place!!

I went with my fiance to about 15-20 venues looking for the perfect place to have our reception and as soon as I pulled up the drive way I was in love. The venue is absolutely beautiful, the rooms inside are set up comfortably for guests and attendants and the ballroom is spacious. I got so many compliments from my guests on this venue! Stacy was incredibly helpful and communicative. She was always there to help me with my questions and was very attentive to me on our Wedding Day. I am very happy that we went this venue!

The minute you go through the gates the landscaping and the Southern Plantation Style Venue set in the middle of the beautiful Pecan Orchard is breathtaking. when i entered the venue, the beautiful spiral staircase that led to the enormous brides room was exquisite. As I continued through the entry way into the grand ballroom, I was in awe at the enormity and elegance of this room where one of my daughters was soon to be married, it was unimaginable. My daughter’s wedding was perfect and as my daughter told me after the ceremony, she thought it was like being in a Fairytale. Stacy Jones, the owner of the venue, was the key to the most wonderful perfect wedding that I could have ever hoped for or dreamed of for my daughter. Mrs. Jones, I cannot thank you enough, for giving my daughter the most “Perfect Wedding” she will remember forever.

I absolutely love this venue. We were there in May for my daughter's dance banquet and we loved it so much that we booked it for next year's banquet. It has a plantation feel to it with big beautiful trees all around, perfect for your wedding pictures. I also loved the big beautiful stairway at the entrance of the venue. Stacy was awesome and I would definitely recommend this venue to my friends and family.
