Meghan DeLange was born & raised in Mentor, Ohio and discovered her love for entertaining and events while studying hospitality at Mercyhurst University. Meghan’s passion for helping to celebrate life’s biggest moments is what drove her to focus on the Event side of the hospitality world. Over the past 13 years, she has been able to learn and grow with the world’s largest hotel company, Marriott, in hotels in Cleveland & Chicago. Her main focus always being in executing the perfect event for her clients, from business meetings, non-profit events and family social events, but weddings have always held a special place in her heart.

The Everly was a fantastic venue to work with from start to finish in our wedding planning process! They were flexible, honest and on point with everything. We worked with Meghan as our point person and she was absolutely fantastic to work with!! Everyone said how beautiful the wedding was and how it was such a great event space. Their outdoor space is immaculately maintained and beautiful.

Disclaimer - I did not end up having my wedding here, but I would still recommend it to everyone.
Having only gone on a tour of the facility, the owner Meghan was a true industry professional. She was forthcoming, kind, and she knows what she is doing. I don't think there are many venue coordinators around that would do as much for you as Meghan would. She is running an excellent, classy business and I would trust her with every penny of my wedding investment. The only reason we did not choose this venue was because we wanted a winter wedding, and didn't love the indoor space for the ceremony. The patio was perfect, however!

The Everly was the first and only venue my husband Chris and I toured when we first began planning our wedding. We immediately fell in love with everything it had to offer. Once we met with the owners, Meghan and Adam, it was a done deal. They are absolutely incredible to work with! Chris and I never once felt like clients of theirs, but more like friends. They even went out of their way to make our 3 year old son feel special and included!
The Everly exemplifies professionalism in every aspect of its operations. From the initial consultation to the execution of our wedding, Meghan ensured that we felt supported and confident in our choices. Her ability to manage logistics efficiently while maintaining a calm demeanor is commendable.

My husband and I got married here in October 2024, and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect venue. The Everly is absolutely stunning, with its beautiful indoor customizations and breathtaking outdoor scenery that set the perfect backdrop for our fall wedding.
What truly made our experience exceptional, though, was the amazing team at The Everly. Meghan and Adam went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. Although my husband and I are very hands-on, Meghan and Adam took charge the week of the wedding, seamlessly bringing our vision to life. They made the entire process feel effortless and ensured every detail was taken care of, allowing us to truly enjoy our special day. We are so grateful for their support and couldn’t have imagined a better experience.

Meghan and Adam are AMAZING! The planning process was seamless and they were very accommodating. Our wedding and rehearsal were both perfect, with no stress due to the care and communication provided from The Everly. Cannot recommend this venue or thank Meghan and Adam enough !

Meghan and Adam were a DREAM to work with! They catered to all of our silly and serious requests without question and provided us the best wedding day possible. Meghan tackled all of my silly ideas, details, and endless questions with ease and Adam helped curate a perfect bar menu to meet the variety of needs of all our guests! True professionals in their communication, work efforts, and providing the absolute best for all of their customers and guests at their venue!
Their venue is absolutely stunning, dreamy, and romantic - everything I imagined for our wedding day. The floor to ceiling windows in their main space is something to this day we still receive compliments about from our guests. Guests also loved the flow of the venue, and many enjoyed a fun round or two of pool! I loved being able to personalize different aspects of their spaces with lighting or drapery. We loved having the ENTIRE venue to ourselves - every room, indoor, AND outdoor space! With hopes of having a mild day and holding our ceremony outside, despite iffy Cleveland weather in November, we had to change last minute to holding our ceremony indoors in which Meghan and Adam were prepared for. There was no rushing or misplacements of anything despite the last minute change, and left me without worries! They also provided us with great recommendations for other vendors in terms of food, florals, and entertainment - all of which met the quality and high expectations set by the Everly! I could not have imagined a more perfect day for our wedding. Meghan, Adam, and their entire team deserve all the praise for the hard work they put into each wedding and event they host. I could not recommend them enough and thank you for making our wedding day so memorable!

I had a wonderful experience working with Meghan at the Everly. The venue is exactly what I was looking for with high ceilings and tall windows overlooking the courtyard. Its simply beautiful. It’s classy with not being over the top. Meghan was very helpful, calm and accommodating. She helped coordinate venders the day of and helped set up which was much appreciated since I was running behind schedule and very nervous. I’m grateful for her help and I would highly recommend this venue.

We had our wedding this past weekend and The Everly exceeded our expectations! Meghan was amazing, kind, patient, and so helpful during the whole planning process! She made our special day run smoothly and made our wedding day vision come true! From walkthroughs, to setting up the day of, and everything in between, it was perfect! The Everly is a beautiful venue inside and out, and all of our guests had the best time! We had family and friends travel from out of the country, state, or just Mentor and everyone loved the venue! The Everly was the perfect venue for our wedding!! When we toured with Meghan the first time, she covered every question we had, and we knew that this was the perfect venue. Later in the process, we worked with Madison, and she was AMAZING!! She ensured everything was taken care of. She was in constant communication with me to ensure everything was perfect. I could not recommend this venue more. There was very little that went wrong on our wedding day, and I truly believe it was due to Madison's support leading up to and on our wedding day!! The venue looked perfect and Madison attended to every need that come up on our wedding day!! You will not regret booking The Everly for your big day!!!

The Everly made our October wedding the most picture perfect day! From the beginning stages of planning with Meghan and Adam to the day of the event, the communication and attention to detail from them was outstanding. They truly made everything go smoothly and with their event planning expertise they helped make all of our ideas come to life. Our guests could not stop talking about how much they loved the venue and the use of all the different spaces. I can not recommend The Everly enough and you’ll fall in love with the venue (and Meghan and Adam) as soon as you walk through the doors!

Our wedding day went so perfectly because of Meghan and the team at The Everly. From the minute we toured the venue, we knew we found the right place. Meghan took such good care of us and made our wedding day even better then we could have expected. She worked so well with all of our vendors to ensure everything was covered. I was blown away when I walked in on our wedding day and saw how she decorated everything perfectly. I would recommend this venue to anyone looking! It’s truly a beautiful event space with an amazing staff!

Our wedding day was truly magical and so much of that had to do with The Everly! Not only was the clean, contemporary style a beautiful setting for our reception, but the gorgeous patio made our outdoor cocktail a hit as well. We also loved having the different rooms available for the photo booth, dessert table and guests who wanted a break from the action in the main room.
Also, I cannot say enough about Meghan! From answering my endless email questions to quelling my nerves about whatever random detail I was obsessing about that day, her professionalism, expansive knowledge of all things wedding/events, and friendly, kind demeanor made our experience better than I ever could have anticipated.

You cannot find a better venue than this. Not only is the space gorgeous but Meghan, the owner, is amazing and helps you every step of the way. She is very responsive and can direct you to whatever you need to make the day amazing. Loved the mixed of indoor and outdoor areas, and the space really allows you to make it whatever you want. Highly recommended!!
